민간경비원의 임금만족이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 (Influence that Wage Satisfaction of the private Security Guards has on Devotion Organization)

  • 민간경비산업은 사회적 변화로 인하여 가장 짧은 기간에 많은 성장을 거듭해 왔지만, 여러 가지 문제점도 함께 양산되어 있다. 이중 가장 시급한 해결과제는 민간경비원의 임금문제로서, 본 연구의 목적은 민간경비원의 사회인구통계학적 특성에 따른 임금만족과 조직몰입의 차이를 규명하며, 임금만족요인이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향정도를 분석하는데 있다. 연구의 결과에 따르면 첫째, 임금수준${\cdot}$격차만족 및 임금제도${\cdot}$복지후생만족에서 여성의 결과 수치가 남성보다 높게 나타났고, 연령별 측정결과는 26세 이상의 집단에서 높았다. 학력별 측정에서는 전문대졸업자들은 임금수준${\cdot}$격차만족에서 높게 나타난 반면 대졸이상 졸업자들 즉, 학력이 높을수록 임금제도${\cdot}$복지후생에 더 높게 나타났다. 학력에 따른 결과는 학력이 높아질수록 일의 성과 및 생산성에 따라 임금을 더욱 많이 받아야 한다는 생각이 높아져 가고 있다. 둘째, 성별에 따른 차이로는 남성 직원이 여성 직원보다 조직몰입이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 남성은 스스로 원하기 때문에 몰입하는 행동인 정서적 몰입에 높은 반응을 보인 반면, 여성은 개인과 조직과의 관계에서 이익과 손실의 합리적 계산에 의해 나타나는 비자발적 몰입인 근속적 몰입에 높게 나타났다. 넷째, 조직에 대한 몰입은 연령별로 살펴보면 26세 이상의 집단에서 높게 나타났고, 학력은 대졸이상의 집단에서 정서적 몰입과, 근속적 몰입이 모두 높게 나타났다. 직위, 월수입, 근무경력에서는 장기 근무자가 모두 높게 측정되었으며, 이들의 조직몰입은 아주 높다 할 수 있다. 다섯째, 임금은 한 조직에서 자신의 위치를 대변해 줄 수 있는 좋은 척도이다. 학력이 낮을수록 임금의 수준과 격차에 관심도가 높지만, 학력이 높을수록 임금제도 및 복지후생에 관심이 더 높았다. 임금에 대한 만족감은 학력과 직위, 근무경력에 영향을 미침으로 오랜 시간을 근무한 경력자들은 임금에 대한 만족과 함께 조직에 대한 몰입 또한 높았다. 따라서 민간경비 산업의 발전과 민간경비원의 조직몰입을 높이기 위하여, 민간경비원의 임금수준 체계화 및 복지후생 처 후의 질을 개선하는 한편, 산${\cdot}$학 협력을 통한 하나의 직업군으로써 자리매김 하기위해서는 임금과 복지후생에 대한 많은 요인들이 지속적으로 연구 분석이 되어야 할 것이다.

특수경비원의 직무만족 영향요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effects for the Job Satisfaction in the Special Duty of the Private Security)

  • This paper is concerned with the influence in the job satisfaction by the organization, the job specialty and the self-devotion in the special duty of private security. Today's society is required more intensive security in the diversity, the complexity and the uncertainty, but the public security service could not supply enough for what the society requires. In this circumstance more specialized and special trained security services are demanded from private security industry. With the concerns, this study is based on actual survey. The study is telling us that there is much relationship in job satisfaction between each element. Which means that 1) there is some different from personality, 2) there is much influence in self-devotion by job specialty, 3) there some effectiveness in job satisfaction by job specialty, 4) there is some influence in job satisfaction by self-devotion, and 5) job satisfaction is affected by job specialty and self-devotion.

  • This study analyzed and investigated of positivism to set up a hypothesis with a model of study based on a theoretical consideration to analyze a structural empowerment, a psychological empowerment, an immersion of duty, and a devotion of organization. which made the dental hygienists an object of study of investigation and analyzation in order to understand relation to elements that have an effect on a business result, effect and degree in a dental hygienist's organization. The results of positive analysis in the study are as follows. A psychological empowerment is influenced by a level of satisfaction for their duty, educational level, and types of main duty. A structural empowerment is influenced by a level of satisfaction for their duty, total years of work, a level of salary, type of work place. Organizational devotion is influenced by the structural empowerment, total year of work, type of workplace, and a level of satisfaction for their duty. Devotion for their duty is influenced by the psychological empowerment, total year of work, type of main duty, main duty that they want in the future, and specialization for amin duty.

변혁적 리더십이 조직헌신과 팀성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 융합연구 - 진정성의 조절효과 - (A Convergence Study of Transformational Leadership on Organizational Devotion and Team Performance - Moderating Effects of Authenticity -)

  • 최근 리더십 연구에서 변혁적 리더의 진정성 여부가 이슈가 되고 있다. 변혁적 리더가 보이는 진정성 여부가 부하들의 태도와 성과에 큰 영향을 미치기 때문이다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 변혁적 리더십이 신뢰와 조직헌신을 통해 팀성과에 미치는 영향과 구성원이 지각하는 진정성의 조절효과를 융합적으로 검증하는데 있다. 부산지역의 특1급 호텔 팀원 232명을 대상으로 실증 분석을 한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 변혁적 리더십 지각은 신뢰와 조직헌신에 정(+)적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 리더에 대한 신뢰는 팀성과에 정(+)적으로 유의한 영향을 미치나, 조직헌신은 팀성과에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 리더의 진정성은 변혁적 리더십과 신뢰 간에 유의한 조절효과를 미치나 변혁적 리더십과 조직헌신 간에 유의한 조절효과를 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과는 변혁적 리더의 진정성이 팀원의 태도에 영향을 미치는 조절요인으로 검증함으로써 향후 리더십 연구에서 진정성이 조절효과로서의 중요성을 시사한다.

한국 패션기업 콜레보레이션 동기 유형에 따른 콜레보레이션 분야, 신뢰와 몰입, 성과 및 만족도 (The Effect of Collaboration Motive Types on Collaboration Areas, Trust/devotion, and Performance/satisfaction in Fashion Business)

  • In the fashion enterprises of today, there are many kinds of inter-enterprises' collaborations which are related to the strategic management for reinforcing their competitiveness in various fields. These inter-enterprises' collaborations, which began to increase in the year 2000, will increase even more in the near future. The study investigated the differences of collaboration motive types in collaboration areas, trust/devotion, performance and satisfactions of collaborations, and characteristics of collaborated companies and their partners. A questionnaire was administered to 194 key employees of the fashion enterprises in Korea and the analysis was performed by factor analysis, cluster analysis, ANOVA, and $X^2$ test. The results showed that the collaboration motive had four factors: economic efficiency, business expansion, product planning improvement, and brand competitiveness increase. The cluster analysis showed that there were four collaboration motive types: brand competitiveness type, economic efficiency type, product planning type, and passive collaboration type. There were significant differences among the collaboration motive types in regard to collaboration areas, trust/devotion, and the performance/satisfactions of collaboration, and characteristics of companies. The brand competitiveness motive type tended to choose the marketing and brand collaboration areas, had a higher trust, and had higher scores on the performance and satisfactions of collaboration than did the other types.

미용 전공 대학생의 진로성숙도가 전공몰입에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Career Maturity of College Students Majoring in Beauty on Immersion in the Major)

  • In this study, we tried to investigate the influence of the career maturity of college students majoring in cosmetology on their devotion to the major. Research results As a result of analyzing the correlation between the career maturity level of cosmetology majors and the sub-factors of devotion to majors, all questions showed positive correlations between the career maturity of cosmetology majors and devotion to majors. as a result of analyzing the influence of career maturity on major activity sub-factors of major involvement, the crystallinity of career maturity , readiness statistically. As a result of analyzing the effect of career maturity on the major satisfaction subfactor of major immersion, the crystallinity of career maturity , readiness, and certainty were shown to have statistically significant positive effects. Through research results, we aim to develop a positive career maturity for cosmetology majors, improve their immersion in their majors, and establish a sense of values through correct theory and practical education. Immersion education and ongoing guidance seem necessary. Through this research, we hope that active discussions will be held on the career maturity of college students majoring in cosmetology and their devotion to the major.

모기업과의 관계결속이 협력기업의 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on How Relational Union with Mother Company Influence Outcome of Aligned Company)

  • This study is aiming to present administrative guiding principles and suggestions to find methods to improve and bring up the ethic code of business of aligned companies, by examining how the factors of union of relations depending on characteristics of business, influence outcome of aligned companies, under the circumstances where efforts to improve outcome of aligned company through dealing relation between a mother company and the aligned company. First of all, as a result of analyzing how the characteristics of business have an influence on the relational union, it is shown that characteristics of product, peculiar assets of business, and opportunistic dispositive factors have an influence on reliance and devotion which are relation uniting factors. Under the actively changing circumstances, in order that the manufacturing companies can have a competitiveness, it can be said that shortening of developing period of new products, reduction of manufacturing and operating cost, and improvement of quality and productivity are compulsory factors. This can be achieved by having close relations with aligned companies which provide with parts and materials. As a result of analyzing how relational uniting factors like reliance and devotion influence business outcome of aligned companies. it is found that both reliance and devotion influence administrative outcome, although it is shown that they do not influence economic results such as reduction of cost. Therefore, it can be said that the mutual cooperation is required to increase mutual reliance and devotion, since increase of reliance and devotion are compulsory factors for efficient development of companies where a mother company and the aligned companies coexist, since they ease uncertainty in dealings, and devise administrative outcome.

자활사업 참여자의 조직헌신이 정서적 자활에 미치는 영향 및 경제적 스트레스의 조절효과에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Influence of Organizational Devotion and Moderating Effect of Economic Stress on Emotional Self-Sufficiency among the Participants of Self-Sufficiency Program)

  • 본 연구는 자활사업 참여자들의 정서적 자활과 조직헌신의 관계를 분석하고 동시에 이들이 경험하는 경제적 스트레스의 조절효과를 검증하여 향후 국내 자활사업에 대한 실천적 함의를 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 2012년 11월 대구광역시 자활근로사업 참여자를 대상으로 실시한 설문조사자료를 활용하였으며 698명이 최종 분석에 사용되었다. 변수간의 인과관계 및 조절효과 검증을 위해 다중선형회귀분석방법(Multiple Linear Regression Analysis)을 적용하였다. 주요 연구결과를 살펴보면 자활사업단에 소속된 자활참여자의 조직헌신 정도가 높을수록 정서적 자활 역시 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 조직헌신과 정서적 자활간의 관계에서 참여자들이 인식하는 경제적 스트레스 정도가 조절변수(moderating variable)로 기능하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과에 비춰본다면 향후 국내 자활사업 참여자들의 정서적 자활 향상을 위해서는 공동체의식교육 이외에 경제적 스트레스를 감소시킬 수 있는 다양한 정책적 노력이 필요함을 시사한다. 본 연구는 자활사업 참여자들의 정서적 자활에 대한 조직헌신과 경제적 스트레스 효과를 검증함으로써 향후 자활사업의 효과성 제고를 위한 실천적 개입의 기초자료를 제공해준다는 점에서 그 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

호텔 웨딩.연회 종사원의 개인 갈등이 경영 성과에 미치는 영향 관계 (The Effects of Individual Conflicts among Hotel Banquet Employees on the Performance of Management)

  • In the hotel industry, there are the production and consumption of services at the same time, considering direct contact between employees and customers. In this respect, this study was conducted based on more practical factors to grasp employees' feelings and conflicts. The results of this research are as follows. First, individual conflicts among hotel banquet employees influence devotion to the organization which has a direct effect on performance of management. Second, such devotion is closely correlated with the factors of the performance of management. Finally, managing employees' conflicts is the key factor to promote the performance of management. Under these circumstances, there should be more concern in solving problems among employees and special pro-grams for promoting job satisfaction and devotion which bring about more profits as well as a sense of achievement.

국내 한국인 및 중국인 대학생의 라이프스타일별 커피 만족도 선행요인 분석 (The Antecedents of Coffee Satisfaction by Lifestyle Segments for Korean and Chinese University Students in Korea)

  • The purposes of this study were to classify university students by their lifestyle and to investigate the relationships between lifestyle and coffee satisfaction. The survey had been undertaken for 360 Korean and Chinese university students in Daejeon from November to December 2009. A total of 242 usable questionnaires were received with 67.2% response rate. The statistical analysis was performed by the SPSS 18.0 package program. Lifestyles of subjects, based on AIO (Activities, Interests, Opinions) method and factor analysis, were segmented into 2 groups of "outgoing activity" (n = 137) and "introverted devotion" (n = 105). "Outgoing activity" group exhibited highly health-oriented (p < 0.001) and convenience-oriented (p < 0.001) characteristics, but "introverted devotion" group showed highly goal-oriented (p < 0.01) and safety-oriented (p < 0.01) features. Comparing to "introverted devotion" group, "outgoing activity" group showed higher intake of coffee (p < 0.01) and more expense for beverage (p < 0.01). Three factors were extracted from 15 coffee quality attributes by factor analysis; "fundamentals", "supplement" and "inducement". These factors were positively correlated with coffee satisfaction according to lifestyle groups (p < 0.01). For "outgoing activity" group, 'fundamentals' was independent factor for satisfaction on coffee in coffee house (${\beta}$ = 0.268, p < 0.05) and canned or bottled coffee (${\beta}$ = 0.314, p < 0.01), and "supplement" was independent factor for satisfaction on coffee in vending machine (${\beta}$ = 0.235, p < 0.05). For "introverted devotion" group, "inducement" was independent factor for satisfaction on coffee in vending machine (${\beta}$ = 0.238, p < 0.001). These results provide an understanding for lifestyles of coffee consumers and give an insight into differentiated marketing plans for coffee industry.
