Purpose: In recent, there have been a lot of studies exploring effective methods to relieve pains and sufferings of women delivered of child. The ultimate purpose of the study is to investigate the developmental trends of the complementary alternative medicine(CAM, hereafter), which has increasingly obtained the approval of the women and therefore established the academic foundations in effect. Methods: Systematic analysis with diverse written materials concerning the complementary alternative medicine was carried out. For the analysis, materials related with the issue of the study were searched at the Pubmed, the Korea Education & Research Information Service. Results: 1. One of the results of interest is the verification of the fact in that diverse complementary therapies are nowadays substantially applied to the many situations of delivery and childbirth. 2. The results showed clearly that CAM has several prominent influences on the whole process of the delivery: from the reduce of the pains and the time for delivery, to increasement of the satisfactional level of the mother. 3. According to the results, the emphasis of CAM is mainly placed not just on the relieving of pains and sufferings of the mothers, but on empowering them to face them with self-confidence. 4. The results of the study suggest strongly that the professionals should provide mothers with useful information and methods to help them to get through the pains during the delivery period. Conclusion: The result of the study is to suggest persuasively that more systematic attention should be paid to the researches exploring effectiveness and stability and safety of CAM.

The aim of this research was to investigate the relationship among team learning behavior, individual creativity, team shared mental model(TSMM), mutual performance monitoring on team creativity and then providing the fundamental data on the education. Also it intended to acknowledge relative predictive power on team creativity of independent variables. The total of 257 college students participated the team learning for 6 weeks in a semester. Pearson's product moment correlation and regression analysis were used for data analysis and testing of significance of verification, The main research results are summarized as follows; team learning behavior, TSMM, mutual performance monitoring had no significant effects on three subfactors of team creativity such as novelty, resolution, elaboration & synthesis. Therefore followed researches are needed about inter and intra processing of team creativity.
The aim of this study was to develop a group counseling program as an integrative psychotherapy program to alleviate depression and physical symptoms of 22 women in 60s who experience depression as a symptom of conversion disorder and also tried to prove the effectivity of the program by using comparative analyze of pre-post changes. The Korean-style Elderly Depression Test(K-GDS), Symptom Interpretation Questionnaire(SIQ), Hamilton Depression Assessment Scale Questionnaire, PHQ-9 and interpersonal relationship scale (RCS) were conducted and pre-post-corresponding sample t-test, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed. The results showed depression reduction, physical symptoms alleviation, decreases in negative emotions and beliefs, and positive changes in interpersonal relationships. The implications and limitations of this study were discussed.
This study is for analyzing and verifying of impact and effect for undergraduate's leadership through the Servant Leadership curriculum. The Servant Leadership's lecture and period for this study has been done for 15th week, and 2 hours for each week. To verify the effectiveness of the Servant Leadership, we've composed 2 different groups and compared the results of the preliminary inspection and post-test, then analyzed the differences of the preliminary inspection and post-test with focusing on the research hypothesis. Statistical treatment of this study made use of the statistical program SPSS/WIN 22.0, and the method of analysis was done with factor analysis for validity verification of each factor. We used Frequency analysis like frequency and percentage about the generalities of the subject. Looking at the investigation of this research, the overalls such as the University Facilities, curriculum, professor and a school report was higher after training than before training the general programs, On the other hand, friendship and major got lower after training than before, but appeared no significant difference in the statistics. The whole leadership has appeared as heighten after education than before, through the servant Leadership's lecture Empowerment and personality were appeared as heighten after education than before, and Similarly on Human relations.
The purpose of this paper is to examine the effects of internal marketings including education and training, internal communication, reward system, and welfare to job satisfaction and organizational commitment in the taxi company in Kangwon province. The results of this study were as follows. Firstly, reward system and welfare are having the positive effect to job satisfaction, but education & training and internal communication are having negative effect on job satisfaction. Secondly, the result of the analysis on the effect of internal marketing to organizational commitment has shown that education & training, reward system, and welfare are have the positive effect on organizational commitment. Unfortunately, the internal communication has shown the negative effect on organizational commitment. Thirdly, the result of the analysis has shown that job satisfaction has the positive effect on the organizational commitment. Lastly, on the result of the hypotheses verification, the internal marketing has an effect to job satisfaction and organizational commitment partly and job satisfaction has a positive effect to organizational commitment. Therefore, through continuous effort of internal marketing activities make a positive effect on taxi driver's job satisfaction and organizational commitment and help to maximize the effectiveness of the organization.
This research reviewed on the effect of elderly employment promotion project to their self-esteem and life satisfaction and got positive verification about the effectiveness of the project. The survey was conducted on 389 elderly people in Suncheon City. Some were participants on the project and others were not. SPSS Win 10.0 program was used for data analysis, and t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, multiple regression were conducted. The results are as follows. First, elderly people who participated in the employment project had higher self-esteem and life satisfaction compare to those who did not participated in the project. Second, the job for elderly people had the most positive effect on elderly people to increase self-esteem and life satisfaction, and age, education background, income, family, and health were followed by. Third, participation on the employment for elderly was the highest correlation variable in self-esteem and life satisfaction, and health, education background, marriage status, residence type, living expense per month, economic status, and housing had significant correlations. Fourth, variables such as participation on job, education background, economic status, and age explained 32% of self-esteem, and 48% of life satisfaction. In order to increase self-esteem and life satisfaction of elderly people, we need to realize the importance of employment for elderly people, and promote projects that let elderly people to participate in job.

This study aimed to investigate the current utilization and implications of digital learning support media in the field of French studies, and to explore future research directions. To achieve this, we conducted a comprehensive review of the use of digital media in various learning processes within French studies. Additionally, we examined the direct application of ChatGPT, an emerging technology, to learning by extending its use to foreign language and education fields. Our findings indicate that the application of digital learning support media in French studies is somewhat limited, with selective use in processes such as online class support media, pre-class learning, efficient learning and interaction, and self-directed learning. In the case of ChatGPT, our research found that no studies have been conducted within French studies, and very few studies have been conducted on its practical application in other educational fields. While ChatGPT has a wide range of applications and has shown positive effects on learners, ethical concerns have been raised regarding the quality, source, and reliability of information. Therefore, future research in French studies should focus on educational application and effectiveness verification in university teaching and learning situations, as well as interdisciplinary convergence with digital learning support media.

In order to improve employment rates, most universities operate programs to strengthen students' employment and entrepreneurship, regardless of whether they are selected as the Leading Industry-Innovative University (LINC) or not. In particular, in the case of non-metropolitan universities are risking their lives to improve employment rates. In order to overcome the limitations of university establishment type and university location, which absolutely affect the employment rate, we are operating a startup education & startup support program in order to strengthen employment and entrepreneurship, and capstone design & field training as industry-academia-linked education programs are always available. Although there are studies on effectiveness verification centered on LINC (Leaders in Industry-University Cooperation) in previous studies, but a longitudinal study was conducted on all factors of university factors, startup education & startup support, and capstone design & field training as industry-university-linked education programs as factors affecting the employment rate based on public disclosure indicators. No cases of longitudinal studies were reported. This study targets 116 universities that satisfy the conditions based on university disclosure indicators from 2018 to 2020 that were recently released on university factors, startup education & startup support, and capstone design & field training as industry-academia-linked education programs as factors affecting the employment rate. We analyzed the differences between the LINC (Leaders in Industry-University Cooperation) 51 participating universities and 64 non-participating universities. In addition, considering that there is no historical information on the overlapping participation of participating students due to the limitations of public indicators, the Exposure Effect theory states that long-term exposure to employment and entrepreneurship competency enhancement programs will affect the employment rate through competency enhancement. Based on this, the effectiveness of the 2nd LINC+ (socially customized Leaders in Industry-University Cooperation) was verified from 2017 to 2021 through a longitudinal causal relationship analysis. As a result of the study, it was found that the startup education & startup support and capstone design & field training as industry-academia-linked education programs of the 2nd LINC+ (socially customized Leaders in Industry-University Cooperation) did not affect the employment rate. As a result of the longitudinal causal relationship analysis, it was reconfirmed that universities in metropolitan areas still have higher employment rates than universities in non-metropolitan areas due to existing university factors, and that private universities have higher employment rates than national universities. Among employment and entrepreneurship competency strengthening programs, the number of people who complete entrepreneurship courses, the number of people who complete capstone design, the amount of capstone design payment, and the number of dedicated faculty members partially affect the employment rate by year, while field training has no effect at all by year. It was confirmed that long-term exposure to the entrepreneurship capacity building program did not affect the employment rate. Therefore, it was reconfirmed that in order to improve the employment rate of universities, the limitations of non-metropolitan areas and national and public universities must be overcome. To overcome this, as a program to strengthen employment and entrepreneurship capabilities, it is important to strengthen entrepreneurship through participation in entrepreneurship lectures and actively introduce and be confident in the capstone design program that strengthens the concept of PBL (Problem Based Learning), and the field training program improves the employment rate. In order for actually field training affect of the employment rate, it is necessary to proceed with a substantial program through reorganization of the overall academic system and organization.

This study aimed to verify the effectiveness of a recently developed and applied art therapy program. The subjects of the study were twenty-two students at two middle schools in Busan, Korea. Before conducting the study, the parents' agreement was sought, after which the study program was explained to the participating students in private interviews. The twenty-two students were divided into two groups: an experimental group and a control group, with eleven students in each group. Ten sessions of ninety minutes each, twice a week, were conducted for the experimental group. The verification of the effectiveness was done through pre, post, and follow-up examinations. The results of the data analysis are as follows. First, the art therapy program appeared to help reduce suicidal thoughts among those who had them. Second, the art therapy program reduced the depression of adolescents in the study. Third, the art therapy program improved the self-esteem of the study's subjects. In addition, a follow-up examination showed that the effects of the program appear to last. This paper offers proposals for interventions in the suicidal thoughts of adolescents and the practical implication of the interventions and future research paths.
Inquiry-centered education is important in science education, but in the actual education field, scientific research is being done in a uniform manner due to realistic difficulties. In this study, we use RS (Reverse Science) as a secondary chemistry class to provide opportunities for students to engage in inquiry learning and scientific thinking through process-oriented activities. In this study, we developed and applied it to explore the effects on the scientific inquiry abilities of middle school students and checked the students' perception of it. For the application of the program, 128 students were selected from 6 classes of the 2nd grade in D district middle school, 64 from the experimental group and 64 from the comparative group. The experimental group taught RSP-based the chemistry inquiry programs and the comparative group taught instructor-led classes and verification experiments on the same topic over the seventh hour with three themes. In addition, we analyzed the results of the pre- and post-test by using the science inquiry ability test, and discussed the effects of the program based on the students' perceptions through class observation, student activity area, questionnaire and interview. As a result, the class using the program showed statistically significant changes in the science inquiry ability of secondary school students. Specifically, the experimental group was found to be significant in its prediction among the subcomponents of basic exploration ability compared to the comparative group. The differences have also been shown to be significant in terms of data translation, hypothesis setup and variable control, which are subcomponents of integrated exploration capabilities (p <. 05). In addition, students became interested in the process of creating the theory of science, and were highly interested in collaborating with their friends. It also provided students with opportunities to experience scientific thinking through process-oriented inquiry. Finally, based on the positive impact of the RSP-based chemistry inquiry program on students, we were able to identify the potential use of the program.
