A successful fire risk assessment is depends on identification of risk, the analytical process of potential risk, on estimation of likelihood and the width and depth of consequence. Take the influence on enterprise into consideration, Fire risk assessment could carry out along the evaluation of the risk importance, the risk level and the risk acceptance. A large part of the limitation of choosing the risk assessment techniques impose restrictions on expense and time. If it is unnecessary high level risk assessment or Probabilistic Risk Assessment of buildings, in compliance with the Relative Ranking Method, Fire risk indexing and assessing is possible. As working-level technique, AHP method is useful with practical technique.

The Development of Cost Management is embossed efficiently to use the budget for the construction industry. However, despite of the government's efforts, researches are insufficient for a cost management of development. Also, the changed cost of construction by frequent plan change is caused of decline in quality etc during an accomplishing project. Therefore, in this study, analyzed about principal official phase of design phase to solve the problem. In order to define clearly the target cost concepts in the planning phase apply to the DTC(Design To Cost) concept and technique at the development of cost management process which will be able to manage the enterprise expense. With recent advances in technology and the changing nature of business, call center management has become a rapidly growing industry. However theoretical analysis about the call center system is very difficult, and the forecasting of call volume also. In the situation, it is significant that we study call-flow system, design system model and perform simulation. The dynamics of business cycles has been changed by the macroscopic economic forces because of the introduction of new technical know-how each year. These the dynamics of business has a significant influence on the investment of enterprise in the information communication field. Today, the most important goal of the IT investment is simply not to lower the production cost any more, but to improve the usefulness for the customers and partners in order to obtain the optimized mass products. Therefore, the enterprises have been concentrating their all abilities on the automation, integration, and optimization of business process using BPM. In addition, they are concentrating their efforts on the business expansion by approaching the technical aspect using RFID application system. However, in order to accomplish a successful enterprise ability, the technical view, business process view, and organization view must be considered together. We suggested the method considering organization view, via the technical element, i.e., RFID system for approaching the business process. Furthermore, we tried the optimization of assignment using Context Analysis methodology and proposed the method to reduce the element with respect to the time, human, and expense by applying the Case Study method that minimizes the iteration times through the transmitted processing procedure and type. The proposed method gave us the expectation that it will bring out the innovative improvement with respect to the time, expense, quality, and customer's satisfaction in the process from the analysis of business process to the analysis and design of system.

This study uses Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) to investigate the management efficiency of Korean shipping companies based on business administration costs such as corporate entertainment, advertisement, and labor costs. We analyze shipping enterprises listed on the Korean stock market of the period of 2010-2014. Corporate entertainment, advertisement and labor costs are used as input variables and sales and net income are used as output variables. We use technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency, scale efficiency and returns to scale to propose a plan to improve the efficiency of inefficiency decision-making units (DMUs). The results of the efficiency analysis show that six of the DMUs in the technical efficiency of CCR model and eight of the DMUs in the pure technical efficiency of BCC model are in efficient state. In terms of return to scale, six of the DMUs(24% of all DMUs) show increasing returns to scale, while 13 DMUs(52% of all DMUs) showdecreasing returns to scale. Because multiple efficient state for DMUs exist in the technical efficiency analysis, we conduct a super efficiency analysis. The results show that the efficient state of the twomost efficient DMUs are 1.314 and 1.243, respectively. This implies that these DMUs could maintain their current levels of the efficiency if they increase the amount spent on advertisements, corporate entertainment and labor costs by 31.4% and 24.3%. respectively. We conclude this study by providing the efficiency states of each DMU and target for improving the inefficiencies in each case.

P2P systems have been studied by many researchers in universities and commercial firms in recent years. In this study. we design and implement a system that makes UP for shortcomings of currently available P2P systems. Gnutella and Napster. The study also includes an efficiency analysis scheme conducted through a series of experimental data. The data sharing system of the study demonstrated duality of roles(client, service) of peers. But, their roles were separated from the existing client-server systems. Also, the study implements mechanism that shows the redundancy of data to communicate efficiently among peers for transferring data. The results of performance measure of the system shows that the amount of information shared by peers increases as the amount of peers increases but with no significant increase in response time. This constant response time is far more stable and faster than current file sharing systems. such as Gnutella and Napster. Business applications such as knowledge management, enterprise information portal management and transfer of data are done by use of supercomputers. They need to extend their systems to equip with more capacity and throughput as the number of clients increases. Moreover, they will face with more complicated problems if integration with new systems exists. If this JDSS is introduced to these business applications. it would easily augment scalability of the system with high performance at less expense.
