The spermatozoa become mature in the epididymis which is divided into initial segment and caput, corpus, and cauda epididymis. The water movement across the epididymal epithelium is important for creating luminal microenvironment for sperm maturation. Aquaporins (Aqps) are water channel proteins, and expression of Aqps is regulated by androgens. The current research was focused to examine expressional regulation of Aqp1 and Aqp9 by an androgenic-anabolic steroid, nandrolone decanoate (ND). The ND at the low dose (2 mg/kg body weight/week) or high dose (10 mg) was subcutaneously administrated into male rats for 2 or 12 weeks. Transcript levels of Aqp1 and Aqp9 were determined by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) analyses. In the initial segment, level of Aqp1 was decreased with 12 week-treatment, while Aqp9 level was decreased by the high dose treatment for 12 weeks. In the caput epididymis, Aqp9 expression was decreased by the low dose treatment. The 2 week-treatment resulted in an increase of Aqp1 level but a decrease of Aqp9 expression in the corpus epididymis. In the corpus epididymis, the 12 week-treatment at the low dose caused the reduction of Aqp1 and Aqp9 levels, but the high dose treatment resulted in an increase of Aqp1 expression and a decrease of Aqp9 level. In the cauda epididymis, Aqp1 expression was decreased by 2 and 12 week-treatments, while increases of Aqp9 levels was detected with the high dose treatment for 2 weeks and with 12 week-treatment. These findings indicate differential regulation of Aqp1 and Aqp9 expression among epididymal segments by ND.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the expression method and visual characteristics of material utilized the lighting in terms of a visual aspect. The method of study is to establish standards for analysis and to classify type of visual effect and expression of that focused on preliminary study. And It is to grasp the visual expression characteristics of new materials. through analysis standards. The results of the study are as follows. First, 'decorativeness', 'symbolization', 'motion-images' and 'interactivity' were selected as the type of visual expression through the precedent studies. And it was classified the visual effects as 3 types like 'a light-emitting effect', 'steric effects' and 'movement effect'. Second, We could know that 'light-emitting effect' was expressed in 7-new materials, 'three-dimensional effect' was expressed in 3-new materials, and 'motion effect' in 4-new materials. Through that. We could know that the new materials represented with 'light-emitting effect' are much more than the other new materials. Third, the results of this study show that 'decorativeness' in the visual types was appeared to 'light-emitting effect' and 'three-dimensional effect'. 'symbolization' to 'light-emitting effect' and 'motion effect', 'motion-images' to 'three-dimensional effect' and 'motion effect' and 'interactivity' to 'light-emitting effect', 'three-dimensional effect' and 'motion effect'. And It was appeared to three effects in 'interactivity'. We could know that it is more effective to be presented the visual effect simultaneously to communication with the visual perception.

본 연구는 3D게임의 완성도와 사용자의 플레이 욕구를 높이기 위해 다양한 몰입요소들 중 사용자 이동시스템을 서비스하고 있는 게임에서 이동수단의 하나인 '비행' 행위에 따른 사용자의 심리적 반응을 분석하였다. 게임 내 이동시스템 종류인 포탈, 탑승물, 소환, 추적 등의 사용자 이동 구도를 살펴보고, 비행시스템이 존재하는 게임에서 사용자들에 미치는 영향과 기준을 통해 Aion 게임을 대상으로 객관적인 설문통계 방법을 이용하여 비행 이동이 사용자들에게 심리적으로 미치는 영향과 요인들에 대해 분석하였다. 그렇게 분석된 결과를 토대로 게임에서의 비행 이동이라는 요소, 각 게임 별 비행 이동시스템 구조와 각 배경그래픽이 게임 사용자의 심리적 행동이나 반응 요소, 사용자가 게임 속 가상세계의 지형에 따른 비행을 하고 싶은 충동성, 비행 시스템에 대한 사용자의 의존성 그리고 비행과정에서의 비행 행동과 배경이 되는 가상세계의 표현 수준에 따른 몰입감(沒入感) 등의 특징을 밝혀낼 수 있었으며, 이용시간, 연령층, 레벨에 따라 비행행동 반응에 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었다.

Then in processing of development of Modernism Art it can be said that Minimalism reach the top of Modernism with that it carried out such character of formed Purity Doctrine of Modernism Art extremely and realized self-restorational character of Minimalism at the pictures that Minimalism is characterized by objectional clearness conceptual strictness reality and simplicity at the picture and by simplicity singularity uninterality and enviromentality at the sculpture. If we analyze Minimalic character in Interior design dividing into the density of space the principle of compound performance of touch and detail those are moderated and simple space simple and repeated compounding of geometrical line and shape the pure techniques of expression and the simplity of pure srtuctural -beauty in detail.

하드웨어의 급속한 기술발전은 3차원 영상정보를 포함한 다양한 디지털 영상정보의 급속한 발전과 확대를 가져왔다. 애니메이션, 가상현실, 영화, 광고, 게임 분야에서도 3차원 디지털 영상처리는 매우 다양하고 광범위하게 사용되고 있다. 이러한 3차원 디지털 영상 속에 등장하는 3D캐릭터는 의인화된 동작이나 음성, 표정등을 통해 관객에게 감동과 정보를 전달하는 중요한 역할을 담당한다. 3D캐릭터의 활용도와 사용범위가 확대되어감에 따라 효과적인 3D캐릭터의 동작연구나 표정연출에 대한 관심도 또한 높아지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 내적감정상태의 효과적 수단으로 사용되는 표정에 대해 연구해본다. 해부학적 구조에 기반한 얼굴근육의 운동방향과 변화에 따른 3D 캐릭터의 표정구현에 대해 살펴보고 효과적인 표현방법을 모색해보고자 한다. 또한 선행연구로 진행된 2D캐릭터 표정연구와의 비교를 통하여 그 차이점과 특징에 대해 살펴보고자 한다.

Serotransferrin cDNA from the Siberian sturgeon Acipenser baerii was isolated and its expression patterns during early life intervals were characterized. It contained an ORF encoding a 708-aa-long polypeptide, including a 19-aa signal peptide. Bioinfomatic analysis and 3D modeling indicated a typical bi-lobal structure with conserved iron-coordinating residues. During embryonic development, the potential transition of maternally provisioned transcripts to zygotically de novo transcribed ones occurred around blastula stage. The transferrin mRNA levels peaked at stages responsible for pronephros, heart and erythropoietic component differentiation. After hatching, the transferrin mRNA expression gradually increased at early ontogenic phases (0 to 3 DPH) corresponding to the periods in which prolarvae exhibited increased blood circulation and liver differentiation. The expression decreased at subsequent stages in which prolarvae exhibited benthic movement. The tissue distribution assay indicated liver-predominant expression at fingerling stage. From the microinjection-based challenge with Aeromonas hydrophila at day-0 and day-7, the transcriptional response was modulated toward upregulation, in which the amounts induced at 6, 12 and 24 HPI were greater in prolarvae injected at day-7 than at day-0. Therefore, transferrin plays important roles in both early development and host protective responses to pathogens in the Siberian sturgeon.

The purpose of this study is to consider the changes of the early twentieth century fashion in pursuit of mechanical beauty. As for the research methodology, literature survey has been undertaken. The results of this study are as following. In early twentieth century, fashion concept on the expression of mechanical beauty was considered as abstractness, atypicality, and high-tech. The abstractness of fashion was expressed by geometrical purity, box silhouette, moderate color, and cheap materials in association with mechanical reasonability and efficiency. The atypicality of fashion was connected progressive taste motivated by mechanical dynamic effect. This tendency of dress was constructed technically in response with the movement of body and totally transgressed conventional notions of clothing. The high-tech of fashion was presented by geometrical forms and metal materials in relation with the future-oriented utopia and the harmony between human and machine.

The study is Intended to clarify the ideologies and principles applied to the formative expression of church architecture which is contained both the God and human. After modern times, from the result of study of modern architectural movement, all of architectural ideology have not been developed with the church architecture. Some of architectural concept have been the foundation of modern church architecture. Among them, focusing the area which is developed the form of the church architecture wish the regional architectural expression -America, Northern Europe and Latin America - the expressional characteristics have derived that the church architecture have specific characteristics by the analysis of the characteristics from the influence of the regionalism. After all, regionalism-church architecture which describes recognized and behavioral organism and recognize the kind of the regional tradition and show regionalized formation shows the expressional characteristics of modern church architecture.

We was confirmed that the antler extract increases the expression of marker genes expressed in the process of bone formation, and that the effect on the increase in the expression of the gene is further increased by fermentation of the antler extract. In addition, the mouse model in which menopausal was induced by ovary extraction significantly reduced the movement distance and exercise time of mice compared to the control group. But the decrease was somewhat alleviated by the administration of the antler extract, and completely restored when the fermented antler extract was administered. In the menopause-induced mice, the body weight ratio of heart, liver, and spleen weights increased compared to the control group, but the antler extract and the antler ferment extract restored the body weight ratio of various organ weights to the level of the control group in the menopause-induced mice. Consequently, this has led to mitigating changes in the metabolism affected by menopause.

This study is focused on the swinging and trembling effect expressed in Korean costume from ancient days to the present. The swinging is a term standing for gentle movements that are created and implied by the long ties, strings, tassels, pendants and hanging ornamentations. These attatched elements of the costume move as the wearer moves. Trembling is a term expressing small vibrating movement which is created by the tiny decorative motifs attatched to Korean costume. This little decorative elements were attatched to the royal crown, earings, necklaces even the sole of the metalic shoes for a change and to draw viewers attention. The Swinging and Trembling have been used mainly to express the decorative desires. The Swinging on shaman costume is a expression of the aesthetics of evil's eye, while the Swinging shown on the costume of a schalor is expressing the beauty of personality and nature. In General during the Choson Period, the Swinging of the tassels, ribbons, string belts is a expression of the beauty of nature. Consequently the Swinging and the Trembling are the typical examples of the "Meot"(멋), Korean traditional aesthetics.
