  • 보건복지부는 "보건복지 내부업무 포탈 및 EAM시스템 구축" 이라 명명된 Enterprise Portal 프로젝트를 공공기관 최초로 추진하여 기존의 정보시스템들이 업무 및 지식 기반 하에 유기적으로 상호 연계 및 연동되는 체계적이고 확장성이 뛰어난 포탈시스템으로 구축하였다. 본 논문에서는 보건복지부 정보화 비전 및 추진 현황에 대한 설명과 EP(Enterprise Portal)시스템 도입의 개념 및 장점에 대해 기술하고, 보건복지부가 Enterprise Portal 시스템을 도입하게 된 추진 배경과 기존 시스템(전자결재, 지식관리, 문서관리, 커뮤니티, 게시판, 검색)에 어떻게 적용하였는지에 대해 설명하고자 한다. 아울러 Enterprise Portal 시스템의 적용으로 인한 실제적 효과 및 고려해야 할 문제점에 대해 기술함으로써 향후 Enterprise Portal 시스템을 도입하고자 하는 공공기관/기업체에 추진 방안 및 대응 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • Cyber office is a personalized enterprise portal model for knowledge workers. The key services of cyber office are both personalization and emergent collaboration. Personalization service is provided by choosing service from service repository and then dropping it in the cyber office. Service repository contains various kinds of services supporting business activities. Cyber office provides blog service and profile service for knowledge workers to participate in knowledge based collaboration voluntarily.

  • 기업의 computing process에서는 기업의 주요업무 및 전략을 분석 정의하여 이것을 computing resource에 실행한다. 이를 위하여, 일반적으로, 여러 개발자들이 공유개발환경을 통하여 프로세스를 개발하고 이를 운영한다. 현재 Enterprise Computing Environment에서는 Grid Computing이 필연적 과제이다. Grid Computing에서, Grid Portal은 통합사용자인터페이스를 제공하여 주는 중요한 요소이다. 그러나, 현재의 대부분의 Grid Portal들은 Job Submit 처리를 중점적으로 구현하는데 주력하고 있기 때문에, 기업 computing process의 중요한 요소인 통합적 개발환경에 대한 지원이 부족하다. 본 연구에서는, 이런 부족한 부분을 개선하여, Enterprise Grid 환경을 위한 통합개발환경의 Grid Portal의 모델을 제안한다.

  • In order to protect the business information of the enterprise, the company is engaged in various information security activities, such as establishing an information security management system, establishing and operating an information security system, checking vulnerabilities and security controls. It is an enterprise information security governance that organizes various information security activities for enterprise business, and it needs to be systematized to operate them effectively. In this study, to systematize the enterprise information security governance, we would like to explore the existing Enterprise Information Portal(EIP) model and propose an Enterprise Information Security Portal(EISP) model based on it. The Enterprise Information Security Portal(EISP) model provides an integrated environment for supporting the activities of the information security departments by systemizing the enterprise information security governance, which is a variety of information security activities of the enterprises, so that the information security activities of the enterprises can participate directly from CEO to executives and employees, not just from the information security departments.

  • This theory focuses on the Enterprise Portal and researches and analyzes the user requirement on as-is system. The UI Checklist Matrix is made based on the result of user analysis and evaluation of checklist. The horizontal axis of the Matrix is composed of 6 results(Layout, Navigation, Information, Function, Visibility and Interaction) of user requirement analysis. The vertical axis of the Matrix is composed of 10 subjects, Learnability, Efficiency, Accuracy, Accessibility, Consistency, Agility, Convergence, Personalization, Technology, and Standardization. At the point of vertical and horizontal items meet, indicates the graded of importance and defines a details item. The Guideline in which Matrix is reflected is set and according to the guideline, designing the business screen and assessing the Matrix.

  • The work patterns in the organizations performing research and development projects consist of both administrative business with defined processes and knowledge-oriented research and development business with undefined or semidefined processes. This paper describes an enterprise portal model and its services aligned to research and development organization's work patterns. The proposed portal model is focused on constructing personalized workplaces providing knowledge-based services for research and development business, as well as business process management based services for administrative business. The further research will provide more concrete portal model and its applicability to research and development organization's business.

  • In this paper, we proposed a new customized e-Ring(Enterprise Portal Back Tone) system which could be represented each organization feature. The e-Ring system provided a call back tone and additional services to reduce the waiting time when the client called an organization. This system is for an appropriate organization public relations instead of the meaningless ring back tone which is used usual call, also is maximized the service availability and work efficiency which is obtained from the automatic response and service suppling to users who have needs and questions.

  • Enterprise portal(EP) is the emerging service and technologies in recent business area. We divided the three subportal of EP - IPP(Information Processing Porta), DPP(Decisino Processing Portal) and EKP(Enterprise Knowledge Portal). IPP include the information processing area that conduct the general business field. DPP is the area that can support the employee's decision processing and making according to their roles. The function of EKP assist the tacit knowledge management and the collaboration job among knowledge workers. If we efficiently integrate and aggregate their subportal, our business information system can achieve more efficient and effective business performance. Also we can anticipate this model that serve the system environment, supporting the user friendly circumstance, enforcing e-business activity, connecting between customer and supplier, positioning more competitive advantage.

  • Many companies have integrated their internal processes with the aid of information technology. Now the focus is on interconnecting trading partners. Collaborative commerce (also known as c-Commerce) has a key role. It is not just about making it easier for business to communicate. It is about by breaking down barriers along the entire length of the supply chain. Some c-Commerce links are permanent, others get established when and where they are needed. c-Commerce is helping business in electronic supply chains to improve product delivery while cutting costs, to strengthen relationships and to reduce lead time. In this paper, we propose the concept of collaborative commerce, and design and implement Collaborative Commerce Portal (CCP) system of small and medium enterprise for marketing support. The technical definition of CCP is set of all technical elements can do collaborative commerce between small and medium enterprises with Internet or Internet. The target information of CCP includes usual and unusual information and all other information of companies used as process events. Through this, it enhances efficiency of business processes, core information sharing and marketing activation.
