시스템 사고를 활용한 지역교육청 기능전환정책의 정책 지렛대(Policy Leverage) 분석 (Analysis of Policy Leverages Linked to Functional Changes of Local Educational Authority: Application of Systems Thinking)

  • This paper explores the ways in which the functions of local educational authority in Korea can be analyzed by systems thinking, and puts forward some policy leverage strategies to enhance predictability of education policy effects and also to prevent unanticipated side effects arising from it. In dong so, we sketch causal diagrams to depict functional changes of local educational authority, based on before and after comparison, and attempt to derive policy intervention points to minimize unforseen reactions from the stake-holders concerned. These diagrams make it possible for educational policy-makers to capture the feedback, stocks and flows, time delays, and non-linearities they identify, although they have some limitations. This paper concludes that newly-designed functions and structures for local educational authority may be accepted by the stake-holders including teachers and unions, only if complex systems surrounding functional changes regarding local educational authority can be clearly understood and relevant policy measures can be effectively taken before the functional changes happen.

  • 정부에서는 2001년 5월에 실무적용을 위한 ${\lceil}$건설정보분류체계 구축을 위한 연구${\rfloor}$ 를 추진하여 대${\cdot}$중분류 등을 제시하였고, 그 결과 '통합건설정보분류체계 적용기준'을 건설교통부 공고로 2001년 8월에 발표하였다. 그러나 구축된 '통합건설정보분류체계'는 건설공사에서 실무활용이 미흡한실정이다. 일반적인 시설물과는 다르게 교육시설물의 경우 적용기준이 혼재되어있는 문제가 이다. 더욱이 2005년부터 교육시설물에 BTL 민간투자 사업이 시행되면서 유지관리시업무기준이나 비용계상에 대한 기준을 '통합건설정보분류체계 적용기준'에 적용할 경우 경계를 명확하게 하기 어려운 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 기존의 유지관리 비용분석으로 사용되었던 공종(Work)중심의 시설물 유지관리를 분석하고 이를 보완하기위해 공간(Space), 부위(Element)중심 유지관리 분석을 하여, 효율적인 유지관리 체계정립을 위한 분류의 기준을 제안하였다.

수학교과에서 학습자 중심의 교육평가 결과보고 방안 논의 (The Student-Centered Educational Evaluation and Reporting on School Mathematics)

  • One of the most important concepts in the 7th curriculum of Korea is the student-centered education. Since educational evaluation has significant influence on the whole curriculum, if we realize the importance of the student-center education on the curriculum we should establish the student-centered educational evaluation system. Educational evaluation is defined by the theory of information to permit information users to identify, to measure, to manipulate and to communicate useful educational information concerning an educational curriculum for making decisions. If we accept the above definitions, the demands of information users are significant in the light of conceptual framework of educational evaluation. The purpose of this study is to analyze the conceptual framework of educational evaluation from information users' perspectives and to investigate the qualitative characteristics which satisfy information users' need for making decisions. We also show that students aren't provided sufficient evaluation results information to decide for their study plans by analyzing an evaluation study of the 7th primary curriculum. Finally, this study suggests how to improve an evaluation system for students in mathematics.

대학생 선호도 분석 기반 대학 공용공간 리노베이션의 사후평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Post Evaluation for University Public Space Renovation based on Analysis of Students' preference)

  • Nowadays, many educational facilities are being renovated. However, due to the absence of a system for post renovation of educational spaces, users are less satisfied with the spaces after the renovation and there is a limit in establishing future directions for improving educational space renovation. From this point of view, this study was conducted to increase the users' satisfaction in renovation space planning of educational spaces and to establish a system for management after renovation. As a specific research method, the space preference of students was used to evaluate the space after renovation. By researching the opinions of the students who use the most educational space, not only the direction of the renovation plan of the future educational space can be given but also the user's opinion can be reflected in the spatial plan in detail. In terms of management of future educational spaces, this study can be used as a basic study for developing post evaluation indicators for renovation of educational facilities.

  • 본 연구에서는 전산세무회계시스템 소프트웨어인 KcLep에서 특성변수(시스템특성과 정보특성)와 교육생의 개인특성이 교육만족도를 매개로 전산세무회계시스템의 교육성과에 영향을 미치는지를 실증적으로 검증하였다. 전산세무회계시스템의 시스템특성(용이성, 유연성, 신뢰성)은 교육만족도에 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 전산세무회계시스템의 정보특성(적시성, 유용성)은 교육만족도에 유의한 차이를 나타냈으나, 정확성은 교육만족도에 유의하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 개인특성(자기효능감, 성취동기)는 교육만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석된 반면 컴퓨팅능력은 교육만족도에 유의하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 교육만족도는 교육성과에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다.

  • 본 연구는 목적은 DACUM에 기반하여 소프트웨어 개발 및 구현 직군 계약학과 교육체계를 현장중심적으로 개발하는 데 있다. 국가직무능력표준을 토대로 계약학과로 개설할 직무의 모형을 설정하고, 교육 필요점 분석 및 적절한 교육방법을 조사하였으며, 핵심 과업별 지식, 기술, 태도를 도출하고 이를 유목화 하여 체계적 현장직무 교육훈련(S-OJT)교과목을 구성하고, 직무 전문가가 설정한 경력 경로에 따라 교과목을 위계화 하였다. 또한, 개발된 교과목을 기존의 교육과정과 연계시켜 소프트웨어 개발 및 구현 직군 계약학과 교육체계를 수립하였다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 현장에 적합한 계약학과 교육체계가 개발되기 위해서 추가적으로 검토되어야 할 사항을 제시하였다.

맞춤형 정보제공을 위한 RSS 기반 교육정보시스템의 개발 (A Development of RSS-based Educational Information System for Providing Adapted Information)

  • 본 연구에서는 교사, 학생 및 학부모와 같은 교육정보 사용자들에게 맞춤정보를 제공하는 RSS 기반 교육정보시스템을 개발한다. 다양한 교육정보 웹페이지로부터 교육정보를 수집하기 위해서 우리는 웹기반 RSS 리더기를 설계한다. 웹기반 RSS 리더기는 RSS를 제공하는 해당사이트나 블로그 등의 URL의 주소를 입력받아 RSS 파일인지를 인식하고 파서에 로드하여 XML 문서로 생성하고 분류하여 시스템에 등록한다. 시스템에 등록된 문서에 해당되는 웹페이지에 새로운 정보가 업데이트 되면 자동으로 이를 수집하여 사용자에게 제공해준다. 따라서 사용자들은 자신에게 적합한 정보를 얻기 위해 일일이 해당되는 사이트를 검색하지 않고서도 실시간으로 맞춤형 교육정보를 제공받을 수 있다.

한국의 가치문화 교육을 위한 광고 자료 선정 (The Study of Selecting Advertisement Materials for Korean Value System Education)

  • The purpose of this study is to prepare educational contents and criteria for selecting advertisement materials by exploring the necessity of value system education in Korean culture education. Furthermore, the study aims to suggest advertisements that contain meaningful materials through the criteria among the public and commercial advertisements as of 2017. Advertisements have advantages in three aspects as they focus on current culture, cultural implications and the ease of teaching and learning. These advantages indicate the usefulness of advertisements in value education. Also, the research of Hofstede (2010), Kang (2007), and Kim et al. (2011) provide discussion regarding educational contents. Subsequently, the criteria for selecting advertisements are further developed as the main purpose of this study. The criterion are to consider the objectives of culture education, to take into account the learning situation, to find relevance between the contents of the advertisement and the contents for the value system education, and consider expressive methods of advertisements and extensibility to the activities. Next, advertisements were selected for core educational items and the list of 22 is presented according to the value system, educational contents and the criterion of the advertisements discussed in the above.

학기제와 블록식(Block) 교육과정의 비교 연구 -조리관련학과 위주로 - (A Study on the Semester and Block System in Education and Training of Culinary School)

  • After 1990, Food service industry is growing up so fast and asking a lot of employee to be able to work this one. Our society will continue the growth of quantity and quality of food service industry with closing to the developed country and increasing the national income and leisure time. But our present culinary education system cannot gain the efficient of professional training to adopt food service industry without re-education and training. So, in our culinary education we have to be introduced new education system which is used effectively as a professional culinary education system in C.I.A. This system has merit to be able to teach step by step from basic to advanced course. Also Most of school system(management purchasing, human research, school life, etc.) is focused for culinary education. But, although this system has a lot of merits, it is too early toy us to adopt in our culinary education system. Because our education system has too much limited educational administrations of government and school for introducing new education system. The present educational situation is not enough to have facilities and financial support Finally, our culinary educational system have to change to right direction to improve in culinary education. Block system is one of the well-prepared system. But we need to administrational support of government and school to be able to adopted to our culinary educational system.
