생식과 발생 단원에서 교사가 요구하는 이해와 학생이 인식하는 이해 측면 분석 (An Analysis of Understanding Aspects Required by Teachers and Perceived by Students in the 'Reproduction and Genesis' unit)

  • 이 연구는 중학교 생식과 발생 단원에서 수업 중 교사가 학생들에게 요구하는 이해와 학생들이 수업을 통해 인식하는 이해를 알아보기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 수업 중 학생들에게 하는 질문, 과제 또는 학생 활동을 87명의 교사를 대상으로 예비 조사하여 Wiggins & McTighe(1998; 2004)가 제시한 이해의 여섯 가지 측면을 토대로 36문항의 선택형 설문을 개발하였다. 이를 90명의 교사와 370명의 학생을 대상으로 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사들이 요구하는 이해의 측면은 설명 항목이 가장 많았고, 그 다음 해석, 적용, 관점, 공감, 자기지식 순으로 나타났다. 학생들이 인식하는 이해의 측면은 설명 항목이 가장 많았고, 그 다음 해석, 관점, 적용, 공감, 자기지식 순으로 나타나, 적용이 관점보다 많았던 교사의 경우와 차이를 보였다. 이해의 각 측면에 대한 교사의 성별 간 유의미한 차이는 없었으나, 학생의 경우 설명과 적용 항목에서 유의미한 차이를 보여 여학생이 남학생보다 민감하게 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교사와 학생 두 집단 간 이해의 측면을 비교한 결과, 설명, 적용, 공감에서 교사가 요구하는 이해와 학생들이 인식하는 이해에 차이를 보였다(p<0.05). 반면, 해석, 관점, 자기지식에서는 교사가 요구하는 이해대로 학생들이 인식하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 학교 교육의 궁극적인 목적은 교과의 진정한 이해를 기반한 학습자의 전인적 성장에 있다(강현석, 유제순, 2010). 따라서 교사는 자신이 가르치는 교과 내용에 대한 충분한 이해를 토대로 학생들의 이해에 대한 인식을 고려하여 여섯 가지 이해의 측면이 고르게 반영되도록 학습내용을 다양하게 제시함으로써 진정한 이해에 도달할 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다.

정신과 간호사의 심리적 안녕감 영향 요인 (Influencing Factors the Psychological Well-being of Psychiatric Nurse)

  • 정신과 간호사의 정신건강 증진과 간호서비스의 질을 높이는 연구가 필요하다. 목적: 본 연구는 정신과 간호사의 심리적 안녕감에 영향에 미치는 요인을 조사하여 이를 증진하기 위한 기초자료를 얻고자 하였다. 방법: 본 연구는 서술적 조사연구로 2019년 2월 18일부터 3월 31일까지 수행하였다. 경남에 있는 정신과 전문병원에서 근무하는 정신과 간호사 150명을 대상으로 하였다. 직무 스트레스 측정, 대인관계 반응지수, 회복력 척도, 심리적 안녕감에 대한 설문지를 이용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS program으로 분석하였다. 결과: 대상자의 직무 스트레스, 공감 능력, 회복 탄력성 그리고 심리적 안녕감 수준은 2.34점~ 3.33점 범위로 나타났다. 대상자의 특성에 따른 회복 탄력성과 안녕감 수준은 40대 이상, 기혼, 종교가 있을 때, 간호사 경력 10년 이상, 보통 이상의 경제 수준, 정신과 관련 자격을 가지고 있을 때, 책임간호사 이상, 탄력성 등의 교육에 참여자는 모두 유의하게 나타났다 (p < .001). 심리적 안녕감은 직무스트레스와 음의 상관관계, 공감능력과 회복탄력성과는 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 심리적 안녕감에 영향을 미치는 요인은 경제 수준과 회복탄력성에 있었다(𝛽 = .76, p < .001). 이들 요인의 심리적 안녕감에 대한 설명력은 67%였다. 경제 수준과 회복탄력성이 높을수록 심리적 안녕감은 증가하였다. 결론 : 본 연구에서 심리적 안녕감은 직무스트레스가 낮을수록, 공감능력과 회복탄력성이 높을수록 심리적 안녕감이 높아지었다. 따라서 정신과 간호사의 회복탄력성과 안녕감 향상을 위한 맞춤형 교육 개발이 필요하다고 판단한다.

A Study on the Effects of Business Service Quality on Satisfaction, Commitment, Performance, and Loyalty at a Private University

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the impacts of business service quality on satisfaction, commitment, performance, and loyalty in higher education. A survey was given to undergraduates involved in business through employment and start-up companies at a private university in Korea. With 252 respondents, this study used exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis to verify the reliability and validity of measured variables. Multiple regression was employed as a statistical method for the hypotheses of the study. The research questions were: 1) How do education SERVQUAL factors (tangibles, responsiveness, reliability, assurance, and empathy) affect customer satisfaction? 2) How do education SERVQUAL factors affect customer commitment? 3) How does customer satisfaction or commitment affect education performance? 4) How does customer satisfaction, commitment or performance affect their loyalty in higher education? The findings show that most dimensions of business service quality have effects on satisfaction and commitment, and satisfaction and commitment have a positive effect on performance. Additionally, satisfaction, commitment and performance all have an effect on loyalty. This study confirmed the need for the improvement of business service quality in a private university. Additionally, it highlighted the importance of user satisfaction, commitment and performance in order to increase the loyalty level of undergraduate students.

다문화가정 어머니가 경험한 자녀의 이중언어교육에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Experiences of Multi-cultural Family Mothers in Children's Bilingual Education)

  • 본 연구는 다문화가정 어머니가 경험한 자녀의 이중언어교육을 어머니의 관점에서 바라봄으로써 다문화가족에 대한 이중언어교육의 질적인 이해를 돕고자 하였다. 연구 참여자는 베트남 결혼이주여성 7명으로 지속적 비교분석방법을 적용한 질적 연구로 서술하였다. 연구 결과는 공감, 정서교감, 행복감의 정서적 측면, 정체성노출, 모국어교육의 정체성 측면, 교우, 가족, 지역사회의 관계적 측면의 범주로 도출되었다. 본 연구는 자녀의 이중언어교육에 관한 다문화가정 어머니의 경험에 대해 시도함으로써 다문화가족의 입장에서 필요한 이중언어 지원에 대한 자료를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

유아 대상 환경교육을 위한 증강현실 기반 통합교수학습방법 적용 가능성 탐색 (Exploring the Possibility of Applying the Integrated Teaching and Learning Method based on AR for Environmental Education for Young Children)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of integrated teaching and learning method using augmented reality for effective promotion of child - friendly attitude and environmental preservation attitude and explored its applicability. For this purpose, based on the augmented reality fairy tale, we designed an experience - oriented integrated teaching and learning method such as reading book, story - telling, drawing, environmental conservation practice activity. The experimental group was divided into two groups: augmented reality reading fairy tales (A) and children's book reading fairy tales (B). First, interest, immersion, and empathy were higher in the application environment of integrated learning teaching method based on Augmented Reality. Second, there was no difference between the two groups in content understanding. Third, in terms of expressiveness, it was verified that various expressions were expressed in the applying environment of the integrated teaching - learning method based on augmented reality through drawing activities. Fourth, in practice activities, more students were practicing in the augmented reality - based integrated teaching - learning method applied environment, and the number of practice activities of individual students was also confirmed. This study suggests that the application of the integrated teaching and learning method can enhance the effect of education when using the smart teaching media using the augmented reality in early childhood education.

메타버스 서비스 진정성 구성 요인과 효과에 관한 연구: 메타버스 교육 서비스를 중심으로 (The Factors and Effects of Metaverse Service Authenticity: Focusing on the Metaverse Education Service)

  • Through the COVID-19 pandemic, the demand for non-face-to-face communication systems has surged, leading to an increased prevalence of virtual interactions across various domains, such as tasks, meetings, orders and deliveries, and even student education. Against this backdrop, interest in the metaverse platform has been on the rise, with metaverse services like Zepeto, Roblox, and Minecraft expanding beyond gaming to encompass educational fields as well. This study aims to identify authenticity factors influencing metaverse platform-based educational services and examine their impact. The authenticity components are defined as integrity, empathy, interactivity, presence, and uniqueness. The study investigates the effects of these authenticity components on both service value and service satisfaction. To achieve this, a survey involving 320 metaverse users was conducted, and the model was subjected to statistical validation. The findings of this research underscore that perceiving metaverse education services, still in the early stages of introduction, as authentic educational methods for learners positively influences satisfaction with the educational service.This study holds significance as it lays the theoretical groundwork for enhancing the authenticity of educational services in virtual space. It defines and proposes authenticity elements for customer satisfaction in metaverse educational services, which are still in their nascent stages. Moving forward, it is anticipated that various studies will be conducted to enhance the value of metaverse education services and achieve higher customer satisfaction as customer experiences evolve and deepen.

항만물품공급업의 서비스품질요인이 관계지향성에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on the Service Quality Factors of Port Supply Industry on the Relationship Orientation)

  • This study shows how the service quality of port supply industry impacts with customer satisfaction and relationship orientation. Through previous research, service quality of port supply company is considered, at the same time, the key factor of service quality is divided into tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. Sample design is based on shipping companies which are registered in Korea Ship owners' Association and Korea Ship managers' Association from Aug. 8 through 26 in 2011. And total of 275 questionnaires are collected from shipping companies in Busan and Kyong nam. Result of this study would be utilized in marketing strategy for port supply industry. In the future research, based on analysis of port supply company's characteristics, the study for port supply industry which are perceived by customers could be conducted.

대학수준에서 인터넷 강의와 강의실 강의의 서비스 품질에 관한 연구 (Service Quality of Internet-based Lecture and In-class Lecture at the University Level)

  • This study try to find the service quality factors of internet-based lecture and in-class lecture on the university level. The service quality factors of internet-based lecture are information quality and system quality factors which affect education service value, and customer satisfaction. This affects the service performance. The service quality factors of in-class lecture are tangibility, reliability, responsibility, assurance and empathy factors also affect education service value and customer satisfaction. This leads to service performance. This result will be helpful to enhance the service quality of university level lectures.

간호대학생의 인간중심간호 역량에 미치는 영향요인 (Factors associated with the person-centered care competence of nursing students)

  • Purpose: The main purpose of this study was to identify factors influencing person-centered care competence in nursing students. Methods: The study was conducted in two universities located in the D and J cities of South Korea. Participants were 130 senior nursing students who had experienced clinical practice for at least 3 months. Data were collected from September 7-10, 2019, using a structured questionnaire and analyzed using a hierarchical multiple regression with SPSS/WIN 23.0. Results: The Factor influencing person-centered care competence was compassion competence (β=.49, p<.001) and the explanatory power of this variable was 30% (F=10.98, p<.001). Conclusion: According to the results of this study, nursing faculties need to develop programs and learning content to enhance learners' compassion competence for promotion of person-centered care competence.

의료관광교육 서비스품질이 교육만족도 및 교육훈련전이에 미치는 영향: 조직특성 및 국가관계의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Medical Tourism Education Service Quality on Education Satisfaction and Transfer of Education Training: Focusing on the Moderating Roles of Organizational Characteristics and National Relations)

  • The medical tourism industry, a convergence of medical services and tourism, has been getting more and more popularity as a new value-added industry in the 21st century. Accordingly, the number of professional workers within this industry has been increasing, and the role of educational institutions to cultivate well-equipped human resources has also become critical. However, compared to practically activated medical tourism-related education programs, studies investigating the effectiveness of these education programs are relatively rare. Therefore, this study attempts to examine the effect of five dimensions of medical tourism education service quality (i.e., tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) on learners' education satisfaction and transfer of education training. In addition, the moderating roles of national relations as well as organizational characteristics (i.e., transfer climate and support of supervisors and colleagues) in the relationship between education satisfaction and transfer of education training are further verified. The results of the structural equation model (SEM) using 151 samples from respondents with experience in completing medical tourism education programs reveal that tangibles, reliability, and assurance are found to have a significant impact on education satisfaction, which in turn leads to a high level of transfer of education training. Moreover, it is found that national relations and support of supervisors and colleagues play a moderating role. This study would provide guidelines for improving the efficiency of educational institutions, creating outcomes for learners' affiliated firms (e.g., hospitals), and promoting medical tourism at the national level from the perspective of medical tourism education.
