Antibody phage display provides a powerful and efficient tool for the discovery and development of monoclonal antibodies for therapeutic and other applications. Antibody clones from synthetic libraries with optimized design features have several distinct advantages that include high stability, high levels of expression, and ease of downstream optimization and engineering. In this study, a fully synthetic human scFv library with six diversified CDRs was constructed by polymerase chain reaction assembly of overlapping oligonucleotides. In order to maximize the functional diversity of the library, a ${\beta}$-lactamase selection strategy was employed in which the assembled scFv gene repertoire was fused to the 5'-end of the ${\beta}$-lactamase gene, and in-frame scFv clones were enriched by carbenicillin selection. A final library with an estimated total diversity of $7.6{\times}10^9$, greater than 70% functional diversity, and diversification of all six CDRs was obtained after insertion of fully randomized CDR-H3 sequences into this proofread repertoire. The performance of the library was validated using a number of target antigens, against which multiple unique scFv sequences with dissociation constants in the nanomolar range were isolated.
The home furnishing and living market is growing because of the increasing interest of consumers in living spaces. In this trend, global fashion companies are seeking to increase sales by expanding their businesses by launching their own home lines or brands early, taking advantage of the various advantages of each brand. In response, this study was designed to examine the strategies necessary for domestic fashion brands to pursue their business in the future by conducting a case study and characteristics analysis of the living brands of foreign fashion companies in line with the trend of expanding their living-related businesses. The following is an analysis of the characteristics of the living brands of global fashion companies. First of all, utilizing the brand awareness of fashion companies; second, the strength of unique textile designs; and third, the expansion of synergy through the expansion of the business into various fields. Fourth, the lack of diversification in materials suitable for living products; fifth, the lack of information on quality; sixth, the lack of space and contents for living areas. Finally, a living brand strategy of a domestic fashion company was proposed as follows. First, it proposed collaboration with textile design companies and designers; second, it proposed exploring business models through the inclusion of brand licenses; and third, it proposed expanding the planning of living products of private brand by distribution companies.
The purpose of this paper is to empirically investigate whether asymmetric price transmission exists in the distribution stage of farmed olive flounder market. For the analysis, time series data were used for the producer prices of Jeju and Wando, and the wholesale prices of Incheon, Hanam and Busan. Through the Granger causality test, the causal relationship from the producer price to the wholesale price was derived and the asymmetric price transmission was analyzed using the autoregressive distributed lag model (ARDL). As a result of the analysis, it was found that there is a phenomenon of 'positive asymmetric price transmission' from the producer price to the wholesale price. This result can be one evidence that excess profits are received in the intermediate distribution stage, and can be said to be a result showing the incompleteness and inefficiency of the distribution structure of the farmed olive flounder. In the future, it is required to establish an information-sharing system in all stages of production, distribution, and consumption that can create a competitive environment for distribution participants and resolve information asymmetry. Also, it is necessary to review the distribution center specializing in live fish from the viewpoint of the establishment of new distribution channels and sales diversification strategy under the rapidly changing fisheries environment.
The purpose of this study is to propose a strategy model for engineering education for citizen through the connection between colleges of science and engineering and science museums as a way to achieve citizen science. For this model, the role of universities was redefined as social contributions through engineering education from the perspective of knowledge triangle and university entrepreneurship. In addition, the science museum was re-examined as an engineering education platform and selected as an institution that supports the contribution of colleges to society. For practical model development, the connection types of these two institutions were analyzed as case studies and interview to collect opinions from experts in the science museum. In this process, convergence education content development, reinforcement of college-science museum linkage, infrastructure construction, development of college resource utilization plans, and maintenance and expansion of educational programs diversification were derived as components for model development. Based on this, engineering education model for citizen was presented that matches educational programs according to the type of participation of colleges including key factors and considerations.

Although research on the leader's or speaker's voice has been continuously conducted, existing research has a single point of view. Sound analysis of voice characteristics has been studied from engineering perspectives, and leadership trait theory has been studied from a business perspective. Convergence studies on leader voice and member cognition are being attempted today. Convergence research on voice has a positive effect on refinement of voice analysis, diversification of voice use, and establishment of voice utilization strategy. This study explains the current flow of research on convergence between speaker's voice and listener's perception, and suggests a direction for the future development of voice fusion research. Furthermore, in connection with AI in the 4th industrial age, new attempts for voice research are sought. First, advances in AI focus on strategically generating the voices needed for individual situations. Second, the voice corrected in real time will support the leader and speaker to utilize the desired voice type. Third, voices through AI based on big data will affect the cognition, attitude and behavior of individual listeners who members, customers, and students in more diverse situations. The purpose and significance of this study is to suggest the way to research the leader's voice recognized by members, and to suggest a method that can be applied in various situations.
Purpose : Due to the uncertainty of the global trade environment and the trade downturn, the shipping industry continues to face challenges. This study aims to investigate in-depth analysis of crisis overcoming strategies through case study of a company that is leader in the shipping and logistics industry. Research Desigh and Methodology : In order to conduct an in-depth analysis, a single case analysis was selected as a qualitative study. For this purpose, various secondary sources were used, and indirect interview data were also used. In this study, Maersk was selected because it has grown from a traditional shipping logistics company to a digital platform company. Results: Maersk has transformed itself into a comprehensive, digital logistics platform with several key strategies to respond to the long-term slump in the shipping industry. First, it leveraged Maersk's diversification and portfolio optimization strategy. Second, Maersk is transforming its logistics and transport processes through digitalization and technological innovation. Conclusion: Maersk, which is responding to the long-term recession facing the shipping industry, looked at how it has leveraged its strengths and explored new opportunities through a number of strategies and changes. This study provides insight into a digital logistics platform that will benefit the other companies as well.

For the efficient establishment of a channel strategy for banks, this study aims to propose a channel model by classifying channels into types, and carrying out a correspondence analysis per type. A survey of bankers was conducted to visualize categorical data and create a positioning map. As a result, first, 12 banking channels were classified into 4 types based on business processing subjects and places, which were then, further grouped into the categories of full-banking and self-banking. Second, a correspondence analysis according to the classified types was carried out, and it was found that the branch-type is suitable for product description and customer management, while the banking-type is suitable for efficient business processing without time and space constraints. Furthermore, the analysis also showed that the machine-type and banking-type are inappropriate for customer management, and the mobility-type demonstrates low operational effectiveness due to a lack of awareness. The aforementioned findings suggest the need for a hybrid convergence channel that reflects the characteristics of banking tasks and fills in the gaps between the different channels. Third, a channel model was derived by adding a common area to the 2×2 model consisting of the business processing subjects and places. Therefore, this study is meaningful in that it examines the diversification of channels and factors in the division of roles by channel type based on customers' banking channel selection factors, and presents basic research findings for future channel strategy establishment and efficient channel operation.

Junior colleges are higher education institutions that have played a major role in the economic development of Korea by providing the necessary human resources for its industrial development. Recently, however, they have experienced difficulties due to the reduction in the number of students. Therefore, it is time for junior colleges as a representative higher vocational education institution to change their role in this rapidly changing environment, and adopt a survival strategy through mutual cooperation and competition. The purpose of this study was to analyze the current state of the national health universities, to investigate the policy changes adopted by colleges and universities, and to utilize the results as data. This study analyzed the current status of health science colleges nationwide and investigated the policy changes as well as the directions presented to the colleges, in order to use the results as the basic data to promote the diversification of the class periods and degree programs. This study surveyed 636 professors from health sciences departments and industry workers from May 1 to May 30, 2017. 70.7% of the respondents supported the transition of the existing three-year systems of the health science departments to four-year systems. The reason for this is that it is possible to strengthen the field practice and personality education of the students by having a sufficient number of class periods, and to provide them with an equal educational background. The most anticipated effect of the transition to a four-year system is to improve the social status of medical personnel and to improve the educational environment of the colleges/universities. Moreover, the universities, associations of medical personnel and Ministry of Education are expected to play a leading role in the transition to the four-year system. Based on the results of this study, it was concluded that a more systematic and advanced vocational education system for the training of professional healthcare workers is needed in the upcoming fourth Industrial Revolution era. Also, this transition is expected to actively foster the education of advanced health care workers thanks to the diversification of the degree programs through the adjustment of the class periods which can be completed by general university (4-year) graduates.

The library faced an unexpected crisis of COVID-19, and as a countermeasure strategy, non-face-to-face online service has been reinforced. Therefore, this study attempted to present a plan to overcome the challenges arising from rapidly changing external environment and current crisis. To this end, data search, electronic library, library service, cultural event and open space management status of 288 public libraries serviced as an integrated site were investigated. Based on this, the meaning of online services in the post-COVID-19 era and the implication of it were examined. As a result, first, the increase in the use rate of online data search services with the spread of non-face-to-face culture, second, the expansion of the services of the electronic library, third, the diversification of non-face-to-face, online services, fourth, expansion of online cultural event services, fifth, the diversification of open space services were proposed, sixth, Introduced an artificial intelligence system for unattended loan return based on access and the Seventh, expansion of experiential cultural support services and educational contents through VR, AR and MR. It is deemed necessary for the research on the future direction of the library's non-face-to-face services to be conducted by investigating the current status of online services in various types of libraries and the types and case studies of library services in the era of COVID-19.
This study is on the strategy for establishing successful corporate brand image, by understanding the need for increasing brand value based on the level of brand recognition. In order to carry this out, the PICS (Product Image Concentration System) is suggested, which includes Brand Image Analysis on a high-level, Product Image Programming based on the result of the image analysis, and Product Image Coherency Assessment and Management, resulting in setting up a guideline for gaining competitive advantage and brand management. Brand Image Analysis is a method that utilizes image association to understand brand disposition by analyzing the association pattern among available visual materials to measure the corporate and brand image inclinations. As the next step, Product Image Programming establishes design philosophy and principles based on the analysis of brand image, and the Visual Programming is a process for visualizing the intended product image direction. Lastly, Product Image Coherency Assessment examines whether to incorporate design philosophy and principles or not to arrive at an agreed evaluation criteria for developing designs coherent with the brand image. The PICS (Product Image Concentration System) is a practical method for increasing a company' competitive advantage and managing brand. The expectation on this system is to provide a guideline for applying brand image in design process more objectively. For further study, diversification of image spectrum based on expressive keywords and comparative analysis on images as well as a product image interpretation program to understand the order of visual materials will be necessary.
