We study confirmed the relationship between the adversity index, entrepreneurial orientation, and organizational learning competency perceived by organizational members as follows. First, the adversity index showed a positive (+) effect on entrepreneurial orientation (hypothesis 1) and organizational learning competency (hypothesis 2). Second, the entrepreneurial orientation was statistically significant in organizational learning competency (hypothesis 3). Third, the partial mediating role of entrepreneurial orientation (Hypothesis 4) was confirmed in the process of the adversity index affecting organizational learning competency. Meanwhile, the main implications of this study are as follows. First, it is the aspect that provides additional theoretical implications in the reality that studies on the adversity index and entrepreneurial orientation that affect organizational learning competency are lacking. Second, it is the aspect that the importance of adversity index and start-up orientation was confirmed in improving organizational learning competency based on securing differentiated competitiveness for the advancement of the organization's sustainability management system. In addition, it is the aspect of drawing practical implications for strategic human resource management and human resource development to systematically improve it.

Employees with a high learning orientation are more likely to identify a multitude of entrepreneurial opportunities created by the Fourth Industrial Revolution and readily develop innovative solutions. Therefore, understanding the structural link between employees' learning orientation and entrepreneurial intention is of great academic interest. Despite its importance, this relationship remains under-researched. This study investigated the mediating effect of entrepreneurship in the relationship between Korean employees' learning orientation and entrepreneurial intention, and verified the moderating effect of entrepreneurial experience in those relationships. The empirical analysis results of our study are as follows. First, employees' learning orientation had a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial intention. Second, there was a full mediating effect of entrepreneurship in the relationship between employees' learning orientation and entrepreneurial intention. This means that employees with a high learning orientation tend to have high entrepreneurship, and this high entrepreneurship can be a decisive factor in increasing their entrepreneurial intention. Third, the moderating effect of entrepreneurial experience was empirically confirmed in the relationship between learning orientation and entrepreneurship. This indicates that employees with higher learning orientation and more entrepreneurial experience generally exhibit higher levels of entrepreneurship. However, it was confirmed that the interaction term between learning orientation and entrepreneurial experience had a significant negative effect on entrepreneurship. Fourth, it was found that there exists a fully mediated moderation effect of entrepreneurial experience through entrepreneurship in the relationship between learning orientation and entrepreneurial intention.
This study examines the factors influencing college students' entrepreneurial intentions in the rural entrepreneurial environment of colleges, considering the role of entrepreneurial learning as a mediator. It analyzes four key environmental dimensions: policies and regulations, entrepreneurship education, financial support, and social culture. A survey of 5 30 college students in Zhejiang Province revealed that the college entrepreneurial environment favorably impacts entrepreneurial learning and rural entrepreneurial intentions. Based on these findings, practical measures are proposed to enhance students' intentions, emphasizing personal practice, university leadership, and government support. These efforts can optimize the college entrepreneurial environment and foster higher entrepreneurial intentions among students.

This research aims to examine the relationships among entrepreneurial orientation, organizational learning capability, firm innovation, and firm performance. To achieve a data collection, a mail survey procedure via questionnaire was implemented by using executives or managers of gems & jewelry industries, textile and clothing industries, leather and accessories, fashion apparel industries in Thailand as the key informants. Of the surveys completed and returned, 388 were usable. Hence, a model with a structural equation was used to evaluate the data survey of 388 respondents. The results reveal that, in terms of the mediating effect, organizational learning capacity and firm innovation can complement each other in order to improve entrepreneurial orientation. Findings show that entrepreneurial orientation improves firm innovation, which in turn improves firm efficiency. Firm innovation acts as a variable mediating between enterprise orientation and firm performance. Our findings contribute to the current emergence of organizational learning capacity that mediated the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and firm performance. Entrepreneurial orientation is normally a firm performance that enterprises develop which can have use the information available and make an impact. It can be considered through the mediation of organizational learning capability, and firm innovation variable and as stated in previous literature, it can influence firm performance.

Micro small business start-ups are receiving financial and marketing support from government or public authority, but business closure rate is very high and it causes a hugh burden to households and national economy. This study aims to verify the causal relationship between the self-determination characteristic of small business start-ups and entrepreneurial intention through learning orientation and innovation ability. The man's intrinsic motivation of self-determination theory is expected to have an impact on the entrepreneurial intention of small business start-ups. The self-determination theory includes perceived autonomy, perceived competence, perceived relationship as independent variables. This study presented a research model for explaining the entrepreneurial intention of small business start-ups, and collected 260 survey responses from the small business start-ups In order to validate the proposed research model, PLS analysis is performed with valid 246 questionnaires. By PLS technique, the measurement reliability and validity of research variables are tested and the path analysis is conducted to do the hypothesis test. Path analysis shows that perceived autonomy does not significantly affect the learning orientation and innovation ability. On the other hand, perceived competence significantly influences learning orientation and innovation ability. Perceived relationships had significant influence on learning orientation. It is found that the parameters of learning orientation and innovation ability significantly influence the dependent variable of entrepreneurial intention. Based on the results, a policy and strategy for supporting small business start-up are presented.
The purpose of this study identifies the patterns of students' learning motivation profiles on entrepreneurial educational motivation among a sample of university students from one of the Korean national university(n=614). This study also examines the relationship between students' learning motivation profiles and entrepreneurial intention and types of entrepreneurship. In order to explore the types of leaning motivation profiles, a latent profile analysis was employed. Result from LPA revealed five distinct types of learning motivation profiles fit the data best, and these five profiles are compared with students' entrepreneurial intentions and types of entrepreneurship. Results showed that Profiles (profile 5 and 4-high goal orientation) are associated with the higher level of entrepreneurial intention. Regarding the type of entrepreneurship, the majority of all students are interested in individual and co-entrepreneurship with friend regardless of the patterns of profiles.
The importance of entering the international market for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) has been continuously emphasized. As a way to overcome these factors, prior studies have increased interest in dynamic capability. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of entrepreneurial orientation, learning orientation, and dynamic capability on their international performance of SMEs. Drawing on an extensive review of the literature on dynamic capability view and internationalization, hypotheses are developed and tested using a sample of 214 SMEs in South Korea. Structural equation modeling was applied. As a result of analysis, first, dynamic capability has a significant effect on international performance. Second, entrepreneurial orientation has significant influence on dynamic capability. Third, learning orientation has significant influence on dynamic capability. Lastly, slack resource was found to moderate the relationship between dynamic capability and international performance. The results indicate that their entrepreneurial orientation and learning orientation ware driver of their dynamic capability. and that their dynamic capability was significant driver of their international performance. In the final conclusion, implications and limitations of research and suggestions for future research are discussed.
Purpose - this study analyzes the impact of restaurant startup education on transfer effects in learning and entrepreneurial intentions based on previous research. Also, problems and ways to provide effective business startup education for a restaurant founder will be proposed based on the result. Research design, data, methodolog - this study collected surveys by conducting direct investigation. From July 20th of 2016 to September 20th of 2016 (approximately 60 days), the survey was collected. Out of 540 surveys, 520 were collected. And excepting 9 surveys which were untrustworthily conducted, total 511 surveys were used for the analysis. Results - First, as a result of the impact of which factor of a restaurant founder's startup education has a positive impact on transfer effect in learning (the satisfaction of startup education and learning transfer), law education, entrepreneurship education and business district analysis education and practical education have turned out be positively related variables. Secondly, as a result of the impact of a restaurant founder's startup education satisfaction on transfer in learning, it has been identified that startup education has a positive impact. Lastly, by conducting an analysis to find out which factor from a restaurant founder's transfer effect in learning has an impact on entrepreneurial intention, all variables, including startup education satisfaction and transfer effect in learning, are positively influencing factors. Conclusions - as startup education satisfaction of a restaurant founder is increasing, there is a higher level of transfer effect in learning. Moreover, as transfer effect of startup business is getting higher, it has an impact on entrepreneurial intention.
This study aimed to examine relationships between founders' entrepreneurial leadership, team learning behavior, team boundary spanning, and perceived performance in early-stage startups. The following results were recorded: (i) the indirect effects of entrepreneurial leadership on perceived performance via team learning behavior were statistically significant (β=.309, p<.05). (ii) relationships between team learning behavior and perceived performance were strengthened by team boundary spanning behavior (β=.259, p<.05). In this study, three practical implications are provided as follows: (i) startups need to seek team learning readiness and external learning stimulus to facilitate generative and transformative team learning; (ii) accelerators need to develop an entrepreneurial leadership program for founders; and (iii) startups need to explore external information by interacting with investors, R&D institutions, and other startups to strengthen the impact of team learning behavior on performance. Furthermore, two directions for future research are suggested as follows: (i) future researchers need to test causal relationships between entrepreneurial leadership and team learning behavior based on a newly designed time-series measurement plan; (ii) the actual effects of entrepreneurial leadership, team learning behavior and team boundary spanning on financial performance need to be tested two or three years later when the financial performance of early-stage startups usually becomes evident.

This study primarily focused on the opportunity realization process of a korean venture firm based on university. This research examined the relationship between entrepreneurial intent and organizational learning produced in a sustainable opportunity realization process with technology/market domain shifts. Therefore, this research explores the determinants of sustainable growth of a venture firm at the organizational level and suggests optimal solutions for promoting entrepreneurial intent and opportunity realization for many entrepreneurs. The results showed that CEO's entrepreneurial intent is a key driving factor that can positive impacts on opportunity recognition and organizational learning based on university's expertise. Furthermore, the orientation of a entrepreneur can affect venture's technology/market domain shift through the advanced technological knowledge of university. In conclusion, this research sheds light on the growth of a venture firm based on university suggesting more customized solutions for many entrepreneurs. Implications for the results and the future directions are discussed.
