수중 방사선 모니터링 시스템의 성능평가를 위한 수중 내 최소검출가능농도 산출 (Evaluation of Minimum Detectable Activity for Underwater Radiation Monitoring System)

  • A high-efficiency underwater radiation monitoring system, HydroGamma, has been developed for detecting 137Cs and 131I in the event of waterborne radiation contamination. The system consists of a 3-inch NaI (Tl) detector, solar panels for power supply, data acquisition and transmission modules, and batteries. HydroGamma also includes a 40K calibration source for remote performance evaluation and energy calibration. In this study, some simulations and experiments were carried out to evaluate the minimum detectable activities (MDA) of HydroGamma. We installed the HydroGamma at Tapjeongho Lake in Nonsan-si and acquired background data since MDA is calculated based on the experimental background data. The results show that the minimum detectable activities for 137Cs and 131I were 1.78Bq L-1 and 1.81Bq L-1, respectively even though the gamma rays emitted from 40K(1,460 keV) affect the minimum detectable activities for them.

Thinking Science 프로그램의 확률 활동이 중학생의 확률적 사고 형성에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of the Probability Activities in Thinking Science Program on the Development of the Probabilistic Thinking of Middle School Students)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 중학생의 인지수준과 확률적 사고수준을 측정하여 그 관계를 분석하고 Thinking Science (TS) 프로그램의 확률 활동을 적용하여 그 효과를 분석하는 것이다. 중학교 1학년 219명을 실험집단과 통제집단으로 나누어, 실험집단에는 TS 프로그램의 확률 활동을, 통제집단에는 전통적인 과학 수업을 적용하였다. 결과에 의하면, 중학생의 인지수준은 대부분 구체적 조작기에 해당하였고, 많은 학생들의 확률적 사고수준은 확률 문제 해결에 양적 전략을 사용하면서 주관적 전략도 함께 사용하는 과도기적인 수준이었다. 또한, 인지수준이 높을수록 확률적 사고 수준도 높았으며, 확률의 구성요소 중에서 표본 공간과 한 사건에 대한 확률이 확률 비교와 조건부 확률보다 먼저 발달하였다. TS 프로그램의 확률 활동은 학생들이 확률 문제 해결에 양적 전략을 사용하도록 하는 데에 효과적이었다. 특히 사전에 확률 문제 해결에 주관적 전략과 양적 전략을 혼용하던 중기 구체적 조작기인 학생들이 사후에 양적 전략을 사용하도록 하고, 한 사건에 대한 확률을 인식하도록 하는 데에 효과가 있었다.

농촌 공동체 협업활동의 사회연결망분석 - 충남 홍성군 홍동 지역을 중심으로 - (Social Network Anaylsis of Collaborative Activity in Rural Community - Case study of Hong-Dong area in Chungman Province, South Korea -)

  • Rural development policy has changed from hardware based development to community revitalization. The purpose of this study is to analyze social network of collaborative activity among rural organizations as fundamental of community. The material used in this study is a record of collaborative activites in the community newsletter of Hong-Dong area. 161 of collaborative activities (links) and 75 of organizations (nodes) are investigated in network. 6 collaborative activity type ('Education', 'Socializing', 'Meeting', 'Culture', 'Event' and 'Labor') is classified. 'Socializing' is inclusive of approximately half of whole network (50.67%). Closeness centraization, degree centralization and betweenness centralization are measured on top in 'Education', 'Meeting' and 'Event' type. Scatter plot analysis using degree and betweenness centrality index, 'Maeul Revitalization Center', 'Balmak Library', 'Woori-Maeul Medical Co-op', 'Support Center for Female Farmers', 'Hongdong Middle School' and 'Mundang Sustainable Agriculture Education Center' are resulted as the core organization in network. Geographical distribution of collaborative activity is not only concentated in Hong-Dong Myeon but also networked with adjacent administrative district. This study finds its purpose in the detailed analysis of network characteristics of collaborative activity within Hong-Dong area which is representative developed rural community in Korea.

기상정보 활용 및 방재를 위한 호우 사례 연구 (Pilot Research on a Heavy Rainfall for the Meteorological Information Application and Disaster Prevention)

  • It is very difficult to forecast accurately a damage from the natural disasters which occurs frequently. If the significant weather event was forecasted one or two days ago, we will be able to minimize a damage from the severe weather event through the suitable prevention activities. It said that 2000's our country's total damages from the meteorological disasters was several trillion won(Park et al, a, b, 2005). Therefore, we analyzed the Korea Meteorological Administration(KMA) and television broadcasting's reports, information contents, and transmission system, an ex post facto valuation about typhoon Nabi which struck the Korean peninsula from September 5 to 7, 2005. Through these investigations, we want to present the basic data to rises the application effect of disaster prevention meteorological information. We think KMA must present many information report to promote a citizen's understanding about the meteorological information and the serious disaster situation. And also we think the KMA and television broadcasting must present an advisable reports, the contents which is suitable to disaster response stages. And we must grasp the problem of disaster prevention meteorological information through an ex post facto examination, improve it effectively.

군부대에서 신체활동시 병사의 상해 유형과 원인 비교 분석 (Comparison of Pattern and Cause of Activity Injury in Military Service)

  • This research focused on studying the phenomena of activity injuries occurred in military service, the object of which is soldiering soldiers in army. I made a inquiry paper including 6 items such as injury frequency, athletic event when you are injured, injury pattern, injury part in body and injury time according to military classes, and distributed it to elected 421 soldiers, the number of which is the total number of injured soldiers having time for physical activities in a year(last 2002 year). The results were as follows ; First, Injury frequency was according to private middle classes, private second classes, private last classes, private first classes. Second, Athletic event when you are injured was according to soccer, basketball, running and Martial Art(Taekwondo). 1) An abrasion was the most injury pattern when playing soccer. 2) A sprain was the most injury pattern when playing basketball. Third, Most causes of injuries dued to his / her carelessness, which is his / her excessive greed to win. Fourth, The most injury pattern was a skin abrasion. Fifth, The most injury part in body was a leg. Sixth, There was the most injury in summer. Wednesday on week, especially afternoon when you have time for physical to improve your battle-power.

등고선을 이용한 가상환경 시뮬레이션에서의 이벤트 표현 (Simulation of Events Using Contour Map in the Virtual Environment)

  • 대부분의 멀티미디어 시스템들의 환경은 수동적인 배경으로 이루어진다. 그러나 가상환경에서 실세계 시뮬레이션에 있어서 지형은 바람이나 비, 구름과 같은 많은 이벤트에 영향을 미친다. 그러므로 지형과 기상 현상 모델링은 현실적인 가상환경을 시뮬레이션 하기 위하여 필요하다. 이러한 모델링에서는 높이와 지역정보 뿐만 아니라 온도와 습도와 같은 환경적 요소도 중요하다. 하나의 이벤트는 전제조건, 절차, 결과로 이루어지며, 이벤트의 결과가 다른 이벤트의 전제조건을 만족하는 형식의 인과관계를 통하여 여러 가지 이벤트들이 발생하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 등고선을 이용하여 자연현상 시뮬레이션에서 환경이 되는 개체들의 범위와 속성들을 표현하고 이를 통해 자연현상 이벤트를 표현하는 방법을 제시한다.

도시지역 비점오염원 관리를 위한 SWMM의 적용 -포항시를 대상으로- (Application of SWMM for Management of the Non-point Source in Urban Area -Case Study on the Pohang City-)

  • Non-point source pollution that originates from surface applied chemicals in either liquid or solid form is a part of urban activities and it appears in the surface runoff caused by rainfall. This study investigates the characteristics of non point source pollution in relation to storm events and the first washing effect in the Study area, which is comprised of different land use types. Then, a Best Management Practices (BMP) model, for urban areas, is applied with the Storm water Management Model (SWMM) Windows Interface which was developed by the EPA in the USA. During the storm event analysis of the hydrographic and pollutographic data showed that the peak of pollutants concentration was within the peak flow, 30 to 60 minute into the storm event in the Study area. The results of simulation using SWMM Windows Interface, Structure Techniques as applied in the study were highly efficient for removal of pollutants. Predicted removal efficiency was 26.0% for SS, 22.1 for BOD, 24.1% for COD, 20.6% for T-N, and 21.6% for T-P, respectively.

도시형자기부상열차 열차제어시스템 RAMS 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the RAMS Analysis of Urban Maglev Train Control System)

  • 도시형 자기부상열차 실용화사업에 적용된 유도무선루프방식 열차제어시스템에 대하여 최상위 레벨에서 전체 시스템에 대한 시스템 분류, 기능 분석을 시행하고 차상신호설비, 지상신호설비로 나누어 신뢰도, 가용도, 유지보수도 및 안전도를 수식을 통하여 분석한 결과를 제시하였다. RAM 분석은 신뢰도 블록도(RBD)를 각 장치별로 적용하여 시스템 서비스 가용도를 산출하였고, 안전도 분석은 PHA(예비위험원 분석), FMEA (고장모드영향분석), HAZOP을 통한 각각의 정상사상(Top Event)의 FTA(고장트리분석)을 시행하고 그 결과를 제시하여 RAMS 목표 값에 도달함을 수식을 통하여 증명하였다.

온라인 패션 SOHO 쇼핑몰의 판매촉진특성 및 판매촉진전략 (Characteristics and Strategy of Sales Promotion for On-line Fashion SOHO Shopping Mall)

  • The purpose of this study is to search the characteristics and strategy of sales promotion in on-line fashion SOHO (Small Office Home Office) shopping malls. 87 of these shopping malls have been selected through a ranking service called 100HOT (http://www.100hot.co.kr), and 906 cases of sales promotion activities have been executed on web-sites of these shopping malls. The cases have been analyzed by descriptive statistics and chi-square analysis. The results are as follows: First, on-line fashion SOHO shopping malls have frequently used sales promotion tactics such as demonstration, display, viral marketing, sale, event, customer compensation, community marketing, experimental marketing, coupon, premium, reserve fund and delivery service. Second, there are significant differences between shopping malls for men and women in sales promotion tactics such as demonstration, viral marketing, sale, and community marketing, but there is no significant difference in tactics such as demonstration, event, and customer compensation. Third, the shopping malls have used various sales promotion strategies such as maximizing the sales, characterizing product features, procuring new customers, preserving existing customers, enhancing customer loyalty, improving customer relationship and controlling returns.

  • OSI 장애 관리 기능 서비스는 경보 보고 기능, 사건 보고 관리 기능 그리고 로그 제어 기능의 서비스로 구성된다. 장애 관리는 사건을 통지하고 관리하는 것이며, 장애 관리 정보로 전달되는 경보 데이터는 효과적으로 관리되어져야 한다. 그리고 이러한 기능들을 사용하여 적절한 장애 관리 모델을 설정하는 것은 네트워크 관리 활동의 연구에 필수적이다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 경보 보고 기능 서비스를 기반으로 사건보고 관리와 로그 제어 기능의 통합 모델을 연구한다. 또한, 효과적인 OSI 장애 관리를 위하여 관리자 시스템내에 부가된 경보 수집자 요소를 제안하고 연구한다.
