영유아교사의 창의성 및 교수몰입과 직무만족 간의 관계 (The Relationship Among Early Childhood Teacher's Creativity, Teaching Flow, and Job Satisfaction)

  • Objective: This study investigated how early childhood teachers'creativity and teaching flow was associated with their job satisfaction and examined the mediating effect of teaching flow. Methods: Participants were 222 early childhood teachers in Seoul. Descriptive statistics for all study variables were computed. To examine the hypothesized model and the alternative model structural equation modeling (SEM) was used. Results: The results revealed that early childhood teachers'creativity and teaching flow were positively associated with their job satisfaction. Early childhood teachers'creativity had an influence on their teaching flow, however, it didn't have a direct affect on their job satisfaction. Early childhood teachers' teaching flow had an affect on their job satisfaction. Additionally, early childhood teachers'teaching flow mediated the effects of teachers' creativity on their job satisfaction. Conclusion/Implications: In conclusion, early childhood teachers'teaching flow was a key predictor in the relationship between teachers' creativity and job satisfaction. This study provides guidelines for interventions aimed at increasing the job satisfaction of early childhood teachers.

유아교사의 직무만족도와 교사효능감 및 직무스트레스의 관계 연구 (A Study on the Relationships between Job Satisfaction, Teacher Efficacy, and Job Stress of Early Childhood Teachers)

  • The aim of this study is to examine the influence of job stress and teacher efficacy on early childhood teachers' job satisfaction levels. Data from 321 early childhood teachers working in kindergarten and child-care centers located in Incheon metropolitan city were collected. The data was analyzed by means of the SPSS 18.0 package. The results of this study were as follow; first, job stress was negatively correlated with job satisfaction. Job satisfaction levels were positively correlated with teacher efficacy. Secondly, job stress had a negative influence on job satisfaction levels. Teacher efficacy had a positive influence on job satisfaction levels. Thirdly, job stress had a directly negative influence on job satisfaction levels. It was also revealed that teacher efficacy had an indirect effect on the relationship between job stress and job satisfaction levels.

The Effects of Early Childhood Teachers' Resilience and Empowerment on Their Job Satisfaction

  • The purpose of the study was to examine the relations of early childhood teachers' resilience, empowerment, and job satisfaction, and to investigate the effects of resilience and empowerment on their job satisfaction. The research subjects were 419 early childhood teachers in charge of 3-5 year olds in kindergartens or daycare centers located in South Korea. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS 28.0 Program. We calculated the Cronbach's alphas and conducted the descriptive statistical analysis, Pearson's correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results showed the statistically positive correlations between the major variable. The positive effects of early childhood teachers' resilience and empowerment on their job satisfaction were also found. In the relative influence on job satisfaction, the empowerment was greater than resilience. Based on the study results, we suggest academic and practical importance of early childhood teachers' resilience and empowerment, which enables them dedicate on excellent teaching and caring young children via satisfaction with work settings.

유아교사의 일터영성 척도(WSSECT)의 타당화 : 행복감과 직무만족도에 대한 판별력 (Discriminant Analysis of the WSSECT on Early Childhood Teachers' Happiness and Job Satisfaction)

  • This study was to validate the WSSECT (Workplace Spirituality Scale for Early Childhood Teacher) using discriminant analysis on early childhood teachers' happiness and job satisfaction. The data from 504 teachers working at kindergartens and daycare centers were analyzed statistically through t-test and discriminant analysis. The results indicated that 1) the higher group in workplace spirituality significantly gets more scores of happiness and job satisfaction than the lower group, 2) 4 factors of the WSSECT have discriminant power on early childhood teachers' happiness, and 3) 2 factors ('meaning for life' and 'calling for ECE teacher job') of the WSSECT are effective to discriminate early childhood teachers' job satisfaction. Further statistical works are supplementary needed to validate the WSSECT and to increase its'feasibility.

유아교사의 직무스트레스와 이직의도의 관계에서 직무만족의 매개효과 (Effects of Early Childhood Teacher job stress on the turnover intention and job satisfaction)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 유아교사의 직무스트레스와 직무만족이 이직의도에 미치는 영향력을 살펴보고, 직무스트레스와 이직의도의 관계에서 직무만족의 매개효과를 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위하여 유아교사 220명을 대상으로 설문조사하여, 자료처리를 SPSS 19.0을 이용하여 분석하였고, 독립변인이 종속변인을 예측하는 유용한 변인인지를 알아보기 위해 단순회귀분석과 중다회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 유아교사의 이직의도에 대한 직무스트레스와 직무만족의 영향력을 분석한 결과, 직무스트레스 하위요인 중 원장의 지도력 및 행정적 지원 부족과 업무과부하로 인해 스트레스를 높게 지각하며 이직의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 직무만족의 하위요인 중 근무환경과, 직무자체의 특성이 이직의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교사의 직무스트레스와 이직의도의 관계에서 직무만족이 부분매개효과를 거의 갖지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 매개효과 검증을 위해 sobel test를 실시한 결과, 매개변인의 효과가 유의미 하지 않은 것으로 나타났다.

유아교사의 회복탄력성과 사회적지지가 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Early Childhood Teachers' Resilience and Social Support on Job Stress)

  • 본 연구는 유아교사의 회복탄력성과 사회적지지가 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 있다. I시에 소재한 유아교육기관 교사 250명을 대상으로 회복탄력성과 사회적지지, 직무스트레스의 정도를 측정하고 그 관계와 상대적 영향력을 분석하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 18.0프로그램을 활용한 상관분석과 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 유아교사의 회복탄력성, 사회적 지지는 평균보다 약간 높은 수준, 직무스트레스는 약간 낮은 수준으로 측정되었다. 둘째, 유아교사의 회복탄력성과 사회적 지지는 정적관계가 나타났으며, 회복탄력성과 사회적지지는 직무스트레스와 부적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 유아교사의 회복탄력성과 사회적지지가 직무스트레스에 주는 상대적 영향력을 분석한 결과 조직적환경요인, 물질적 지지, 행동적 요인이 직무스트레에 영향을 주는 것에 대해 83%설명하였다. 이러한 결과는 현직교사의 직무스트레스 감소에 영향을 줄 수 있는 회복탄력성과 사회적 지지를 제공해주는 것이 무엇보다 중요함을 시사하고 있다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 유아교사의 교사전문성과 직무만족도가 교수효능감에 미치는 영향을 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 수도권 소재 123개 유치원과 156개 어린이집에서 근무하는 유아교사 761명을 대상으로 설문지를 통해 교수효능감(김해숙, 2017)과 교사전문성(김해현, 2017) 및 직무만족도(김시연, 2014)를 측정했다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS를 사용하여 Pearson 적률상관분석 및 중다회귀분석을 실시했다. 분석 결과 유아교사의 교사전문성 및 직무만족도는 교수효능감과 유의한 정적 상관관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 함께 유아교사의 교사전문성과 직무만족도는 교수 효능감에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 유아교육의 실제와 직결되는 교수효능감에 영향을 미치는 교사전문성과 직무만족도 증진의 필요성에 대해 논의했다.

코로나19 팬데믹 초기 서울지역 영양(교)사의 직무스트레스가 자기효능감, 직무만족 및 직무몰입에 미치는 영향 (Job Stress among School Nutrition Teachers and Dietitians in Seoul during the Early Stage of the COVID-19 Pandemic: Effects on Self-Efficacy, Job Satisfaction, and Job Involvement)

  • This study was undertaken to assess levels of job stress, self-efficacy, job satisfaction, and job involvement as perceived by school dietitians/nutrition teachers during the early stage of the COVID-19 pandemic and to determine the effects of these three factors. An online survey was sent from May 18 to May 26, 2021, to school dietitians/nutrition teachers in Seoul with experience of foodservice operations during 2020; 250 responses were used for this analysis. Job demands contributed most to job stress, whereas human relations contributed most to job satisfaction. Job stress caused by COVID-19 had a negative impact on self-efficacy (P<0.01) and job satisfaction (P<0.01), but a positive impact on job involvement (P<0.05). Self-efficacy positively impacted job involvement (P<0.01) but did not significantly influence job satisfaction. However, job satisfaction during early COVID-19 positively impacted job involvement (P<0.05). In conclusion, job stress associated with job requirements was greater during the early stage of the COVID-19 pandemic than before the pandemic guidelines are needed that enable school dietitians/nutrition teachers to better cope with the job pressures generated by infectious diseases.

유아교사의 직무스트레스와 교수몰입의 관계 : 내적·외적 회복탄력성의 매개효과 (The Relationship Between Job Stress and Teaching Flow of Early Childhood Teachers : The Mediating Effect of Early Childhood Teachers' Resilience)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of inner resilience and external resilience on the relationship between the job stress of early childhood education teachers and their teaching flow. Data were collected through questionnaires from 221 early childhood Korean teachers in the InCheon area. The instruments used in this study were the Kindergarten Teachers' Job Stress Scale, Early Childhood Teachers' Resilience Scale, and Teaching Flow Scale. The data were analyzed by Pearson's correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and Baron and Kenny's method. It was adapted to SPSS ver. 18.0 for Windows. This study followed a mediated effect model. First, there was a negative correlation between the job stress and teaching flow. There was a positive correlation between the teaching flow and the resilience. Secondly, there was a negative correlation with job stress and teaching flow in path model 1. In path model 2, there was a positive correlation with resilience and teaching flow. Teaching flow was statistically and significantly influenced by resilience. Thirdly, there was the mediating effect of inner resilience and external resilience on the relationship between the job stress of early childhood education teachers and their teaching flow. These results can be used as the basic data for the improvement of early childhood education teachers' teaching flow in the future.

DACUM 기법을 활용한 유치원 특수학급 교사의 직무분석 (Job Analysis of Early Childhood Special Education Teachers Using DACUM Technique)

  • 본 연구는 DACUM 기법을 사용하여 유치원 특수학급에 근무하는 유아특수교사의 직무를 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 유치원 특수학급 교육경력이 풍부한 6명의 유아특수교사로 DACUM 위원회를 구성하고 총 6회기의 DACUM 워크샵을 거쳐 직무정의, 직무기술서, 직무명세서를 도출하였다. 그 결과 유치원 특수학급 교사의 직무명세서는 9개의 책무와 53개의 과업으로 구성되었고 직무 기술서는 80개의 지식, 98개의 기술, 22개의 태도로 구성되었다. 유치원 특수학급에 근무하는 유아특수교사는 가정연계지도, 건강과 안전관리, 초등학교 전이지도, 놀이주제에 따른 환경구성, 실내외 놀이 활동지도가 초·중등 특수교사와 차별화된 과업이었다. 지식의 경우는 장애인 등에 대한 특수교육법과 행동수정에 대한 지식이 우선순위를 차지하였고, 기술은 관찰과 기록, 부모면담 및 부모교육기술이, 태도는 전문가와 행정가로서의 태도가 우선순위를 차지하였다. 이러한 직무분석의 결과는 대학에서 직무역량이 높은 유아특수교사를 양성하기 위한 교육과정을 구성하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.
