노숙자에 대한 가족지지, 자아존중감 및 삶의 만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Relationships of Family Support, Self-esteem and Life-satisfaction in Homeless Persons)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation of family support, self-esteem and life-satisfaction in homeless persons and to provide basic data to help them attain a better quality of life. From Jul. 1 to Oct. 10, 2000, 235 homeless persons, registered at the noninstitutionalized homeless and institutionalized homeless in Seoul, were accepted as subjects for the study. The instruments used for this study were a Family support scale of Park, Jee Won, life-satisfaction scale of Wood, Wylie & Sheafer and Rosenberg's Self-esteem Scale. The reliability of the scales were tested by Cronbach's Alpha. The collected data Were analyzed by the SPSS program using unpaired t-test and Pearson's Correlation Coefficients. The results were as follows : 1. There Was a statistically significant difference in the level of demographic between family support groups : age(t=2.74, P=.001), education background(f=5.48, P=.001), connection of family (t=2.29, P=.05), present illness(t=2.04, P=.05). 2. There Was a statistically significant difference in the level of demographic between self-esteem groups : education background(t=3.24, P=.05), connect of family (t=3.38, P=.001), types of disease(t=2.12, P=.05), job related to income (t=2.12, P=.05). 3. There Was a statistically significant difference in the level of demographic between life-satisfaction groups : education background(t=3.39, P=.05), connect of family(t=2.10, P=.01), smoking(t=2.38, P=.01), disease(t=1.92, P=.05), emotion states(t= 6.12, P=.001). 4. There was a positive correlation between family support and self-esteem for the homeless and it was statistically significant (r=.267, p=.001). 5. There was a positive correlation between family support and life-satisfaction for the homeless and it was statistically significant(r=.299, p=.001). 6. There was a positive correlation between life-satisfaction and self-esteem for the homeless and it was statistically significant(r=.179, p=.01).

청소년이 지각한 가족기능과 희망과의 관계 (Relationship between Family Function and Hope in Adolescents)

  • Purpose: This study is a descriptive correlation survey with the purpose of identifying the relationship between family function and hope in adolescents. It was done to provide basic data for developing family centered nursing strategies to promote adolescents' hope. Methods: The subjects of this study were 1030 high school students in J city. Data were analyzed with SPSS 10.0 program. Frequencies and percentages were used to compare the subjects' general characteristics. Minimum values, maximum values, mean scores and mean grades were used to identify the level of family function and hope. Pearson's correlation coefficient was used to analyze the relationship between family function and hope in adolescents, and t-test, ANOVA, and Scheffe test were used to examine the level of family function and hope by general characteristics. Results: 1. The level of adolescents' family function ranged from 26 to 97, the mean score was 66.85$\pm$13.16, and the mean grade was 2.76$\pm$0.52. 2. The level of adolescents' hope ranged from 55 to 153, the mean score was 111.48$\pm$17.64 and the mean grade was 2.78$\pm$0.44. 3. It showed that there is a significantly positive correlation (r=0.546, p=.000) between adolescents' family function and hope. That is, the better family function adolescents have, the higher level of hope they have. 4. Adolescents' family function showed significant differences according to school record (F=6.363, p=.002), school life satisfaction (F=4.922, p=.007), father's education (F=2.640, p=.048), mother's education (F=3.586, p=.013) and domestic economy status(F=3.022, p=.049). 5. Adolescents' hope showed significant differences according to religion (t=2.018, p=.044), school type (t=2.567, p=.010), school record (F=9.712, p=.000), school life satisfaction (F=11.367, p=.000), father's education (F=4.632, p=.003), mother's education (F=4.709, p=.003), domestic economy status (F=4.235, p=.015), relationship with friends (F=8.187, p=.000), and subjective health condition (F=5.490, p=.001). Conclusion: First, in order to improve adolescents' family function, which encourages hope in adolescents, it is necessary to develop nursing interventions and to make further studies. Second, it is necessary to develop instruments for improving Korean adolescents' family function and hope. Third, further studies are required to improve adolescents' family function and hope in special situations such as disease, drug abuse and juvenile delinquent.

학부모의 가족탄력성, 아동학대예방교육경험, 학대행위인식의 구조적 관계 분석 (The Analysis of Structural Relationships among School Parents' Family Resilience, Experience of Child Abuse Prevention Education, and Awareness of Abuse Behaviors)

  • 본 연구의 주요 목적은 학부모의 가족탄력성, 아동학대예방교육경험, 학대행위인식의 구조적 관계를 분석하는 것이다. 연구자료는 경기도 양평군에 거주하는 초등학생과 중학생을 자녀로 둔 학부모를 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하여 최종 389부를 분석에 투입하였다. 자료분석은 주요 변수들의 구조적 관계를 확인하기 위해 구조방정식모형을 활용하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 학부모의 가족탄력성과 아동학대예방교육경험이 학대행위인식에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학부모의 가족탄력성과 학대행위인식 간의 관계에서 아동학대예방교육경험의 매개효과를 확인하였다. 이러한 분석결과를 기초로 하여 가족탄력성 증진서비스를 포함한 패키지 형태의 아동학대예방프로그램의 제공과 아동학대예방서비스 전달체계의 보완을 제언하였다.

치매 노인의 구강건강관리실태 및 문제점에 관한 질적 연구 (A qualitative study on the present conditions and problems of oral health care in senile dementia patients)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the present conditions and problems of oral health care in senior citizens with dementia using a qualitative research method, through focused group interviews. Methods: Data was collected for approximately one month from May 2019. The subjects were divided into two groups: care workers and family caregivers. Fifteen participants were included in the study. Results: In-depth interviews with the care workers revealed the following three categories: characteristics of senile dementia patients, oral health care in senile dementia patients, and oral health care education. In-depth interviews with the family caregivers revealed the following four categories: characteristics of senile dementia patients, oral health care in senile dementia patients, oral health care education, and burden of care. The central themes common to both the care workers and family caregivers were the challenges owing to the characteristics of senile dementia patients, poor health condition of the senile dementia patients, difficulty in oral health care of the senile dementia patients, the desire to receive oral health care education and related information, and to access the information more easily. Additional central themes specific to the care workers were, the applicability of the intervention programs, variability between the facilities, and the problems of oral health care education. An additional central theme specific to the family caregivers was the burden of care. Conclusions: It is necessary to provide oral health care education and information to care workers and family caregivers of senile dementia patients, and to manage and support the dental health professionals ready to care for senile dementia patients. In addition, support to the family caregivers should not be limited only to the financial aspects, but also consider the psychological and emotional difficulties.

남북한 가정생활교육 관련용어 비교분석 - 아동·가족분야를 중심으로 - (Comparison Between South and North Korean Terminologies in Child and Family Domains of Family Life Education)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 남북한 가정생활분야 관련용어 가운데 아동 가족분야의 용어를 비교 고찰함으로써 통일 이후 가정생활교육의 효율성을 도모하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 것이다. 남북한 용어비교를 위한 자료 수집은 북한 용어 사전, 통일부 및 정부기관 발행보고서와 관련 웹사이트, 북한의 가정생활을 주제로 한 단행본을 활용하였고, 수집된 용어는 '2015 개정 교육과정'의 고등학교 기술 가정 교과 내용체계 가운데 '인간발달과 가족'영역을 기준으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 발달영역용어가 관계영역용어보다 큰 차이를 보였으며, 발달영역 중에서는 '사랑과 결혼' '임신 중 생활과 출산'에서, 관계영역 중에서는 '자녀 돌보기'에서 큰 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 남북한 용어에서 차이를 보이는 주요 내용은 호칭관련, 혼례관련, 임신관련, 출산관련, 자녀돌봄관련 내용이었다. 셋째, 남북한 용어 차이의 주요 양상은 상이한 남북한 사회체제로 인한 차이, 말다듬기로 인한 차이, 표기법으로 인한 차이가 주를 이루었다. 본 연구는 남북한 아동 가족분야 용어 비교를 통해 통일 이후 가정생활교육의 기초자료를 제시하였다는 점에서 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

고등학생이 인식하는 친구지지, 가족건강성과 자기통제력의 관계 (The Relationship among Peer Support, Family Strength and Self-Control in High School Students)

  • 본 연구는 고등학생이 인식하는 친구지지, 가족건강성과 자기통제력의 관계를 분석함으로써 자기통제력을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하며 가정과 학교에서 고등학생을 지도하는 데 있어 기초적인 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 고등학생들의 친구지지와 가족건강성은 중간값(3.0)보다 높았고, 자기통제력 중 장기적인 만족을 추구하는 정도는 중간값보다 높고, 즉각적인 만족을 추구하는 정도는 중간값보다 낮았다. 둘째, 친구지지는 성별에 따라 유의미한 차이가 나타났고, 가족건강성은 생활수준과 부모의 학력에 따라 부분적으로 차이가 나타났다. 또한 자기통제력은 성별과 부학력에 따라 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, 가족건강성과 자기통제력 사이에 유의한 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났고 친구지지와 자기통제력 사이에는 유의한 상관이 나타나지 않았다. 넷째, 자기통제력에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 변인들은 역할공유 및 문제해결력, 의사소통 및 가족유대, 부학력이었으며, 이 변인들은 자기통제력을 15% 설명해 주었다. 이와 같은 연구 결과를 살펴볼 때 고등학생의 자기통제력에는 가족건강성의 영향력이 크다는 것을 알 수 있다. 따라서 가정의 역할이 중요하므로 가족 간의 유대를 강화하고 긍정적인 의사소통을 하도록 가정과교육을 강화하며, 고등학생의 자기통제력을 증진시킬 수 있는 프로그램을 개발하여 제공할 필요가 있다.

대전지역 중학생의 다문화가정생활문화에 대한 인식과 다문화효능감 (Perceptions of Multicultural Family Life Culture and Multicultural Efficacy of Middle School Students in Daejeon)

  • 본 연구에서는 중학생의 다문화가정생활문화에 대한 전반적인 인식과 다문화효능감과의 관련성을 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 대전지역 중학생을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중학생의 성별에 따른 다문화가정생활문화 인식의 차이는 없었으나, 학년과 가정의 월수입에 따라 다문화적 태도의 다문화적 태도의 하위변인인 관계존중에서 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 즉, 학년이 높을수록 다문화에 대해 더 긍정적인 태도를 보이며 다문화인과의 관계를 존중하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 아버지의 교육수준이 높을수록 다문화적 태도가 긍정적이고 다문화에 대한 열린자세를 가지고 있는 것으로 보인다. 어머니의 교육수준은 다문화가정생활문화 인식에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 셋째, 대전시 중학생의 다문화가정생활문화에 대한 인식과 다문화효능감 사이에는 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과로부터 청소년기에 있는 중학생들의 다문화효능감을 높이기 위해서는 다문화가정생활문화 인식을 개선시킬 수 있는 적극적인 방안 모색이 필요함을 알 수 있었다.

기혼 여교사의 가족건강성과 교사효능감에 대한 연구 (Married Female Teachers' Family Strengths and Teacher-Efficacy)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between family strengths and teacher-efficacy among married female teachers. The findings are as follows: First, the average value of family strength was 3.98 on a five-point Likert scale, which meant that they perceived themselves as having a relatively high-level of family strength. Second, the average value of leather-efficacy was 3.14 on a five-point Likert scale, which the teachers' perceptions of their own efficacy were also relatively high. 'The subjective economic status affected the level of the family strength, whereas the leather-efficacy was affected by age, years in teaching, duration of marriage, and the age of the eldest child. Finally, the variables that influenced their techer-efficacy were positive communication, social connectedness, and the age of the eldest child.

청소년의 자아존중감, 가족지지, 학교생활적응이 자살생각에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Self Esteem, Family Support and Adaptation to School Life on Adolscents' Suicidal Ideation)

  • Objectives: The objective of this paper is to study influence of self esteem, family support and adaptation to school life on adolscents' suicidal ideation adjsuted for general characteristics effect. Methods: Using cluster sampling, 318 high school freshmen from T city were extracted as survey subjects. Independent t-test, ANOVA, Duncan test, Pearson's correlation coefficients and multiple regression analysis were applied for statistical analysis. Results: Among general characteristics, religion, family income, single-parentedness, health status and school grades were statistically significant with suicidal ideation. Controlling the above variables, increase in self-esteem (${\beta}$=-.300) and family support (${\beta}$=-.267) showed statistically significant decrease in suicidal ideation but adaptation to school life did not. Conclusions: Therefore, it is proposed that measures for enhancement of self esteem and family support to be included in development of suicide prevention programs.

성인여성의 정보화와 개인 및 가족생활변화 - 광역시 및 중소도시 거주자를 중심으로 - (Adult Women's Informationized Conditions and Individual, Family Life Change - Focused on Women Living in Large and Small-Medium Sized Cities -)

  • The purpose of this study ws6 to find out women's informationized conditions and their life changes. The subjects of this research were 482 women living in large and small-medium sized cities. The data analysis used average, pearson's correlation, one-way ANOVA and multiple regression by SAS/PC. The major findings were as follows: 1. Women's level of informationized conditions is under median in computer using and information technology. The effect of informatization is over median about improving the ability, recognizing from family and neighbor, achieving the occupation. The change of individual and family is under median except educational stimulus, life vitality and educational effect on the family. 2. The effect of informatization was influenced by ability of using computer, necessity and purpose of informatization. The change of individual was influenced by ability of using computer, purpose and effect of informatization and also the change of family was influenced by handicapped reason in information education and the effect of informatization.
