A study on intelligent fish-drying process control system

  • In this paper, a fish drying process control system is proposed, which predicts the proper change with time in weight of the material fish and the drying conditions in advance, based on the performance of skilled worker. In order to implement a human expertise into an automated fish drying process control system, an experimental analysis is made and a model for the process is built. The proposed system divided into two procedures: The procedure before drying and the one during drying. The procedure before drying is for the prediction of necessary drying time. To estimate the necessary drying time, first, the proper change in weight for the product is obtained by using fuzzy reasoning. The condition part of the production rule consists of the factors of fish body and the expected degree of dryness. Kext, the necessary drying time is obtained by regression models. The variables employed in the models are the factors, inferred change in weight and drying conditions. The model for the procedure during drying is also proposed for more accurate estimation, which is described by a system of linear-differential equations.

  • This study is to analyze the relationships between critical success factors of customer relationship management and performance of customer relationship management. To accomplish this purpose, this study performed an empirical analysis of 206 domestic companies which have introduced customer relationship management applications. The result of the study shows that most organizational factors except evaluation and compensation factor have a positively significant effect on the performance of customer relationship management, and that ease of system use and level of system integration influence on the performance of customer relationship management positively.

국민기초생활보장법 제정과정에 관한 연구 (A Study on Policy Making Process of the National Basic Livelihood Institution : Focused on Enactment of National Basic Livelihood Act)

  • This study aims to identify the enactment factors of the National Basic Livelihood Institution in context of policy making process by using Kingdon's policy Stream Model. The findings of this study can be summarized as follows. First, an economic crisis has worsened social problems, and the president Kim Dae-jung recognized these problems as serious and worried about social confusion and polarization. Second, NGOs as like People's Solidarity for Participatory Democracy put efforts into enacting the Act. Also, the president Kim's government faced a series of political crisis and needed political solution including foundation of a new party, which considered social welfare most important. Third, the PSPD designed the Act. But the alternatives of related government ministries were not selected. In conclusion, the National Basic Livelihood Institution was enacted by the combination of these three factors stream. Especially the political stream was strongest.

EA 성숙도 모델의 적용 사례분석 및 개선방안 (An Improvement Study of EA Maturity Models based on a Case Application Analysis)

  • Korean government has operated EA by the act on efficient introduction of information system and operation. etc. But the utilization and the evaluation system for EA don't prepare well. In this study. we analyzed characteristics and advantages of EA maturity models that is developed by some domestic and foreign government departments in logical view. and then we derive evaluation scopes and factors of the models. Also. we applied the models to EA maturity for the B organization and measured maturity levels. We identify similarity and difference between the models. We propose evaluation scopes, levels and factors between the models and solutions for evaluation ambiguity by evaluators and maturity improvement through the identified results.

  • In this study, a survey research was conducted on government employees in Busan Metropolitan City to identify the influence of cyber education factors (learning factor, learner factor, and learning system factor) on the preference for government employee cyber education offered by the government always learning system. Analyzed results, recognition of learning factor, learner factor, and always learning system were shown to have significant influence on the preference for cyber education, but no indication of influence by always learning support. This study intends to assist stimulating voluntary participation in cyber education and active commitment in learning activities through improving learning effect and fortifying convenient informatization education, with regard to activation of cyber education and improved preference for cyber education.

Determinants for the Adoption of Electronic Commerce by Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises: An Empirical Study in Indonesia

  • The study seeks to identify the determinants of the adoption of e-commerce by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in developing countries, in our case, in Indonesia. The aim of this study is to examine the factors influencing e-commerce adoption. This study uses the method of quantitative data collection based on a questionnaire survey of SMEs in Indonesia. The research relies on Regional Project stipulations regarding Business Development in Indonesia, to capture businesses with a range of 5 to 100 employees that are classified as SMEs. This study randomly chose 100 SMEs in Indonesia from the IndoNetwork database. Partial least square (PLS) structural model data processing was used for path coefficients analysis. Structural equation modeling is applied in this study to analyze the determinant factors on the e-commerce adoption. The study findings reveal that four factors, namely, perceived benefits, compatibility, technology readiness, and government support, significantly influence the adoption of e-commerce, whereas customer/supplier pressure does not have influence. So, this study concludes that perceived benefits, compatibility, technology readiness, and government support had a significant and positive relationship with e-commerce adoption. Meanwhile, customer/supplier pressure had no effect on the e-commerce adoption of by Indonesia SMEs.

  • With the development of information technology, IT-based services in public administration has become more indispensable. As a result, the importance of IT maintenance projects to improve the efficiency of IT services and secure service levels is growing. Due to the nature of IT maintenance projects on local government, which mainly involve small and medium-sized IT companies in the region, business participating companies often do not have an appropriate methodology for service quality management. To solve this situation, the government has prepared a service level agreements (SLAs) that can be applied to IT maintenance projects. However, most local governments do not use SLAs for IT maintenance projects. As a result, various problems such as failure of the IT maintenance project or deterioration of quality are occurring Thus, this paper suggested major indexes to evaluate which service factors affect the efficient operation of information systems and the improvement of service quality in IT maintenance projects of local governments and analyzed the importance of indexes based on AHP method. Using this research method, this study found the theoretical implications on the outsourcing service of IT maintenance.

지방공무원의 직무스트레스가 직무만족 및 생활만족에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Job Stress on Job Satisfaction and Life Satisfaction among Local Government Officials: A Survey of Reading Academy Participants)

  • 본 연구는 2023년 1월부터 2023년 3월까지 독서아카데미에 참여한 서울특별시 k구에 근무하는 공무원을 대상으로 하여 진행되었다. 이 연구의 목적은 직무스트레스가 지방공무원의 직무만족과 생활만족에 미치는 영향을 파악하는 것이다. 총 300부의 설문지를 회수하고 다중회귀분석을 수행하여 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 독서아카데미에 참여한 지방공무원들의 직무스트레스 분석 결과, 직무스트레스의 하위 요인 중 보상이 부적절할수록 이직 의도가 높아졌다. 또한 참여자들은 여러 가지 업무를 동시에 처리하고 시간에 쫓기며 일하는 상황 등에서 직무스트레스를 느끼며, 근무조건이나 상황에 바람직하지 못한 변화, 조직개편에 대한 불안감 등이 직무스트레스에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 보상이 적절하다고 인식하지 않을 때 이직 의도가 높은 것으로 드러났다. 둘째, 독서아카데미에 참여한 지방공무원들의 직무스트레스로 인해 근무조건이나 상황에 바람직하지 못한 변화, 조직개편에 대한 불안감, 일관성 없는 업무지시, 성별 차별, 권위적인 조직 분위기 등이 생활만족에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 독서아카데미에 참여한 지방공무원들의 직무만족이 생활만족에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 직무만족의 이직 의도와 보수수준이 정서적 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 반면, 직무 자체와 대인관계는 정서적 만족에 부정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 또한, 직무 자체와 보수수준이 신체적 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 사회적 만족에도 긍정적인 영향을 미치지만, 이직 의도는 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

공공행정 정보시스템의 내재화에 관한 연구: 사회보장정보시스템을 중심으로 (A Study on the Infusion of Public Administrative Information Systems: Focusing on the Social Security Information System)

  • 본 연구에서는 공공행정 정보시스템을 대상으로 정보시스템 내재화의 영향요인을 살펴보고, 정보시스템 내재화가 업무성과에 미치는 영향을 분석한다. 이를 위해 개인의 동기를 설명하는 자기결정이론을 토대로 정보시스템 내재화의 영향요인을 자발적, 비자발적 동기로 구분한다. 자발적 동기요인으로는 성과기대, 개인혁신성, 조직시민행동을, 비자발적 동기요인으로는 정부의 영향, 경쟁조직의 영향, 최고관리자의 영향을 제시하였다. 분석결과, 자발적 동기요인인 성과기대, 개인혁신성, 조직시민행동은 정보시스템의 내재화에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 비자발적 동기요인을 구성하는 정부의 영향, 경쟁조직의 영향, 최고관리자의 영향은 모두 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 정보시스템의 내재화와 업무성과 간의 관계는 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 공공행정 정보시스템과 같이 비자발적 사용 환경에서는 정보시스템 사용여부를 개인이 결정할 수는 없지만, 의무적 사용수준을 넘어선 적극적 활용은 개인의 자율성과 관련된 요인들이 중요한 역할을 수행하는 것으로 분석되었다.

빈곤원인 인식, 정부신뢰, 복지의식의 관계 연구 (Study on the Relationship between Awareness of Poverty Cause, Trust in Government, and Welfare Perception : Moderating Effect of Trust in Government)

  • 본 연구의 주 목적은 빈곤원인 인식이 복지의식에 미치는 영향력을 살펴보고, 빈곤원인 인식과 복지의식간의 관계에서 정부신뢰의 조절효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 2019 한국복지패널 14차년도 자료를 활용하여 부가조사를 최종 완료한 만 20세 이상 가구원 2,027명을 대상으로 분석하였다. 분석은 위계적 회귀분석을 활용하여 설명력(R2)의 변화량을 확인하였고, 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 빈곤원인 인식의 하위요인 중 개인책임론은 복지의식에 부적인 영향력을 보인 반면, 사회구조책임론과 운명론은 정적인 영향력을 보였다. 둘째, 정부신뢰는 복지의식에 정적인 영향력을 나타내었다. 셋째, 정부신뢰의 조절효과는 일부 검증되었다. 즉, 빈곤원인 인식의 하위 요인 중 개인책임론과 복지의식 간, 그리고 사회구조책임론과 복지인식 간의 영향 관계에서 정부신뢰의 조절효과가 확인되었다. 본 결과를 통해 사회구성원들의 복지의식 향상을 위해 빈곤원인에 대한 인식뿐 아니라 정부신뢰 등 사회적 자본의 강화가 매우 중요함을 확인하였다. 이를 바탕으로 본 연구의 논의점 및 의의, 제한점 등을 제시하였다.
