The objective of this paper is to propose a brand new interface mechanism to provide more intelligent decision making support for EC problems. Its main virtue is based on a numerical process mechanism by using an Extended AND-OR Graph (EAOG)-based logic algebra. Using this mechanism, decision makers engaged in electronic commerce (EC) can effectively deal with complicated decision making problems. In the field of traditional expert systems research, AND-OR Graph approach has been suggested as a useful tool for representing the logic flowchart of the forward and/or backward chaining inference methods. However, the AND-OR Graph approach cannot be effectively used in the EC problems in which real-time problem-solving property should be highly required. In this sense, we propose the EAOG inference mechanism for EC problem-solving in which heurisric knowledge necessary for intelligent EC problem-solving can be represented in a form of matrix. Finally, we have proved the validity of our approach with several propositions and an illustrative EC example

The purpose of this study is to suggest the way of automatic building code checking for architectural drawings in the web environment to enhance the utility of CALS/EC standard drawings and efficiency of construction industry business. To fulfil this aim, the authors seek to standardize the architectural drawing automatic checking system by linked drawing information to the STEP based CALS/EC standard format. Therefore, the automatic building code checking system can represent a way of utilizing the relationship between the construction CALS/EC standard drawings and the related study as well as improve the efficient of the construction work by sharing a variety of drawing information.

Many sewage treatment plants have applied the advanced technology of chemical coagulant system to remove phosporus in Korea. However there are some problems for the injection of optimum coagulant dosage. In order to solve these problems, the research related to the more cost-effective automatic total phosphorus coagulation control system using an EC(Electrical Conductivity) have been in progress. This study was conducted by the same process and operation method as the Lab-scale for public small town sewage treatment plant. First, it confirmed the correlation among the EC, PO4-P and coagulant dosage in the Lab-scale MSBR(Membrane Sequencing Batch Reactor) process. Next, it analyzed that correlation coefficient of EC and the coagulant dosage was 0.92 in the Full-scale MSBR process. As a result, not only T-P removal efficiency was doubled but also it satisfied the effluent water quality standard in a stable manner. In addition, by applying the automatic control system using the EC, compared to the fixed coagulant injection system the coagulant dosage could be reduced by 28%.

This study is focused that the electronic commerce(EC) on the purchasing section may improve the efficiency and transparency of the hospitals management. After reviewing the purchasing activity of hospitals, I study the introduction, expected effects, and problems of EC. So, I am going to provide basic information for activating EC. The samples are managers of 170 hospitals, which are located on Seoul. As a result of collection this survey, I analyze 79 hospitals. For data analysis, I use $X^2$-test and ANOVA for purchasing management and the relevance of EC according to the level of care. The results of this study are 1. The problems on the management of purchasing section are: firstly, they don't have sufficient time to study market. Secondly, it is difficult to find competitive suppliers. And, lastly, they cannot gather a lot of information about the price of products. 2. There are many answers of the needs on the introduction of B2B. However, some hospitals think they don't need it. But, the most answers are that the EC will be settled within 4 years. So, we can realize that these hospitals are getting interested on the EC. On the other hand, I find that they prefer outside EC companies for the introduction of EC. 3. On the expected effects on EC, first is the effectiveness of the market survey. The next is to collect information of adequate price of products owing to clear transaction, find easier new suppliers and gather useful data. 4. On the external problems of the introduction of EC, there is low credibility related to the security and the weakness of suppliers' information system. Especially, on the Real Transaction Price Payment system, the bigger bed size, the higher understanding on these problems. On the internal problems of the introduction of EC, first is the burden of the introduction of EC and operating cost. Especially, on the burden of the disclosure of revenue source, the smaller bed size, the higher understanding on this problem So, this is a point which deserves my attention statistically. However, this shows relatively little understanding about incomplete the standard of product category and the weak information system of hospital. Through this study, I am going to suggest 3 points for the activation of the introduction of EC on hospitals. 1. The reform of the Real Transaction Price Payment System on medical supplies and materials for medical treatment 2. The establishment of the standard of product category 3. The promotion of information system based on network.

Emergent requests or urgent information among enterprises require their intimate collaboration in B2B EC (electronic commerce). This paper analyzes the needs of intimate cooperation of distributed EC systems in terms of business contracts and presents an active rule-based methodology of close cooperation among EC systems and an active rule component to support it. Since the rule component provides high level rule patterns and event-based immediate processing, system administrators and programmers can easily program and maintain intimate cooperation of distributed EC systems independently to the application logic. The proposed active rule component facilitates HTTP protocol. Its prototype is implemented in B2B EC environment and evaluated using basic trigger facility of a commercial DBMS.

Environmental problems emerged as common global Problems awaiting solution. Active collaborative efforts are required of nations and communities In order to solve environmental problems effectively. International collaboration occurs much more commonly these days than before. and European Community(EC) mumber countries are no exceptions. EC has established and executed the five-year programs on Environmental Policy Implementation, which explicated basic principles for enoronmental policy development, stance 1973. EC programs tend to emphasize that the direction of the policies should reflect a change from a remedial approach to a preventive approach. Those pro- grams have brought an awareness of the Importance of Environmental Impact Assessment(EIAI to EC member countries. France Installed an EIA system In 1976, which was the first among member countries. Several other member countries also established a system. EC decided that a common guideline was necessary. and therefore formulated the "European Community Guideline for Environmental Impact Assessment" In 1985. All member countries were required to legislate an EIA system within three years, according to the Guideline. This study will conduct a comparative analysis of the current EIA systems of different EC member counties. The findings of this study will provide helpful Information on how to Improve the efficacy of the Korean system.an system.

Purpose: This study measured the ethyl carbamate (EC) content in commercial and home-made soy sauce and examined the effects of cooking methods, such as boiling and pan-frying, on the EC content. Methods: A total of 20 soy sauce samples including 14 home-made and 6 commercial products were analyzed according to the AOAC official method with some modifications. To simulate conventional boiling, soy sauce containing EC ($14.59{\mu}g/kg$) was heated to $100^{\circ}C$ for four different times: 10, 20, 30, or 40 min. Pan-frying was conducted for 4 min at $170^{\circ}C$. Results: EC was not detected in any of the homemade samples, whereas it was found in the commercial samples, ranging from 2.51 to $14.59{\mu}g/kg$. The concentrations of EC increased gradually with increasing boiling from 14.59 to $26.54{\mu}g/kg$, whereas pan-frying did not affect the EC level in soy sauce. Conclusion: These results indicate that EC is formed by a reaction between the EC precursors during boiling, suggesting that the cooking method of each food should be considered when estimating the dietary exposure to EC.

전자상거래는 고객에게 보다 시각적이고 청각적인 데이터에 쉽게 접근하게 만든다. 이러한 전자상거래의 기능은 기업들로 하여금 새로운 인터넷 기반의 판매활동을 가능하게 한다. 그러므로 전자상거래 시스템 구축은 기업들에게는 피할 수 없는 중요한 일이 되었다. 그러나 기업에 있어서 실제적인 전자상거래 시스템 구축은 초기의 엄청난 투자비용을 부담 해야하므로 매우 어려운 일이다. 위에서 언급한 것과 같이 전자상거래시스템 구축의 중요성을 고려하여 본 연구는 전자상거래 분야의 경영적 측면의 성공요인 분석을 통하여 한국 전자상거래 시장 분석을 하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과가 미래의 한국 전자상거래 시장의 성장을 위한 확실하고, 실질적인 도움을 제공할 것이다.

인터넷상에서의 전자상거래의 중용성과 복잡성이 증가함에 따라 상거래과정을 통해 소비바와 공급자 양쪽을 다 효율적으로 지원할수 있는 지능형 소프트웨어 에이전트에 대한 관심과 요구가 급속도가 늘어나고 있다. 이러한 에이전트를 기반으로 한 지능형 전자상거래를 실현하기 위해서는 상품정보의 표준적 온토로지의확립. 메시지 교환 및 교섭을 위한 포로토콜의 정의와 중계기술의 기반기술을 바탕으로 다 중에이전트기반의 전자상거래시스템이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 에이전트 기반의 전자상거래를 위한 개방형 기반구조의 하나로 지능형 전자상거래시스템,. ICOMA를 제안한다. 구체적으로 6종류의 에이전트기반의 전자상거래시스템의 구보와 에이전트간 상호교섭 및 상호 통신을 위한 포로토콜, 개인적응형 상품검색 및 필터링 기능을 제안, 설계, 구현하였고, 실험을 통해 그 유효성을 확인하였다.

The paper describes the up going and frustration of electronic commerce development in China during the past ten years. All the changes are classified as EC application trends and the trends on EC supporting environment construction. Later, some problems affecting EC development are raised, and one of them: social credit system construction is discussed in detail. The trends of EC development discussed in the paper are based on the practices in China, but it is generally analogous in the rest of the world.
