The purpose of this study was to investigate the quality characteristics and antioxidant activity by collecting four times on six samples of Jeonbuk regional soybean pastes (Doenjang) traditionally prepared for this study. The water content of samples decreased according to progress of the aging period and the water content of the fourth sample collected was 42.40~59.64% (p<0.05). The salinity of the fourth Doenjang samples was 11.80~18.60%. The amino-type nitrogen content was 122.67~540.33 mg% immediately after the preparation of Doenjang in the Jeonbuk region and the content of the fourth collection samples increased from 251.49 to 982.36 mg% (p<0.05). The isoflavone glycosides decreased but daidzein, genistein and glycitein, which are aglycones, increased during aging periods. The total polyphenol content of the fourth collected samples was 11.99~19.27 mg GAE/g (p<0.05). The DPPH radical scavenging activity, ABTS radical scavenging activity and FARP of the fourth Doenjang samples were 51.88~81.21%, 84.14~90.32%, and 1.08~3.11 mg Trolox/g, respectively. As a result of quality analysis on Doenjang, the superiority of traditional Doenjang has been proven by the increase of amino nitrogen content and antioxidant activity according to the aging period. However, factor analysis on quality differences of regional Doenjang should be conducted to ensure standardization and quality improvement.

Operation of KORAIL's level crossing is in charge of KORAIL. As taking over existing level crossing to KORAIL, they do not conduct risk assessments, so we do not know about any possibilities of inner risk. And present operation of safety of the level crossing is just regular checking of reaction and functions of safety equipments physically, we need to react to the changes of what's going on around of level crossing and incestigation of traffic flow and surrounding conditions more spontaneously. So, we have to prepare the strategies against accidents of level crossing cost-effectively based on regular risk assessments for sustainable safety improvements and overcome operational problems of present level crossing's safety. Here, we're going to investigate the level of safety level and present risk factors of the level crossing using risk assessments for accidents/error of the equipments to show operational strategies of level crossing based on risk assessments.

In oriental medicine, 'Mack' is the most important medical method of human body. From Wangsukhwa's "Mackkyung" in Jin dynasty to "mackjinki" in modern technology, medical use of mack is so wide. Over the years, many 'pulsation' books had published. Among them, Koyangsaeng's "ChanDoMackKyul" had an influence on many doctors. But also many doctor criticized his book for the absence of orthodoxy. In the middle of chosun era, Hur jun published "Chan Do Bang Ron Mack Kyul Gip Seong". "Chan Do Bang Ron Mack Kyul Gip Seong" had been used from the beginning to the end of the Chosun Dynasty. "Chan Do Bang Ron Mack Kyul Gip Seong" is the medical book that The King 'Seon-jo' ordered to make Hur jun for correcting the faultiness of pulse medical book(ChanDoMackKyul). through the inquiry of it, we expect accomplishment of 'Pulsation' in Chosun Dynasty and reveal the koyangsaeng's date.

This paper contains the terminal developement for the feeder remote unit in Korea Distribution Automation System. This terminal unit has serval functions in order to do feeder auotmation as following, the open/close controls and gathering status informations of switchgears, getting line currents and voltages, distribution fault. So FRU has four modules to do those functions-Logic Controller, Relay Controller, Data Acquisition, Display, Power Supply etc. The FRU should be on allays, so AC power is supplied before & behind the switchgear. Power Supply is made up with AC/DC, DC/DC, Battery and/or SOLAR CELLS & CONTROLLER. It is important for the supply to protect against some Surges, because surges are happened so many times. Surge test is fellowing the standard IEC 801-5 or IEEE 587.

근접촉쌍성으로 분류된 두 개의 식쌍성 DO Cas와 SW Lyn의 광도곡선을 분석하여 이들의 로쉬모형을 알아보았다. DO Cas는 이 연구를 위하여 새로이 관측하였으며 SW Lyn은 이미 발표되어 있는 자료를 이용하였다. DO Cas에 대한 관측은 짧은 기간에 완성하여 체계적인 관측 오차를 최소화하였다. WD 모델을 사용한 우리의 분석에 의하면, DO Cas는 근접촉쌍성으로 분류될 수 있으나 SW Lyn은 준분리형으로 분류하는 것이 타당함을 알 수 있었다. 더구나, DO Cas는 접촉쌍성으로도 분류가 가능하므로 근접촉쌍성이 하나의 독립된 로쉬모형으로 인정되기 위해서는 근접촉쌍성으로 분류된 쌍성들의 광도 곡선을 보다 면밀하게 재분석할 필요가 있다고 판단된다.

1. Objectives There are many studies on the ordinary symptoms based on Sasang constitution. But there. are not quite satisfactory between the types of Sasang constitution. So This study is for learning the characteristics of ordinary symptoms depending on Soyangin Soeumin and Taeyangin Taeumin of the Sasang constitution. 2. Methods One thousand and two hundred twenty nine subjects were included in Bundang Oriental Hospital of Dongguk University. We classified them into the each type of Sasang Constitutional Medicine(SCM) by the well-trained SCM specialist, and assessed their ordinary features by the questionnaire. Binary logistic regression analysis was applied to evaluate the influence of ordinary features to the diagnosis of SCM. 3. Results (1) Compared to Taeyangin Taeumin, Soyangin Soeumin do not sweat a lot. Even if Soyangin Soeumifl do sweat, one does not feel refreshed. Soyangin Soeumin do not sweat while sleeping at night nor eating meals, but discharges cold sweat if one does not feel well. (2) Compared to Taeyangin Taeumin, Soyangin Soeumin go to stool less frequently and have diarrhea when one does not feel well. Soyangin Soeumin do not feel irritated even though one is not able to go to stool for one day. (3) Compared to Taeyangin Taeumin, Soyangin Soeumin do not have foams in urine. (4) Compared to Taeyangin Taeumin, Soyangin Soeumin tend to eat slow, do not eat a lot normally, do not have a great appetite, have problems for digestion, and especially have difficulties in digestion when one is stressed. 4. Conclusions We found that Taeyangin Taeumin and Soyangin Soeumin have characteristics of ordinary symptoms, but partly there are not in accoradance with ones what Lee ]e-Ma said in his book. So in future we hope clinical studies are required steadily.

This study investigated the quality characteristics of black soybean sediments to diversify the availability of soybean. The cooking method selected for black soybean sediment preparation was a pressure cooking process without soaking, considering the isoflavone content. The black soybean sediments were prepared by the addition of 0, 10, 30, 50 and 100% (w/w) black soybean. When 0% to 100% black soybean was added to the black soybean sediments, the moisture and crude protein contents increased from 53.17% to 54.41% and from 12.07% to 21.68%, respectively. The total isoflavone content of the black soybean sediments was increased from 2.69 ㎍/g to 696.09 ㎍/g, respectively, by the addition of black soybean. The anthocyanin content of the black soybean sediments ranged from 279.29 ㎍/g to 387.8 ㎍/g by the addition of black soybean. The total polyphenol content and the total flavonoid content of the black soybean sediments range from 1.72 mg/g to 2.00 mg/g and 0.89 mg/g to 0.92 mg/g, respectively, by the addition of black soybean. Given the isoflavones, total polyphenol, and anthocyanin content of the black soybean sediments, it is appropriate that the ratio of added black soybeans is at least 50% after the pressure-cooking process, regardless of soaking.

Traditional foods of Che Ju Do, an island located on south sea of Korean peninsula, were composed of moutaineous and coastal food. According to the review of historical records and evidences, ancestors of Che Ju Do island had consumed starchy root or marine food such as arrow root, bracken root, kelp, crab and so on. There are more than 500 kinds of traditional foods in Che Ju island, but most of them were poorly processed or cooked compared to that of the continent of the peninsula.
