There are many software reliability models that are based on the times of occurrences of errors in the debugging of software. It is shown that it is possible to do likelihood inference for software reliability models based on finite failure model and non-homogeneous Poisson Processes (NHPP). For someone making a decision about when to market software, the conditional failure rate is an important variables. The infinite failure model are used in a wide variety of practical situations. Their use in characterization problems, detection of outlier, linear estimation, study of system reliability, life-testing, survival analysis, data compression and many other fields can be seen from the many study. Statistical process control (SPC) can monitor the forecasting of software failure and thereby contribute significantly to the improvement of software reliability. Control charts are widely used for software process control in the software industry. In this paper, proposed a control mechanism based on NHPP using mean value function of Musa-Okumo and Power law type property.

Increasing the proportion of an embedded system in automotive industry, test methods for evaluation and fault detection of the embedded system have been researched. HILS is a test method that is used in the development and test of complex real-time embedded systems. In this study, we defined the HILS method of the ECU, one of the embedded systems used in automobiles. Our method is to create a test model that can provide a virtual vehicle environment to the ECU on the basis of the actual vehicle data. The test model has reference information that can transmit the sensor signal and CAN Message into the ECU from HILS tester. In this study, the HILS can detect faults of the target ECU.

It has become the information medium that mediate between individuals of marketing with the new information media that use of the Internet in accordance with the progress of the IT industry- real estate marketing, real estate leasing, real estate auctions, etc. The real estate registration services should be disclosed to outside that include a schedule details the public book-register and problems caused by it should be reasonably resolved by handling a large amount of real estate registration work quickly, accurately handling to utilize Information Technology(IT) through the information system construction as the feature to process the information of register entries. Computerization of real estate registration will raise the efficiency of the registration as well as people can see the information related to real estate on the basis of published content without limitation the time and place and will pursue the ideal and reliability of the registration -web accessibility improving of the Internet Registry and permanent storage of preserving documents by electronic means. It is very large that impact on the real estate transaction if the accuracy of legal registration choosing formalism in the processing of real estate registration business through the Internet than written application is highly probable to occur incorrect registration. Also, It is necessary to manage it effectively -if you do not quickly and exactly respond to it, there is problems such as delays or poor registration service because real estate business activated and real estate registration services also increased sharply. In this paper, we will identify the problems of the real estate registration work and suggest improvements about it.

Since the late 1980s, there have been radical changes in the managerial environment of Y University Medical Center(YUMC). Externally, the competition among hospitals has intensified due to the establishment of universal health insurance in 1939 and the entrance of large enterprises into the health care industry in the early 1990s. In addition, government regulation of medical institution is becoming stricter. Also, consumer groups have continued to demand the respect for patient rights and improvement of the quality of medical services. Internally, the financial condition of YUMC has worsened, not only because weak control and poor mediation in its large-scale structure have made its operation inefficient, but also because the rates of increase in the prices of goods and labor have grown faster than any increases in revenues. This study on materials management at YUMC presents a way for YUMC to reduce costs and increase its productivity, thereby overcoming its financial difficulties and dealing with external pressures. This study utilized the case studies of the materials purchasing and medical supply management in the United States and the comparative analysis of management to suggest short-term and long-term alternatives for innovation in YUMC. The goals of the short-term alternatives for innovation are to centralize the purchasing and supply departments and to simplify the decision-making processes. Through these attempts, it is estimated that YUMC's costs could be reduced by $600,000 per year. In the long-term, it is necessary to consider introducing a Supply Processing Distribution(SPD) system and setting up a centralized electronic system for supply and inventory management, although it is difficult to estimate the effect of cost-cutting because of the lack of analysis data. Thus, YUMC should thoroughly analyze initial investment costs and economical efficiency generated from long-term alternatives.

정보통신 산업은 괄목할 만한 성장올 보였으며, 정보산업시대의 핵심 육성 부문으로 지목되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 통신산업분야의 정책부서, 연구소, 기업 및 대학에서 활약하고 있는 70명의 정보통신분야 천문가들을 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하였으며, 설문조사 결과를 토대로 정보통신산업의 잠재적 수요예측과 함께 이러한 수요를 공급하기 위하여 선행되어야 할 연구개발 인력의 수요를 추정하였다. 본 연구결과에 따르면, 정보통신산업은 1991년에 Data Communication 분야에서만 약 48억불의 수요를 유발할 것으로 보이며, 이를 위한 박사 인력의 년간 수요는 1987년에는 500명, 1991년에는 990 명에 이를 것으로 예상되었다. 반면, 최근 문교부에 제출된 바 있는 한 연구보고에 따르면, 88명-145 명에 지나지 않은 것으로 나타나고 있어 심각한 고급인력의 수급난이 예상된다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 정부, 산업체 및 대학이 시급히 수렵하여야 할 대응책을 제시하였다. -정부가 지원할 내용으로서, 정보통신분야의 연구개발을 위한 관련학과 교수의 양적, 질적 향상이 요구되며 이를 위한 방안으로 교수진의 critical mass 형성이 촉구되었다. -산업계 역시 통신산업의 폭발적 성장에 대비하기 위하여, 고급인력의 수혜기관의 입장에서 고급인력의 공급을 위한 대응책 마련에 적극적으로 참여하여야 할 것이다. 산업계의 참여 방안으로서, 교수 1인, 박사 후보생 l인, 석사과정 학생 3인을 한 단위로 하는 "research unit"의 형성과 산업계로부터 이들을 위한 지원이 제안되었다. 즉, research unit 100개를 지원하기 위해 산업계는 연간 약380 만불의 교육-연구비를 투입하며, 이러한 지원을 통하여 박사인력의 공급이 배가 될 것으로 예상된다. -대학원 교육의 칠적 향상과 함께 산 학연계 기능을 강화하기 위하여, 정보통신 관련학과와 대학원 교과과정의 개선 방안이 구체적으로 제안되었다. 본 연구에서 제안된 내용은 현재 정부, 정책부서, 산업계, 학계의 요구사항과 전문가 의견을 토대로 요약되었으므로, 제안사항의 체계적인 보완이 이루어지면 그 효과가 지대할 것으로 예상된다.

This study is planned to investigate the attitude toward the safety and health management of contractor company. Under the contract based production system, all of activities including safety and health management in the contractor company are depended upon the contract. How to make contract influence the worker's health of contractor company. Worker's health of contractor company can be protected by efforts of company of contract-out and contractor company, especially their safety managers. The modelling of the effective safety and health management system for contractor company should consider the need of safety manager of each company and employer of contractor company. Data is collected from safety managers of 3 contract out compaines as electronic and electrical manufacturing industry and 55 safety manager, 57 employers of their contractor compaines using self administered survey with structured questionnaire. The most of all respondents want to support from the contract out compaines. The most important items supported from contract out company is the information based on the safety information network between each company. Safety manager and employer of contactor company also itemized safety education and training in the supporting system from contract out company. These results can be generalized to survey on the other industries.

According as marine leisure industry has developed and the demand of leisure culture has increased rapidly, a desire about service which supply marine safety and connect marine information is enlarging. We wish to develop contents of download form that supply geographic information of Electronic Navigational Chart(ENC) in the marine that is digitalized to carrying along terminal of WIPI base and various informations for marine leisure. For this, DB that offer ENC and additional information should be constructed. Also, we need server(CPS; Contents provider Server) that offer required contents. In this paper, we design web retrieval component which store request information to database. When consumer required necessary information through personal mobile device, CPS can inform that. So, we wish to develop web retrieval agent component that parse informations in various World Wide Webs, and store to database.

In order to classify and manage on-line trading goods, the product classification scheme must be maintained. In most systems for handling product information, the classification scheme is managed manually by experts, which in general incurs a lot of time and cost. Effective management of classification system becomes more important as rapid development of industry expedites diversity and convergence of goods and services. There have been many researches on developing classification scheme, and continuing in this line of research, this paper proposes a new method for automatic generation of product classification scheme. Our main idea starts from the concept that a product is a set of attributes, and we propose a novel algorithm for automatically creating hierarchical classification scheme by utilizing inclusive relationships between products. We then prove the effectiveness of proposed algorithm by conducting an experiment.

In the respect of automobile history, the tendency to the development of automobiles for the latest 100 years has been leaded by technical performances. Especially, with the rapid growth of the newest electronic industry, the technical know-hows of automobiles improved in short terms have brought about outstanding results. The differences of the technical know-hows are little between some of the famous automobile manufacturing industries and the rising. So, now, the automobile design became a basis in selecting a car. The latest tendency to automobile style in accordance with the improvement of a universal life quality has been changed to a characteristic design meeting various needs of customers. RV, UV, MPV(and so forth ) meeting their needs made an appearance, or a characteristic model derived from them respectively appeared. We tried to study a new mini SUV-typed-concepcar design with a touch of the next concept. The whole design process from our researches to the end hard model was performed at the Design Center, Daewoo Automobile, based on the automobile design processes. Especially, We styled an automobile concept as inexpensive, characteristic, new one to have a car easily at the young and made an analysis of customers' responses for referring to this study in generating the next SUV-typed-automobile.
