This study was designed to provide implications for related policies by researching the impact on business management performances focusing on the activities within the innovation clusters based on small and medium venture companies in Daejeon area. The questionnaires from 212 CEOs of small and medium venture businesses in Daejeon were analyzed and verified the research hypothesis using SPSS 21. From the empirical analysis, we confirmed the following results; activity of information exchange, information acquisition and solving activity between demand and supplier showed positive effects on business management performance, however the concern and relationship have no effects on business management performance. From this study, we suggest that the active participation in activity of innovation cluster and various supporting systems or policies have to expand for sustainable growth and development of companies within innovation cluster. We also propose that companies needs to try to more efforts on enhance the mutual satisfaction or forming a consensus for cooperation. This study also propose the implications that the companies, innovation cluster must try on efforts to improve relation among members for enhancing the lack of concerns and relationship.
The purpose of this study was to examine variables affecting the occupational aspiration of elementary school students and the relationship of the variables in a bid to acquire empirical information on influential factors for the development of children's occupational aspiration. Out of the personal characteristics of school children, academic achievement, self-esteem and parental educational level that respectively belonged to the cognitive, affective and environmental domains were selected as the variables that might affect occupational aspiration. And the relationship of the variables to the level of occupational aspiration was selected as a research question of the study. The findings of the study were as follows: in relation to the level of occupational aspiration by gender, the girls were ahead of the boys. There were no statistically significant gaps in that aspect according to grade. And, the academic achievement of the elementary school students had a positive correlation to the level of their occupational aspiration, and there was no statistically significant relationship between self-esteem and the level of occupational aspiration. When academic achievement and self-esteem were selected as predictors, the two variables made a 8.5% prediction of the occupational aspiration of the fourth graders, and made a 12.3% prediction of the occupational aspiration of the sixth graders. There were no statistically significant differences in the level of occupational aspiration according to parental educational level. The fourth and sixth graders were found to have an occupational aspiration in consideration of not only the characteristics of occupations but their own academic achievement, namely their abilities.
The objective of this study is to find out how well-being influences consumer behavior of dining-out. Based on this objective, this study covers plans for improving marketing strategies, which contributes to menu development and purchase behavior of consumers. This study consists of two parts : a research based on the review of the literature and empirical study methods. The finding of the study would also be valuable for the development of management of advertising strategies to be implemented in the foodservice industry. Based on the survey statistics, Program SPSS 12.0 and Amos 5.0 were used in order to look into a casual relationship among group units. The findings of the demonstration analysis are as follows. Most of previous research regarding well-being in local study is psychological well-being dealt with individual health and psychological satisfaction. On the other hand, social well-being is likely to focus on public relation rather than private concerns. The fact that the term 'well-being' have not been definitely defined yet was a problem in research. Also, well-being should not be recognized as a temporary trend but as a general trend. Therefore, it is necessary to understand consumer behavior which is changeable as the circumstance of the foodservice industry changes.
This study examines the relation between accruals components of earnings and stock return. Earnings are decomposed into four components: discretionary accruals, nondiscretionary accruals, nondiscretionary income and cash flow from operations. Because reported earnings in financial statement consist of cash flow from operations plus total accruals. We decompose total accruals into a discretionary accruals and a nondiscretionary accruals separately. This paper examines the incremental informational content of discretionary accruals and nondiscretionary accruals components of net income by regressing return on earnings' components in multivariate models. The empirical analysis is conducted on a sample of 1,580 firm-years comprising 158 firms during 1991-2003. discretionary accruals are obtained by decomposing total accruals into discretionary and nondiscretionary accruals conponents, using a pooled variation of the Jones model(1991). These findings suggest that the discretionary accruals(measured using a variation the Jones model) is priced by the stock market. Specifically, the discretionary accruals and cash flow from operations are positively associated with the stock return, and also nondiscretionary income, discretionary accruals are positively associated with the stock return. While this result is consistent with the market prices the discretionary accruals because it captures value-relevant information. Additional test report evidence consistent with nondiscretionary accruals conveying information about the stock return.

This research aims to identify relationships between stress level of parents in single parent families and life satisfaction in accordance with methods of getting rid of stress. Subject of the research were 260 parents in single parent families, centering on small towns in midsection sphere based on answers to questionnaire executed from March 1, 2013 to July 31, 2013. Collected data were analyzed by executing frequency analysis, factor analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, regression analysis, etc. and an empirical verification was performed at 5% of significance level. From the result of the research, stress level appeared according to factors in a sequence of economic power, physical strength, social relation, family, mentality, etc. and significant influence to life satisfaction was found depending on factors such as stress removing methods and controlling effect. And minor factors were shown in a sequence of finance, emotion and acknowledgement. Suggestive points of the research are thought to be significance of stress removing method to the enhancement of life satisfaction, which will be a good material for the establishment of fundamental supporting plans and development of programs for single parent families.

The purpose of this research is to provide the indication on policy for the SME that are going through the Growing Pains by analyzing the cause of the Growing Pains and the effect that it causes to the company performance. By measured the extent of the growing pains in entrepreneurial companies, 8 of the 20 companies surveyed companies indicate that some very significant problems exist within the organization and the other 12 companies indicate some organizational problems require attention. As a result of correlation between company performance and Growing Pains that analyzed by using CAGR(Compound Annual Growth Rate), we have arrived at the conclusion that they are oppositely related. We have conducted the regression coefficient in order to analyze the factors that are affecting the Growing Pains and we have discovered that Leadership and work performance capability of CEO, Company's structure capability and Company's cultural strength have a meaningful relation out of 7 Factors that were used for regression coefficient. Only, CEO's work performance is analyzed to worsen the Growing Pains that, for enterprises at the certain growing stage it is needed to establish an administrative system instead of relying on CEO. Also CEO's strong leadership play which relate to administrative capacity, forming reasonable organizational structure, customer oriented mind and Company's culture that are developed with sense of responsibility reduce Growing Pains according to a research.
Influenced by various mining activities, fractures in rock masses have different densities, set numbers and lengths, which induce different mechanical properties and failure modes of rock masses. Therefore, precisely expressing the failure criterion of the fractured rock influenced by coal mining is significant for the support design, safety assessment and disaster prevention of underground mining engineering subjected to multiple mining activities. By adopting PFC2D particle flow simulation software, this study investigated the propagation and fractal evolution laws of the micro cracks occurring in two typical kinds of rocks under uniaxial compressive condition. Furthermore, it calculated compressive strengths of the rocks with different confining pressures and box-counting dimensions. Moreover, the quantitative relation between the box-counting dimension of the rocks and the empirical parameters m and s in Hoek-Brown strength criterion was established. Results showed that with the increase of the strain, the box-counting dimension of the rocks first increased slowly at the beginning and then exhibited an exponential increase approximately. In the case of small strains of same value, the box-counting dimensions of hard rocks were smaller than those of weak rocks, while the former increased rapidly and were larger than the latter under large strain. The results also presented that there was a negative correlation between the parameters m and s in Hoek-Brown strength criterion and the box-counting dimension of the rocks suffering from variable mining activities. In other words, as the box-counting dimensions increased, the parameters m and s decreased linearly, and their relationship could be described using first order polynomial function.
The purpose of this study is to analyze that employee's job satisfaction and organizational commitment affect turnover intention according to freight forwarders's characteristics and personal characteristics. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, literature survey related to personal characteristics, job characteristics, organizational characteristics, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, turnover intention on studying employee was carried out and took an empirical analysis by the use of questionnaire method for employees in freight forwarders. According to the final result and conclusions are as follows; First, job characteristics was positively related to job satisfaction but were negatively related to organizational commitment. Organizational characteristics was positively related to job characteristics and organizational characteristics. Second, personal characteristics was negatively related to job characteristics and organizational characteristics. Finally, job satisfaction, organizational commitment were negatively related to turnover intention.
This study tries to investigate the fundamental implications inherent in inventory asset information(specifically, unexpected inventory investment) by analyzing how the relationship between unexpected inventory investment and future operating performance. And we study how is the response of the stock market participants to the fundamental implications inherent in inventory asset information. Prior papers often assume the efficient market and they view the significant relation between stock prices and financial indicators as evidence of the contribution of such indicators to future earnings. Leading indicators are attracting the market's attention for equity valuation. We study whether one leading indicator (unexpected Inventories) forecasts future earnings, and whether market participants fully reflect the predictive ability when they sets share prices(Mishkin test, 1983). Our empirical results of the study are summarized as follows. Current unexpected inventory investment is negatively associated with future operating performance. Also, our evidence is that the stock market participants overprice the contribution of unexpected inventory investment when predicting future earnings. Furthermore, a hedge strategy that uses the overpricing gives significant future abnormal returns. The overall results help the users of financial reports, researchers of accounting, and the accounting principle setting body.
The main objective of this study is to examine antecedents and outcome of organizational cynicism. This paper focuses on organizational commitment of social worker as outcome variable. Thus, this study attempts to examine structural relation of variables of organizational level(personnel management), job level(job characteristics), and individual level(level of self-control) on the level of organizational commitment, with special concern about the mediating effect of organizational cynicism. The study conducted mail survey and collected information for data analysis from 330 social workers working at 173 social welfare organizations in Seoul and Kyong-gi area, The study used structural equation modeling(SEM) method for analyzing the constructed model. Main results are as follows: (1) evaluation about personnel management is negatively related to organizational cynicism; (2) evaluation about job characteristics is negatively related to organizational cynicism; (3) evaluation about self-control is negatively related to organizational cynicism; (4) organizational cynicism exerts negative effect on the level of organizational commitment; and (5) evaluation about personnel management, evaluation about job characteristics, and evaluation about self-control exerts positive effect on the level of organizational commitment. Among the results of this study, this paper focuses on the function of personnel management system on organizational cynicism. This paper emphasizes that social welfare organizations must make a lot of efforts for making fair personnel system in order to reduce social workers' organizational cynicism and ultimately promote their organizational commitment.
