The purpose of this study is to explore an implication for new perspectives and concrete approaches to Korean Land Banking by analyzing the role of the Land Bank and the Land Storage System in the formation of Chinese Land Market, Land Management, and City Management. Time scope of this research focused on Chinese reform and opening since 1978, when study of land bank began to be actively performed in China. Research targets were Land Bank and Land Storage System related to Chinese Land System, and this research targeted Chinese Land Storage System as research object, which seem to have similar tendency to Korean Land Banking System, after examining the concept of Land Bank and Land Storage System. As the research method, this research arranged the contents and changes of policy based on discussed research documents over Chinese Land Bank and Land Storage System till today since the foundation of the nation. Later, this research investigated the realistic reflection and in-depth investigation of the problems through the operational mechanism and concrete case study of Chinese Land Storage System, a similar policy to Korean land bank, the researchers will look into the reality reflected and will carry out a in-depth study of the problems. China has established its characteristic socialistic market economy system, partly adopting the concept of capitalism, supporting socialism. This way, the researcher considers that such socialistic economic factors with strong welfare aspects can be adopted also in Korea, where capitalistic market economy system is maintained, and be utilized as a new measure for development strategy.

BACKGROUND/OBJECTIVE: We examined the hypoglycemic and anti-hyperlipidemic effect of yeast hydrolysate (YH) enriched with Cyclo-His-Pro (CHP) in the C57BL/6J ob/ob mouse model. MATERIALS/METHODS: Mice were separated into 4 groups (8 mice/group) on the basis of blood glucose and body weight: WT control, lean mice given vehicle; ob/ob control, ob/ob mice given vehicle; YH-1, ob/ob mice given 0.5 g/kg of YH; YH-2, ob/ob mice given 1 g/kg of YH. YH in saline or vehicle was administered orally in the same volume every day for 3 weeks. RESULTS: Mice treated with YH (0.5 and 1 g/kg) for 3 weeks displayed a significant reduction in overall body weight gain and perirenal and epididymal adipose tissue weight compared to the ob/ob control group. Additionally, high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol, glucose, and atherogenic indexes were significantly decreased in the blood of YH-1 and YH-2 groups compared to the ob/ob control. In ob/ob mice, YH administration significantly improved glucose tolerance and blood insulin levels. These data indicate that YH treatment produces potent hypoglycemic and anti-hyperlipidemic effects by controlling body weight, fat mass, blood lipid, insulin levels, and glucose tolerance. CONCLUSION: YH could potentially be used as a treatment option for diabetes and hyperlipidemia. The CHP-enriched YH may be a promising strategy in the development of hypoglycemic peptide nutraceuticals.
FTA is acting as a central axis to accomplish the worldwide trade liberalization as FTA has been globally spreading with competition. As the global economic depression and the trend of new protectionism are getting grave, and the trade liberalization of GATT and WTO is getting delayed, FTA is spread as an alternative. FTA is often called as RTA: Regional Trade Agreement(regional free trade agreement) which takes place mainly around the neighbor nations or regular districts, and these days, it is tending towards agreements between long distant nations, so, it's not limited to the regular districts. Among the FTA agreement items, in addition to the customs abolition, the opening and investment liberalization of service market like finance, communication etc., intellectual property rights are included in the government's target range. Korea also is actively proceeding FTA conclusion. Korean government has concluded the agreements with Singapore, european nations beginning from Chile concluded in 2003, and is proceeding more the negotiations with Japan, Canada, Mexico, India etc. Now in 2009, FTA of Korea-United States is actually waiting for just the passage of assembly ratification. But, if FTA becomes effective, because our domestic market should be entirely opened, it is expected that the blow against our domestic agricultural field which is weak, compared with that of the United States, a nation of worldwide agricultural products, is not an ordinary one. According to it, we need a whole plan to cope with, so, the purpose of this study is to suggest the strategy by comparing and analysing the Korean agricultural competitive power, and to find the other development stratagem.

The effort for software process improvement is lately surging its interest though it does not satisfy both developer and receiver In terms of low productivity, quality, delay and increasing cost. According to current research, software process improvement contributes to improvement of productivity, its Duality, reduction of development time and cost, and the prediction of the time limit for delivery, which means software process improvement affects competitive advantage among developers. The latest research is whether the investment for information technology substantially had effect on improvement of productivity. That is, software process improvement and maturity of software industries has influence upon economic efficiency and as a result, it plays an important role in whole industries. This research is that how does software process improvement using CMM (Capability Maturity Model) and SPICE (Software Process Improvement and Capability dEtermination) have a effect on factors of software engineering, and how does it have influence upon competitive advantage among SI firms. For this research, reusability, customizability, participation, and review & inspection are set to independent variable and process flexibility and process predictability are set to mediate Variable. Finally, competitive advantage among SI firms Is set to dependent variable. The targets for survey are laborers who work for SI firms. The result of this research is as follows: 1 ) Reusability, Customizability and participation is not rejected but review and Inspection is rejected in process flexibility which has significant level 0.05. 2) Reusability, Customizability and participation is not rejected but review and inspection Is rejected in process predictability which has significant level 0.05. 3) Process flexibility is not rejected and process predictability Is rejected in the competitive advantage of 51 industries which has significant level 0.05
This research aims to shed a light on the benefits and perceived risks to the willingness to use perceived by consumers, centering on design-customizing service catering to individuals' tastes and needs, and to study their impacts on the use of a design-customizing service. The validation of how benefits and perceived risks affect the intention to use showed that only aesthetic and self-expressive benefits had significant impacts on the willingness to use. However, only time/economic loss and self-design risks had negative impacts on the willingness to use a service. By gender, there was no difference in benefits and perceived risks to willingness to use for the benefit factors, whereas in terms of perceived risks to willingness to use factors. By age, there were also differences in the effects of benefits and perceived risks to purchase on the willingness to use a rash guard customizing service. There were variations in the perceived risks to the willingness to use and benefits depending on age. In particular, it was found that there were no perceived risks to the willingness to use for the age group of 10s. As design-customizing services based on individual tastes have drawn more attention recently, this research on the benefits and perceived risks to purchasing a rash guard design customizing service, as well as their effects on service use (particularly backed up by comparative analysis by gender and age), is expected to provide insights into design-customizing service strategy development.
Purpose - In the major global markets, such as US and China, consumer ethnocentrism has been strengtened and there is a growing need for related study. This research aims to investigate the effects of national pride and national attachment on consumer ethnocentrism, using a nationally representative dataset from 2013 Korean General Social Survey. Based on the reviews of literature in social and political sciences, two dimensions of national pride were considered: national society pride which is based on positive evaluations on the nation's democracy condition or social security system, and national achievement pride which is based on positive evaluations regarding the country's achievements in the areas of technology, art, sports, and so on. Research design, data, and methodology - The authors developed a structural model in which two types of national pride, national society and achievement pride, are proposed to affect national attachment, thus influencing consumer ethnocentrism. 1,294 surveys were used for empirical analysis. The hypotheses were tested by utilizing SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 21.0. The unidimensionality of each construct and the nomological validity were supported from the results of factor analyses and correlation analysis. Results - It was found that both national society pride and national achievement pride have significant and positive effects on national attachment. Consumers who show stronger pride on the social systems or the global achievements of Korea are more likely to remain being a citizen of the country and support the country even in wrong. Also, there was a significant and positive relationship between national attachment and consumer ethnocentrism. Korean consumers who have stronger attachment to Korea tend to express higher ethnocentrism to protect Korean labor market and to promote economic development of the country. Conclusions - The findings of this study showed that companies and government need to emphasize the country's advanced social environments or global competitiveness in technology, sports, art, and so on, to boost national attachment. With a deeper understanding on the relationships among national pride, national attachment, and consumer ethnocentrism, the authors expect that both local and foreign companies in Korea will be able to develop more effective marketing strategies and to achieve sustainable competitive advantage.
The shipping business industries which are the transport and logistics intensive in Busan, have been small sized and scattered in many areas, that is why they could not create a synergy effect utterly. Because of the need to develop the shipping business cluster complex in Busan in order to concentrate those industries and attract high value added firms, this study tries to suggest an approach to build the cluster. Firstly, how various shipping business related firms in Busan and capital area demand the cluster complex are searched through questioning survey. Secondly, the gradual scheme to integrate lots of business companies, governmental authorities and educational institutes and global strategy to invite domestic and foreign organizations in Myeong Ji area near to Busan New Port. Thirdly, the expected economic benefits of the cluster construction are calculated quantitatively.
The purpose of this study is: (1) to compare the awareness of inequality concept between Korea and other countries using the survey, (2) to identify whether several inequality measures, which have diverse concepts, are different in empirical aspect, and (3) to suggest the direction for the income distribution policy in Korea. The results of the survey has shown a surprising fact in that the majority of respondents do not agree with the basic assumptions outlined by Gini coefficient, which is the relative inequality measures that had been generally accepted in the past. These results are very similar to those of other countries. However, the major difference with other countries is that the Koreans feel that absolute income inequality-the income gap between the poor and rich, has increased more than relative income inequality, when all incomes of social members are doubled. From the result it is difficult to say that the bi-polarization index is different from Gini coefficient in statistical aspect although it has different theoretical background. The national development strategy should seek to promote "the pro-poor growth" since the change of inequality affect differently on the change of growth and inequality depending on whether the inequality change is relative or absolute.

The Fourth Industrial Revolution has differentiated technologies such as artificial intelligence, IoT(Internet of things), big data, and mobile. As the civilization develops more and more, humanity enjoy the cultural activities more than economic activity for the food and shelter. The platform structure based on the advanced information technology of the present will expand the cultural contents area in a variety of ways. Cultural contents respond sensitively to changes in consumer and will be useful experiences of human activities. Therefore, it should be noted again that the contents industry should not be limited to the discussion of the application of the fourth technology, but should be produced with emphasis on useful experiences of human being. In other words, the discussion of human activities around cultural contents should be focused on how to apply beyond the use of fourth industrial technology. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the basis of the successful storytelling of the planning stage to connect the fourth industrial technology and human useful experience as a method for developing cultural contents, and to build and propose a model as a strategic method. This study analyzes domestic and foreign cases made by using big data among the visual contents which show continuous increase of consumption among culture industry field, and draws success factors and limit points. Next, we extract what is the successful matching factor that influenced consumer 's consciousness, and find out that the structure of culture prototype has been applied in the long history of mankind, and presents it as a storytelling model. Through the above research, this study aims to present a new interpretation and creative activity of cultural contents by presenting a storytelling model as a methodology for connecting creative knowledge, away from the general interpretation of social phenomenon applied with big data.
This study is a study on the user experience of mobile Fintech service of the Z generation, and the past Finance was one of the industries that users felt difficult. However, the Z generation, who grew up in the digital environment, feels comfortable with mobile payment. This study is limited to Kakaopay and Toss, which are representative domestic Fintech services, and aims to suggest the direction of domestic Fintech services in the future. A total of 8 subjects were interviewed by the target group interview and the survey was conducted simultaneously. As a result of the study, Z generation was greatly influenced by various factors such as corporate brand, image, character, and event in addition to economic aspect. Also, it is considered most in the field of reliability and value, so a strategy is needed to secure it. In the future, we expect the development of Fintech service reflecting the needs of Z generation that will lead consumption in the future.
