혼합현실 기술 사용자 체험이 플로우와 지속사용의도에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of User Experience on Perceived Flow and Continuous Intentions to Use the Mixed Reality Technology)

  • This study aims to predict causal relationships between experience economy, perceived flow, and continuous use intention in the mixed reality (MR) environment. A virtual fitting mirror with two modes (i.e., avatar and self-image) was selected for this study. A total of 200 samples was obtained in two sample frames: virtual fitting users in avatar mode (group 1, n = 119) and self-image mode (group 2, n = 81). The results showed that the experience economy consists of entertainment, education, esthetic, and escapism. The entertainment and esthetic experiences had positive effects on perceived flow, leading to continuous use intentions. For avatar mode, the entertainment and esthetic experiences had positive effects on continuous use intentions through the mediating effect of flow; and the education experience had a positive effect on the continuous intentions to use the MR technology. For self-image mode, the flow mediated the effect of entertainment on continuous use intentions, whereas education and escapism directly affected the intention to use the MR technology. The paper also discusses the theoretical and managerial implications of using MR technologies in fashion retailing.

영재교육에 있어 성격 5요인의 자기조절학습 및 학업성취도 예측에 관한 연구 (Influence of Big Five Personality on Self-Regulation Learning and Achievement in Gifted Education)

  • 본 연구는 질 높은 영재교육을 제공하기 위해 영재의 성격 5요인의 요소인 개방성, 성실성, 외향성, 수용성 및 신경증이 영재교육의 성과인 자기조절학습과 학업성취도를 예측하는 지를 밝히고자 하였다. 본 연구는 경기도 A영재교육원 학생 95명을 대상으로 진행하였다. 영재의 개방성, 성실성, 외향성, 수용성, 신경증, 자기조절학습 및 학업성취도간의 관계를 살펴본 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 영재의 수용성, 개방성, 성실성 순으로 자기조절학습을 유의하게 예측하였다. 둘째, 영재의 신경증, 자기조절학습 및 외향성 순으로 학업성취도를 유의하게 예측하였다. 셋째, 학업성취도에 유의한 예측력을 보이지 않은 영재의 개방성, 성실성, 수용성은 자기조절학습을 매개로 학업성취도에 대한 예측력이 유의한 것으로 밝혀졌다. 따라서 영재교육에서는 영재의 성격 5요인을 관리할 수 있는 프로그램을 통하여 영재교육의 성과인 자기조절학습과 학업성취도를 높여 나가야 할 것이다.

포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 이용한 환자안전전담자의 환자 및 보호자 대상 환자 안전 교육 경험 분석 (Experiences in Patient Safety Education of Patient Safety Officer Using Focus Group Interview)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for the development of the most appropriate and effective educational materials for patients and their caregivers through the educational experiences of patient safety officer. Methods: This study is a qualitative analysis that involves using the focus group interview to understand the patient safety education experience of the patient safety officer. Results: The patient safety education experience of the patient safety officer is divided into four topics: (1) patient safety education content (2) patient safety education method (3) patient safety education status (4) activation and improvement of patient safety education. Additionally, the study incorporated twelve subtopics: (a) falls (b) speak up (c) patient safety campaign (d) patient safety rounding and a one on one training (e) education through medical staff (f) education using broadcast, video, post, among others (g) a lot of education in patient (h) patients not interested in patient safety education (i) patient safety education is less effective (j) human and medical expenses support (k) provision of standardized educational materials (l) patient safety culture for patient participation. Conclusions: This study indicate that education for patients and the caregivers should be inclusive and protective of stakeholders from the risks involved in patient safety events. The experience of patient safety officer is necessary for patient safety education for both patients and the caregivers since it is the source of basic data for the future development of patient safety education.

리조트 이용객이 지각하는 고객 경험, 리조트 이용만족, 고객 행동의도 간 구조적 관계: 리조트 이용만족의 매개효과 검증 (The Structural Relationship among Customer Experience, Resort Use Satisfaction, and Customer Behavioral Intentions: The mediating effect of resort use satisfaction)

  • Purpose: According to previous studies, customer experience had a significant effect on consumer behaviors. In this perspective, this study investigates the structural relationship among customer experience, resort use satisfaction, and customer behavioral intentions, with focus on the mediating role of resort use satisfaction. Research design, data, and methodology: Data collected from 361 individuals who had experienced the resort service were analyzed using SPSS 29.0 and AMOS 29.0, involving frequency analysis, HTMT, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation model testing. Result: Firstly, cognitive, and relational experiences had significant effect on resort use satisfaction. Secondly, resort use satisfaction had significant effect on customer behavioral intentions. Thirdly, resort use satisfaction had partial mediating effects in the relationship between customer experiences and customer behavioral intentions. Conclusion: This study academically confirmed the empirical link between customer experience and consumer behaviors. From a practical standpoint, it suggests the necessity of marketing activities that enhance customers' perception of their experiences, as well as resort use satisfaction and customer behavioral intentions, through systematic CS education and management of the physical environment.

Science Gifted Learning Program: Research & Education Model

  • This paper suggests a research & education (R&E) model for the gifted in science education. The model has been developed under three assumptions. The first is that using the sequences of a gifted educational program designed to facilitate the process will assist in gifted students' construction of scientific knowledge and comprehension of laboratory practice through concrete experimental experience. The second is that gifted students will be able to apply this learning to further study using and extending scientific knowledge and experience. The third is that challenging tasks and feedback at the requisite stage of development will improve instructional effectiveness. The R&E Model has five phases: engaging, exploring, planning, performing and elaborating; furthermore, it suggests roles for the mentee and mentor. The R&E model has two functions for gifted education. The first is providing guidance for gifted curriculum developers as they design a mentor program, and the second is helping a mentor improve instructional effectiveness through use of strategies. This model has potentials to educate the gifted students in the Science Education Institute for the Gifted.

간호대학 임상실습강사의 역할 경험 (Clinical Instructors' Role Experience in College of Nursing)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to understand the clinical instructors' role experience in college of nursing. Method: Two focus group interviews were held with a total of 12 clinical instructors. All interviews were recorded and transcribed as they were spoken, and the collected data were analyzed using content analysis of Downe-Wamboldt(1992). Results: Three themes and six subthemes were extracted from the analysis: 1) Getting recognition of special roles as a clinical instructor: 'Recognizing the role of clinical instructor for guiding student's individual practice goals', 'Recognizing helping and supporting roles for student's successful clinical practice', 2) Having difficulty in performing the role of clinical practice instructor: 'Difficulty from the lack of knowledge and experience as a clinical practice instructor', 'Difficulty from the gap between current clinical practice and purpose of clinical nursing practice', 3) Making efforts to overcome the difficulties as a clinical instructor and accomplishing personal development: 'Making efforts to acquire personal knowledge and experience', 'Making a chance to reflect on and grow up oneself'. Conclusion: Clinical instructors take an important part of clinical nursing education. To improve the quality of clinical nursing education, it is needed role reestablishment and institutional support for clinical instructors on the basis of the understanding of instructors' experience.

서핑참여자의 참여동기가 몰입경험 및 지속적 참여의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Surfing Participants' Participation Motivation on Flow Experience and Continuous Participation Intention)

  • The purpose of this study was to verify the influences of surfing participants' participation motivation on flow experience and continuous participation intention. The study conducted a research survey through purposive sampling method after selecting 2 surfing center in Ganwon-do. 280 questionnaires distributed and 269 were selected as final valid sample by removing 11 questionnaires that have insufficient answers. Then data were analyzed through exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS Window ver. 20.0. The results were as followings. First, participation motivation factors have positive effect on flow experience. Second, participation motivation factors have an influence on continuous participation intention. Third, flow experience have an influence on continuous participation intention. Fourth, leisure flow have an influence on continuous participation intention.

공대생의 일 경험이 첫 일자리 성공에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Engineering College Students' Work Experience on the Success of the First Job Success)

  • 이 연구는 공과대학 재학 중 일 경험이 노동 시장 진입에 미치는 영향을 탐구했다. 이를 위해, 공학 전공자와 다른 전공 학생들의 취업 준비 행동 중 일 경험과 첫 일자리 성공 간 관계를 비교하였다. 다음으로, 공대생이 경험한 인턴십과 같은 직장 경험이 졸업 후 첫 직장에 적응하고 고용을 유지하는 데 미치는 영향을 분석했다. 특히, 공대생의 노동 시장 진입에 영향을 미치는 요인들의 상대적 영향력을 분석함으로써, 공대생의 취업 성공을 위해 대학 차원에서 어떤 정책적 노력이 이루어질 수 있는지 제시하였다. 연구 결과, 인턴십 등의 일 경험이 공학계열 학생들의 취업의 질에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 성별에 관계 없이 모든 공학계열 학생들에게 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 밝혔다.

대학 마일리지 제도 경험에 대한 합의적 질적 연구 (A Consensual Qualitative Research on the Experience of University Mileage Scheme)

  • 대부분 대학들은 학생들의 비교과 활동을 독려하기 위해 비교과 활동내역을 점수로 환산하여 장학금을 지급하는 마일리지 제도를 운영하고 있다. 본 연구는 대학이 학생들에게 전략적으로 제공하고 있는 마일리지 제도에 대한 학생 경험의 이해를 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 마일리지 제도가 정착된 대학의 학생 16명을 선정하여 심층면접을 실시하고, 면접 자료를 합의적 질적 연구방법으로 분석하였다. 연구결과의 타당성 확보를 위해 감수자에게 연구를 통해 도출된 전체 영역 및 범주의 적절성에 대한 의견을 받았으며, 최종적으로 '마일리지 제도에 참여하게 된 동기', '마일리지 제도에 참여하는 과정에서의 경험', '마일리지 제도에 참여한 이후 경험의 영향'의 3개 영역과 18개 범주를 도출하였다. 본 연구는 대학 마일리지 제도에 대한 학생 경험에 초점을 맞추고, 이를 통해 현행 마일리지 제도에 대한 검토와 향후 대학이 마일리지 제도에 대해 접근할 다양한 시사점을 제안했다는데 그 의의가 있다.

학부모의 가족탄력성, 아동학대예방교육경험, 학대행위인식의 구조적 관계 분석 (The Analysis of Structural Relationships among School Parents' Family Resilience, Experience of Child Abuse Prevention Education, and Awareness of Abuse Behaviors)

  • 본 연구의 주요 목적은 학부모의 가족탄력성, 아동학대예방교육경험, 학대행위인식의 구조적 관계를 분석하는 것이다. 연구자료는 경기도 양평군에 거주하는 초등학생과 중학생을 자녀로 둔 학부모를 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하여 최종 389부를 분석에 투입하였다. 자료분석은 주요 변수들의 구조적 관계를 확인하기 위해 구조방정식모형을 활용하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 학부모의 가족탄력성과 아동학대예방교육경험이 학대행위인식에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학부모의 가족탄력성과 학대행위인식 간의 관계에서 아동학대예방교육경험의 매개효과를 확인하였다. 이러한 분석결과를 기초로 하여 가족탄력성 증진서비스를 포함한 패키지 형태의 아동학대예방프로그램의 제공과 아동학대예방서비스 전달체계의 보완을 제언하였다.
