This paper investigates the evaluation criteria in order to manage healing environment of long-term care elderly hospital. Elderly hospital evaluation tool developed by Korean Government is used to assess elderly hospital facilities to check the hospital facility and maintain its quality. However, the evaluation indicators and questions mainly focusing on safety indicators. Some questions are too vague for precise evaluation. In this paper, we discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the present evaluation criteria to establish new assessment tool for precise evaluation. The literature research was conducted tp set up the new evaluation criteria. From this research, we developed an elderly focusing on healing environment checklist for elderly care hospital which contains 7 factors as the primary hierarchy structure (Safety, Accessibility, Amenity, Sensibility, Friendly to nature, Territory, Interaction) and 23 factors as the secondary hierarchy structure. This evaluation criteria will help healthcare facility designers and healthcare organizations to build the healthcare facilities.

본 연구는 통근 통학시 자전거 이용환경 평가할 수 있는 평가모형을 개발하여 평가지표를 통해서 현재 자전거 이용환경을 평가하고 향후 개선사항 및 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 평가지표 개발방향은 자전거 이용자들의 필요성, 새로운 정책 반영, 종합 평가지표 구축, 관련연구 검토와 같이 크게 4가지 측면에서 통근 통학 자전거 이용환경 평가지표 개발방향을 정립한 후 기존 평가지표 검토 및 FGI를 통해 1차 평가항목을 선정하고, 평가지표의 적합성 검증을 통해 최종평가지표를 도출하였다. 본 연구 결과를 간략히 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째 자전거 이용평가에서 존별 평가를 적용하여 존 단위의 개선점 제시, 둘째 GIS를 이용한 시설물 현황 및 모형분석 결과 제시, 셋째 스파이더 맵을 이용한 각 존별 주요항목 결과의 비교를 명확히 하였다.

Development-concerned parties, business managers and test evaluators have experienced conflicts among themselves due to the absence of standardized criteria for military electro-optical(EO) and infrared(IR) devices in test evaluation planning and evaluation phases. Therefore, establishment of objectified test and evaluation criteria for EO/IR devices is required. This paper applies South Korea's weather measurement average of minimum 15 km for visibility range, 3 bar from Johnson criteria for EO device and 4 bar from NATO's STANAG-4347 for IR device for target type, and 50 % probability for evaluation criteria, respectively. Based upon these criteria, this paper will establish suitable criteria that are improved for development weapon system in consideration of required capability of demanding forces and field environment.

Recently, to use the evaluated firewall is recognized as a solution to achieve the security and reliability for government and organizarions in Korea. Results of firewall evaluation using ITSEC(Information Technology Security Evaluation Criteria) and CCPP(Common Criteria Protection Peofile)have been announced. Because there are problems to apply ITSECor CCPP for the firewall evaluation in korea environment, korea government and korea Information security Agency (KISA) decided to develop our own security dvaluation critrtia fir firewalls.As a result of the efforts, Korea firewall security evaluation criteria has been published on Feb. 1998. In this paper, we introduce Korea security evaluation criteria for firewalls. The ceiteria consists of functional and assurance requirements that are compatible with CC Evaluation Assurance Levels(EALs)

IT 제품 개발환경에 대한 보안수준을 점검하기 위해서는 IT 제품 개발환경에 존재하는 취약성과 각종 위협 요인을 분석하고 정보보호 수준을 정확히 평가하고 이를 개선시킬 방향을 제시하는 기준과 평가 도구가 필요하다. 또한 이를 위해 관련분야에 대한 정보보호 수준을 평가하고 개선할 수 있는 평가 지표나 기준과 이를 실제 IT 제품 개발환경에 적용할 수 있는 평가방법론이 연구되어야 한다. 본 연구는 IT 제품 개발 환경의 보안수준을 점검하기 위한 확인 도구를 개발하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다.

The purpose of this study is to select and analyze words that represent various emotional states towards a spatial environment. Selecting appropriate words for the sensibility evaluation of a spatial environment is a process of constructing sensibility indicators, so that an accurate selection of sensibility words is very important. To collect basic words for this study, words for expressing sensation, emotional states, and sensibility regarding a spatial environment have been collected first via free association and a literature review of previous studies. In the second stage, the selected words are refined. Fifteen evaluators have participated in the first process of refining words, 140 college students participated in the second process, and than the final list of 277 refined words has been selected. During the third stage, 15 specialists were asked to evaluate the appropriateness of sensibility evaluation words, for that 7 point-scale has been applied. Then, 99 words with an average point of 4.55 or more and a standard deviation of 1.55 or lower were selected. After investigating the similarity in the meanings of the selected words, 55 pairs of contrasting words have been selected as a final list of sensibility evaluation words. During this last stage, 307 college students majoring in related fields were asked to evaluate the appropriateness of sensibility evaluation words for a spatial environment, and 7 point-scale was obtained. A factor analysis, cluster analysis, and multidimensional analysis have been conducted on the data obtained from these survey. According to the results of the factor analysis, the eight important factors are obtained from the sensibility evaluation criteria of a spatial environment(form, texture, function, value, comfort, aesthetics, atmosphere, and affinity). The factors obtained from this study can be used in the beginning stage of evaluating the sensibility factors of a spatial environment. In addition, the results of this study can be used as basic data when constructing a list of evaluation indicators to select various complex sensibility words for a space; or as general indicators when evaluating various spatial design factors.

The purpose of this study is to select the sustainability evaluation criteria of detached house and assess it's importance. The theoretical study is performed to select the evaluation criteria. Expert's survey and AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) technique are conducted to assess the importance of each factors. In a result, the four sustainability evaluation criteria was energy, economy, environment, and quality of life. Also, the energy was the most important sustainability evaluation criteria factor, while the weight of four factors showed similar weights.

Due to the increasing occurrence of maritime accidents and high-level requirements and modernization of naval wars, the concept of ship environment adaptability becomes more and more important. Therefore, it is of great importance to carry out an evaluation system for ship environment adaptability, which contributes to both ship design and classification. This paper develops a comprehensive evaluation system for ship environment adaptability based on fuzzy mathematics theory. An evaluation index system for ship environment adaptability is elaborately summarized first. Then the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and entropy weighting methods are applied to aggregate the evaluations of criteria weights for each criterion and the corresponding subcriteria. Next, the multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to assess the ship integrative environment adaptability. Finally, in order to verify the proposed approach, an illustrative example for optimization and evaluation of five ship alternatives is adopted. Moreover, the influence of criteria weights, membership functions and fuzzy operators on the results is also analyzed.

Recent increase of commercial network Integration to World Wide Web(WWW) shifts an ordinary commerce to electronic environment. This draws more people to examine re-assurance of their secure transaction. This study investigates current status of security methodology for Electronic Payment System and extracts important axis of security level for electronic payment. Using these axis as security evaluation criteria, the research proposes a security matrix which consists of four different level of security granularity, hence allowing evaluation of a nation-wide credit card based payment system. Feasible usage of this matrix contributes to security analysis of the electronic system as whole, hence providing better secured electronic environment.
