이 연구는 BGA 교육프로그램을 통하여 유아들의 뇌발달에 미치는 영향을 개인이 지닌 뇌신경 생리학적 지표인 뇌파 측정을 이용하여 연구 하였다. 대상자는 2010년 7월에서 2010년 12월까지 S시, W시 유치원 원아 200명(실험군 100명, 대조군 100명)을 기준으로 선정한 자료이다. BGA 교육 프로그램은 일주일에 3회씩 6개월 동안 진행하였으며 1회교육시간은 30분 정도이다. BGA 교육 프로그램 적용 전과 후의 뇌발달 변화는 시계열 선형 분석을 통하여 비교하였으며 연구 검증 결과. BGA 교육 프로그램을 적용한 원아들의 뇌기능에서 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 이 결과는 BGA 교육 프로그램이 유아들의 뇌 발달에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다고 본다.

산학협력을 통한 애니메이션교육의 궁극적인 목표는 올바른 교육을 통해 우리나라 애니메이션산업을 국제경쟁력을 갖춘 산업으로 발전시키기 위한 것이다. 이는 대학만의 노력으로는 안 되고 산학관이 모두 협력하되 창작애니메이션에 대한 주문식 교육에 초점을 맞추어야만 좋은 결실을 얻을 수 있다.

본 연구의 목적은 직업능력개발 국제협력의 주된 대상이 되는 중점 협력국들을 유형화하여 분류하고, 직업능력개발 지원의 우선순위를 선정하기 위한 것이다. 직업능력개발 국제협력을 활성화하기 위해서는 우선 대상국 및 지역을 선정하고, 대상국과 지역의 개발 목표에 맞게 집중적인 지원을 실시하는 것이 중요하다. 특히, 직업능력개발에 대한 수원국의 요구를 적절히 반영하고, 정부의 한정된 재정지출의 효율성을 높이기 위해, 직업능력개발 국제협력 중점 협력국을 선정하고 유형화 분류를 통해 우선순위를 결정하여 지원해야 한다. 연구방법으로, 국제개발협력위원회가 제시한 24개 중점 협력국을 대상으로, 경제발전 변인, 노동시장 변인, 교육 변인 3가지 주요 변인을 바탕으로 K-평균 군집분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 중점 협력국의 유형을 4가지 유형과 3가지 유형으로 분류하여 제안하였고, 각 유형별로 해당하는 국가들을 재배치하였다. 향후에는, 고용노동분야를 고려하고, 미지정 협력국을 더 발굴하여, 유형화하며, 이를 바탕으로 직업능력개발 국제협력을 활성화해야 한다.

The article deals with problems of innovation development on a network basis, which require effective mechanisms of innovation communications. In research the organizational aspects of ICT infrastructure development for innovation networks sustainable development based on cooperative marketing principles is considered. The proposed research idea is based on the idea that ICT implementation is based not only on the operational approach for innovation management as a factor of efficiency of internal communications, but also on knowledge economy and post-industrial economy trends. Therefore, the purpose of study is to develop an ICT model of innovation infrastructure to improve its effectiveness (strategic character) and efficiency (operative character) through increasing the efficiency of network communication interactions. Creation of information space and communication tools to support innovation network sustainable development and cooperation activities in research is proposed to be solved with the help of specialized ICT platform. It is shown, that ICT platform of innovation cooperation innovation network is important tool for common work of participants. ICT platform is considered as an integrated information system designed to automate business processes related to the sustainable development of innovation network, segment management and integration with HEI information systems and industrial cooperation. The main factors that determine the need to use a special ICT platform for innovation network cooperation were considered. The main issues of concurrent engineering (C-technology) application in high-technology industries and innovation cooperation for integrated product development were studied.

Objective: The purpose is to verify that whether there are significant correlation between parent-teacher cooperation, quality of home environment, and mathematical interaction of parents and cognitive development of 3-year-olds, and the quality of home environment and mathematical interaction mediate the relationship between the parent-teacher cooperation and the cognitive development. Methods: A test was performed on 110 3-year-olds enrolledin a daycare center located in city S, and a questionnaire survey was conducted on their parents. We analyzed our data using SPSS WIN 21.0 and pearson's correlation, tested the mediating effect using regression, and used the Sobel test to check significance of the mediating effect. Results: Cognitive development of 3-year-olds was correlated with the parent- teacher cooperation, the quality of home environment, and mathematical interaction of parents. The quality of home environment showed complete mediating effect on the relationship between the parent-teacher cooperation and the cognitive development, and the mathematical interaction showed complete mediating effect on the relationship between the parent-teacher cooperation and the cognitive development. Conclusion/Implications: The parent-teacher cooperation indirectly predicts the cognitive development through the quality of home environment and the mathematical interaction. This research can contribute to the development of the family- institution connection program to facilitate the parent-teacher cooperation.

유아 교육의 중요성이 증가하고 유아 교육은 교육의 산업의 중요한 부분이 되었다. 과학적이고 합리적인 유아 교육은 어린이의 지능 발달을 효과적으로 촉진 할 수 있으며 신체 및 정신 건강의 발달에 매우 중요하다. 풍부하고 다양한 게임으로서 교육용 게임은 아이들의 협동심과 사고력을 향상 시킬 뿐만 아니라 아이들이 경쟁과 규칙에 대한 인식을 키울 수 있도록 널리 사용되었다. 어린이의 시각 신경을 자극하고 어린이의 지적 발달 및 감정과 관련이 있다. 안정성과 성격 형성은 어린아이들의 두뇌 발달을 자극하고 아이들의 지적 향상을 기대한다.

국제개발협력은 오늘날 국제외교와 경제협력의 양측에서 범세계적으로 중요시되는 한편 수출입과 해외직접투자와 깊은 연관을 맺고 있다. 국제사회에서 한국의 기여도 증대와 더불어 개발협력의 중요성도 점증하고 이와 관련 무역관련 학회간 국제교류도 강화되는 실정이다. 이에 국제개발협력도 무역학의 대상으로 학문적 연구가 확산되어야 할 것으로 보인다. 아직까지 의식주와 보건을 중심으로 발전해 온 국제개발협력은 무역 등 서비스분야 고등교육 측면의 활동과 연구는 이제 초기인 바, 이에 실제로 동분야 개발협력을 추진한 실제 경험사례 연구를 통하여 기존의 개발협력 방식에 대한 평가와 향후 발전 방향을 모색해보고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 먼저 문헌고찰을 통해서 국제개발협력의 역사와 추이, 그리고 의식주와 보건 등 기초수요 중심의 전통적 개발협력의 평가와 경제개발을 위한 금융보험 등 서비스 분야 고등교육의 개발협력 활용 필요성, 이와 연관된 일반적 인식부족 (긴급성과 역할에 대한 이해 부족, 사례부족, 새로운 혁신 필요성) 등에 대해 살펴본다. 아울러 실제 추진된 라오스 수파누봉대학교의 현지 기초조사 경험과 본 조사 추진을 위한 제안서 작성과 제출, 그리고 평가결과 등의 사례를 보고하고, 이를 통해 향후 보험, 무역, 경제, 경영 등 사회과학 또는 서비스 분야 개발협력을 위한 시사점을 제시한다.

The purpose of this study is to diagnose the lifelong education promotion system in Busan and to establish a desirable promotion system. In the study, we search for the optimal alternative to manage lifelong education exclusive organization(Busan Institute for lifelong Education) and seek ways to vitalize the lifelong education promotion system in Busan. The focus is also placed on completing a network-type governance system by strengthening the connection and cooperation among the parties. In order to make the promotion system function efficiently, the vitalizing methods of lifelong education promotion system can be roughly categorized into some kind as follows : strengthening the network between the interested parties and establishing their roles, restructuring legal as well as administrative and financial support system; enhancing education and public relations; intensifying local infrastructure of lifelong education; and boosting accessibility and expanding exchange and cooperation.

본 연구의 목적은 학교도서관진흥기본계획과 도서관발전종합계획의 연계성을 분석하고, 주요 연계점으로 학교도서관이 교육공동체에 협력할 수 있는 방안을 도출하는 것이다. 연구결과 기본계획과 종합계획 사이에서 18개의 연계점을 발견할 수 있었다. 연계점에서는 관종별 도서관이 교육공동체에 협력해야 하며, 학교도서관이 통로 역할을 해야 한다는 내용을 강조하고 있었다. 학교도서관의 교육공동체 협력 방안으로 관종별 도서관 전문성 강화, 학교도서관 교육과정 설정을 제시하였다.

이 연구의 목적은 산학협력중점교수의 업적평가 모형을 개발하여 교수의 업적평가뿐만 아니라 질 관리에 도움을 주려는 것이다. 이를 위하여 2012년도에 교육부로부터 산학협력선도대학(LINC)에 선정된 전국 51개 대학을 포함한 57개 대학의 산학협력중점교수에 대한 규정을 수집 분석하여 산학협력중점교수의 정의 및 인정기준을 명료화하고, 산학협력중점교수의 유형과 각 유형별 역할 및 업무를 규명하였다. 그리고 산학협력중점교수의 핵심역량을 추출하여 업적평가 모형을 평가영역, 평가요소, 평가지표, 단위 등 4가지 범주로 제시하였다. 이 연구결과는 각 대학들로 하여금 산학협력중점교수의 업적평가와 질 관리 방안을 모색하는 데 일종의 준거역할을 할 것으로 기대된다.
