  • A empirical study about dual commitment of members of labor union for logistics companies based around the capital for their companies and union was carried out. This paper reviewed the effects of job security, organizational justice and social capital on dual commitment, and the mediating effect of social capital between job security and organizational justice, and dual commitment. Also, by establishing the social capital as a mediating variable, whether the effects of job security and organization justice to dual commitment exhibit mediating effects was identified.

  • The purposes of this study are to examine the impact of LMX on psychological empowerment, job engagement, and customer orientation, and to analyze the dual mediation effect of psychological empowerment and job engagement. To conduct this study, we used 333 questionnaires collected by members of domestic companies and organizations. Analyses results are as follows: First, LMX has no positive effect on customer orientation. Second, in the relationship between LMX and customer orientation, psychological empowerment and job engagement play a mediating role. Third, in the relationship between LMX and customer orientation, psychological empowerment and Job Engagement play a dual mediating role. The results of this study suggest the following implications. The theoretical implication is that this study once again confirmed behavior patterns such as cognition, emotion, attitude, and behavior of members in the organization. In addition, this study contributes to the literature by explaining that these behavior patterns by way of social exchange theory. The practical implication is that this study confirmed that members in the management field need to utilize a customer orientation in order to achieve the organization's goal efficiently and effectively.

The Effects of Hair Designer's Job stress on Flourishing : Dual-mediating Effect of Work engagement and Career commitment (헤어디자이너의 직무스트레스가 번영에 미치는 영향 : 직무열의와 경력몰입의 이중매개 효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of job stress of hair designers on flourishing, and to verify whether work engagement and career commitment have dual mediating effects. For this purpose, a survey was conducted on 177 hair designers of various positions who are engaged in domestic B brand, and the relationships of variables was verified using statistical package SPSS 21.0 and SPSS Process Macro v. 3.3. The research model of dual mediating effect was demonstrated. First, it was confirmed that the job stress of the hair designer had a negative effect on the flourishing through the simple regression analysis. Second, job stress had a negative indirect effect on flourishing showing the dual mediating effect of work engagement and career commitment, and the direct effect of job stress of hair designers on flourishing turned out to be insignificant confirming a complete double mediating effect. These results means, job stress reduces successively job engagement, career commitment and finally harms the well-being of hair designer.

  • This study aims to confirm the dual mediating effect of gratitude and mindfulness in the relationship between grit and flourishing in middle and high school students and to provide basic data that can improve flourishing. The study subjects were middle and high school students who were selected from a city in South Chungcheong Province, and data were collected through a survey. For data analysis, SPSS PC+ Win. ver. 25.0 and SPSS PROCESS macro ver. 4.2 were utilized. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and dual mediation effect analysis techniques. First, correlation analysis showed that there was a significant and positive correlation between grit, gratitude, mindfulness, and flourishing and the highest correlation between gratitude and mindfulness. Second, gratitude and mindfulness had a serial dual mediating effect in the link between grit and flourishing in middle and high school students. These results can be used as a new model to improve flourishing by utilizing positive psychological variables such as grit, gratitude, and mindfulness for middle and high school students.

  • This study was to verify the effect of the supervisor's abusive supervision on turnover intention and the mediating role of emotional stress and work engagement in the process. The online survey was conducted on 317 employees and the data were analyzed through SPSS Macro and bootstrapping. The results are as follows: the correlation between abusive supervision, emotional stress, work engagement and turnover intention was confirmed to be statistically significant, and dual mediating effect of emotional stress and work engagement was statistically significant. This study showed meaningful results on the path of the abusive supervision and turnover intention. Further studies with longitudinal method and in-depth studies on factors influencing pathways will be needed to verify substantially the dual mediating effect.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the dual mediating effects of peer alienation and aggression in the relation between child abuse and delinquency in adolescents. Data were collected from 352 junior high school students living in Jeonbuk from October 2021 to December 2021. This study used a structured self-administered questionnaire to collect the data. In order to analyze the data, SPSS 26.0 and SPSS Process macro 4.0 program were used. The results showed that child abuse had statistically significant positive effect on delinquency via peer alienation. Also, child abuse had statistically significant positive effect on delinquency via aggression. In addition, child abuse had statistically significant positive effect on delinquency via peer alienation and aggression. Therefore, the dual mediating effects of peer alienation and aggression were verified. Based on the study results, implications for preventing adolescents' delinquency and suggestions for future study were discussed.

  • Objective: This study examined the relationships among attention deficits/hyper activities problems(ADHD problems), executive function difficulties, and social capital inside the family, especially with the mediating effect of social capital inside the family, in children from dual-income households. Methods: The participants were 401 children from dual-income households from the eighth wave of the Panel Study on Korean Children. They belonged into lower and higher ADHD problems groups that showed below 25% or more than 75% of ADHD screening items' total score. The data were analyzed by t-test, correlation analysis and mediating effect test by PROCESS macro 3.5.3.. Results: Children's executive function difficulties and social capital inside the family were significantly different between the two lower and higher ADHD problems groups. A mediating effect was found based on the negative relationships between the social capital inside the family including mother's warm childrearing behavior and positive coparenting, and children's executive function difficulties. Children's ADHD problems had a negative influence on each of the two social capital variables and each of the two variables had a negative influence on the executive function difficulties. Conclusion/Implications: These results emphasize the meaningful role of social capital inside the family in the development of first graders with ADHD problems from dual-income households.

A Study on the Effect of the Facebook Attitude on Advertising Avoidance: Focusing on the Dual Mediating Effect of Advertising Intrusiveness and Advertising Attitude (페이스북에 대한 태도가 광고회피에 미치는 영향: 광고 침입성과 광고태도의 이중직렬매개효과를 중심으로)

  • This study was conducted to understand the dual mediating effect of advertising intrusiveness and advertising attitude on the relationship between Facebook attitude and advertising avoidance on Facebook advertisements. A survey was conducted on 250 male and female students attending M University located in Daejeon, and the result was analyzed with SPSS PROCESS MACRO. First, the result yielded that there is a significant positive correlation between Facebook attitude and advertising attitude, and there is a significant negative correlation between Facebook attitude and advertising intrusiveness and avoidance. There is a significant positive correlation between advertising intrusiveness and advertising avoidance, and there is a significant negative correlation between advertising intrusiveness and advertising attitude. Advertising attitude and advertising avoidance has a significant negative correlation. Second, a complete dual mediating effect was confirmed by investigating the dual mediating effect of advertising intrusiveness and advertising attitude on the relationship between Facebook attitude and Facebook advertising avoidance. Such results profess about the impact of Facebook attitude on the advertising avoidance on Facebook advertisements that advertising intrusiveness and advertising attitude could mediate the decrease in advertising avoidance.

The Relationship between Parents' Psychological Control and Interpersonal Problems: The Dual Mediating Effect of Dysfunctional Belief and Ambivalence over Emotional Expressiveness (부모의 심리적 통제와 대인관계문제의 관계: 역기능적 신념과 정서표현 양가성의 이중매개효과)

  • The current study was conducted to examine the dual mediating effect of dysfunctional belief and ambivalence over emotional expressiveness in the relationship between the parents' psychological control scale perceived by university students and interpersonal problems. For that purpose, 305 4-year university students in G Metropolitan City and J Province were surveyed to rate the parents' psychological control scale, dysfunctional belief, ambivalence over emotional expressiveness, and interpersonal problems. The data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 and SPSS Macro. As a result, it was found that dysfunctional belief and ambivalence over emotional expressiveness had a mediating effect in the relationship between the parents' psychological control scale and interpersonal problems. Also, dysfunctional belief and ambivalence over emotional expressiveness had a dual mediating effect on the relationship between psychological control scale and interpersonal problems. As a result of testing the significance of the mediating effect through Bootstrapping, dysfunctional belief and ambivalence over emotional expressiveness had a significant dual mediating effect. The purpose of the current study was to establish a useful theoretical foundation for counseling strategies to efficiently help through counseling the university students who are having difficulties with interpersonal relations due to parental control.

The Mediating Effect of Mentalization and Emotion Dysregulation in the Relationship between Adult Attachment and Depression (성인애착과 우울의 관계에서 정신화와 정서조절곤란의 매개효과)

  • The current study was conducted to examine the mediating effect of mentalization and emotion dysregulation in the relationship between adult attachment and depression. For that purpose, 216 adults nationwide were surveyed to measure adult attachment, mentalization, emotion dysregulation, depression. Data were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 and PROCESS Macro. The results of the study are as follows. First, all the variables had significant correlations. Second, the mediating effect of mentalization in the relationship between adult attachment and depression was not significant, but the mediating effect of emotion dysregulation was significant. Third, the dual mediating effect of mentalization and emotion dysregulation was significant. The dual mediating effects in attachment anxiety and attachment avoidance are significant. Finally, the implications and limitations of the study were discussed.
