This paper is the second part of the study for determining the seismic behavior of soil systems. The aim of this part is to present solution approaches for determining seismic site amplification. For this purpose, two solution techniques are used. The first technique is equivalent linear analysis which is mostly used in literature. The other technique is real time parameter updating approach and this approach uses the possibilities of Simulink effectively. A graphical user interfaced (GUI) program called DTASSA standing for Discrete-Time Analysis of Seismic Site Amplification is developed. In DTASSA, automatic block diagram producing system is developed and seismic site amplification for multiple soil layers may easily be investigated in real time. Numerical applications have been carried out to check the reliability of developed algorithm. The results of DTASSA are compared with SUA, EERA and NERA programs for the particular example problems.

The effectiveness of an innovative skin treatment system that delivers an anti-aging solution deep into the skin without invasiveness and pain using a non-invasive air technology was investigated. In addition, an effective change using a non-invasive technique for delivering a solution for skin improvement was confirmed. The equipment named Cellre Jet is an effective skin care and drug delivery equipment that instantly opens the skin epidermis by using a maximum output pressure of 6 bars and high-pressure purified oxygen of 75-90% purity to deliver various nano-sized vital substances deep into the skin, and it uses the method of precisely controlling the equipment through an 8-inch digital touch display to accurately dispense the prescribed dosage. In this study, changes in skin condition were analyzed using this equipment and nano ampoules on subjects with actual skin problems through a related comparison and effectiveness judgment program. Through this study, skin care and drug delivery are possible, which will contribute to verifying the effectiveness of this non-invasive drug delivery equipment in the future, and is expected to establish the systematic effect in observing and studying changes in the skin.

Floor panel heating system is popular in Korea as dwelling house heating system. There are two methods for keeping floor surface warm. One method is delivering warm air under the floor such as Roman Hypocaust and Korean traditional Ondol. The other method is imbedding hot water pipes into the concrete floor slab. This paper gives basic equations for steady and transient solutions of heat conduction from hurried pipes. For steady-state solution, fin Efficiency Method and Sink and Source Method were introduced. Sink and Source Method is applied to transient state and basic solution is given in the form of Exponential Integral Function. Numerical solutions can be solved easily by digital computer from these equations.

이 연구는 디지털 미디어 시대의 주요 이슈인 디지털 격차(digital divide)를 수용자 복지정책의 관점에서 디지털 리터러시 문제와 함께 고찰하였다. 매체 폭발, 수용자 선택권 무한 확대로 특징지어지는 디지털 미디어 환경에서의 과연 수용자 복지가 제대로 이루어지고 있는가라는 문제제기를 기반으로, 수용자 복지의 대척점이라 할 수 있는 디지털 격차에 대한 논의들을 검토하고, 이것이 수용자의 미디어 활용 능력, 즉 디지털 리터러시와 어떠한 관련성을 갖는지에 대해 살펴봄으로써, 향후 디지털 격차 연구의 방향성 및 수용자 복지의 정책적 방향성을 점검해 보는 것이 이 연구의 목적이다. 지금까지 우리나라를 비롯한 각국의 디지털 격차 해소정책은 물리적 접근 확대와 기초 기술 교육에 머물러 있다는 비판을 받고 있다. 디지털 격차는 사회구조적 제반 요인과 개인의 심리적 속성, 디지털 미디어 평가태도 및 활용능력 요인들이 복합적으로 관련된 중층개념으로 분석되어야 한다. 특히 활용능력인 디지털 리터러시 개념은 디지털 격차의 학술적 연구 및 정책에서 제대로 주목받지 못했다. 이 연구에서는 2단계 과정의 디지털 격차 해소 방안을 제시한다. 1단계에서는 기기보급과 기초기술 교육을, 2단계에서는 정보 추구와 삶의 질 향상을 연계시킬 수 있는 능력 교육으로서의 리터러시 교육의 도입을 제안하였다.

As the customer's needs for diverse colors, the process of bus painting shop is becoming more and more complex. In particular, frequent changes of paint colors in each spray process require the cleaning of the painting nozzles and setting them up for the new paints, which results in increased time and cost and reduced production. This also increases environmental influences. This paper proposes, as a solution to this issue, the use of color selection field (CSF). CSF is physically a system of conveyors that are used to rearrange objects in a flow line. CSF is proposed, in this paper, to be introduced right before the spray process so that buses are better grouped according to their desired colors. Various parameters of the CSF, such as the number of conveyors and algorithms to determine the rearranged sequence of buses, have been determined by running simulations using the digital manufacturing technology, and investigating the simulation results. As an outcome of the proposed solution, the CSF system is expected to reduce approximately 30% of the nozzle cleaning cost for a Korean motor company case, which will not only benefit the company economically, but will also benefit the environment.

IT와 융합한 지능형 자동차에 대한 연구가 현재 활발히 진행중이다. 안전한 지능형 자동차 서비스를 위해 다양한 통신 기술이 제공이 되고 있다. 지능형 자동차가 통신기술을 이용한 서비스가 제공되면서 다양한 보안위협 요소가 도출되고 있다. 지능형 자동차에서 보안 인증 솔루션을 위해서는 소유권, 지식, 생체정보를 포함하고 있어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 지능형 자동차의 보안위협 요소를 분석하고 지능형 자동차의 보안 솔루션인 생체정보를 이용한 인증 기법을 제공한다. 기존의 지능형 자동차 인증보안 솔루션보다 높은 보안성을 갖는 구현의 문제점이 해결되도록 사용자 생체인증기법을 제안한다.

The Subject of this research is building integrated library to supported to CAAD of the A.E.C field that is oriented to the environment of integrated design. In this research, we design and implement a new library model as a solution of design-data sharing and multi-displaying that is on the rise among many problems in construction integration. We name this integrated library ACO(Actual Component Object) and using the ACO, we can share data without loss in the fields such as construction, estimation, structure. Together with this, the different expressions along each field provide the solution of sharing both graphic data and non-graphic data. This ACO is a newly conceptualized Library that is able to supply a composite structure to an architect(designer) through the internet-based ACO System. To the ACO System that supplies those ACO service, we introduce the concept of DBMS in design and design administrator, and we investigate the solutions that enable an architect to use this ACO directly on the Web.

Currently the locations of Unpleasant Facilities, especially surrounding the site selections, have been causing conflicts among the national government, many local governments and local residents. These Unpleasant Facilities must be necessary facilities for people's modern cultural lives, but there is no obvious solution that will make us all pleasant for the locations of them until now. In this study, we'll focused on applying the Floating architecture, one of the variety of marine structures, as an alternative location of Public service facilities accommodating Unpleasant Facilities which are classified as public service facilities. Of course, there should be beforehand studies in which we can define Unpleasant Facilities and analyse the conflicts surrounding the locations of them, and we can suggest that applying the Floating architecture should be the very solution to solve all these problems together. And as our main study, we should research and develop the structure and construction, maintenance and management of the Floating architecture which will be applied to the Unpleasant Facilities, together with the environmental considerations of their emergence on the waters. In future, to secure Unpleasant Facilities sites will become more and more difficult, and so Various kinds of public service facilities will have to be the subject to the floating construction.

The purpose of this study is to know about solution of insecurity sense for solving the tediousness and inducing comfortableness in long time MRI examination. Studies were examined with total of 117 patients that the intention expression of self is possible for a month without dividing man and woman in november 2006. Examination methods were filled in questionnaire after testing using Siemens Impact 1.0T. The musical art were selected through intranet search and record sale inquiry using CD player and speaker. That kind of a music were selected with Korean classical music's 10 chapter, pop song 10's chapter, classic's 10 chapter and Korean popular song's 10 chapter. With analytical method, patients of under 40 year-old, or older and patients using ear-pad and head-phone were classified into groups. As analysis result with question item of questionnaire, most of the patients were showed a favor(36.72%) in playing a music, specially, examination of about 15.38% which uses the headphone prefer a music as older generation of over 40 year-old. In conclusion, with installing of the professional musical program in MRI test rooms, if listening to the music with selection by oneself before testing by season, age, time through development of appropriate musical program will be able to expect the more effect.
