회전자 저항 추정기를 가지는 유동전동기 구동용 모델추종 적응제어기 설계 (Model Following Adaptive Controller with Rotor Resistance Estimator for Induction Motor Servo Drives)

  • This paper presents an indirect field-oriented (IFO) induction motor position servo drives which uses the model following adaptive controller with the artificial neural network(ANN)-based rotor resistance estimator. The model reference adaptive system(MRAS)-based 2-layer ANN estimates the rotor resistance on-line and a linear model-following position controller is designed by using the estimated the rotor resistance value. At the end, a fuzzy logic system(FLS) is added to make the position controller robust to the external disturbances and the parameter variations. The simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.

  • In this paper, a robust sensorless vector control system for induction motors with a speed estimator and an uncertainty observer is presented. At first, the proposed speed estimator is based on the MRAS(Mode Reference Adaptive System) scheme and constructed with a simple fuzzy logic(FL) approach. The structure of the proposed FL estimator is very simple. The input of the FL is the rotor flux error difference between reference and adjustable model, and the output is the estimated incremental rotor speed Secondly, the unmodeled uncertainties such as parametric uncertainties and external load disturbances are modeled by a radial basis function network(RBFN). In the overal speed control system, the control inputs are composed with a norminal control input and a compensated control input, which are from RBFN observer output and the modeling error of the RBFN, repectively. The compensated control input is derived from Lyapunov unction approach. The simulation results are presented to show the validity of the proposed system.

  • This paper proposes a nonlinear adaptive controller based on back-stepping method for tracking reference substrate concentration by manipulating dilution rate in a continuous baker´s yeast cultivating process in stirred tank bioreactor. Control law is obtained from Lyapunov control function to ensure asymptotical stability of the system. The Haldane model for the specific growth rate depending on only substrate concentration is used in this paper. Due to the uncertainty of specific growth rate, it has been modified as a function including the unknown parameter with known bounded values. The substrate concentration in the bioreactor and feed line are measured.   • In this study an elevator plant model is made with an electro-hydraulic servo valve and a single rod cylinder. A PID controller, a velocity feedback PID controller and a MRAC controller ate designed. Experimental apparatus including an elevator plant model and these controllers are constructed. In case of experiment, external load which is made with a hydraulic cylinder and a pressure control valve burdens varying load to the elevator plant model being driven. With experiment, the control performances of three proposed control methods are compared.

Analysis on Output Efficiency of Chinese Listed Port Companies Based on DEA Model

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to propose strategies of improving efficiency of 20 listed port companies in China based on analysis of their input-output indexes from 2014 to 2018. Research design, data, and methodology - In this paper, the relevant input-output indicators of 20 listed port companies in China from 2014 to 2018 were adopted. Data derived from the company annual reports announced by Shanghai stock exchange and Shenzhen stock exchange. Comprehensive efficiency and pure technical efficiency were measured from output perspective by DEA and Malmquist index, and efficiency changes and regional efficiency were analyzed. Result - The results showed that the efficiency value of 20 listed port companies in China fluctuated and increased during 2014-2018, regional efficiency was unbalanced, and change of MPI was influenced by internal factors and external factors. Listed port companies affected by internal and external factors needed to make appropriate response to internal and external factors. Conclusion - The research conclusion can provide important reference information about management and planning for port companies in China and related areas. However, this paper is limited to the availability of data. So the improvement scheme for listed companies in inefficient regional ports needs further study, such as using AHP method.

각 어긋남을 고려한 각접촉 볼베어링의 피로수명 해석 (Fatigue Life Analysis for Angular Contact Ball Bearing with Angular Misalignment)

  • Angular misalignment has a significant effect on the characteristics of angular contact ball bearings (ACBBs). This paper presents an analysis of fatigue life for ACBBs subjected to angular misalignment. A simulation model is developed with de Mul's bearing model and the ISO basic reference rating life model. Simulation is performed to calculate the life of the ACBBs subjected to angular misalignment. The numerical results show that angular misalignment influences the load distribution significantly, thus reducing the bearing rating life. The fatigue life of ACBBs is decreased by angular misalignment regardless of axial preload, external radial load and rotational speed. The results show that angular misalignment should be maintained at less than 1mrad for ACBBs.

  • The tracking of a reference temperature trajectory in a polymerization batch reactor is a common problem and has critical importance because the quality control of a batch reactor is usually achieved by implementing the trajectory precisely. In this study, only energy balances around a reactor are considered as a design model for control synthesis, and material balances describing concentration variations of involved components are treated as unknown disturbances, of which the effects appear as time-varying parameters in the design model. For the synthesis of a tracking controller, a method combining the input-output linearization of a time-variant system with the parameter estimation is proposed. The parameter estimation method provides parameter estimates such that the estimated outputs asymptotically follow the measured outputs in a specified way. Since other unknown external disturbances or uncertainties can be lumped into existing parameters or considered as another separate parameters, the method is useful in practices exposed to diverse uncertainties and disturbances, and the designed controller becomes robust. And the design procedure and setting of tuning parameters are simple and clear due to the resulted linear design equations. The performances and the effectiveness of the proposed method are demonstrated via simulation studies.

STEP을 근거로 한 선체화물창부 구조 데이터 모델에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Ship Cargo Hold Structure Data Model Based on STEP)

  • In this study, a pseudo ship structure data model for the :.hip cargo hold structure based on STEP is proposed. The proposed data model is based on Application Reference Model of AP218 Ship Structure which is the model that specifies conceptual structures and constraints used to describe the information requirements of an application. And the proposeddata model refers the Ship Common Model framework for the model architecture which is the basis for ongoing ship AP development within the ISO ship-building group and the ship product definition information model of CSDP research project for analyzing the relationship between ship structure model entities. The proposed data model includes Space, Compartment. Ship Structural System, Structural Part and Structural Feature of cargo hold. To generate this data model schema in EXPRESS format, ‘GX-Converter’was used which enables user to edit a model in EXPRESS format and convert schema file in EXPRESS format. Using this model schema, STEP physical file containing design data for ship cargo hold data structure was generated through SDAI programming. The another STEP physical file was also generated containing geometry data of ship cargo hold which was extracted and calculated by SDAI and external surface/surface intersection program. The geometry information of ship cargo hold can be then transferred to commercial CAD system, for example, Pro/Engineer. Examples of the modification of the design information are also Presented.

하이퍼미디어 기술에 기반한 통합 OPAC구현에 관한 연구 (A Study on Development of Integrated OPAC Based on Hypermedia Techniques)

  • 본 연구는 EconRef이라는 통합 OPAC의 구현에 관한 것으로서, 이 모델은 참고사서의 효율적인 업무처리를 가능하게 해주고, 이용자에게 조직적이고 신속한 정보서비스를 제공하는 것이다. 통합 OPAC은 REGIS와 The Book House와 같은 실제의 시스템을 기초로 하여 KPWin++를 이용하여 구현하였다. KPWin++는 전문가시스템 쉘로서 하이퍼텍스트와 전문가시스템이 결합되어 있다. 이 통합 OPAC 시스템은 6개의 모듈로 참고봉사 전문가시스템 ; 문헌정보원, 전문가정보원, 통계정보원 ; OPAC ; 외부데이터베이스 ; 이용자안내 등으로 구성되었다. 시스템의 평가는 EconRef 시스템과 초급사서 및 고급사서를 비교하였고, 하이퍼텍스트와 전문가시스템이 결합된 OPAC인 REGIS 시스템과 비교하였다. 비교결과 EconRef 시스템은 고급사서와 유사한 반면 초급사서 보다는 우수한 것으로 나타났다.
