A representative payment broker system is SET and one of its signature shcemes is a dual digital signature scheme. A dual digital signature scheme expose neither user's payment information(credit card number etc.) to merchandiser, nor user's order information to bank So it keeps user's Privacy safe. The digital signature scheme like this is being necessary as E-commerce is revitalized. But a dual digital signature of SET is not appropriate for wireless environments because it needs so many computations and communications. In this paper, we propose a signcryption scheme that generates a polynomial using a payment information for merchandiser and an order information for bank in order to reduce communications. We analyze the problem of existing signcryption schemes and dual digital signature schemes. Also we analyze the security properties of the proposed scheme.

The purpose of this paper is to analyse the effects of a firm's financial and non-financial factors on the relationship formation with its main bank in the industry of parts and material in Pusan-Kyungnam region. The results, out of accordance with the relation-banking or regional financial market perspective, do not support the hypothesis that regional financial institutions would be useful for decreasing the financial difficulties of the small and medium firms in the region. The analyses about the effects of non-financial factors on the formation of main bank relations show that while Kookmin Bank and Industrial Bank play important roles as main banks of small businesses other national banks put emphasis on the transaction lending. And the analyses about the effects of financial factors show that firms having main bank relations with non-bank financial institutions and Kookmin bank are more profitable and stable than firms having main bank relations with other banks including local banks. On the whole it seems that local banks are not making a commitment to the regional economy and their operational grounds are not strong enough.

A Semi-cusion VLSI Digital Filter Design for TDM/FDM tran-smultiplexer is decribed. Using the polyphase network approach a filter bank composed of only all-pasdigital filter sections was designed. The use of all-pass filters as basic building blocks is shown to provide a Transmultiplexer structure that has low computational requirements low quanization noise and hign modularity. A design of 1st order 2nd All pass filter is done using COMS 2um double metal.

In Electronic Warfare, the need to develop a jamming system that protects our location information from enemy radar is constantly increasing. The jamming system normally uses wide-band DRFM(Digital Radio Frequency Memory) that processes the entire bandwidth at once. However, it is difficult to jam if there is a CW(Continuous Wave) interference signal in the band. Recently, instead of wide-band signal processing, a structure using a filter bank that divides the entire band into several sub-bands and processes each sub-band independently has been proposed. Although it is possible to handle interference signal through the filter bank structure, spurious signal occurs when the signal is received at a boundary frequency between sub-bands. Spurious signal makes a output power of jamming signal distributed, resulting in lower JSR(Jamming to Signal Ratio) and less jamming effect. This paper proposes an over-sampled channelized DRFM structure that enables interference response and prevents spurious signal for sub-band boundary frequency input.

This study was to build a collaborative digital library model between KSTI and JST for sharing science and technology information created in Korea and Japan. For this study, digital library framework, it's main concepts and widely-used digital library technologies were investigated. And also, best practices of collaborative digital library were surveyed to characterize collaborative digital library trends. Collaborative Sci-Tech digital library model proposed in this study can be applied in real environment and expanded into other institutions and/or subject areas.

The purpose of this study is to establish the direction of industrial policy by comparing the employment inducement effect on the related industries of the digital bio-healthcare industry. The analysis data used the three-year input-output table measured by the Bank of Korea. First, the research method was rewritten into 7 major industries to compare statistical data by period. Second, the Bank of Korea's industry-related analysis methodology was utilized. Third, the weight was reflected and compared by employment, production, and investment sectors of the digital bio-healthcare industry. As a result of the analysis, first, the employment sector had a higher effect than the average of the entire industry, second, the production sector was low, and third, the investment sector required investment in the service sector. The conclusions drawn from the analysis showed that direct investment and continuous investment are required in the employment sector, the development of professional manpower is urgent, and direct investment and long-term investment are effective in the production sector.

As the 3D modeling technology and conversational algorithm is developed, digital humans are being used in various fields, and also virtual bankers have begun to appear in banks, including major banks such as Shin-Han Bank and Nong-Hyup Bank. However, most of the research of digital human mainly focus on its appearance, and research on robot persona that should be considered in anthropomorphizing a robot is insufficient. In this study, an experiment was conducted to find out the user experience of three scenarios (student ID receipt, deposit and withdrawal account opening, leasehold loan consultation) in which the level of anthropomorphism of the speech strategy and the level of personal information use differed in the specific context of banking. As a result of the study, social presence and usefulness had an interactive effect on the scenario and the level of anthropomorphism. There was no interaction effect on intimacy, trustworthiness, and perceived intelligence, but a tendency could be confirmed.
