개인 정보 역량 평가시스템 개발에 관한 연구

  • An Evaluation System of Personal Information Competency was developed to evaluate individual Information competency and maturity levels in the enterprises of the information environment. The Evaluation System measures the requirements of information knowledge, skills, and mindset with the evaluation indices of personal information maturity. The indices are customized to four types of business departments - strategy Planning, development/maintenance, business applications, and administration support. Also, a maturity model of personal information competency is defined for interpretation of the evaluation results. The system was applied to assessment of actual human resources, 124 workers in an enterprise, to testify to its practical value. The case evaluation procedures include a series of questionnaires, written tests and application tests.

  • 기존 연구에서 정보화전략계획(Information Strategy Planning)과 계획의 실현을 위한 절차와 산출물, 기법을 정형화하는 정보화전략계획 방법론(Methodology)에 관한 논의가 존재해 왔다. 그런데 이들은 기업 모델 도출을 위한 절차와 산출물 기법의 기술과 정형화에 그칠 뿐 그 하위 구성 요소인 데이터의 관리나 입출력 관계, 업무 지식, 경험에 대한 효과적인 관리에 관한 접근은 부족했던 실정이다. 게다가. 비 정형화된 지식이나 경험, 업무 성과 데이터 등의 정형화와 분류체계에 대한 전략적인 접근은 미비하다. 본 연구에서는 기업 자원을 프로세스. 조직. 환경. 정보시스템의 네 관점으로 분류한 기업 정보 분류 체계를 제시하고 그 구성, 내용, 범위를 살펴본다. 이렇게 분류된 데이터간 연관관계의 정의와 그 타당성 검증을 거쳐, 기업 자원의 전략적 관리를 위한 기업 모형 수립 방안을 제시하게 된다. 본 연구의 정보 관리 모델을 통해, 정형화된 데이터 뿐 아니라 비 정형화된 지식과 경험, 선진 업무 지식, 성과 지표를 효과적으로 활용하여 기업의 전략적 방향을 보여줄 수 있다.

자본제약조건하에서의 투자시기결정에 관한 연구 (A Study on investments under capital budgeting)

  • The Ministry of the Energy and Resources is planning to invest a great deal of public funds in the energy conservation measures in order to conserve the energy. This study aims at applying the project scheduling model, especially to the energy conservation measures. In the study, we develop the project scheduling model, which is based on the modified Rorie-Savage problem. And the model is applied to the X-enterprise, which is one of the leading metal industry in the nation. The result shows that the model enables the top management to choose the set of projects which promises the largest profit among the entire projects. It appears that the proposed policy of the study is more profitable than the existing policy which is namely based on the qualitative consideration.

"4+1 뷰"를 적용한 ERP 개념 모델 개발 (Developing a Conceptual ERP Model by using "4+1 View")

  • Nowadays, many commercial ERP products, such as Oracle, SAP, and Baan, etc, are designed based on large-scaled companies. It is difficult for small and medium-size companies with weakness in budgets and resources(e.g., human, organization, technique, and so on) to use them as it was. So, new ERP system need to be provided for small and medium-size companies. In this paper, we model and provide a conceptual ERP model for small and medium-size companies by using "4+1 View" architecture model of Unified Modeling Language(UML). The conceptual ERP model consists of five subsystems: Manufacturing, Sales, HumanResource and Payroll, Accounting, and Trading. Especially, we describe the conceptual ERP model focusing on "Manufacturing" subsystem by using several diagrams of UML. By using the conceptual ERP model, the ERP system′s developers of small and medium-size companies can obtain many benefits: improving the efficiency of software developing process and helping user requirements gathering and description of ERP system′s nonfunctional aspect as well as functional aspect.

  • Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) are being faced with rapid changes in their business environments due to evolution of technologies and innovation in societal eco-systems. Particularly, dynamic interactions between such environments and enterprise activities have become significant, so technology planning, which is a process of identifying appropriate directions regarding product and technology development, has received much attention to cope with such dynamics proactively. However, SMEs typically have limits in performing independent, strategical and systematical technology planning activities due to the lack of human, material and financial resources. This paper proposes the development of a product roadmapping method so that SMEs carry out efficient technology planning activities with interconnections of external business environments. The present work provides product roadmap templates that directly accommodate the influence of business environments on the product's system and its associated super/sub-systems with the use of external environment analysis techniques including TRIZ methodology, PEST and 5Forces analysis. These templates are useful to efficiently forecast the directions of product's development and evolution, which arise from changes in external environments. Consequently, the present work enables SMEs to flexibly cope with the era of the next R&D generation, which pursues value creation through mutual interconnection between business environments and technology development.

  • 국내 건설사업은 추진과정에서의 계약관행과 사업관리체계, 그리고 이해관계자의 문화 및 의식구조 등 투명성 측면에서 아직도 개선되어야 할 점이 많다. 건설관련 법령과 제도의 정비도 필요하지만 사업추진의 주체인 사업주와 계약자의 건설정보를 공유할 수 있는 통합시공정보관리체계의 구축을 통해 사업관리 전반의 변화가 필요한 때다. 건설관련 정보를 통합적으로 관리하기 위해서는 설계정보가 구매정보로, 또 구매정보가 시공정보로 원활히 전달되어야 하고, 다양한 건설조직에서 발생하는 정보가 일관성을 가지고 표준적인 방법으로 전달되는 프로세스중심의 업무체계로 전환해야 한다. 국내 원자력건설 기술은 미국, 프랑스, 캐나다. 영국 등 원자력 선진국으로부터 다양한 건설기술을 전수 받아 현재는 기술 자립단계를 넘어 수출단계에 이르렀으나, 전력시장 개방 등 외부 환경변화에 대응하고 내부 경영효율을 높이기 위해 지속적인 노력이 필요 할 때다. 최근 IT기술의 발달과 경영효율 향상에 대한 최고경영자의 의지로 경영혁신 도구로서의 전사적자원관리(ERP: Enterprise Resource Planning)시스템을 도입하는 기업이 늘고 있다. ERP는 업무프로세스의 재설계(BPR: Business Process Reengineering)를 통해 업무처리형태를 조직, 부서중심에서 기업의 자원(인적, 물적) 최적화를 위한 프로세스 중심으로 변경함으로써 건설관리 부문은 물론 경영관리 부문까지 기업 전체의 경영효율을 극대화하기 위한 혁신적인 도구이다. 한수원(주)은 원자력발전소 건설과 같은 대규모 건설사업을 30년간 지속적으로 추진하여 왔으며 건설계획, 구매, 시공 및 시운전관리 등 건설 사업관리 전반에 걸쳐 자체역량을 보유함으로써 대규모 사업관리 및 품질관리 능력은 국내 산업계를 주도하고 있으며, 이런 축적된 사업관리 경험과 기술을 바탕으로 건설관리 기술의 고도화, 선진화에 주도적인 역할을 수행하기 위해 한수원(주)에서는 건설분야까지 ERP 대상에 포함하여 건설업무의 혁신을 추진하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 원자력건설사업의 특성, 사업관리체계, 정보시스템 기반 및 건설관련사간 정보공유체계, 그리고 정보 시스템의 구축 사례를 살펴보고, 향후 개선해야 할 관행과 과제에 대해서도 제언하고자 한다.

ERP-Based Accounting Information System Implementation in Organization: A Study in Riau, Indonesia

  • In the accounting information system implementation, the users should consider the benefits and advantages of the system. This paper examines the effect of the Enterprise Resources Planning based (ERP-based) accounting information system implementation on user impact and organizational impact. The population in this study is companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange, especially companies based in Riau, Indonesia. These companies currently use the ERP-based accounting information system. Research samples are employees who use the ERP-based accounting information system. For data analysis, we use structural equation modeling (SEM). Based on data analysis, high-quality information system implementation generate high-quality information that can give satisfaction to the user. Moreover, the information system is related to user skill, satisfaction, and knowledge sharing which improve personal skills; enhanced personal skill contributes to organizational performance. On the other hand, there is no effect of training on personal skills and there is no effect of information quality on perceived usefulness. This research gives implication to the organization for implementing a high-quality ERP-based accounting information system that positively impacts organizational performance. Future research is expected to examine information system implementation in different research objects and conditions.

  • Recently, an ERP (Enterprise resource Planning) system has been becoming an essential S/W tool for companies to manage their business processes and manufacturing resources. As the information exchange becomes more complex, not only corporate companies but also small- and mid- sized enterprises (SMEs) are required to build an ERP system. However, for small- and middle- sized companies, the adoption of ERP systems becomes challenging due to high cost and long installation time of the system. This paper presents a novel concept of an adaptive ERP system incorporating the ontology structure of the business supply chain information. The proposed ERP installation methodology is illustrated with an example of a door-trim manufacturing company in the automotive supply chain.

  • After sources of risks are identical and measured, a decision can be made as to how the risk should be handled. A pure risk that is not identical does not disappear ; the business merely loses the opportunity to consciously decide on the best technique for dealing with that risk. The process used to systematically manage risk exposures is known as risk management. Risk management is the logical process used by business firms and individuals to deal with their exposures to loss. It is a strategy of preloss planning for postloss resources. Besides, in the enterprise judiciary researches the textbook and the instance which relate risks, and reflects it to the written contract provision and various every manuel or holds seminar. It is a risk management which this talks generally. Here it stands but it becomes a problem the quality of type and countermeasure of risks. The purpose of this paper aims to explain adequate preventions to positively predict the risk this before being materialized, in practical section which is directly exposed to these risks in introducing international sale contracts(for example, the FOB and CIF contract) and the active management method of the risk which accompanys to the execution. And also analyzes the Lite-On case which relates with an international sale contracts.

  • Knowledge management (KM) is one of the useful management tools in today's project management (PM) practice, such as construction projects. Nobody can deny the importance of "useful knowledge" always helps organizations and project managers shaping a decision. Due to the trend of globalization, it is now very common that an organization may comprise employees from different countries of distinct national-cultures working together. It is also not uncommon that different projects, within an organization, may have their own organizational-cultures which influence its knowledge repository, transfer process and knowledge strategy. Therefore, it is extremely difficult to align all these cultures and consolidate them to benefit the KM process and PM practice. Organizations and project managers understand that different national-cultural and organizational-cultural factors will create impact on the philosophy of KM process which will subsequently affect PM practice. Those factors may affect interpersonal relations and exchange of knowledge between projects and amongst staff. Systematic KM process can utilize the goodness of different employees from distinct cultures which can eventually drive the organization and projects to success. The purpose of this paper, based upon a case study of a Hong Kong construction company, is to discuss how those cultural factors are linked to KM and what organization and project managers can do to improve the KM process and PM practice.
