A empirical study about dual commitment of members of labor union for logistics companies based around the capital for their companies and union was carried out. This paper reviewed the effects of job security, organizational justice and social capital on dual commitment, and the mediating effect of social capital between job security and organizational justice, and dual commitment. Also, by establishing the social capital as a mediating variable, whether the effects of job security and organization justice to dual commitment exhibit mediating effects was identified.

The purposes of this study are to examine the impact of LMX on psychological empowerment, job engagement, and customer orientation, and to analyze the dual mediation effect of psychological empowerment and job engagement. To conduct this study, we used 333 questionnaires collected by members of domestic companies and organizations. Analyses results are as follows: First, LMX has no positive effect on customer orientation. Second, in the relationship between LMX and customer orientation, psychological empowerment and job engagement play a mediating role. Third, in the relationship between LMX and customer orientation, psychological empowerment and Job Engagement play a dual mediating role. The results of this study suggest the following implications. The theoretical implication is that this study once again confirmed behavior patterns such as cognition, emotion, attitude, and behavior of members in the organization. In addition, this study contributes to the literature by explaining that these behavior patterns by way of social exchange theory. The practical implication is that this study confirmed that members in the management field need to utilize a customer orientation in order to achieve the organization's goal efficiently and effectively.

본 연구는 헤어디자이너의 직무스트레스가 번영에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, 이러한 과정에 있어서 직무열의와 경력몰입 두 변인의 이중매개 효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 국내 B 브랜드에 종사하는 다양한 직급의 177명의 헤어디자이너를 대상으로 실시한 설문조사를 통계패키지 SPSS 21.0과 매크로 프로그램인 SPSS PROCESS Macro의 부트스트래핑 방법을 활용하여 직무스트레스와 번영의 관계와 직무열의와 경력몰입의 이중매개 효과를 검증하였다. 분석의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 헤어디자이너의 직무스트레스가 번영에 유의미하게 부적(-)인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었고 둘째, 이 과정에서 직무열의와 경력몰입 두 변인이 이중매개로 투입되면서 직무스트레스가 번영에 있어서 부적(-)으로 유의미한 간접효과를 미치는 반면, 직접적으로는 헤어디자이너의 직무스트레스가 번영에 미치는 영향이 유의미하지 않게 바뀌면서 완전 이중매개 효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 결과적으로, 헤어디자이너의 직무스트레스 요인들의 점수가 높으면 직무열의 수준이 떨어지고, 결국 자신의 경력에 몰입하지 못하게 되며 행복감과 사회적 성공을 의미하는 번영의 수준이 떨어지는 과정을 확인한 데 본 연구의 의의가 있다.

중·고등학생을 대상으로 감사성향과 마음챙김이 그릿과 플로리싱의 관계에서 이중 매개역할을 하는지를 확인하고 플로리싱을 증진시킬 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 조사대상은 충남의 시 지역에 재학중인 중·고등학생을 임의 표집하였고, 자료는 설문조사를 통하여 수집하였다. 자료는 SPSS PC+ Win. ver. 25.0과 SPSS PROCESS macro ver. 4.2를 활용하여 분석하였다. 활용한 통계기법은 기술통계분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 이중 매개효과분석이었다. 연구결과는 첫째, 그릿, 감사성향, 마음챙김 및 플로리싱 간에는 서로 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 있었으며, 감사성향과 마음챙김의 상관계수가 가장 높았다. 둘째, 감사성향과 마음챙김은 중·고등학생의 그릿과 플로리싱의 관계에서 직렬 이중 매개하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 중·고등학생을 대상으로 그릿, 감사성향 및 마음챙김의 긍정 심리 변인을 적용하여 플로리싱을 증진시킬 수 있는 새로운 모델로 활용될 수 있음을 시사하였다.

본 논문은 조직에서 상사의 비인격적 감독이 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 확인하고 그 경로에서 정서적 스트레스와 직무열의의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 직장인 317명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였으며 SPSS Macro 및 Bootstrapping 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 비인격적 감독, 정서적 스트레스, 직무열의, 이직의도 간의 상관관계는 통계적으로 유의한 것을 확인하였으며 이중매개관계가 통계적으로 유의한 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구에서는 상사의 비인격적 감독과 정서적 스트레스, 직무열의, 이직의도에 대한 경로를 규명하였다는 점에서 시사점을 제공한다. 향후 종단적 연구 및 경로에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 대한 심층 연구가 필요할 것으로 보인다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the dual mediating effects of peer alienation and aggression in the relation between child abuse and delinquency in adolescents. Data were collected from 352 junior high school students living in Jeonbuk from October 2021 to December 2021. This study used a structured self-administered questionnaire to collect the data. In order to analyze the data, SPSS 26.0 and SPSS Process macro 4.0 program were used. The results showed that child abuse had statistically significant positive effect on delinquency via peer alienation. Also, child abuse had statistically significant positive effect on delinquency via aggression. In addition, child abuse had statistically significant positive effect on delinquency via peer alienation and aggression. Therefore, the dual mediating effects of peer alienation and aggression were verified. Based on the study results, implications for preventing adolescents' delinquency and suggestions for future study were discussed.

Objective: This study examined the relationships among attention deficits/hyper activities problems(ADHD problems), executive function difficulties, and social capital inside the family, especially with the mediating effect of social capital inside the family, in children from dual-income households. Methods: The participants were 401 children from dual-income households from the eighth wave of the Panel Study on Korean Children. They belonged into lower and higher ADHD problems groups that showed below 25% or more than 75% of ADHD screening items' total score. The data were analyzed by t-test, correlation analysis and mediating effect test by PROCESS macro 3.5.3.. Results: Children's executive function difficulties and social capital inside the family were significantly different between the two lower and higher ADHD problems groups. A mediating effect was found based on the negative relationships between the social capital inside the family including mother's warm childrearing behavior and positive coparenting, and children's executive function difficulties. Children's ADHD problems had a negative influence on each of the two social capital variables and each of the two variables had a negative influence on the executive function difficulties. Conclusion/Implications: These results emphasize the meaningful role of social capital inside the family in the development of first graders with ADHD problems from dual-income households.

본 연구는 페이스북에 대한 태도와 페이스북에 게시된 광고회피와의 관계에서 광고 침입성과 광고태도의 이중매개효과를 알아보고자 하는 목적에서 진행되었다. 이를 위해 대전 M대학에 재학 중인 남, 여 대학생 250명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, SPSS PROCESS MACRO를 통해 분석을 진행했다. 분석결과 첫째, 페이스북 태도와 광고태도는 유의한 정적 상관이, 페이스북 태도와 광고 침입성, 광고회피는 유의한 부적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 광고 침입성과 광고회피는 유의한 정적 상관이, 광고 침입성과 광고태도는 유의한 부적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 광고태도와 광고회피는 유의한 부적 상관을 나타냈다. 둘째, 페이스북에 대한 태도와 페이스북에 게시된 광고회피와의 관계에서 광고 침입성, 광고태도의 이중매개효과를 검증한 결과 완전이중직렬매개효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과는 페이스북 태도가 페이스북에 게시된 광고의 회피 수준에 미치는 영향에 대해 광고 침입성과 광고태도가 매개역할을 함으로써 광고회피 수준을 한층 더 낮게 만들 수 있다는 것에 주목할 필요가 있음을 시사한다.

이 연구는 대학생이 지각한 부모의 심리적 통제와 대인관계의 관계에서 역기능적 신념과 정서표현 양가성의 이중매개효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 대학생 G광역시와 J도 소재 4년제 대학생 305명을 대상으로 부모의 심리적 통제, 역기능적 신념, 정서표현 양가성, 대인관계문제를 측정하기 위한 설문을 진행하였으며, SPSS 22.0과 SPSS Macro를 사용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과에 따르면 역기능적 신념과 정서표현 양가성은 부모의 심리적 통제와 대인관계문제의 관계에서 각각 매개효과를 나타냈다. 또한, 부모의 심리적 통제와 대인관계의 관계에서 역기능적 신념과 정서표현 양가성은 이중매개효과를 나타냈다. 부트스트래핑(Bootstrapping)을 통해 매개효과의 유의성을 검정한 결과, 역기능적 신념과 정서표현 양가성의 이중매개효과가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 상담현장에서 부모의 통제로 인해 대인관계에 어려움을 경험하고 있는 대학생 내담자를 효율적으로 도울 수 있는 상담전략을 설정하는 데 유용한 이론적 기초를 마련하고자 하였다.

본 연구는 성인애착과 우울의 관계에서 정신화와 정서조절곤란의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 수행하였다. 이를 위해 전국의 성인 216명을 대상으로 성인애착, 정신화, 정서조절곤란, 우울을 측정하기 위한 설문을 진행하였으며, SPSS 23.0와 PROCESS Macro를 사용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성인애착, 애착불안, 애착회피, 정신화, 정서조절곤란, 우울은 유의한 상관이 나타났다. 둘째, 성인애착과 우울의 관계에서 정신화의 매개효과는 유의하지 않았으나, 정서조절곤란의 매개효과는 유의했다. 셋째, 정신화와 정서조절곤란의 이중매개효과가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 이중매개효과는 성인애착의 하위요인인 애착불안과 애착회피에서도 같은 결과가 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 불안정 성인애착을 가지고 있으며, 우울을 호소하는 내담자를 위한 효율적인 상담 방향성과 한계점, 추후연구를 위한 제언들에 대해 논의하였다.
