다입력변수를 사용한 멀티형 공조시스템 압축기와 전자팽창밸브의 퍼지 제어 알고리즘 (Fuzzy Control Algorithms for the Compressor and the Electronic Expansion Valve of a Multi-type Air-conditioning System using Multiple Input Variables)

  • In order to control multi-zone temperatures, a multi-type air-conditioning system may be used. In this study, control algorithms for the compressor and the electronic expansion valve of a multi-type air-conditioning system were developed by using fuzzy logics. The compressor control algorithm was composed of a compressor pressure setpoint algorithm, a compressor pressure setpoint reset algorithm, and a compressor frequency setpoint algorithm. The electronic expansion valve control algorithm was composed of an indoor temperature control algorithm, and a superheat control algorithm. These algorithms were applied to a multi-type air-conditioning system. Test showed good results for the control of a multi-type air-conditioning system.

  • This paper presents a new method for removing reaching phase in variable structure control systems using Bell type switching function. By proposed method, during the entire control process reaching phase is removed. For effective speed control of trapezoidal type brushless DC motor, a time varying switching function based speed controller is developed as illustration.

  • 선박 운항의 경제성, 효율성 및 편리성을 높이면서 친환경 선박에 대한 연구가 지속적으로 이루어지고 있다. 이 중 하나가 전자제어식 디젤 엔진의 개발이다. 자동차용 소형에서는 이미 전자제어식 디젤기관이 주류를 이루고 있으나 선박에서는 안정성 및 신뢰성의 문제로 보급에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 전자제어식과 캠식 엔진이 동시에 탑재되어 있는 한국해양대학교의 실습선 한바다호의 주기관을 이용하여 두 엔진의 성능을 비교 분석하였다. 그 결과 전자제어식 디젤엔진의 연료소비율이 저감되었으며 특히 저부하에서의 성능이 보다 우수하였다. 또한 연료소비율에 있어서 해상 시운전에서 훨씬 효과적이었다.

  • A multiple-electrode-type electronic paper film can implement a single color and control the transparency, as it has multiple electrodes in one cell. Therefore, it can be used as a transparent display. In this paper, we explain the structure and driving method of a transparent electronic paper display, and then propose a control method of transmittance. Subsequently, we verify the theory by measuring the transmittance via experiment. Thus, by changing the manner of applying the voltage to three lower electrodes and one upper electrode, transmittance in eight cases could be realized. It was confirmed that the transmittance derived from the experiment could be controlled from a minimum of 6.75% to a maximum of 71.18%.

  • Refrigerant flow rates of the multi-type air-conditioning system can be regulated by electronic expansion valves (EEV). The performance of the multi-type air-conditioning system may be improved by lowering the superheat at the compressor suction side. In this study, a superheat temperature setpoint reset algorithm was developed by using fuzzy logics, and a PI algorithm was applied to control the superheat temperature near setpoints. Experimental results showed energy savings and stable operations at a multi-type air-conditioning system. Therefore, the developed setpoint reset algorithm may be effectively used for the EEV superheat temperature control of the multi-type air-conditioning system.

  • 비행 시 외부 조건에 따라 비선형시변 동적특성을 갖는 항공기의 비행제어는 종 제어(longitudinal control)와 횡 제어(lateral control)로 나눌 수 있으며, 종 제어는 승강키(elevator)에 의한 피치(pitch)값, 횡 제어는 에일러론(aileron)에 의한 롤(roll)값과 방향키(rudder)에 의한 요(yaw)값들을 제어대상으로 삼는다. 현재까지 항공기의 안정성, 조종성 그리고 기동성을 보장하기 위한 제어시스템 개발에 많은 연구들이 활발히 진행되어 왔으나, 최근에는 다양하고 복잡한 풍동실험과 환경실험들을 필요로 하는 기존연구들과는 다른 항공기의 지능제어시스템 개발에 관련된 연구들이 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문은 대표적인 지능제어방식인 Interval Type-2 퍼지논리기법에 의한 항공기 종 제어시스템을 제시하고 F-4 제트전투기의 컴퓨터 모의실험을 통해 그 효용성을 입증한다.

  • In this paper, it used a soccer robot which needs the important Held of robot technology as the wheel type mobile robot. With the soccer robot, as for the especially important one, "strategy" "the orbit control of the robot", and "the efficiency of the robot" is given. PSO-Based Nonlinear PI-type Controller Design for Boost Converter

  • This paper designs a nonlinear PI-type controller for the robust control of a boost DC-DC converter using a particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm. Based on the common knowledge that the transient responses can be improved if the P and I gains increase when the transient error is big, a nonlinear PI-type control design method is developed. A design procedure to autotune the nonlinear P and I gains is given based on a PSO algorithm. The proposed nonlinear PI-type controller is implemented in real time on a Texas Instruments TMS320F28335 floating-point DSP. Simulation and experimental results are given to demonstrate the effectiveness and practicality of the proposed method.
