Professional nurse shall possess the firm nursing idea and ethical nursing philosophy based on the professional knowledge and technology but due to the rapid social situations has changed the value to man thus the nurse's sense of value in the nursing secenes has been confused and changed bringing the new ethical problems and discord due to the ethically difficult problems. This study is aimed to know about the discord between the ruling ethical sense of value and the ethical discord exeriencing in the clinical scenes of the nurse and to help them establish affirmative ethical sense of value and provide them with the materials which can effectively meet the ethical discord. The study research has been conducted by selecting 515 clinical nurses in 8 general hospitals as the subject from Mar. 13, 1995 to Apr. 3. The tool measuring the ethical sense of value disigned by Lee, Young Sook has been used and supplemented and the tool measuring the ethical discord was the question papers about the ethical dillemma of Han, Sung Sook. The collected materials have been analyzed by the statistical methods of arithmetical everage, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation Coefficient and etc. The result of the study is as the below ; 1) The average point of the ethical sense of value of the nurse was 3.62(maximum point : 5) which showed that the ethical level was so high and the highest question item in the ethical level of the whole items of the ethical sense of value was "They conduct as directed by the doctor in case the disposition of the doctor looks mistaken"(4.56 point), "They keep the secret of the patients while serving them."(4.56) and the lowest item was "using placobo for the patients is not allowed" : (1.85 point). 2) Statistical variation which showed the significant difference in the relation with the ethical sense of value according to the general characters of the nurse has shown as scholarly years(F=3.47, p=.016), religion(F=1.66, p=.004), interest degree of ethical education(F=4.18, p=.006),attitude to the job of nursing(F=6.76, p=.006), ethical standard(F=3.28, p=.021), and recognition degree on ethical principles(F=4.53, p=.001). 3) The average point of the ethical discord of the nurse was 0.54(The maximum-1 point) point and the ethical discord in the clinical scenes : "the problems arising from the lack of manpower of the nurse"(0.86), "the discord from the uncooperative relation between them and the medical staff and"(0.75) and indifference of the doctor about the report of the nurse(0.73). 4) The variation which showed the significant difference statistically in the ethical discord according to the general characters of the nurse was that Age(F=19.88, p=.000), schooling(F=5.32, p=.001), Experience(F=15.77, p=.000), position(F=13.58, p=.000) and ethical standard(F=2.63, p=.049). 5) The results of the analysis of correlation between ethical sense of value and discord(r=0.519, p=.239) showed no significant correlation statistically.

The purpose of this study was to show general trends in the psychological environment of family and problem behaviors perceived by adolescents and examine possible changes in such trends in accordance with the individual variables of adolescent, and then find out the effect of these variables on adolescents' problem behavior. The subject were 1374 adolescents of middle school in Busan(male 698, female 676). The main results were as follows : (1) General trends in the degree of parental monitoring showed that girls had more high than boys, and in the degree of family discord, boys showed more high than girls. In the degree of openness of parent-adolescent communication perceived by adolescents showed that girls had more open communication with mother than boys. Such trends in problem behaviors indicated that adolescents had the attention problem most. According to gender, girls had more problems in withdrawal, somatic complain, anxiety/depression, thought problems, attention problems, destructivity/identity, internalizing problems, total behavior problems in comparison to boys. Boys did delinquent behaviors more than girls. (2) For boys, the monthly income of their family, family discord, and the mother-adolescent communication have a significant direct effect on internalizing problems, externalizing problems and total behavior problems. Besides mother's employment and the type of family have a significant indirect effect on behavior problem. For girls, mother's employment, parental monitoring, family discord, and father-adolescent communication have a significant direct effect on internalizing problems. Mother's employment, family discord, mother-adolescent communication have a significant indirect effect on externalizing problems and total behavior problems. Bisides mother's employment, grade, the type of family, dating have a significant indirect effect on behavior problem. (3) The variables to have a significant influence on the parental monitoring showed as the monthly income of their family, dating, mother's employment, the type of family, the family discord showed as mother's employment on the parent-adolescent communication showed as the type of family. (4) Family discord was the most powerful predicator of problem behaviors of middle school students.

본 연구는 1915년과 2005년의 공간정보를 이용하여 규제와 관련된 공간 갈등을 예측하고자 한 연구다. 이를 위해 연구지역인 평창의 상대적인 공간 밀도의 차이와 그에 따른 환경규제 갈등을 예측하고자 하였다. 먼저 연구지역의 건물 밀도를 이용하여 공간구조를 분석한 결과 1915년과 비교하여 2005년의 건물 집적 정도가 강화되었음을 확인할 수 있었다. 변화 유형은 신규로 거점을 형성하고 성장한 유형, 인접한 중심 거점으로의 집중이 진행된 유형, 세력이 전반적으로 약화된 유형, 큰 변화를 보이지 않는 유형 등으로 분류할 수 있었다. 다음으로 연구지역에서 예상되는 환경규제의 장 단기적 갈등을 분석한 결과 진부면 일대와 평창읍의 도시 외곽지역, 그리고 31번 국도변 등은 장 단기적으로 개발과 보전의 갈등이 클 것으로 예상되었다. 그리고 대관령면은 단기적으로는 갈등이 크지만 장기적으로는 갈등이 약화될 것으로 예상되었으며, 방림면은 현 시점에는 갈등이 약하지만 장기적으로는 갈등이 발생할 가능성이 높은 것으로 예상되었다. 이러한 연구 결과는 지역의 공간 갈등을 최소화기 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구는 효과적인 아동보호대책 마련을 위하여 빈곤과 부부불화가 아동학대에 미치는 영향에 대하여 부모 및 아동의 사회적 지지의 조절효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 먼저 빈곤과 부부불화, 그리고 부모 및 아동의 사회적 지지가 아동학대에 미치는 영향을 각각 검증하였다. 그런 후 빈곤과 부부불화가 아동학대에 미치는 영향에 대하여 부모 및 아동의 사회적 지지의 조절효과를 분석하였다. 분석 자료는 한국복지패널 1차년도(2006) 데이터를 활용하였다. 분석결과 빈곤과 부부불화는 아동학대에 정적(+) 영향을 미치며, 부모 및 아동의 사회적 지지는 부적(-) 영향을 미치고 있음이 밝혀져, 부모 및 아동의 사회적 지지는 아동학대 발생을 감소시킬 수 있음이 확인되었다. 그리고 빈곤, 부부불화가 아동학대에 미치는 영향에 대하여 부모 및 아동의 사회적 지지의 조절효과를 검증한 결과, 부모의 사회적 지지와 아동의 사회적 지지 모두 빈곤, 부부불화가 아동학대에 미치는 영향을 조절할 수 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 부모나 아동에 대한 사회적 지원을 통한 아동보호대책에 관해 논의하였다.

Measures of two types of uncertainty that coexist in the Dempster-Shafer theory are overivewed. A measure of one type of uncertainty, which expresses nonspecificity of evidential claims, is well justified on both intuitive and mathermatical grounds. Proposed measures of the other types of uncertainty, which attempt to capture conflicts among evidential claims, are shown to have some deficiencies. To alleviate these deficiencies, a new measure is proposed. This measure, which is called a measure of discord, is not only satisfactory on intuitive grounds, but has alos desirable mathematical properties. A measure of total uncertainty, which is defined as the sum of nonspecificity and discord, is also discussed. The paper focuses on conceptual issues. Mathematical properties of the measure of idscord are only stated ; their proofs are given in a companion paper.

This study has described the case that has been experienced personally by centering on discords created in railway construction projects while performing practical duties at the construction field. Accordingly, as seen from the experience of performing one method called discord reconciliation conference, it seems that there are many parts to be improved on for the particular details because the conference was progressed by the position of a non professional in its content or procedure. But as seen from the word origin called "discord", looking at the state of finding one solution after another from vagueness of solving difficult and entangled problems, we could sense that the sincere communication and honesty was more progressive method in the phase of looking for one solution after another. Although this essay was centered on a typical case of railway construction project, I hope for it to spread throughout the whole society and especially hope that many discords created in public work sites such as public works would become settled smoothly between the parties concerned.

Native Command Queueing(이하 NCQ)는 디스크 드라이브 내의 명령어 큐에 존재하는 요청들의 순서를 재조정하여 throughput을 최대화하는 기술이다. NCQ는 최신 S-ATA 2의 표준 스펙에 포함되었고, 다수의 디스크 벤더들이 자사의 디스크 모델에 이를 구현하고 있다. 하지만 이 새로운 기술이 운영체제와 디스크 드라이브간의 정보 차이를 유발할 가능성이 있다. 운영체제는 자신이 지시한 순서대로 디스크가 입출력 요청을 서비스할 것이라 생각하지만, NCQ가 지원되는 디스크는 이를 무시하고 throughput을 최대화할 목적으로만 요청을 처리할 것이다. 이것을 기대 불일치라 부를 수 있다. 이로 인해 성능에 이상한 현상이 발생하거나, 입출력 요청이 심각하게 굶주릴 가능성이 있다. 본 논문에서는 기대 불일치로 인한 입출력 요청의 굶주림 현상을 실제로 확인하고, 이를 해결하기 위한 해결책을 제시한다. 이 해결책은 간단하고, 특별한 하드웨어의 추가나 변경을 요구하지 않으며, 이식성이 좋다. 이를 실험 결과를 통해 확인하도록 한다.

This study investigated student's prior conceptions and evidence evaluation about Light and shadow. One hundred twenty six students were given Explanation-after-choice type Questions to investigate student' prior conceptions and Choicd type Question to identify student's idea about scientific method and characteristics od observation. Forty-four of the 126 students were interviewed to explore student's evidence evaluation. Eighty students (63.5%) thought that the shape of material affected the shape of shadow but the shape of light source did not Only 58.8 precents of all responses were evidence-based responses. Characteristics of evidence affected student's evidence evaluation : student made evidence-based responsed to the accord evidence more frequently than discord evidence. Among evidence-based response to the discord evidence. 35.5% of responses were the case that student felt cognitive conflict or explored other variables by recognizing discord between his/her own ideas and evidence or distort the evidence. Student's idea about characteristics of observation did not affect the evidence evaluation, but student's idea about scientific method affected the evidence evaluation.

The purpose of this study is to analyze dissatisfaction and size appropriateness of the women with big breast for design the high functional big size brassiere. The data were collected from 179 women(between the ages of 20 and 39) residing in Gwang-ju using a questionnaire to purchase, wearing comfort, dissatisfaction of the size, wire and the pad of the big size brassiere. The data were analyzed with Chi-square test, t-test and ANOVA using statistical program SPSS 12.0. The results of this research are as follows; 1) Seven-two-point-two percent of the women with big breast more than C cup size polled said they had difficulty in looking for the suitable size of the brassiere and they usually weared the smaller size than the their own size. As a result, they felt inconvenience for the discord with the nipples and lack of the shape revision. 2) According to the result of the correlation analysis, breast size and Rohrer's index showed low correlation. 3) After dividing all respondents for this research into categories of the group of more than C cup and less than B cup the differences in responses were compared. The dissatisfaction with brassier were 'discord of cup size', 'pain due to the wire' and 'unnatural breast shape' in the group of more than C cup, compared to 'discord of cup size' and 'deformation of the wire and pad' in the group of less than B cup.

This study analyzes the social function of democracy and the essential problems of social security of democracy. So far democracy has used a political term in politics. Democracy allows us the right to the freedom of individuality and social equality. Even scholars however, neglect to study about the criticism of democracy and social problems that are caused by democracy. It was expected that democracy would be valued by humans throughout the world. People have been fighting to establish a reliable political system of democracy. So they can have security in their society and the subject of politics. Therefore, We should consider study on democracy in function of democracy in relation to security of society and essential problems on what is democracy? Does democracy change with social change? Didier Bigo said, 'rising of freedom cause rising of a social unrest', B. Jeanneau said 'Democracy itself is the starting of social discord'. These are criticism of social security, the system and the function of democracy. It especially explains social discord and unrest that has occurred by an authoritative interpretation of democracy or the meaning of a word interpretation. It is a question of the day that it's converse the function of the system and the operation of democracy, act as social unrest.
