In this paper, we propose a plan for the introduction of a knowledge-based system proposed by the traditional computing sciences, in order to operate the computer system computerized hospital workers effectively. Hospital computational features of the operating system for this purpose, were made about the working conditions, computational difficulties of the hospital administrator. It is necessary for a knowledge management system for results-effective IT system operational review findings apply to the hospital, where a hospital computer system having features and hospitals computational workers must be resolved on the technical and environmental constraints with It became aware of the need. This study further shows that an effective hospital computer system to derive additional operating a variety of issues to consider for the base and the introduction of a knowledge management system can gradually solve the problem.

The speed control of SRM(Switched Reluctance Motor) needs the accurate position and speed data of rotor. This information is generally provided by a shaft encoder or resolver. In some cases, the environment is which the motor operates may cause difficulties in maintaining the satisfactory position detection performance. Therefore, the elimination of the position and speed sensor has gained wide attention. In this paper, a new algorithm for estimation of rotor position and speed is described for the SRM drives. This method uses is nonlinear adaptive observer using the MRAS(Model Reference Adaptive System). The observer is proved by Lyapunov Stability Theory. This algorithm was implemented with a TMS320C31 DSP. Experiment results prove that the observer is able to estimate the speed and position with a little errors.

These days, the interest in the gas safety management has been increasing in our society, It needs the estimates to later investment in points of the gas safety management investment for prevention costs from gas accidents. It is written the general concept of gas safety management and the items that should be invested under the current policy. However they are not defined clearly and We have lots of difficulties in adapting them to actual spots and understanding them by their carry-out. When it follows the current safety standards, they doesn't meet the possibilities of mutual comparison, because gas safety management investment's definition is different. And sufficient information is not supported to efficiency adjudication of gas safety management investment. In this paper, you can find that Gas safety management is defined in order to more effective gas safety management investment, and the Socioscentific approach method was used to decide the gas safety management items that shall be invested.

In the management of the child with mental retardation, the physical therapist is challenged to use various skills. The many complex and persistent difficulties encountered by retarded children often require innovative methods physical therapy. These methods must incorporate not only he basic principles of physical therapy, but also an understanding of the teaching and learning as they relate to the mentally retarded person. Movement Play needs to parents and other professionals requires not only technical expertise on the part of the therapist, but also psychosocial skills and the ability to be a sensitive listener and teacher. We can help the mentally retarded child strive to attain goals in life.

Along with the heightening development of modern medical technology in the world, the economy and quality of lifestyle has contributed to the increase in the average lifespan. Therefore the issue to deal with the aging population is becoming an important social issue. As aging population becomes a serious social problem, the issue of supporting the senior citizens is confronted with a more difficult situation. From the perspective of senior citizen's physical and social and economic situations, there are great difficulties to deal with, like lowered physical ability compared to the rest of population. Therefore the supply of senior welfare facility that is based on senior citizen's physical characteristics yet provides the opportunity to be independent needs to provided rather than just planning a simple facility that provides living accommodations. This research examines thereinto welfare center's usage of residential circulation system from the senior welfare facilities' type classification to understand the actual usage problem and presents a circulation plan that will resolve the problem.

This paper describes a measurement method for electromagnetic field strength of power-line communications(PLC) modem. First it outlines the technology used in PLC modems, and the technical regulation being offered to the technology, from the point of view of its effect on electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). The radio spectrum needs protection from other interferers, and there is a regime in place to provide this protection. Difficulties in achieving compatibility between the requirements for radio protection and the requirements for operation of the PLC modem mean that there is no consensus as yet as to how PLC modem components can be made compliant with EMC requirements globally. It is concluded that there is a measurement method according to CISPR standards which satisfy requirements in domestic regulation.

As the networks (i.e., intranet and internet) proliferate all over the world, it is inevitable to move some (or all) of the enterprise activities into virtual spaces. Differently from business data, product data have complex semantics and thus are not properly exchanged among different application programs. Even though some neutral formats of product data have been developed by standard organizations, exchanging them among various application programs still needs the comprehensive understanding of the complex semantics. Recently, it is widely recognized that capturing more knowledge is the next step to overcome the current difficulties on sharing product data. In this paper, we utilize the ontology concept in order to facilitate information search far product data in the internet environment. A prototype of search system implemented using the ontology for automobile product data is presented.

Jitter occurring during data communication creates difficulties in integrating a system. Such problems arise from using an event triggered communication protocol such as CAN(Controller Area Network) because it cannot be determined when a specific message will be transmitted. In order to avoid this problem, several time triggered communication protocols have been developed orare under development. Those protocols include TTP(TTTech) and TTCAN(BOSCH). Today recycling has been one of the most important Issues In industry as it is required to save the limited amount of natural resources and to keep the environment green. In spite of many efforts to increase recycling rate in industry, however, the practical solutions are very limited. The difficulties are caused by the existence of many parts made of diverse materials and their inevitably complicated assembly structures to satisfy different needs. This paper represents a study on the disassembly sequence generator system for parts recycling. With disassembly costs and revenues, the optimum disassembly sequence can be found with a linear programming.

We tried to obtain an initial velocity model for prestack depth migration via waveform inversion. For application of any field data we chose a smooth background layered velocity model (v=v0 + k x z) as an initial velocity model. Newton type waveform inversion needs to invert huge Hessian matrix. In order to compute full Hessian matrix arising from full aperture data and full illumination zone, we meet insurmountable difficulties of paying astronomical computing cost. For the layered media, approximate Hessian emerging from single shot aperture data can be used repeatedly for split spread source configuration. In our work of using this Hessian characteristic of layered media we attempted to obtain the approximate velocity model as close as possible to the true velocity model in first iteration.
