대전지역 제 2형 당뇨병 환자의 식사요법 실천 실태 조사 연구 (A Research on Actual Status of Dietary Compliance of the Subjects with type 2 Diabetes mellitus in Daejeon)

  • The study investigated medical treatment features of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, their further complications, levels of diet therapy education and the status of dietary compliance. The subjects were patients who came to oriental medicine clinics in Daejon. The percentage of male was 37.5% and female was 62.7% in the subject group's sex distribution. The outbreak of the disease was most common in the age of 50's. Also 40% of the subjects had been suffering for more than 5 years. 35.7% of men and 53.7% of women had family history. All the subjects had further complications, among them hypertension was the most common. Kidney, hepatic, vascular heart diseases were followed. 85.3% of the subjects answered they already had educations about diet therapy. Those educations were given in the public health center, general and private hospitals. 32% of subjects were not practicing diet therapy. The difficulties with which patients can be faced when they take dietary education were exchange(?exchanging?) food and calculating calories. Most of the subjects tend to overlook the importance of dietary habits and show low understanding to diet therapy, which leads to low participation rate of diabetes patients. Based on these results, therefore, we can conclude that diet therapy education to the patients should be more organized and easily practicable for them. To develop educational methods which can draw patients' attention and also be more effective is the most important task.

정보디자인의 관점에서 본 박물관 전시매체의 유형분류에 관한 연구 (A Study for Classification of Types about Museum Exhibition Medium in View of Information Design)

  • A modern museum has been changed from a passive place for simply exhibiting arts and antique collections to an interactive place for learning and experiencing culture and information. Such a functional change of the modern museum requires not only reorganizing fundamental characteristics of the modern museum, but also reforming organization of management teams, changing attitudes of staffs and assigning new roles to staffs for accepting the new thought and approach of visitors. That is, the function of the modem museum is not limited to collect arts and antique collections. The fundamental change of the modern museum further requires using the collections as a tool or a medium to provide a cultural exchange between the visitors and the museum, and to give new experience and information to the visitors. After proposing discussion that ' how, what, who is related to the museum? ', the way of thinking the museum is changed from ' collection ' to ' communication '. The change of the modern museum improves an educational role of the museum, and makes the museum as a communicator exchanging information and experience with visitors. In the last analysis, the modern museum is not just an exhibition medium that simply transfers information of the exhibition mediums to public. The modem museum is also a communication medium in order to collect information and transfer the collected information to the visitors. That is, the modern museum should provide various exhibition and communication mediums to the visitors for exchanging information and cultural experience. Therefore, the modern museum requires additional functions processing information suitable to the present environment and level of the museum, and transferring the information to public.

영아 대상 북스타트 프로그램에 대한 질적 연구 - 천안시 문헌정보관을 중심으로 - (A Qualitative Research on the Bookstart for Infants and Toddlers: Focusing on the Bookstart of Public Library in Cheonan)

  • 영아 대상 북스타트 프로그램은 실험적인 시행과정에 있다. 본 연구는 천안시의 영아 대상 북스타트 프로그램의 이용과 운영 실태를 질적으로 연구하여, 성공적인 영아 대상 북스타트 프로그램을 위한 필요조건들과 개선점에 대해 알아보았다. 영아 대상 북스타트 참여 인력은 프로그램을 지원하는 인력과 프로그램에 참여하는 강사로 구성되며, 이들에게 영아 대상 북스타트는 육아 지원자 역할에 대한 만족감, 사회적 참여 기회의 확대, 전문적 능력의 개발의 장이 된다. 영아 대상 북스타트 프로그램의 활동 내용은 주마다 각각의 강사가 구성하는 프로그램으로 다양한 활동으로 구성되었으며, 프로그램의 특성은 영아들과 할 수 있는 다양한 활동의 제공처, 육아정보교류의 장, 교육의 장으로서 규정될 수 있다. 영아 대상 북스타트 프로그램의 발전을 위하여 프로그램 자체에 관해서는 프로그램의 취지에 대한 영아 보호자와 의사 결정자들의 북스타트에 대한 이해 필요, 놀이 활성화를 위한 구체적인 방법의 제공, 북스타트의 정체성의 문제 등이 있으며, 운영에 있어서 참여 대상자의 제한, 참여 기간, 참여 인원, 인력과 예산의 문제의 측면에서 지적되었다.

맞춤형 IT 인력양성을 위한 '대학-중소기업' 공동 교육 프로그램 개설 및 산학협력 방안 연구 (Cooperative Curriculum Establishment and Council Organization between University and 'Small and Medium Sized Companies' for IT Manpower Cultivation)

  • 본 논문에서는 중소기업의 맞춤형 IT 인력양성을 위한 업종별 '대학-중소기업 공동 교육 프로그램'을 제안하였다. '업종-기술' 매칭 테이블에 의해 제시된 업종별 핵심 기술을 중심으로 대학과 중소기업에서 특화된 공동 교육프로그램을 개설하고, 이를 이수한 학생들에게 해당 기업에 우선적으로 취업을 보장하는 제도이다. 이를 위해 대학과 중소기업은 인력 수급, 기술의 내용, 취업 조건 등의 공동 관심사항에 대한 양해각서(MOU)를 교환한 후 '대학-중소기업 공동 교육 프로그램' 개설에 대해 협약을 체결하는 2단계 절차를 제시하였다. 최종적으로, '대학-중소기업 공동 교육 협의회(UCCCC)'를 구성하여 '대학-중소기업 공동 교육 프로그램'을 운영하도록 한다.

웹2.0 기반 온라인 로봇교육 커뮤니티의 개발 (Development of an online robot education community based on Web 2.0)

  • 인터넷은 지식정보화 사회의 새로운 커뮤니케이션 도구가 되면서 사람들 간의 정보 교류와 의사소통의 장으로 확장되고 있다. 최근 로봇교육기관들도 인터넷을 이용한 각자의 홈페이지들을 구축, 운영하면서 다양한 로봇관련 자료들을 제공하고 있다. 그러나 로봇교육기관 홈페이지들은 대부분 제한적인 검색기능과 일반적인 자료만 제공하고 있어 사용자들을 위한 유용한 로봇교육정보들과 교육활동들을 공유할 수 있는 기능은 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 로봇교육교사들과 사용자들을 위한 로봇교육소식제공, 로봇학습기능, 다양한 로봇교육경험의 공유, 실시간 정보교류를 할 수 있는 온라인 로봇교육 커뮤니티 시스템을 연구하였다.

웹 2.0 기반 생명과학 오픈 아카이빙 커뮤니티 구축 (Construction of Web 2.0 based Open Archiving Community for Life Science)

  • 생명과학은 인간이 살아가는데 있어 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 중요한 학문분야 중 하나이다. 국내 생명과학 관련 연구자들은 산 학 연에 흩어져 중요한 연구를 수행하고 있으며, 이를 통한 연구결과는 다양한 형태(실질적인 연구결과물, 논문, 연구노트, 세미나 자료, 단행본, 교재 등)로 생산되고 있다. KISTI에서는 생명과학 관련 연구정보의 신속한 획득을 위해 생명과학관련 정보를 공유하고 교환할 수 있는 오픈 아카이빙 커뮤니티 (BioInfoNet)를 구축하여 연구자들이 커뮤니티를 발전시켜 가도록 인프라를 제공하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 최근 플랫폼으로서의 웹인 웹 2.0을 기반으로 오픈 액세스가 가능한 생명과학 문헌정보를 수집하여 메타데이터베이스를 구축하였으며, 이용자들이 자발적으로 주제별 공개 BBS(BioBBS)를 구성하고 운영할 수 있도록 커뮤니티를 설계하고 구현하였다.

교육망에 XML/EDI를 도입한 문서 관리 시스템 (Document Management System using XML/EDI in Education Web)

  • 학교에서는 주어진 목표를 달성하기 위해서 상부교육 기관, 일반행정 기관, 지역사회의 유관 기관 및 각종 단체들과 밀접한 관련을 맺고 상호작용을 하는 수단으로 공문서를 이용해 왔다. 기존 전자상거래의 효율을 도모하기 위하여 XML/EDI이 사용되고 있는데, 이를 교육망에 도입하면 교육행정 업무 간소화에 크게 기여할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 현재 각급 학교에 구축되는 교육정보유통 시스템에서 지원되지 못하는 문서처리를 가능하게 하고, 교육정보유통시스템에 추가할 것을 전재로 XML/EDI를 사용한 문서관리시스템을 구현하였다. 이를 위해서 교육망에서 현재 통용되는 문서를 분석하고, 그에 맞는 새로운 태그들을 개발 구현했다. 인터넷을 기반으로 한 본 시스템은 별도의 응용 프로그램을 강요하지 않고, XML로만 새로운 문서들을 정의하였고, 그에 맞는 DTD를 정의하였다. 그럼으로써, 교사들의 잡무를 줄여, 교사의 본업인 교수-학습에 전념할 수 있도록 하는데 기여한다.

학교 보건 실습 경험에 관한 현상학적 연구 (The Phenomenological Study of School health practice experience of Nursing Students)

  • This study was conducted to have better understanding of the students' experience in field practice by school health practice experience. The study subjects were 40 nursing students working in department of nursing K Univ. in C city. This study was approached by phenomenological method. Collected data were analyzed by Colaizzi's method. The results were from the protocol 980 significant statements and organized into 240 formulated meanings. From formulated meaning 89 themes were identified, organized into 18 them clusters, and then into 16 categories. The nursing students took part in the practice with (expectation and readiness) different from those of the clinical practice, expressed wonder at the school which had progressed much more than their primary schools used to be. They said that they began to feel (Fatigue and stress), and that experienced tension for the lack of nursing knowledge and skill during the health education and clinical treatment activity. In addition, they experienced 'ambivalence of satisfaction and something wanted', that is to say, they could have done better by means of video education and health education. The 10-day-school health practice brought about the change in( the image of teacher) and (cognition about the nursing teacher's role), made the students have(love to the client) and (desire to be nursing teacher), and then turned out experience benefical enough to be expressed 'satisfaction' However, they pointed out many problems in (School Eniviroment), (Clinic), (Physical assessment), (Recording and reporting), so they had a chance to apply the school nursing process to the school. The professor should play the role of promoting the learning through the field practice and providing the stimulant of learning to help the learner get as much from the field situation as they could. Therefore, I suggest that the students always have a chance to exchange actual affairs and educational study, and that the concrete discussion and continuous cooperation be done. The professors should keep doing their best to find the way to professors should keep doing their best to find the way to promote the ability of thinking through the process the learners experienced themselves.

Exploring the Dilemma and Improvement Strategies for the Integrated Management of Extracurricular Education Programs at Duksung Women's University

  • This study was conducted with the purpose of exploring the dilemma and improvement strategies for the integrated management of extracurricular education programs at Duksung Women's University. The research method was finally composed of a procedure with a meeting of experts based on the procedure of collecting and analyzing the previous research literature. As for the contents of the study, the dilemma of the integrated management of the extracurricular education program at Duksung Women's University was presented first. Examples of dilemmas include difficulties in organizing and operating programs from the perspective of a roadmap customized for each grade level, difficulties in establishing a foundation for balanced mapping of core competencies and cultivating programs, difficulties in managing the performance of regular program monitoring and feedback improvement, and activating the linkage system between subjects and extracurricular education programs difficulties and difficulties in establishing a support system for the operation of the extracurricular education integrated management system were reflected. In addition, a strategy to complement and improve this dilemma was presented in a linkage. As a result of the study, the integrated management dilemma of Duksung Women's University's extracurricular education programs needs to be resolved in the long term through formal infrastructure such as external expert advice and expert exchange, and the development and use of related manuals should be considered aspects were analyzed. In addition, the content of this study was analyzed not only in the educational case of Duksung Women's University, but also in that it deals with cases that can be usefully referenced in most universities that develop and operate extracurricular education programs. Finally, this study presents an evidence-based practices that can be referenced in promoting the integrated management of extracurricular education programs in university sites, and the position and identity of extracurricular education throughout the university curriculum. It is judged that the significance and expected effect of the study can be obtained in that it provides an opportunity to improve from the management point of view.

미네소타 프로젝트 - 서울대학교 건축공학과의 재건과 미국 지향 건축학계의 형성, 1954-1962 - (The Minnesota Project - Rebuilding Seoul National University's Architectural Engineering Department and the Formation of U.S.-Oriented Architectural Academia, 1954-1962 -)

  • The United States understood the fostering of pro-U.S. elites in "free world" countries as an important Cold War weapon. From 1954 to 1962, the U.S provided considerable assistance to Seoul National University (SNU) for its postwar rehabilitation and future development in terms of repair and construction of campus buildings, equipment and book purchases, and faculty exchanges. With the aid of this educational assistance project widely known as the Minnesota Project, SNU was reborn with an academic orientation to the U.S., separating itself from the Japanese education that was its origin. This study argues that the Minnesota Project played an important role in crafting SNU's architecture program and the exchange program's recipients as key "knowledge brokers." For individual trainees, experience in the U.S., as opposed to a backwards situation in their homeland, had allowed them to recognize the U.S. as an ideal source of knowledge. Since the Minnesota Project, SNU's Architectural Engineering Department was filled with faculty members who had trained or studied in the U.S., which became a significant distinction of SNU's architecture program in sharp contrast to its counterparts at Hanyang University and Hongik University where most of the faculty members studied in Japan during the Japanese colonial period. As many graduates of SNU had been appointed as faculty members in newly-founded architecture programs in South Korea, a hierarchical diffusion path had emerged in architectural education that led from SNU to other school's architecture programs, with the U.S. at the apex. The legacy of the Minnesota Project extended over the next few decades, in which studying architecture in the U.S. was recognized as a shortcut to success in the field.
