The whole genome sequences, mapped for humans and rodents, and technical capability of monitoring whole genome expression in a high throughput fashion enable us to perform the "whole genome profiling". The major characteristics of this profiling from the toxicological point of view are that the overt phenotypes are not the essential factors for the construction of toxicity database/informatics.(omitted)

Information Grid that connects Sensor Grid and Shooter Grid with network is the core infrastructure to enable the NCW concept. The U.S. DoD(Department of Defense) has developed the GIG(Global Information Grid) as the Information Grid that connects all of the DoD mission areas. Then the U.S. DoD has incrementally constructed GIG. In this respect, the case of the U.S. DoD's GIG construction refers to materializing ROK Information Grid concept. Therefore we studied the U.S. DoD's GIG construction trend and analyzed ROK's GIG construction trend. In result this paper proposes the way to develop and construct ROK's GIG.

This paper was aimed to represent 3D design process to enable the construction design in a smart phone. The construction design was done in pattern units, by composing construction materials in components first, followed by assembling the components in pattern. Four types of views were constructed and each function was described to enable construction design in mobile environment. In addition, the skills needed for each view were described in detail through the libraries used. The process and calculation results were shown in mobiles how each view performed its function and behave worked together with a complementary way based on this implementation technique.

The purpose of this paper was to make a LED light control module using Zigbee. The module was made so that brightness of the LED light changes according to the ambient brightness. A 8-bit microcontroller was used to implement the module to enable LED dimming and wireless light intensity measurement. Using the proposed method, power consumption can be improved by up to 48% on average, with 3.4-0.4W changes in power. The measured ambient light intensity values are converted from analog to digital and outputted as a PWM waveform. According to the output waveform and changes in the current outputted from the LED driver, the brightness of the LED light is controlled. Also, Zigbee with close-range wireless communication capabilities was used to enable wireless transmission of light intensity measurements.

This paper reports a new method to enable the normally-off operation of AlGaN/GaN heterojunction field-effect transistors (HFETs). A capacitor was connected to the gate input node of a normally-on AlGaN/GaN HFET with a Schottky gate where the Schottky gate acted as a clamping diode. The combination of the capacitor and Schottky gate functioned as a clamp circuit to downshift the input signal to enable the normally-off operation. The normally-off operation with a virtual threshold voltage of 5.3 V was successfully demonstrated with excellent dynamic switching characteristics.

With the radical improvement of wire and wireless communication technologies, home network which interconnects various home appliances is approaching ripening stage. Digitalization of the home environment will break down the boundaries of information, communications and broadcasting, and enable us to realize many breakthroughs on the home front and connect to our home. In order to enable users to access securely to their home network, we first construct secure home network model which can authorize users using their permission policy. In this paper, we examine various security technique used in home network and propose home network security scheme which can service constantly.

When manufactured parts undergo large deformations during the manufacturing process, the global specifications of a part based on the concept of tolerance zone defined in the ISO 1101 standard [1] enable one to control the part's global defects. However, the extent of this tolerance zone is too large when the objective is to minimize local defects, such as hollows and bumps. Therefore, it is necessary to address local defects and global defects separately. This paper refers to the ISO 10579 standard [2] for flexible parts, which enables us to define a stressed state in order to measure the part by straightening it to simulate its position in the mechanism. The originality of this approach is that the straightening operation is performed numerically by calculating the displacement of a cloud of points. The results lead to a quantification of the global defects through various simple models and enable us to extract local defects. The outcome is an acceptable tolerance solution. The procedure is first developed for the simple example of a steel bar with a rectangular cross section, then applied to an industrial case involving a complex 3D surface of a turbine blade. The specification is described through ISO standards both in the free state and in the straightened state.

As present generation live in the age of feeling after been through age of need or age of want, we analyzed Signification based on consumer psychology, sociocultural variation. Based on above, we first built basic modeling from a regular triangle by $\sqrt{3}$ proportion and then approached to substantial modeling of products that enable us to distribute and sell. Furthermore, we built recycle modeling which enables us to create a variety of forms with joy after using products. This means a lot to us in terms of package modeling creation from sans code. Besides, we studied on not only materialistic or functional value of package modeling, but also appropriate semiotics that enable psychological and sociocultural function of package modeling to respond to consumer identity.
