도시가계의 온라인교육비와 교육만족도의 영향요인 분석 (Analysts of Factors Affecting Households' Educational Expenditure and Satisfaction on On-line Educational System)

  • The purpose of this research is to analyse the factors affecting household's educational expenditure on on-line educational system, student's recognition of better remarks effect, and satisfaction of on-line educational system. The sample of this study was 484 parents who had experiences of using on-Une educational system for their children being from preschool to high school. The results were as follows ; First, the household's educational expenditure on on-line educational system was affected from the sex, children's school level, and using on-line educational system or not. Second, the significant variables which affected students' recognition of better remarks effect were husbands' job, number of children, the first child's school level, households' monthly expenditure, students' remarks at school, and using on-line educational system or not. Third, the satisfaction of on-line educational system was affected from husband's job, using on-line educational system or not, and the students' recognition of better remarks effect.

근로자의 인적자원개발과 직무수준인지가 직무만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Workers' Human Resource Development and Recognition of Job Performance Level on their Job Satisfaction)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of workers' human resource development and their recognition of human resource on-the-job satisfaction. A sample of 4,727 workers that was selected from Korea Labor Panel Data was analyzed by t-test and multiple regression, and was tested by causal effects among related variables. The major findings were as follows: First, the workers' recognition of their job performance level vs. educational attainment was affected by their annual income, job status, educational attainment, gender, and experiences of human resource development. Second, the workers' job satisfaction was affected by gender, age, educational attainment, health status, job status, annual income, experiences of human resource development, recognition of their job performance level vs. educational attainment, and recognition for their job availability. Third, the factors that had a causal effect on workers' job satisfaction were educational attainment, gender, age, health status, annual income, and experiences of human resource development. Above all, workers' educational attainment had a strong direct effect on job satisfaction, and annual income had a strong indirect effect on it. From these findings, it can be concluded that workers' effort and trial for development and investment of human resource played an important role in increasing job satisfaction.

장기요양시설 요양보호사의 직무에 대한 수행도, 교육요구도 및 전문직업성 인식 (Job Performance, Educational Needs, and Recognition of Professionalism among Care Workers in Long-term Care Facilities)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the job performance and educational needs, and recognition of professionalism among care workers, and to organize educational programs according to the priorities of care workers. Methods: The participants were 119 care workers who were working in long-term care facilities. Data were collected from May 31 to June 7, 2019 using self-report questionnaires. Collected data were analyzed using t-tests, ANOVA, and Spearman's Correlation Coefficients. Results: The performance aspects of the job were as follows: care for safety and infection-related, communication and leisure support, and excretion. The most demanded educational needs were in first-aid. Care workers had more than average professional recognition. Job performance and educational needs, and recognition of professionalism differed significantly according to several general characteristics. Conclusions: The educational needs of the areas with low frequency of job performance were high. First-aid is low in frequency, but it is important to cope with emergencies, so it is necessary to continue education. Also, there is a difference in recognition of professionalism according to the career. It will be necessary to develop individualized education programs to meet the needs of care workers.

교육 서비스 품질에 대한 소비자 인식의 차이에 관한 연구 -패션 관련 전공을 중심으로- (A Study on the Difference of Consumers' Recognition for Education Service Quality)

  • By using the formerly established SERVQUAL Model, measurement methods and determinant variables in the other papers for the Service Quality, this study first focuses to find out the difference consumers' evaluation between before-experience and after-experience of the educational service, and second, to examine the difference consumers' evaluation between before-experience and after-experience of the educational service according to pre-recognition degree for the subjected educational service quality. The results are derived as follows. 1. As a consequence of the simulation, the consumers distinctly tend to recognize importance of human concern and visual aspect after experience of educational service. 2. Between the group with more pre-recognition degree and less pre-recognition degree for the subjected educational service quality, have no difference.

제과.제빵 학원의 교육환경과 수강생의 전공인식이 학습만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Educational Environment and a Student's Major Recognition on Learning Satisfaction at the Bakery & Confectionery Institute)

  • The purpose of this study was to establish different levels of learning satisfaction concerning bakery and confectionery institute students in relation to their educational environment as well as to determine the relationships between variables. A questionnaire was distributed to 260 students enrolled in the bakery and confectionery institute at Gyeongju in the Pohang and Ulsan area, and 242 were used in the final analysis. Collected data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 12.0 Windows. Results of this study can be summarized as follows. The students were mostly satisfied with the learning environment and teaching methods of the institute. A significant difference was observed between male and female students for recognizing teaching methods and major recognition. Furthermore, the educational environment and major recognition of students were positively related with learning satisfaction. Therefore, the staff at the bakery and confectionary institute should provide the proper curriculum and facilities for the students.

어린이집 교사의 유아코딩교육에 대한 인식과 자질에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Recognition and Qualities of Early Childhood Coding Education in Childcare Center Teachers)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the recognition and qualities of early childhood coding education in childcare center teachers. Methods: 158 childcare center teachers responded to 56 questions on a questionnaire extracted and revised from previous research. Frequency analysis and one-way ANOVA were applied for the data analysis. Results: Many teachers agreed that the software education policy was timely appropriate. Most of them needed the education in order to improve children's creativity and problem solving ability, and answered that it is appropriate to start the education at age 5. Most of them recognized that small group and free choice activities, play activities linked with daily life topics and coding programs by the childcare center teachers were desirable as educational methods. Provision of educational HW/SW environment was a relatively important element for effective implementation of the education. The coding educational qualities perceived by the teachers were not high, and were related to the age of the children they were in charge of and their computer literacy. Conclusion/Implications: The recognition of childcare center teachers was relatively positive, but it is necessary to educate the teachers to improve their recognition and qualities of the education in consideration of teachers' variables.

초등교원의 교육적 경험이 교육과정 재구성인식 및 실행에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Educational Experience in Elementary School Teachers on the Recognition and Implementation of the Curriculum Reorganization)

  • 본 연구는 초등학교 교원의 교육적 경험(교직 경력, 교사 학습공동체 참여 경험, 교육과정 연수참여 경험, 혁신학교 근무 경험)이 교육과정 및 교과서를 인식하고 실행하는 양상에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 탐색해 보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 초등교원을 대상으로 설문한 결과를 t-검증, 일원 분산분석, 상관분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 교원의 교육적 경험에 따라 교육과정 재구성 인식 및 실행, 교과서 인식 및 의존에 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 교육과정 재구성 인식 및 실행, 교과서 인식 및 의존 등의 각 변인 간의 통계적으로 유의미한 상관을 나타냈다. 셋째, 교육과정 재구성과 교과서 의존에 교원의 교육적 경험이 의미 있는 영향을 미치고 있었다. 초등학교에서의 교육과정 재구성은 그 자체가 목적이 아니다. 초등학생들의 의미 있는 성장과 발달을 위한 최선의 수업 방안을 찾아 실천하기 위함이다. 본 연구는 교과서 의존도를 낮추고 적극적으로 교육과정을 재구성하여 수업을 전개해야 하며, 교원들은 폭넓은 교육적 경험을 바탕으로 전문성을 함양해야 함을 시사한다.

Influencing Factors for Repurchase Intention in e-Learning Sites

  • This study examines the effects of the characteristics of educational contents, brand recognition, educational management and technical support on the repurchase intention mediated by overall satisfaction, trust and commitment in e-Learning sites. A survey of experienced users was conducted to collect data. The reliability and validity of data were tested by explanatory factor analysis, Cornbach's alpha coefficient, confirmatory factor analysis and correlation analysis. Also, the structural equation mode (SEM) analysis was performed to test the usefulness of the model. The results of the study are as follows: Educational contents, educational management and technical support were found to have positive effects on overall satisfaction. And educational contents and brand recognition were found to have positive effects on trust and commitment. And trust and overall satisfaction were found to have mediating effects on repurchase intention.

  • Proper pre-safety training is one of core mandatory in order to reduce injuries at the construction fields. In this study, we investigate the employee's opinions of safety training, safety recognition, the actual conditions of safety through survey. As a result of study, incident factors are roughly divided into technical factor, managerial factor, and educational factor. We confirmed that the educational factor led by deficiency of safety awareness and knowledge was the major factor. It needs to be resettled or revised properly to match with the incident trends and the safety training curriculum should also be improved and drastically revised with special quality. The managerial workers' safety recognition is lower than the site ones regarding the correct understanding of the importance of the training.. It suggest that the education method and system in construction fields might have fundamental problems.

유아 기본생활습관 교육에 대한 예비유아교사의 인식 (The perception of pre-service kindergarten teacher toward children's fundamental habit education)

  • The study was to see if the perceptions of pre-service kindergarten teacher toward the education of children's fundamental habit would show different characteristics based on their school type, education learning experience, and practicum experience. Subjects were 200 students majoring in early childhood education who were attending 3-year colleges and 4-year universities in Jellabuk-do and Daejeon. Preceding researches were referenced to develop questionnaire for the research method. The collected data was analyzed through t-test and Chi-square test. The followings are results: First, the interest in education showed significant difference in school type, but not significant difference in education learning experience and practicum experience. Second, the recognition in educational goal showed significant difference in practicum experience, but not significant difference in school type and education learning experience. the educational content showed significant difference in education learning experience, but not in school type and practicum experience. the recognition in educational principal showed significant difference in school type, but not significant difference in education learning experience and practicum experience. the recognition in educational method showed no significant difference in school type, education learning experience and practicum experience. Third, the recognition in educational hardship toward teaching showed significant difference in school type, education learning experience and practicum experience. The results of study would provide the righteous cognitive establishment of children's fundamental habit education and serve the appropriate guidelines being professor for our perspective kindergarten teachers. Also, they would be utilized as basic information to plan the direction of children's fundamental habit education to develop the program of children's life guidance.
