본 연구의 목적은 결혼이주여성의 디지털 정보 활용 역량과 삶의 만족도 관계에서 디지털 정보화 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하는 데 있다. 이러한 연구 목적 달성을 위해서 "2022년 디지털정보격차 실태조사" 자료에서 결혼이민자 중 여성의 응답을 SPSS 25.0, AMOS 24.0 통계패키지를 이용하여 디지털 정보 활용 역량을 독립변수로 하고 삶의 만족도를 종속변수로 설정하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 결혼이주여성의 디지털 정보 활용 역량이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향은 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 둘째, 결혼이주여성의 디지털 정보 활용 역량은 디지털 정보화 자기효능감에 정(+)적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 결혼이주여성의 디지털 정보화 자기효능감은 삶의 만족도에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 디지털 정보 활용 역량이 디지털 정보화 자기효능감을 매개로 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향의 부트스트랩핑을 통해 통계적 유의성을 확인한 결과, 신뢰구간에 0이 포함되지 않았고, 통계적으로도 유의하였다.

최근 건설 분야를 비롯한 여러 산업분야에서 대상물에 대한 사실적인 표현이 가능한 3차원 수치영상에 대한 관심이 크게 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 수치사진측량기법을 기반으로 3차원 수치영상 생성시스템을 개발하고 이를 이용하여 대상물에 대한 3차원 수치영상을 시범적으로 생성하였다. 그리고 3차원 수치정보의 획득을 위해 최근에 많이 활용되는 수치사진측량시스템에 의한 처리결과와 비교 분석을 통해 3차원 수치영상의 활용 가능성을 도출하고자 하였다. 또한 3차원 수치영상의 적용가능성을 점검하기 위해 암반사면의 불연속면 조사에 적용하였다. 연구결과, 본 연구에서 개발한 3차원 수치영상생성 시스템을 이용하여 대상물에 대한 3차원 수치영상을 효율적으로 생성할 수 있었으며, 암반사면에 대한 지표정보를 효과적으로 획득할 수 있었다.

최근 블랙 아이스에 의한 사고 사례가 많다. 블랙 아이스는 사람의 눈으로 식별하기 힘들고, 보인다 하더라도 도로가 조금 젖은 것으로 판단할 가능성이 높아 차량 사고를 유발할 확률이 높다. 본 논문에서는 블랙 아이스로 인한 사고를 조금이라도 줄이기 위해 센서를 통하여 블랙 아이스를 판별하고 사전 예방할 수 있는 방법과 해결책에 대해 고찰해보고자 한다.

This study starts from a question about the expectation that government policy reduces the educational gap by introducing digital textbooks. In addition, we try to figure out how to minimize the problems that will occur when digital textbooks are introduced and fully adopted. The purpose of this study is exploring the possibility that suing digital textbook deepens learning gap among students. Researchers are discussed that the gap between 'information' haves' and 'information' have-nots' and between 'the competent user' and 'the incompetent user' increase difference between 'knows' and 'know-nots' on the socio-economic class. These difference are likely to imply that using digital textbook is deepening the educational gap.

In order to present a space in details, it is indispensable to acquire 3D shape and texture simultaneously from the same platform. 3D shape is acquired by Laser Scanner as point cloud data, and texture is acquired by CCD sensor. Positioning data is acquired by IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit). All the sensors and equipments are assembled on a hand-trolley. In this research, a method of integrating the 3D shape and texture for automated construction of Digital Surface Model is developed. This Digital Surface Model is applied for efficient feature extraction. More detailed extraction is possible , because 3D Digital Surface Model has both 3D shape and texture information.

국립디지털도서관(NDL)이 국가대표 디지털도서관으로서 본연의 기능을 수행하기 위해선 최신의 정보환경인 IT 및 유비쿼터스 환경을 고려한 정보서비스 정책이 수립되어야 한다. 본 연구는 전술한 필요성에 의거하여 포커스그룹 인터뷰와 이용자 및 사서를 대상으로 한 설문조사 분석을 통하여 NDL의 정보서비스 정책을 수립하였다. 또한, 수립된 정보서비스 정책의 타당성을 제고하기 위하여 국립중앙도서관 관계자들을 대상으로 한 중간 평가와 외부 전문가 및 자문단을 통한 1, 2차 검증을 통하여 최종적으로 NDL 정보서비스 정책의 비전, 사명 목적, 목표, 전략 등을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 제시된 NDL의 정보서비스 정책은 초유의 연구사례로서 향후, 정보서비스 정책을 수립하고 세부지침을 마련하고자 하는 다른 디지털도서관에게도 경험적 사실과 근거를 제시하여 줄 것이다.

The period from the early years of the 21st Century, when the birth of Digital Clothing received as a kind of digital cultures in the modern information society, to the present time, the period is studied on as a social transition in the revolutionary digital technology in parallel with the fashion changes which have an effect on our thoughts and our life style. After the 2000's, when digital was perceived as a culture, information technology came into being owing to the technological development in the network and informative and communicative technology. This study tried to grasp the tendency of the times to Digital Clothing, which occurred in the new situation of Digital Technology, and then on the base of it, tried to classify the expressive characteristics in the Digital Clothing as the Cyberspace, Global Network, high functionality Smart Textiles and digital technology. The social reformation by the revolutionary digital technology is coming forth in the New Fashion of the digital Clothing, with the development of technology and network in the Cyberspace and real space. the Digital Clothing which led to the revolutionary change in New Fashion occurred, and by the same time, gradually the phenomena of Digital Consuming Culture is expansive.

최근 우리사회는 지능정보사회로의 진입과 디지털 대전환으로 인해 개인의 삶에서 디지털정보화 활용 능력이 강조되고 있다. 본 연구는 정보취약계층인 장애인의 디지털정보화 활용 수준과 삶의 만족도의 관계를 실증적으로 파악하고, 이들간 관계에서 사회적 지지의 조절효과를 검증하기 위해 실시하였다. 이를 위해 한국지능정보사회연구원의 「2020년 디지털정보격차 실태조사」 자료를 분석에 활용하였으며, 연구대상자는 장애인 2,200명이다. 연구결과, 장애인의 디지털정보화 활용 수준이 높을수록 삶의 만족도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 사회적 지지의 경우 디지털정보화 활용 수준과 삶의 만족도간의 관계에서 부(-)적인 조절효과를 가진 것으로 나타났다. 즉 장애인이 사회적 지지에 의존하기보다 자립과 자력으로 디지털기기 및 기술을 일상생활에서 빈번하게 활용할 시 삶의 만족도가 높아질 수 있음을 확인하였으며, 정책 및 실천현장에서 이에 대한 개입의 필요성을 제언하였다.

본 논문은 디지털 도서관이 학교의 교수 학습에서 활용되는 방법과 디지털 도서관의 설계 방안을 제시하기 위한 연구 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 우선 한국의 교육 정보화 계획과 학교도서관의 개괄적인 검토를 하여 문제점을 분석하고, 학교도서관이 정보화 사회에서 자율적, 창의적 학습 능력을 배양하는 효수학습 과정 운영의 지원 체제임을 규명하고 학교교육 정보화의 지원 체제를 위한 디지털 도서관 시스템의 모형을 제시하였다.

UCI is contributing to establishing and administrating CMS to improve the quality of contents efficiently and effectively. In these days, enterprises are also making a new try to manage copyrights of digital contents by use of DRM(Digital Right Management). UCI would be a good solution to solve this overburden. The objective of our research is to study on practical uses of various digital contents models on the basis of UCI. We introduce two business cases; one is publishment of digital contents and the other is DB service of digital contents.
