이 연구의 목적은 전자분야의 국가기술자격 운영현황 및 문제점을 검토하여 전자분야 기술사, 기능장, 기사, 산업기사, 기능사 자격의 새로운 발전방향을 제시하는데 있다. 전자분야 자격이 발전되기 위해서는 전자분야 자격에 대한 직무분석 작업을 실시하여 산업현장의 기술변화 내용을 수용할 수 있어야 한다. 따라서 전자분야 자격에 대한 명확한 직무분석 작업을 통하여 시험과목과 출제 기준이 재정비되어야 할 것이며, 검정 내용이 산업현장의 변화를 지속적으로 수용할 수 있도록 지원되어야 한다. 또한 전자분야의 자격종목이 효율적으로 그리고 효과적으로 개선될 수 있도록 하는 정책적 지원 및 노력이 지속적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다.

기업이 요구하는 대학의 전자상거래 교과과정을 연구하였다. 전자상거래 발전과 함께 교과과정의 변화도 필요하다. 특히 전자상거래시스템은 기술과 경영 분야가 모두 중요하므로 교과과정이 융합 학문(경영학, 공학)이라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 전자상거래 e-비즈니스 모델과 기업의 실무적 요구를 반영한 대학의 효과과정 개발을 위해 기업의 경영성과와 교과과목의 중요성을 조사하여 상관분석을 시도하였다. 상관도에 따라서 교과과정의 변화의 필요성을 제시하였다. 결과적으로 경영 분야의 교과과정 확대가 필요하다고 분석되었다.

Objectives: In this study, diagnosis of an ontology-based electronic chart system works by presenting a model electronic chart system is contributing to the standardization and objectification in Oriental Medicine field. Methods: The clinic is currently used in the electronic chart, and use surveys and research utilization was diagnosed. In addition, the symptoms with medicines, prescriptions, patterns ontology data, information, relationships between the association was derived. electronic chart the flow of information from the input data stream was defined using the ontology. Medicines, prescriptions, patterns diagnosis ontology, using the process model presented in the electronic chart. Results: This study show that interoperable model within the diagnostic capabilities of the electronic chart system in Oriental Medicine and represent diagnosis process in the system with symptoms. Conclusions: Diagnosed with symptoms of ontology integration with electronic chart to study the model was placed goal. Diagnosis and prescription due to strong associative connection implies an ontology can be seen even more important. Diagnostic elements will be added to enhance the diagnostic capabilities in the electronic chart can be varied and objective diagnostic model can be presented. This study extends the range for the CDSS, and new areas of research can be presented.

The purpose of this study is to provide the basic information related to electronic picture books and implications for the development of high-quality in-home child care service programs by examining the perceptions and actual conditions of electronic picture books. A survey was conducted with 216 in-home childcare workers from the one Healthy Family Support Center who participated in the workshop on electronic picture books and 161 students from the Department of Early Childhood Education at two Universities as a comparison group. The findings are as follows. First, there was no difference between the two groups in recognition of ICT competencies and satisfaction with electronic picture books. Second, both groups viewed electronic picture books are effective in preparing for the information age and very positive in providing electronic picture books. Third, the valuation of electronic picture books in both groups was higher than that of paper picture books. Fourth, there was no significant difference between the two groups in valuing e-picture books by ICT competence. The results of this study provide implications for the development of systematic educational programs to enhance the job performance of in-home child providers, which will be expanded in the future, by examining ICT competencies, e-picture book actual utilization, and recognition between the in-home childcare providers and ECE students.

Due to the expansion of non-face-to-face services, the demand for user identification for mobile devices is increasing. Recently, mobile resident registration cards, mobile driver's licenses, etc. are installed in mobile phones and used for user identification and authentication services. In order to identify a user online, unique identification information of the online user is required. In particular, in order to provide information only to online users, it is necessary to accurately deliver information to a mobile device owned by the user. To make this service possible, it was realized with the advent of mobile electronic notice service. However, the identification of online service users and information on mobile devices owned or subscribed by the relevant users require safe management as personal information, and it is also necessary to increase the convenience of online service users. In this paper, we propose an operating standard for providing a mobile electronic notice service that sends electronic notice using a mobile device owned by the user. The mobile electronic notice service is a service that provides notices expressed in electronic information to the recipient's cell phone, mobile app, e-mail, etc. Therefore, as the use of mobile electronic notification service increases and the provision and use of connecting information to identify users increases, it is necessary to expand the mobile electronic notification service while safely protecting users' personal information.

A comprehensive electronic trade portal such as the electronic bills of lading, e-negotiations and so on, is developed by the Korea Ministry of Knowledge Economy and International Trade Association and serviced by KTNET. The portal, so called u-TradeHub, formally started to provide its services on 22nd May, 2009. If the shipper issues electronic bills of lading, the negotiating bank examines it through the established e-Nego system. However, the issuing bank overseas cannot examine the electronic bills of lading, because any interactive system does not exist. So, after the e-Nego, the electronic bills of lading gets automatically transformed into the paper-type electronic bills of lading and issuing bank examine paper B/L. In process of examining documents, the beneficiary using electronic means in letter of credit transactions may face some risks such as the corruption to the electronic bill of lading after its issuance by the carrier, the corruption after e-Nego and the corruption after the presentation to the issuing bank. In this paper, we studied the problems on corruptions to occur in the middle of the examination process of the electronic bills of lading and suggestions how to solve them are discussed.

Since digital economy and electronic commerce are evolving rapidly. further shaping process of e-commerce over the Internet would be highly influenced by the impact of electronic commerce technologies. That is. the widespread application of electronic commerce technologies is remoulding classic business patterns and enabling organizations to deal with new ways of doing business with global suppliers. distributors, marketers and consumers. The objective of this study is to examine the scheme of electronic commerce technologies. analyzing the current state and what is expected of them In the future. However, it is difficult to clarify relationships with the every electronic commerce technology and to analyze the progress of each of them. This study focuses on the major electronic commerce application technologies relevant to e-business. In order to analyze the current state of electronic commerce technologies and relationships among them. this study has tried to gather experts' opinions using the Delphi method. For each major EC technology, this study has analyzed the current level. the technology scheme. the applicability, the economic influences of the EC technologies and the urgency of the technology development. This study will play a role of catalyser for the study of electronic commerce technologies and will provide guideline for future studies electronic commerce and information communication technology(ICT) diffusion.

ICC(International Chamber of Commerce) developed new rule on the presentation of electronic record in L/C transactions. This rule named as the e-UCP. The gists of this article are on the application of e-UCP in practice and it's some problems. The e-UCP is the supplement of current exisiting UCP but is superior to UCP under some circumstances. The e-UCP is only apply to the presentation of electronic record regardless of type of L/C(for example, traditional paper L/C or electronic L/C). The presentation of electronic record has some problems which has not seen in the presentation of paper document. These peblems are Time, Place of presentation, and format of electronic record and so on. The e-UCP provided on the basis of these problems. However, the e-UCP has some obscure provisions on the examination of electronic record and the corruption of electronic record. Who is responsible for the corruption of electronic record by the virus on the system of bank ? The current e-UCP is not clear on this matter. We have to note followings in case of presenting the documents electronically and applying the e-UCP. First, Beneficiary has additional duty to notice of completion of presentation. Second, It will be increasing the clean NEGO through prompt feedback of the descrepancy at the presenting time. Third, It is no use of L/G(Letter of Guarantee).

Considering rapid development of Electronic Trade in Korea, it is an important issue to analyze consumers' satisfaction and e-loyalty. The purpose of this study is to find the affecting factors on the determinants and utilizable intention of electronic trade trustworthness and e-loyalty. In the literature review, it was made to compare and analyze the precedent papers about electronic trade trustworthness theory, Keller and Aaker(1992), Yun, Seong-jun's(2000) model of the trustworthness. This study investigates the concept of the satisfaction, e-loyalty in electronic trade site and its determinants, and tries to establish e-loyalty analyzing model. The model of the satisfaction, e-loyalty electronic trade site is tested here using data from 106 samples. The major finding of this paper would be summarized as followed : And then it was used the empirical research method to test hypotheses which was established based on the precedent studies : 1) electronic trade factors are positively related to the trustworthness on the electronic trade practical, not being trustworthness of the functionality on electronic trade practical in international trade company. 2) tr stworthness of electronic trade practical is positively related to the e-loyalty in international trade companies.

Almost business enterprises have recently used electronic commerce to conduct their business. Electronic commerce has come to encompass the Internet as well as EDI on private networks begun in the 1960s. The Internet is already changing the way that many companies conduct their business. Domestic electronic commerce has rapidly enhanced, while Int'l electronic commerce has gone steady. There are four issues for developing of Int'l Electronic Commerce. Firstly, The EDI Standardization is to be uniformed and prevailed over the world in UN/EDIFACT authorized by ISO. Secondly, There are two useful systems on Electronic Document Transmission, so called, Bolero project system and Trade Card System. It is thought that Bolero system will be more useful for large trading enterprises, especially, who need a Letter of Credit and electronic B/L, while T/C system is proper to small trade companies who do not need those. Successful results of Bolero system is very important for Int'l electronic commerce enterprises. Thirdly, to secure electronic signature, Int'l Certification Authority is essential for the users of Int'l electronic commerce. Trusted way of distributing public keys is to use a Int'l Certification Authority. The Int'l Certification Authority will accept user's public key, along with some proof of identity and serve as a depository of digital certificates. Both governments and the International business community must involve archiving keys with trusted third parties. Finally, It is important that all the nations and UNCITRAL continue efforts to make legal bases in Int'l electronic commerce concerned, including electronic signature, certification etc.
