The article formulates the key characteristics and features of country models of corporate governance. It was revealed that all countries are characterized by a fairly high concentration of ownership, insider control; Key gaps in the implementation of corporate governance principles were found: transparency and disclosure of information, protection of shareholders' rights, gender diversity of boards of directors, implementation of recommendations on the share of independent directors; The criterion of countries' efficiency (total investments) was identified and recommendations for their improvement were developed.

This research focuses on the analysis of factors affecting the market share of retailers in Vietnam. This research uses Smith and Chaffey's (2005) 5Ss e-marketing model for analysis, which include Sell, Serve, Speak, Save, and Sizzle. Both quantitative and qualitative methods will be used to conduct the study. The researchers collected information from customers, managers, and directors in 25 retailers in Vietnam. A survey questionnaire was delivered to 15 people in each of the retailers who are customers, managers and directors. The researcher used the SPSS 16.0 software to analyze the data collected and in-depth interviews were carried out with the purpose of testing the hypothesis as well as the overall framework of the research. Out of the 375 questionnaires delivered, 360 were returned. The means of 23 items in the survey questionnaire ranged from 3.3733 to 4.3533 representing the outcome of the descriptive analysis. Research results showed that Cronbach's Alpha coefficient of five factors affecting the market share of the retailers is sizzle, save, sell, serve and speak. This research has proposed some implications for the market share of retailers, including technology enhancement for full message delivery, ways to approach target customers, and improving product diversity.

It has become five years since comprehensive programming licenses were rendered in Korea. Allocating a lion's share of their air time on live news and news commentaries, those channels have established a unique live production system or a broadcasting system which is heavily live production-oriented, to be exact. The live commentaries are filled with a mixture of news flashes, conventional news commentaries, and debates. Those channels get their news and commentary programs made through subsidiaries' where production directors and studio staffs belong. They, being very sensitive about viewer rating, tend to be aggressive about reruns of highly rated programs and they do not even seem to care when the regular programs actually went out. This kind of reckless strategy to pursue a higher viewer rating could limit not only new programming attempts but also exposure diversity.

As generations Y and Z gain influence, luxury fashion brands are interacting with younger digital consumers through fashion film, seeking to offer them a differentiated brand experience. Using a literature review addressing characteristics of fashion films as a communication medium and luxury fashion brands' heritage in the digital era, this study examines how brands express their heritage through fashion film, categorizing those expressions in terms of implicit meaning. The case study analyzed films from Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Dior, and Burberry uploaded to YouTube between 2018 and 2020. First, to retain their status as luxury, brands emphasize historical legitimacy. Specifically, they highlight their iconic historical image, their succession of creative directors, valuable historic locations, and diversity of consumer's brand experiences. Second, by stressing craftsmanship, integrating contemporary art and local culture, and utilizing a museum aura, they use brand heritage to acquire luxury status. Third, they attempt to mythify the founders by creating the persona of the fashion designer and the artist. The results show that the heritage depicted in fashion films is a key way in which luxury fashion brands resolve the tension between accessibility and exclusivity that they encounter and to get consumers emotionally engaged with brands.

This paper aims to investigate the impact of corporate governance on the quality of integrated reporting. Corporate governance includes internal (board size, board independence, and board diversity) and external (audit quality and enforcement) governance factors. This paper develops an index to capture the quality of integrated reporting by employing the completeness of information required by the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC). For an international sample, the paper manually collects 160 integrated reports along with internal and external governance factors and employs multivariate analyses to examine the association between these governance factors and the quality of integrated reporting. The empirical results suggest that firms with a larger board of directors, a larger proportion of female members on board, and located in countries with enforcement for integrated reporting requirements have a higher quality of integrated reporting. Our conclusions still hold after accounting for several conditions, including the industry-fixed and year-fixed effects. Together, these results suggest that both internal and external governance factors are important determinants for the quality of integrating reporting. These results have several theoretical and practical implications as they fulfill the absence of relevant studies on addressing the impact of internal and external corporate governance factors on the quality of integrated reporting.

On the 855 pure Korean commercial fictional movies, excluding diversity films, released in Korea from 2004 to August 2017, I conducted deciles distribution analysis of box office performance of those movies and average box office performance of directors, producers and lead actors who involved in making them. Deciles distribution analysis of average box office performance might be helpful to predict their next box office performance of newly produced Korean movies and to evaluate their contribution to box office performance. In baseball, the various index such as winning rate, on-base percentage, slugging percentage, stolen base percentage, battling average, earned run average is used for predicting and reviewing of professional players. In this study, I evaluate the script's narrative quality by the indirect method of insight and judgment of creative manpower involved in making the movies. For the more productive prediction, direct statistical analysis method on the narrative of the script needs to develop. Time series analysis is required to evaluate the rise and fall of creative manpower and network analysis is also necessary to see the interaction among creative people.

Objective: The purpose of this study is to identify the strengths and problems of the current in-service education system, and suggest ways to improve it in the future by looking at the current status of in-service education to strengthen the expertise of teachers and directors of childcare centers. In particular, I would like to search the current status of in-service education, including on-line special job competency education, which is responsible for one of the pillars of in-service education, and present the problems and measures to improve them. Methods: To that end, the present study conducted an analysis of issues based on the previous research on in-service education of childcare teachers' education, and conducted a literature examination focusing on laws, policies, and foreign cases related to in-service education. Results: In-service education for childcare teachers was categorized into educational process diversification and professionalism, educational method diversification, qualification management, and educational support, which were again organized into 14 core tasks. In addition, as a recent phenomenon that has not been discussed in detail in the preceding study, the phenomenon of increased participation in on-line special job competency education at the site of in-service education was analyzed and the problems were presented. Conclusion/Implications: Based on the results of this study, I proposed development measures such as changing the term 'in-service education' and recognizing the diversity of job competency education, the credit rating banking system for job competency education, the provision of on-line job competency education curriculum (basic courses/enhancing courses) for collective education courses, the expansion of education support for promotion to a higher grade courses and the conversion of the mandatory evaluation system for in-service educational institutions.

This study notes that the concept of painterliness, as defined by Heinrich $W{\ddot{o}}lfflin$, can apply to represent features in $Micha{\ddot{e}}l$, Dudok de Wit's animated short film Father and Daughter. It intends to examine the animated film's visual representation and narrative features in terms of painterliness. Comparing the Renaissance art style of the 16th century to the Baroque art style of the 17th century, $W{\ddot{o}}lfflin$ conceptualized the features of painterly style. In respect to this animated film, the images drawn by drawing tools are represented are represented by irregular and ambiguous shapes and meet $W{\ddot{o}}lfflin^{\prime}s$ conditions for painterly representation. Such a representation method in this animated film effectively functions as a double entendre or ambiguous narrative, while playing a key role in representing lyricism. In this animated film, painterliness contrasts with clarity, which commercial animated films provide, and plays a critical role in the representation methods utilized by auteurist animation directors. Painterliness in animated films is an element that should be highlighted, especially in the contemporary world where the forms of representation are becoming increasingly monolithic due to digital techniques. Continued research is greatly needed on this subject matter. Based on Father and Daughter, this study aims to examine the method of painterly representation that can be used in animation films, to explore its meaning and to underscore the importance of diversity in the forms of representation in animated films.

Expending the range of analysis of his works, for example, from its technical to cultural and philosophical etc. has an enormous amount of value of diversity such as a ray of light passing through a prism. For this reason, has been studied in many different views. This paper will analyse this animation in respect of ideas of eastern as well as western to show differences from former papers. The ideas of eastern and western seem to be not in a line, but this study will suggest that the two different ideas are not different, actually. Through plural analysis of , ask questions about what life is and what the direction is.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the perception and need of the early childhood education field on authentication of teaching materials and implements for young children. To achieve this, a survey was carried out on 350 teachers and directors in Daejeon-based kindergartens and child-care centers from September 21 to September 30, 2013. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, 59.4% of them thought that it needed the evaluation authentication of teaching materials and implements for young children. 32.9% of them had a high perception of the early childhood education field. 39.4% of them had high need of the early childhood education field. And 45.1% of them expected a high effect of introducing the evaluation authentication system of teaching materials and implements for young children. Second, most of them had the highest need of the evaluation authentication of teaching materials and implements for young children in terms of education, followed by function and field. And most of them placed the highest emphasis on social development, safety and language in terms of education, function and field, respectively. Consequently, the use of teaching materials and implements, which the social development and safety in terms of education and function are respectively evaluated and authenticated by the diversity of teaching materials and implements for young children, has need of the high evaluation and authentication of teaching materials and implements that can guarantee the quality when young children use a lot of experiment and observation implements such as block play, reading materials, manipulating materials, making implements.
