This paper proposes an on-line voltage management and control solution for a distribution system which can improve the efficiency and accuracy of existing off-line work by collecting customer voltage on-line as well as the voltage compensation capability of the existing ULTC (Under Load Tap Changer) operation and control strategy by controlling the ULTC tap based on pattern clustering and recognition. The proposed solution consists of an ADVMD (Advanced Digital Voltage Management Device), a VMS (Voltage Management Solution) and an OLDUC (On-Line Digital ULTC Controller). An on-line voltage management emulator based on multi-thread programming and the shared memory method is developed to emulate on-line voltage management and digital ULTC control methodology based on the on-line collection of the customer's voltage. In addition, using this emulator, the effectiveness of the proposed pattern clustering and recognition based ULTC control strategy is proven for the worst voltage environments for three days.

The main purpose of the study is to determine the main aspects of the introduction of modern technologies in the personnel management system in the context of the development of the digital economy. The human factor is one of the most important resources of any organization, which has a significant impact on the success of its activities. It is people who are the source of advantages that provide the company with victory in the competition. Therefore, the primary task of the organization's management should be the formation of effective personnel management systems. As a result, the main features of the introduction of modern technologies into the personnel management system in the context of the development of the digital economy were identified.

디지털 큐레이션은 디지털 시대의 새로운 정보관리 및 서비스라고 할 수 있다. 디지털 환경에서 정보자원에 대한 체계적 관리 및 서비스를 추구한다는 측면에서 디지털 큐레이션은 문헌정보학의 핵심 영역에 해당한다. 본 연구는 디지털 큐레이션 관련 문헌들을 검토하여 주요 연구 영역을 설정하고, 대표적인 문헌정보학 분야 학술 데이터베이스(LISTA)에서 검색한 학술 논문들을 대상으로 연구동향을 분석하였다. 또한 이러한 연구동향 분석의 결과에 기초하여 문헌정보학 분야의 디지털 큐레이션 관련 향후 연구과제를 제시하였다.

21세기 무한경쟁의 시대에 지식을 창조, 획득하고 관리하는 자만이 살아남을 수 있다. 즉 모든 지식정보자원을 디지털화한 디지털지식콘텐츠를 누가 많이 확보하느냐에 달려있다고 할 것이다. 여기에서 핵심적인 미래산업이 될 디지털콘텐츠 산업발전 조성과 그 경쟁력을 강화시킬 수 있는 기반을 제공하기 위해서는 디지털콘텐츠관리와 유통 프레임워크가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 학문적 연구와 현장조사를 토대로 디지털콘텐츠 프레임워크와 혁신확산을 기반으로한 지식콘텐츠 의사결정과 단계적 모델, 지식관리매트릭스와 지식관리지수를 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다.

본 연구는 디지털 연구데이터의 보존을 통해 얻을 수 있는 편익을 확인하기 위한 것이다. 경제학적 측면에서 디지털 연구데이터의 보존을 바라보고 있는 연구 사례를 살펴봄으로써 양적인 측면과 질적인 측면에서 디지털 연구데이터 보존을 통해 얻을 수 있는 광범위한 혜택을 분석한다. 이를 통해 국내의 디지털 연구데이터를 체계적으로 보존 관리하기 위한 시작점으로, 보존활동에의 투자를 이끌어낼 수 있는 편익을 확인하고 산출하기 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

본고에서는 디지털 구술기록의 생산 및 정리 보존 단계 전 영역에 걸친 전체 절차를 수립하고자 한다. 구술기록은 생존자의 기억을 통해 기록화 시키는 작업이라는 점에서, 신뢰할 수 있는 구술기록의 생성 및 정리 보존이 핵심적 사안이다. 또한 구술은 구술자와 면담자, 촬영자 등 다자간의 협업을 통해 수행되는 작업이라는 점에서, 체계적인 절차의 정립은 필수적 사안이라 할 수 있다. 특히 최근 디지털 기술의 발전으로 구술기록은 대부분 디지털 형태로 생성됨을 감안할 때, 생산부터 정리 보존에 이르는 세밀한 절차는 신뢰할 수 있는 디지털 구술기록의 채록 및 전승을 위한 가장 기본적인 인프라가 된다. 이에 본고에서는 디지털 구술기록의 특성 분석을 기반으로, 디지털 구술기록 생산 절차와 정리 보존 절차로 양분하여 실제 절차를 도출하였다.

The development of information technology and the demands of society on an application in an operating system, as well as increasing the specifications and sophistication of smartphones, require banks to make changes to their mobile banking applications. The transformation of the mobile banking application into a digital banking application conducted by banks has made users re-evaluate based on their preferences. This study presents the behavior of users of digital banking applications in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The hypothesis model is based on Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with additional factors of the social image, perceived risk and perceived trust adopted from Muñoz-Leiva et al. (2017). The methodology in this study includes data collection through questionnaires distributed online and data analysis using the Structural Equation Model. The results of this study illustrate that the perceived trust and perceived risk have a more dominant part in influencing user attitude and user intention to use digital banking. Meanwhile, social image, perceived ease-of-use and perceived usefulness are not significant in influencing user attitude and user intention to use digital banking. The implication of this research helps to determine the right communication and strategy so that more users with more benefits can utilize this digital banking application.

The objective of this study was to create intelligent rail robots that are optimized for facility management and implement digital twin systems for smart road tunnel management. An autonomous surveillance system is formed by combining the sensing platform consisting of railing robots, fixed cameras and environmental detection sensors with the digital twin data platform technology for tunnel monitoring and early fire suppression. In order to develop mobile rail robots for fire extinguishing, we also designed and manufactured robots for extinguishing & monitoring and fire extinguishing devices, and then we examined the optimization of all parts. Our next step was to build a digital twin for road tunnel management by developing continuous image display system and implementing 3D modeling. After constructing prototypes, we attempted simulations by configuring abnormal symptom scenarios, such as vehicles fires. This study's proposal proposes high-accuracy risk prediction services that will enable intelligent management of risks in the tunnel with early response at each stage, using the data collected from the intelligent rail robots and digital twin systems.

인터넷의 발달은 전통적인 0시장에 의한 상거래를, 기술에 의한 안전하면서 세계 시장을 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 전자상거래 구조를 제공하고 있다. 현재 전자상거래의 대상은 실물에 대한 상거래와 디지털 컨텐츠에 대한 상거래로 크게 분류할 수 있으며, 실물에 대한 상거래는 전통적 상거래 방식이 컴퓨터로 바꿔 상황이라고 볼 때, 디지털 컨텐츠에 대한 상거래 즉, D-Commerce에 대한 상거래의 개념이 도래하고 있다. 디지털 컨텐츠의 상거래에 필요한 요소 기술에 대한 연구, 그리고 특히 새로운 유통 비즈니스 모델에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 디지털 저작권권리(Digital Rights Management: DRM)는 디지털 컨텐츠의 보호와 적절한 유통체계를 설립하여 안전하게 상거래를 할 수 있게 하기 위한 새로운 기술이다. XrML은 권리(rights)를 명시하는 언어로써 디지털 컨텐츠와 그에 따른 서비스들을 사용할 수 있는 권리와 조건들을 명시해준다. XrML은 현재 디지털 저작권권리(Digital Rights Management: DRM)에 가장 많이 쓰이고 있는 Rights Language이다. XrML은 ContentGuard가 개발한 DRM 서술 언어로 전 세계 산업계 표준으로 추진하기 위하여 파트너 회사 확대, 기능 확장, 무료 / 공개 형식으로 보급을 추진중이다.

4차 산업혁명시대에 접어들면서 기존의 콘텐츠 제공 업체에만 의존했던 디지털콘텐츠 시장이 유투브와 같이 사용자의 참여로 다양한 디지털콘텐츠를 제공하고 있다. 이로 인해 디지털콘텐츠 시장의 활성화를 가져왔지만, 저작자의 저작권과 콘텐츠의 무분별한 도용 및 사용으로 디지털콘텐츠 시장에 악영향을 미치고 있다. 본 논문은 디지털콘텐츠를 보호하고 저작자의 저작권을 보호하기 위해 블록체인 기술을 기반으로 디지털콘텐츠 관리 기술을 연구하였다. 제안 기술은 디지털콘텐츠와 저작권자를 보호하고 사용자를 식별하여 무분별한 디지털콘텐츠 접근과 도용을 방지한다. 디지털콘텐츠의 안전한 관리를 위해 블록체인의 인증기술로 활용되는 해쉬 함수를 활용하여 사용자를 인증하고 디지털콘텐츠를 관리하여 무결성과 인증 서비스를 제공한다.
