게임 플레이 효과의 양면성과 게임 규제 태도 연구 :게임 장르를 중심으로 (Two Aspects of the Game Playing Effect and Attitude toward Game Regulation :Focused on Game Genre)

  • 본 연구는 게임 플레이 효과에 대한 양면적인 측면의-긍정적(인지 욕구), 부정적(게임 중독)-효과를 분석하여 게임 규제 정책과 게임 연구가 나아가야 할 방향을 제안했다. 게임 장르의 특수성에 초점을 두고, 게임 플레이가 인지 욕구와 부정적 효과에(중독/과몰입) 미치는 영향에 대해 논의했다. 또한, 게임 플레이 효과는 게임정책과 밀접하게 관련이 있으므로, 게임 유저를 중심으로, 게임 장르와 게임 규제 정책에 대한 태도가 어떤 관계가 있는지 분석했다. 분석 결과, 게임 장르의 특성에 따라 게임 플레이의 효과와 규제에 관한 태도가 상이하게 나타났다. 게임을 오래 할수록 게임 중독 효과가 증가했지만, 동시에 인지 욕구도 상승했다. 게임 규제대상이었던 RAS(Role playing, AOS(Aeon of Strife), Strategy) 게임 장르를 플레이할수록 게임 중독을 상승시켰지만 동시에, 인지 욕구를 높이는 데도 기여했다. AR(Augmented Reality) 장르 플레이는 인지 욕구에 긍정적으로 영향을 미쳤던 반면, 전반적인 게임 규제에는 찬성하는 태도를 보였다. 본 연구결과는 게임 플레이가 가져오는 긍정적인 효과와 부정적인 효과를 동시에 트레이드 오프 (trade-off)할 수 있는 밸런싱 전략이 요구된다는 시사점을 제공한다.

  • Ginseng saponin from different part of Ginseng and 7 kinds of ginsenosides effect on immnotuncition of young and old mice. There have up-regulation effect in vivo and in vitro experiments for low function of old mice, but not up-regulation effect at normal immuno-function of young mice. That means "Adaptogens" of Ginseng saponin. Not appositions effect at Pg1 and Rb1 and have find, that effect relations with molecular weight of ginsenosides.senosides.

Effect Analysis for Frequency Recovery of 524 MW Energy Storage System for Frequency Regulation by Simulator

  • To test the effectiveness of using an energy storage system for frequency regulation, the Energy New Business Laboratory at KEPCO Research Institute installed a 4 MW energy storage system (ESS) demonstration facility at the Jocheon Substation on Jeju Island. And after the successful completion of demonstration operations, a total of 52 MW ESS for frequency regulation was installed in Seo-Anseong (28 MW, governor-free control) and in Shin-Yongin (24 MW, automatic generation control). The control system used in these two sites was based on the control system developed for the 4 MW ESS demonstration facility. KEPCO recently finished the construction of 184 MW ESS for frequency regulation in 8 locations, (e.g. Shin-Gimjae substation, Shin-Gaeryong substation, etc.) and they are currently being tested for automatic operation. KEPCO plans to construct additional ESS facilities (up to a total of about 500 MW for frequency regulation by 2017), thus, various operational tests would first have to be conducted. The high-speed characteristic of ESS can negatively impact the power system in case the 500 MW ESS is not properly operated. At this stage we need to verify how effectively the 500 MW ESS can regulate frequency. In this paper, the effect of using ESS for frequency regulation on the power system of Korea was studied. Simulations were conducted to determine the effect of using a 524 MW ESS for frequency regulation. Models of the power grid and the ESS were developed to verify the performance of the operation system and its control system. When a high capacity power plant is tripped, a 24 MW ESS supplies power automatically and 4 units of 125MW ESS supply power manually. This study only focuses on transient state analysis. It was verified that 500 MW ESS can regulate system frequency faster and more effectively than conventional power plants. Also, it was verified that time-delayed high speed operations of multiple ESS facilities do not negatively impact power system operations. It is recommended that further testing be conducted for a fleet of multiple ESSs with different capacities distributed over multiple substations (e.g. 16, 24, 28, and 48 MW ESS distributed across 20 substations) because each ESS measures frequency individually. The operation of one ESS facility will differ from the other ESSs within the fleet, and may negatively impact the performance of the others. The following are also recommended: (a) studies wherein all ESSs should be operated in automatic mode; (b) studies on the improvement of individual ESS control; and (c) studies on the reapportionment of all ESS energies within the fleet.

학대경험이 가정 외 보호 서비스 청소년의 심리사회적 적응에 미치는 영향 : 자기조절능력의 매개효과 중심으로 (Effects of Abuse Experiences on Psychological and Social Adaptation of Out-of-House Protection Service Youth : Focused on the Mediation Effect of Self-Adjusting Capacity)

  • 본 연구에서는 가정 외 보호서비스 청소년을 대상으로 학대 경험이 심리사회적 적응에 미치는 영향을 살펴 보고, 자기조절능력의 매개효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 부산시에 거주하는 가정 외 보호서비스 청소년을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 다음과 같은 사실이 밝혀졌다. 첫째, 학대 경험은 자기조절능력에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학대 경험은 심리사회적 적응에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 자기조절능력은 심리사회적 적응에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 지기조절능력은 학대 경험과 심리사회적 적응의 관계에서 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 학대를 경험하고 있는 가정 외 보호서비스 청소년들의 심리사회적 적응 향상을 위해서는 방임과 정서적 학대를 예방하고, 가정 외 보호서비스를 받고 있는 청소년들의 자기조절능력을 높일 수 있는 상담 프로그램의 개입의 중요성을 촉구하였다는 점에서 의의를 지닌다.

무방류시스템 도입에 따른 환경규제효율화 방안 (Reformation of Environmental Regulation through introduction of the Zero Liquid Discharge System)

  • It is difficult to examine the causal relation of pollution damages because the time gap between pollution cause and effect is large and new pollutants are continuously being produced. Their many environmental effects are not promptly studied. As both the study of causal relation about pollution and the pollutant treatment are becoming highly advanced by the development of science and environmental technology, both the economy and balance on environmental regulation may be discussed. It is reasonable to decide environmental policy in consideration of close relation between both the generation and resolution of environmental problems and of technological developments because environmental problems are related to complicated social problems and scientific technologies. First item in policy decision about environmental control and management is preferentially to consider the way of prevention. It is necessary to prevent pollution by regulating the installment of environmental pollution facility into the environmentally sensitive areas, like water supply source and to regulate land utilization as a method to achieve pollution prevention. Second is a consideration of environmental technology development. This is a solution which can accomplish the development of environmental technology and the reinforcement of economic competition. Third is the coexistence of environment and economy. It is necessary to consider economy in connection with environmental problems and environment in economic problem. Then, we can enjoy a healthy life as well as economic affluence. Fourth is the enlargement of environmental management means. Environmental management means must be diversified because environmental cause and effect are varied. For Improving the land use regulation system, it is necessary to consider both land use regulation status and pollutant toxicity with the development of environmental technology. Land use must be approached by classifying land to 3 levels; water source protection zone and water front zone, special zone 1 and 2, rancus and other zones. Land regulation policy to prevent any accident in water source protection zone, waterfront zone, and special zone must be continuously upgraded. However, economical consideration in other zones is required by the development of environmental technology.

위장관 수축성에 대한 Histamine과 Atropine의 융합성 조절 효과 (The Convergence Effect of Histamine and Atropine on Intestinal Contractility)

  • 본 연구에서 진단, 과민반응 검사에 사용되며 의약품에 불순물로 포함되어 규제되는 histamine의 단독 및 병용 투여에서 조직/근육 선택적 장관 수축성 조절에 대한 실험을 하고자 하였다. Histamine은 muscarinic receptor 작용 외에 histamine H1 receptor에 대한 직접 작용으로 수축성을 증가시켰고 회장/결장 윤주근에서 수축성을 거의 증가시키지 않았다. 또한 M3 수용체에 선택적으로 작용하는 atropine의 병용 효과를 관찰하였는데 histamine과 병용된 atropine은 장관 중 회장의 종주근의 수축성을 거의 감소시키지 않았고 회장/결장의 윤주근의 수축성을 감소시키지 않았다. 따라서 적어도 회장의 종주근에서 histamine은 M3 수용체를 거의 경유하지 않고 작용하고 atropine은 항무스카린 효과 외에 histamine에 의한 조직 선택적 위장관 운동성을 거의 조절하지 않는 것으로 생각된다. 그리고 이러한 단순한 검색은 의약품 불순물 검사로 선호될 것으로 생각된다.

Investigation of the effect of SRSF9 overexpression on HIV-1 production

  • Serine-arginine-rich splicing factors (SRSFs) are members of RNA processing proteins in the serine-arginine-rich (SR) family that could regulate the alternative splicing of the human immunodeficiency virus-1 (HIV-1). Whether SRSF9 has any effect on HIV-1 regulation requires elucidation. Here, we report for the first time the effects and mechanisms of SRSF9 on HIV-1 regulation. The overexpression of SRSF9 inhibits viral production and infectivity in both HEK293T and MT-4 cells. Deletion analysis of SRSF9 determined that the RNA regulation motif domain of SRSF9 is important for anti-HIV-1 effects. Furthermore, overexpression of SRSF9 increases multiple spliced forms of viral mRNA, such as Vpr mRNA. These data suggest that SRSF9 overexpression inhibits HIV-1 production by inducing the imbalanced HIV-1 mRNA splicing that could be exploited further for a novel HIV-1 therapeutic molecule.

일부 농촌지역 고혈압 환자의 자가간호 증진과 혈압조절을 위한 자기조절 프로그램 효과 (The Effect of a Self-Regulation Program for Hypertensives in Rural Areas)

  • This study was conducted to identify a effect of the comprehensive self-regulation program for hypertensives as a nursing intervention on self-care performance and the physiologic parameters in rural areas. For this purpose, a nonequivalent control group and a pre and post-test quasi- experimental design was used. Fifty-four were evaluated subjects from two Community Health Practitioner Posts in the suburbs of Taejon City. The subjects of the control and experimental groups were matched for age and sex. The self-regulation program developed by author given to the experimental group. The program consisted of group education on hypertension and self-care, self-regulation including the blood pressure self-monitoring, recording of self-care activities, and encouraging and reinforcing self-efficacy. The whole program was carried out from September to November of 1999. The data were analyzed by repeated measure ANCOVA, t-test, and ANCOVA. The results were as follows ; There was significant improvement in the scores on knowledge (F=.68, P=.004), perceived self-efficacy (F=26.39, P=.000), self-care performance (F=26.11, P=.000) of the experimental group compared with those of the control group. There was no significant change on the score of locus of control, perceived benefits and perceived barrier, blood cholesterol level, body weight between two groups (P>.05). From these results, it can be concluded that the self-regulation program is an effective nursing strategy to promote self-care performance of hypertensives in rural area.

Astaxanthin supplementation enriches productive performance, physiological and immunological responses in laying hens

  • Objective: Astaxanthin is a natural super antioxidant. The present study was carried out to investigate the effect of astaxanthin rich Phaffia rhodozyma (PR) supplementation in diets on laying production performance, egg quality, antioxidant defenses and immune defenses in laying hens. Methods: A total of five hundred and twelve 60-week-old Lohmann Brown laying hens (2,243±12 g) were randomly assigned to four groups, each including 4 replicates with 32 birds per replicate. Astaxanthin rich PR was added to corn-soybean meal diets to produce experimental diets containing 0 (Control), 800 mg/kg, 1,200 mg/kg, and 1,600 mg/kg PR, respectively. The astaxanthin content in the diet was 0.96 mg/kg, 1.44 mg/kg and 1.92 mg/kg respectively. Results: Results showed that dietary PR supplementation tended to increase daily feed intake (p = 0.0512). There was no effect of astaxanthin rich PR on Haugh units, albumen height, egg shape index, eggshell strength, and eggshell thickness at weeks 6 (p>0.05). However, egg yolk color was significantly improved (p<0.05). In addition, astaxanthin rich PR supplementation significantly increased serum glutathione peroxidase and superoxide dismutase activity (p<0.05), increased serum immunoglobulin G content (p<0.05), and reduced malondialdehyde content (p<0.05) in laying hens. Conclusion: In conclusion, astaxanthin rich PR can improve the color of egg yolk, enhance the antioxidant defenses, and regulate the immune function.

부정적 평가에 대한 두려움, 인지적 정서조절이 신규간호사의 현장적응에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Fear of Negative Evaluation, Cognitive Emotional Regulation on Field Adaptation of New Graduate Nurses)

  • 본 연구는 부정적 평가의 두려움, 인지적 정서조절이 신규간호사의 현장적응에 미치는 영향을 조사하고, 인지적 정서조절이 조절효과로 작용하는지를 알아보고자 시도하였다. 연구대상은 1년 미만의 신규간호사 181명을 대상으로 자가보고 설문지를 실시하여 자료를 수집하였다. 부정적 평가에 대한 두려움 점수 3.25점, 인지적 정서조절 점수 3.18점, 현장적응 점수는 2.92점이었다. 부정적 평가에 대한 두려움이 클수록 부적응적 인지조절의 사용이 많았고 현장적응은 낮았다. 또한 부정적평가에 대한 두려움과 현장적응 사이에 인지적 정서조절효과는 나타나지 않았다. 이 결과로, 신규간호사들이 새로운 환경에 적응하도록 돕기 위해 자신감 증진 프로그램과 적응적 인지적 정서조절 사용을 위한 중재 프로그램이 필요하다.
