The final model is a model that experts and practitioners have validated. A total of 30 records managers were selected for the interviews. Furthermore, the trial was carried out in 30 senior high schools. The research sampling consisted of representatives of archive managers at selected schools from five islands in Indonesia (Kalimantan, Java, Papua, Sumatra, and Sulawesi). Our research findings show that conceptual models meet valid criteria and significantly impact archivist performance in better schools. The practical implication is that the archival management model based on national education standards policies contributes to practical archives and records management to support school accountability.

  • The convergence of telecommunications and broadcasting is representative of many innovative technologies in the digital environment. It has recently been emphasized as an alternative solution to overcome the on-going saturation of the telecommunications and broadcasting markets. Despite this effort, however, growth of the market and its related services cannot reach prior expectations due to lack of understanding on the real user-end. Telecommunications technology used to serve its instrumental purpose and broadcasting services usually support entertainment functions which in themselves have an inherent value. Our research questions what factors influence users' attitude and decision-making when it comes to using telecommunications-broadcasting convergence services. The research model of this paper proposes intrinsic motivator focusing on hedonic value, extrinsic motivator having utilitarian values, and perceived control as internal and external conditions. To verify our model empirically, we selected the DMB technology which is a good example of distinctive telecommunications-broadcasting convergence service.

  • Purpose: This study focuses on developing a structural equation model of variables influencing loyalty to buying and selling food products through e-marketplaces in Thailand. The variables investigated comprised food attributes, online system attributes, marketing innovations, attitudes, and satisfaction. Research design, data and methodology: An online questionnaire was used to collect data from a sample group (200 buyers and 200 sellers) using quota sampling. The data were analyzed using the structural equation model. Results: The developed structural equation model was consistent with the empirical data. Factors in the model could explain 40.1% of the variance in loyalty to buying and selling food products through e-marketplaces. Food attributes and online system attributes influenced satisfaction directly. Online system attributes, market innovation, and attitudes directly influenced loyalty. The developed model had no variation between groups of buyers and sellers. Conclusions: This research demonstrated the causal factors leading to consumer loyalty to buying and selling food products through e-marketplaces. The research findings help e-marketplace providers manage factors of buying and selling to comply with the needs of buyers and sellers, which will increase the number of buyers and sellers, help generate long-term profits for service providers, and increase the country's financial value.
