The use of colors plays an important role in the field of space design. The selection of proper colors influences on people who use space by making the most of the psychological and physical functions of colors. Especially, the medical space is relatively more important than other indoor spaces in the selection of colors. The medical space has to be something to do with diversity and functions, and at the same time with stability and quietude, as well as the space with general convenient facilities. Color is not only related to the expression but also to the distinction of things and the existence. It also functions as a visual language. Human beings depend heavily on the function of color as a visual language. According to previous studies, human beings depend on color by 80% of the whole range of eyesight. Thus, color is an important factor in recognizing things and space. For example, in hospital, it Is very important to apply proper colors to various medical treatment spaces for the sake of patients' rest and healing. Various colors which do not consider the function of patients' rest and healing may make the space confusing against the change of space and structure. It is also important to apply colors to the change of space and structure. Another key point that I would like to make is that color has visual, direct and physical influence on the human body. For example, the color red with long wavelength serves to regulate body temperature. Research on the color scheme for hospitals should consider both physical and psychological factors. That is why the research should be carried out in depth through continuous clinical demonstration. The present research aims to outline color planning.

This study was intended to analyze and investigate a diversity of aesthetic values expressed in the military look of the Milan collections by using content analysis method to find what design characteristic and image emerged concretely in the later 20th century. A total of 334 military look works shown in fashion magazines such as Vogue and Collezioni Donna over the period between 1996 and 2000 were collected as research data, which were classified into 5 categories such as item, silhouette, color, color coordination, fashion image. The results were summarized as follows: first, it was found that coat was the most preferred item in expressing the military look image. Second, it was found that the straight line was the most preferred silhouette, which indicates that it was the most suitable silhouette in expressing the bisexual image of the military look. Third, in the colors of the military look, achromatic colors such as black and white were found to be of the highest frequency, which shows that achromatic colors continued to be proposed as fashionable colors around 1996 and this influence was reflected in the military look. Finally, in terms of the item of color coordination, monochromatic coordination accounted for more than half of the military look, through which it could be explained that designers utilized it greatly to make an effective expression of the masculine image.

본 연구는 통합적 브랜드 관리에 있어 매체 간 컬러의 불일치가 브랜드 태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 브랜드-소비자 자아 일치성이 이 영향에 조절적 효과를 가져 온다는 가정을 실험을 통해 증명하였다. 매체는 컬러의 영향을 살펴보기 위하여 시각적 영향이 부각되는 매체로 제한하였으며, 컬러 이외의 시각적 요인은 일관되도록 하였고, 브랜드에 대한 친숙도가 낮은 브랜드, 브랜드에 대한 이전의 지식이 없는 브랜드를 대상으로 하였다. 결과는 매체 간 컬러의 불일치에 따른 브랜드 태도는 컬러의 일관성에 따른 브랜드 태도에 비해 높게 나타났으며, 브랜드-소비자의 자아일치가 낮은 경우에 높은 경우보다 태도의 변화가 높게 나타나 가설이 모두 지지되었다. 이 결과는 브랜드의 관리적 요소로서 브랜드 표현, 즉 시각적 요인 중 컬러를 통하여 브랜드에 대한 인식을 높이고, 긍정적인 브랜드 태도를 형성할 수 있다는 것을 제안하였다는 것에 의의가 있다. 또한 본 연구는 브랜드 관리자의 직관에 의지하던 브랜드 표현의 일관성과 다양성의 수준이 일반적 의식보다 더 폭넓다는 것을 실증적으로 증명하고, 이전의 연구에서 성숙브랜드(mature brand)를 리포지셔닝 repositioning)하는 전략으로만 연구되었던 불일치를 신생 브랜드의 인지를 높이기 위한 전략으로 그 범위를 확장시켰다고 할 수 있다.

Single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) is an abundant form of genetic variation within individuals of species. DNA polymorphism can arise throughout the whole genome at different frequencies in different species. SNP may cause phenotypic diversity among individuals, such as individuals with different color of plants or fruits, fruit size, ripening, flowering time adaptation, quality of crops, grain yields, or tolerance to various abiotic and biotic factors. SNP may result in changes in amino acids in the exon of a gene (asynonymous). SNP can also be silent (present in coding region but synonymous). It may simply occur in the noncoding regions without having any effect. SNP may influence the promoter activity for gene expression and finally produce functional protein through transcription. Therefore, the identification of functional SNP in genes and analysis of their effects on phenotype may lead to better understanding of their impact on gene function for varietal improvement. In this mini-review, we focused on evidences revealing the role of functional SNPs in genes and their phenotypic effects for the purpose of crop improvements.

Expression of woman characters in fusion traditional dramas plays a role of making the progress of dramas not bigoted and new. Especially, woman characters have a high weight as a heroine by an increase in their image in fusion traditional dramas. Expression of characters harmonizing modern with tradition has also given a help in reflecting a trend of the present times. Hair style and face makeup of woman characters in fusion traditional dramas are in the process of fusionization getting an effect from postmodernism. They are expressing the hair style of symbolization modern elements of hair style to traditional hair styles. They also expressed a neutral image with faded hair styles in the shaggy cut style and dye of neoplaticism. Neo-hippie style was changed into the style of naturalism and nationalism and the hair style braided in various branches as the one of Indians was changed into a primitive and national feature. It is producing a new style by permitting even a long-hair permanent wave hair style. Expression of straight hair style, a long-hair shaggy & bulging wave style and a hair style of neoplaticism, was distinguished. In the side of face makeup, they expressed its luxurious and splendid style by attaching great importance to its luster and are exposing images of characters by a smoky makeup emphasizing eye lines. Their face makeup was almost never separated from present dramas as using pearl shadow in a glossy lips makeup and color, which made it possible to express it more dramatically in fusion traditional dramas than in present dramas. In the event of the makeup element of fusion traditional dramas permitting diversity, the character makeup of fusion traditional dramas made a foundation to show people diverse elements of makeup by mix & match a present elements and past elements of historical research, which made it possible to express a unique makeup or a special makeup. Diverse makeup expressions were limited by reflection of illumination even in the existing videos. Therefore, 'Fusion' made it possible to express it more freely in fusion traditional dramas than in present dramas.

참조표와 벡터적응필터를 이용하여 디지털 하프톤컬러영상을 역하프토닝하는 방법을 제안한다. 하프토닝은 연속계조영상을 이진영상으로 변환하는 방법이고 이진영상을 연속계조영상으로 복원하는 것이 역하프토닝이다. 일반적으로 참조표를 이용한 방법은 처리속도가 빠르고 다양한 하프토닝방식에 대해서 고른 성능을 가진다. 참조표의 패턴을 정의하기 위해 사용하는 픽셀의 개수와 R, G, B 각 채널의 참조표를 어떻게 정의하는가는 참조표의 성능에 큰 영향을 미친다. 본 논문에서는 표현 가능한 패턴의 종류와 사용되는 메모리 양을 고려하여 16개의 픽셀을 이용하고 R, G, B 각 채널의 참조표를 통합하여 하나의 참조표를 사용하는 방법을 제안하였다. 21개의 픽셀을 이용하고 R, G, B 각 채널의 참조표를 독립적으로 사용하는 기존의 참조표 방법보다. 제안된 참조표가 더 좋은 PSNR을 가지며 속도가 빨라지는 것을 실험결과를 통해 확인하였다. 참조표에 존재하지 않는 패턴에 대한 처리방법으로는 주변 픽셀의 정보를 이용하여 컬러를 복원하는 벡터적응필터를 제안하였다. 벡터적응필터는 주변 픽셀이 원영상의 컬러를 잘 반영할수록 좋은 성능을 가진다. 제안된 벡터적응필터의 성능이 기존의 방법보다 더 좋은 성능을 보임을 실험으로 확인하였다. 이를 통해서 제안된 방법이 기존의 방법보다 컬러 복원성능도 더 우수함을 알 수 있었다.

This study aims to develop a mechanic embroidery bag design that reflects the symbolic image of Korean independence activists who sacrificed for the country so that today's Korea can exist. As a research method, the theoretical consideration and image collection of independence activists were conducted through a literature review and visits to the memorial halls of six independence activists. The bag design was developed using mechanic embroidery textile of 12 motifs manufactured in previous studies through the computer mechanic embroidery sewing machine, and the types were limited to totes, Boston, clutches, baskets, shoppers, hover bags, and hat boxes. The results of this study are as follows. First, it was found that the dense light and shade and delicate color expression of each motif design were the most important and achieved through the proper selection and utilization of embroidery yarn according to the mechanic embroidery expression technique for developing in-depth textile materials. Second, unlike in the past, when machine embroidery was difficult to handle, the spread of embroidery CAD and computer machine embroidery sewing machines made it easier for individuals to develop embroidery products. Third, this study once again emphasized the symbolism of Korean independence activists who sacrificed for the nation to exist at a time when it needs to be recognized due to the lack of fashion and diversity in cultural products containing historical and cultural meaning and values of the country. This study was able to develop computer machine embroidery textiles and various bag designs using various mechanic embroidery expression techniques that can highlight the symbolic image of each motif.

The objectives of this study is to analyze the characteristics of Chinese traditionality expression at restaurants in Beijing area. 12 restaurants were selected and visited for the investigation research. The results were as follows. First, traditional reproduction was found mainly manifested through the reproduction of traditional ornaments, in particular, the facade and interior element ornaments. Second, Traditional transformation was mainly manifested in replacement material while changing the shape slightly, or to stretch or shorten prototype shape and other negative deformation methods which did not largely out of the scope of traditional reproduction. Third, Traditional reinterpretation was expressed by abstract, symbol or metaphor on designs, usually people can not directly recognize the traditional archetype. When compare with traditional reproduction or traditional transformation, traditional reinterpretation was relatively fewer, however, in this study the traditional reinterpretation and traditional transformation have same numerical result. Reinterpretation as a positive performance method of traditional modernized, it was encouraging the phenomenon, especially in the ceiling design. Chinese traditional cloud patterns have been three-dimensional and diversification of use. And in the wall design, traditional elements have been extremely simplistic or adopted a wide variety of traditional elements, it may be preferred in diversity. In addition, furniture was tinge traditional elements in modern form, lighting was added symbolize color or picture on the traditional lighting which shape was simplified to emphasize space's traditional. But the facade, sign board, floor, and window element seems the range of variation was not wild, promote more use the positive traditional reinterpretation method.

The concepts of phylogeny and floral genetics play a crucial role in understanding the origin and diversification of flowers in angiosperms. Angiosperms evolved a great diversity of ways to display their flowers for reproductive success with variations in floral color, size, shape, scent, arrangements, and flowering time. The various innovations in floral forms and the aggregation of flowers into different kinds of inflorescences have driven new ecological adaptations, speciation, and angiosperm diversification. Evolutionary developmental biology seeks to uncover the developmental and genetic basis underlying morphological diversification. Advances in the developmental genetics of floral display have provided a foundation for insights into the genetic basis of floral and inflorescence evolution. A number of regulatory genes controlling floral and inflorescence development have been identified in model plants such as Arabidopsis thaliana and Antirrhinum majus using forward genetics, and conserved functions of many of these genes across diverse non-model species have been revealed by reverse genetics. Transcription factors are vital elements in systems that play crucial roles in linked gene expression in the evolution and development of flowers. Therefore, we review the sex-linked genes, mostly transcription factors, associated with the complex and dynamic event of floral development and briefly discuss the sex-linked genes that have been characterized through next-generation sequencing.
