The purpose of this study is to assess the residential satisfaction of no-charge welfare facility for the elderly, and to examine the effect of the integration with pay-training institute on residential satisfaction. The data were collected from staffs and fifty one residents of welfare facility by interview and questionnaire. The statistical analysis was conducted to identify the residential satisfaction. A half of the elderly were aged over seventy five years old, eighty four percents of them were female, and seventy seven percents of them were non-educated. Forty two percents of the elderly considered themselves to be unhealthy, but the ADL data reveals that they are relatively healthy. The most of residents are highly satisfied with whole welfare facility. But, the level of satisfaction on the bathroom, the storing space, the cooking table and the benches were relatively low. These dissatisfactions can be solved by the expanding of the storing space, setting up of a common washing room and electric cooking stove, and the increasing of the number of benches. Also, it was recommended for the elderly to set up the Ondol-style rest room with the western style rest room. The level of satisfaction on the attached training institute with no-charge welfare facility for the elderly were high. This has positive effect on residential satisfaction of the elderly. Therefore, the community integrated welfare facility can be the alternative plan for the enhancement of residential satisfaction and quality of elderly life.

이 연구의 목적은 요양시설 입소노인의 시설 만족도, 불안, 자아 존중감, 스트레스, 우울이 생활만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 무엇인지를 밝히려는 것이다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 K시에 소재한 요양시설 입소노인 271명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSSWIN 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 t-test, 일원변량분석, 상관분석 등을 실시하였고, 실증분석은 유의수준 5%에서 검증하였다. 분석결과에 대하여, 첫째, 입소노인의 성별과 연령, 교육정도, 배우자 유무에 따른 생활만족도의 차이가 있음을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 생활만족도는 서비스 만족도, 의료서비스 만족도, 시설환경 만족도, 자아존중감과 상관이 있는 것을 알 수 있다. 셋째, 자아존중감과 서비스 만족도, 시설환경 만족도가 높을수록, 가족관계 스트레스가 낮을수록 생활만족도가 높다는 것을 알 수 있다. 이러한 연구결과로 볼 때, 요양시설 입소노인의 생활만족도는 자아존중감과 서비스 만족도, 시설환경 만족도가 긍정적인 영향을 주는 중요한 요소임을 시사한 것이라 할 수 있다.

This study shows the following results. First, the assessment items of the whole exhibition operation, workforce, counselor's ability, facility and environment were important analysis factors for exhibition recognition, quality of human operation and quality of exhibition facility and environment. Second, exhibition recognition was found to be the most significant factor that influenced exhibitor's cognitive achievement, exhibition employee operation and exhibition facility. Third, exhibitors' satisfaction simultaneously increased as exhibition recognition and employee operation quality were raised. However, exhibition facility didn't strongly influence exhibitors' satisfaction. Fourth, high exhibition recognition, employee operation and exhibition facility resulted in high cognitive achievement and exhibitor's loyalty. Fifth, exhibition recognition is a highly influential factor to mediate exhibitor's cognitive achievement and exhibitors' loyalty. It implied that exhibitors' cognitive achievement and satisfaction were significantly related to the exhibition quality factor. Moreover, it indicated the effective and efficient operational method to strengthen promotional strategy, enhance the quality of employee operation, exhibition facility and environment. Thus, the results suggest a new method to evaluate exhibitor's satisfaction in the exhibition industry.

본 연구는 생활시설과 이용시설 사회복지사의 직무만족, 이직의도에 대한 영향 요인을 파악하여 시설유형에 따른 적절한 인사관리방안을 모색하기 위하여 진행되었다. 연구결과 생활시설과 이용시설의 직무만족 영향요인이 다르게 나타났으며, 생활시설 사회복지사의 직무만족 영향 요인은 자격등급, 직무내용, 근무환경, 승진 및 발전으로, 이용시설은 직무내용, 상사 및 감독, 임금, 근무환경, 승진 및 발전, 동료 요인으로 나타났다. 이직의도의 영향요인으로는 생활시설은 직무내용, 근무환경으로 나타났고, 이용시설은 근무환경으로 나타나 근무환경이 이직의도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 시설유형에 따른 효과적인 인사관리를 위한 실천적인 함의를 제시하였다.

Understanding the antecedents of high public usage of national R&D facilities is a critical issue for both academics and facility managers. Previous researchrelated to general service management has identified service quality and user satisfaction as important antecedents of reuse and recommendation intention. The current paper reports findings from a survey which looked into the impact of service quality dimensions and user satisfaction on reuse and recommendation intention in the field of R&D facility public usage. Findings indicate that service quality appears to be linked to user satisfaction, and user satisfaction to be linked to reuse and recommendation intention. Findings also indicate that user satisfaction played as a mediator on the relationship between service quality and reuse/recommendation intentions in R&D facility public usage domain.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between satisfaction with facility, depression and ADL in elderly people residing in nursing homes. Data were collected between April 4 and 16, 2001 using a structured questionnaire which included general characteristics, facility satisfaction, depression and ADL scales. The results of this study are summarized as follows : 1. Depression and ADL showed a significant relationship(r=0.340, p=0.004). 2. ADL and satisfaction with facility also showed a significant relationship(r= 0.401. p=0.001). 3. There was no direct relationship between depression and satisfaction with facility (r=0.133. p=0.269). In conclusion, the following suggestions are made : First there is a need for continuous study on the relationship between satisfaction with facility. depression and ADL in elderly people residing in nursing homes. Second, a wide range of study on elderly people who live in home and stay at hospital in addition to those who reside in nursing homes is required.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the difference in social support and job satisfaction of disabled facility workers according to their general characteristics and job characteristics, and to understand the effect of social support on job satisfaction. A questionnaire was conducted against 143 disabled facility workers in D metropolitan city, from 5 January to 29 February 2016. The results of the study are as follows: first, no significant difference was found in the social support of disabled facility workers according to their general characteristics, and only the factor of job area showed significant difference in social support according to job characteristics. Secondly, there was no significant difference in job satisfaction of disabled facility workers according to their general characteristics or job characteristics. Thirdly, support of the superior, as a sub-factor of social support recognised by the disabled facility worker, was found to have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. This study seeks to become foundational data for the development of plans to improve the job satisfaction of disabled facility workers.

본 연구는 사회복지 이용시설 이용자들을 대상으로 사회복지 서비스 질과 시설 재이용 간 관계에서 시설 이미지, 이용자 충성도, 시설만족도 병렬 삼중매개 효과의 영향을 연구하는 데 목적이 있다. 사회복지시설 이용자 219명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 하여 자료를 수집하였다. 분석을 위해 빈도분석, 상관분석, 신뢰도 분석, 병렬 삼중매개 효과 검증은 Bootstrapping을 적용하였다. SPSS 23.0 for Windows와 Process macro를 이용하였다. 즉, 본 연구는 process macro 프로그램을 사용하였기 때문에 경로 분석을 적용한 분석기법이다. 그 결과 첫째, 변인 간에는 모두 통계적으로 유의한 정적 관계를 형성하고 있었다. 둘째, 시설 이미지, 이용자 충성도, 시설만족도는 병렬 삼중매개 효과가 있었다. 본 연구는 팬데믹 상황에서 사회복지시설 대응방안에 다변량을 활용한 새로운 모델을 제시하였으며, 재난 상황에서 사회복지 이용자 중심의 대응 매뉴얼과 대처전략에 대한 정책적 함의를 제시하였다. 끝으로, 향후 다른 변수들을 확대한 병렬 삼중매개 효과 연구의 필요성과 제언을 하였다.

The Primary purpose of this study is to investigate factors and variables which have significant effects on user satisfaction with recreational facilities in Taejong-Dae recreational complex, thereby establishing indices of planning and development of urban parks and open space. To test the causal models of this research, the date were gathered by self-administered questionnaires from 967 households in Pusan City which were selected by the multi-stage probability sampling methood. The analysis of the multi-stage primarily consists of two phase : The first analysis dealt exploratory factor analysis which identified major factors involved in satisfaction with recreational activities and facilities in Taejong-Dae recreational complex and the second analysis tested the fit of the causal models of this research by employing LISREL methodology. There are three advantages of using LISREL over other multivariate analysis methods : First, measurement error is allowed and calculated in LISREL, otherwise there is a risk of seriously misleading estimates of coefficients ; Second, LISREL deals with latent variables or unmeasured variables ; Third, it enables to test causal relations among variables. The factors analysis identified that five factors are involved in satisfaction with recreational facilities. The five factors of satisfaction with recreational facilities are space for repose and relaxation, active recreation facilities such as pool and zoo, physical exercise facility, convenience and maintenance facility, and linear facility, and linear facility for walking. The second phase analysis tested the fit of the causal models for satisfaction with recreational facilities to the data and identified statistically significant causal linkage among overall satisfaction with Taejong-Dae recreational complex, other endogenous factors and exogenous variables. Overall fits of both causal models were very good. Among endogenous factors, facility for repose and relaxation. linear facility for walking, active recreation facility, facility for convenience and maintenance were identified as having significant effects on overall satisfaction. Exogenous variables which have significant effects on endogenous variables wer also identified. These significant relationships indicate important factors and variables that should be considered in planning and development of the recreational complex. On the basis of these significant causal relationships, implications for planning and the delovepment of Taejong-Dae recreational complex were suggested.

본 연구는 실내골프연습장의 서비스품질이 고객만족, 고객충성도가 재등록의사에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 이루어졌다. 본 연구의 대상은 실내골프연습장을 이용하고 있는 고객들을 대상으로 하였으며, 자료수집은 편의표본추출법에 의하여 수집된 설문지 중 238부를 실제 자료처리에 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 서비스품질의 모든 하위요인이 고객만족에 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 서비스품질 하위요인 중 시설과 지도자만 고객충성도에 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 서비스품질의 모든 하위요인이 재등록의사에 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 고객만족은 재등록의사에 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 다섯째, 고객충성도는 재등록의사에 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 여섯째, 고객만족은 서비스품질과 재등록의사 관계에 있어서 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 고객충성도는 서비스품질과 재등록의사의 관계에 있어서 부분적으로 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다.
