This paper concerns the rate of convergence in the multidimensional normal approximation of functional of Gaussian fields. The aim of the present work is to derive explicit upper bounds of the Kolmogorov distance for the rate of convergence instead of Wasserstein distance studied by Nourdin et al. [Ann. Inst. H. Poincar$\acute{e}$(B) Probab.Statist. 46(1) (2010) 45-98].

OMG's Common Warehouse Metamodel is now a single data warehouse metadata standard. We analyze the social welfare effect when a policy-based financial system (PFS) enters a decentralized financial market. Particularly, the PFS in this case supports the interest spread for corporate loans held by firms with heterogeneous bankruptcy decisions under an imperfect information structure. Although support for capital costs through the PFS expands the economy consistently, the optimal level of PFS out of the corporate loan market is estimated to be 8.6% by a simulation model considering social welfare adjusted by the disutility of labor. This result is much lower than the recent level of PFS in the Korean financial sector.

최근의 금융 부문 스펙트럼 확대 및 실물과의 연계 심화는 한국 산업의 지속적 성장에 큰 변수로 부상하고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 그 동안 한국의 금융 발전이 경제 성장을 견인하였는가와 금융 부문이 발전함에 따라 '외부금융의존도'와 '성장기회'라는 요인들이 한국의 산업별 성장에 효율적으로 기여하였는가를 각각 거시적 미시적 측면에서 실증 분석하였다. 우선, 한국 금융 발전과 경제 성장에 대한 거시적 분석 결과, 한국의 금융 발전은 성장을 일방향적으로 cause할 뿐 아니라 유의미한 동태적 성장기여 효과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로 '외부금융의존도'와 '성장기회'라는 대표적 경로들에 대한 산업 차원의 미시적 패널 분석을 실시한 결과 금융 발전에 따른 '외부금융의존도'의 확대가 성장에 미치는 효과는 분석 기간별로 다르게 나타났으나 금융 발전과 '성장기회'확대의 상호 작용은 분석 기간에 관계없이 지속적으로 성장에 정(+)의 유의미한 효과를 미쳐 왔음을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 향후, 지속적이고 안정적인 경제 성장을 위해서는 선도적 금융 전략 마련을 위한 노력 및 적극적인 성장기회 포착이 중요하다는 점을 내포한다. 반면, 앞으로 산업 내 외부금융 조달 정도는 적정 임계수준을 초과하지 않도록 유지될 필요가 있음을 또한 시사한다.

The study aims to examine the impact of productivity in addition to the policy of increasing the foreign investors' ownership rate on the performance of businesses which were listed on Vietnam's stock exchange market from 2010 to 2017. With the database of 3.961 observations, the study employs a statistical method - multiple regression to estimate the relationship between labor productivity, foreign ownership as well as other firm-level characteristics and firm performance. Research findings show that increasing labor productivity and increasing foreign ownership rates help increase firm performance. In addition, except for financial leverage, variables such as liquidity and firm size have positive effects on firm performance measured by Tobin's Q. These findings have theoretical contributions and practical implications for managers, investors and government in Vietnam. Managers should pay attention to improving labor productivity through employing incentive mechanisms, building a good working environment, investing in technology, etc. in order to enhance the firm performance. Investors could utilize the labor productivity and foreign ownership indicators to select stocks of good companies for investment. For Vietnamese government, relaxing the limit of foreign ownership and accelerating the divesting of State capital in State-owned enterprises could help increase the investment scale of foreign investors and resulting in positive effects on the firm performance.

This study examines the effects of trust and commitment on firm performance in the apparel manufacturer-contractor relationships. A total of 92 apparel manufactures participated in the study. Factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha coefficient, and multiple regression analysis were conducted for the statistical analysis. Two factors of trust were identified: credibility and benevolence. Two factors of commitment were identified: affective commitment and calculative commitment. Three factors of firm performance were identified: customer service performance, finance performance, and product performance. The credibility of the apparel manufacture in a contractor had a significant positive effect on the affective commitment of an apparel manufacturer and on the calculative commitment in a contractor. Meanwhile, the benevolence of the apparel manufacture on a contractor had a significant positive effect on the affective commitment of an apparel manufacturer on a contractor. The credibility of the apparel manufacture on a contractor was positively related to customer service performance, finance performance, and product performance. The benevolence of the apparel manufacture on a contractor was positively related to customer service performance and finance performance of an apparel manufacture. The affective commitment of the apparel manufacture in a contractor was positively related to service performance. The calculative commitment of the apparel manufacture on a contractor was positively related to finance performance and to the product performance of an apparel manufacture. The results of this study provides practical guidelines toward exchange partners of apparel manufacturers as to how to facilitate from performance in apparel manufacturer-contractor relationships.

본 연구는 우리나라 코스닥 제약회사를 대상으로 내 외부금융이 연구개발투자(R&D)에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 실증분석을 위한 표본은 2009년부터 2013년까지 상장된 기업들 중 코스닥 제약회사를 대상으로 하였으며 사용된 전체 표본은 5개년 자료로써 212개 관측치를 가진 불균형패널자료이다. 본 연구에 사용된 주요 변수들 중 개별기업 별 재무자료는 상장회사 협의회의 TS-2000, 금융감독원 전자공시 시스템의 각 기업 사업보고서, NICE신용평가정보의 KISVALUE-III 등의 자료를 통해 직접 수집하였으며, 패널분석을 위해 STATA 12.0을 사용하였다. 연구결과, 첫째 내부금융(유동비율)은 연구개발투자에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 외부금융(부채비율)은 연구개발투자에 부정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구는 자본시장에서 정보의 비대칭으로 인해 외부금융보다 내부금융이 더 선호됨을 알 수 있다. 즉, 제약기업의 연구개발투자 활성화를 위해 내부금융의 관리 및 정부의 정책적 지원이 필요함을 보여준다.

2014년 1분기 국내 스마트폰 기반의 모바일 뱅킹 등록고객 수는 4,034만명으로 2013년말 대비 8.5%(316만명) 증가했고, 하루 평균 거래액은 1조6276억원으로 집계되었다. 또한 2014년 스마트폰 뱅킹 악성앱 발견건수는 1,440건으로 소액결제, 스마트폰 공인인증서 탈취, 정상적인 은행 앱을 악성 앱으로 바꾸는 등의 악성코드가 크게 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 이렇게 금융 스마트폰 앱 사용자수 및 거래액이 증가와 함께 스마트폰 악성코드 등도 늘어나면서 앱을 사용하는 금융소비자들에게 피해가 날로 확산되고 있다. 본 연구는 은행, 증권, 카드사들을 중심으로 금융 스마트폰 앱 설치 시 요구하는 개인정보 수집 권한에 대한 실태를 조사하였다. 이 결과를 토대로 개인정보 수집을 최소화 할 수 있는 방안을 제시하여 금융소비자의 개인정보를 안전하게 보호하고자 한다.
