본 연구는 고창군 일대의 지질학적 특성을 고려한 지질명소를 탐색하고 국가지질공원의 가능성을 조사한 것이다. 고창군 일대의 지질명소는 문헌 연구 및 현장 조사를 통해 탐색하였다. 그 결과 선운산도립공원 내에 있는 진흥굴, 도솔암 마애불, 용문굴, 낙조대와 천마봉 등 4곳과 그리고 병바위, 구과상 유문암, 고창고인돌 3곳, 총 7곳의 지질명소를 제안하였다. 이외에도 지질학적, 교육적 가치가 뛰어난 지역인 하전 갯벌과 명사십리 해빈 등이 있다. 더불어, 다양한 지질관광 교육프로그램이 개발된다면 고창군 일대는 국가지질공원으로 지정될 자격을 갖추고 있다고 판단된다.

It is provided that the seaman should be educated and trained by basic fire-fighting to save the life and protect asset at sea by the STCW(The International Convention on Standard for Training, Certification and Watchkeeping). The designated seaman's safety educational institution which is specified in the nation has held a basic and advanced fire-fighting education for the seaman. The interest of safety at sea has been increasing due to recent huge maritime disaster and there is a tendency to strengthen the safety education for the seaman in the nation. For the effective fire-fighting education for the seaman, the appropriate educational content and facilities are required. Moreover, It is necessary to apply an effective education and training methods for achieving the goal. Unfortunately, this paper has not perfectly been conducted to improve effective safety training in the designated educational institutions which held the seaman's maritime safety educations. From now on, we should consider the effective educational ways for the seaman. The purpose of this paper is to develop the education and training model of STCW seaman's fire-fighting education through the reviewing the status of safety education in the nation.

21세기에 들어서면서 선진국은 민간경비산업의 전문화를 위해 자격제도 및 교육훈련을 강화하고 있는 추세이다. 우리나라도 전문성 강화를 위한 교육훈련 시스템의 변화를 시도하고 있으나 합리적이지 못한 선발기준과 교육시스템 운영으로 과점시장이 형성되어 있는 실정이다. 오히려 '직업면허제도'를 통하여 자격증 소지자나 경비업체, 교육기관 및 위탁자의 지대추구행위가 증가하고 있는 상태이다. 경비산업 종사자의 질적 향상을 목적으로 자격증 발급 및 지정교육기관을 통한 기본교육이 실시되고 있으나 실질적인 효과는 적은편이다. 이에 본 연구는 민간경비원 선발 및 교육에 관한 문제점을 찾아본 결과, 이원화된 검정제도와 교육시스템의 구조적 문제 그리고 경비업체 운영자 및 최고관리자(임원)의 전문성과 운영능력에 대한 검증이 전혀 이루어지지 않고 있는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 이원화 되어있는 경비지도사 자격증 제도와 경비원 교육 이수 제도를 '공인자격검증제도'로 단일화하며, 그 자격검정 대상은 관련 종사자 전체로 확대하여야 할 것이다. 또한 시장 지배적 지위를 이용한 과점현상으로 발생되는 후생손실을 최소화하고 자율경쟁이 가능하도록 지정교육기관의 수를 늘리고 경비원들의 교육 및 취업(업체) 선택에 자율권을 부여하여야 할 것이다. 앞서 제시한 문제점들을 최소화 하고 객관성을 유지하기 위해서는 전문가 집단부터 이해관계자, 시민단체 까지 모두 참여하는 거버넌스 네트워크 형태의 '민간보안산업위원회'와 같은 새로운 관리 감독 기관 설립이 필요하다.

Objectives: To determine the factors affecting the assessment of Oriental medical institutions under the Oriental Medical Institution Assessment System and thereupon, provide for some basic data and alternative measures for assessment of Oriental medical institutions. Methods: The researcher sampled 320 people employed by 26 Oriental medical institutions designated as model Oriental medical institutions subject to assessment in 2008 and 2009 and thereupon, used a structured and open-ended survey table for them to collect the data. The size of the final sample was n=302. Results: The Oriental medical institution staff were highly aware of the Oriental medical institution assessment (OMIA), After adjusting the other factors by multiple regression, the factors affecting such recognition were different significantly depending on age (those in their 30's), types of job (nurses and treatment assistants) and locations of hospital (GyeongSang-do). The staff expected the OMIA could helpful for improving facilities and system of hospitals, thus promoting satisfaction of patients. To do so, they felt it necessary to develop an assessment scale reflecting the special conditions besetting the Oriental medical institutions as well as the indices for improvement of Oriental medical service quality. Conclusion: It is hoped that this study will be followed up by future studies which will comparatively analyze Oriental medical institution staff's perception of the assessment system before and after its operation and thereby, suggest some ideal policy alternatives for assessment of the Oriental medical institutions. Furthermore, future studies are requested to research into Oriental medical institution staff's needs and consumers' needs as well in consideration of the characteristics of the Oriental medical institutions and thereupon, suggest some alternatives for continued education, development of the assessment tools, methods and policies.

The coastal water of Korean Peninsula is the major habitat for finless porpoises. However, hundreds of finless porpoises are currently caught incidentally by stow-net fishery every year. To prevent the mass mortality of finless porpoises and conserve marine animals, Busan Aquarium has been designated as a "Marine Life Ex-Situ Conservation Institution and Marine Animal Conservation Center," and Cetacean Research Institute, under the National Institute of Fisheries Science have started RRR (rescue, rehabilitation and release) project together since 2011. From 2012 to 2013, four individuals of finless porpoises had been rescued and two of them finally released to their original habitat after fully recovered in July 2013. As a result, according to growth curve of finless porpoise of Korea more than 140 cm of body length, 38 kg of total weight referred to adult, results of observation of the change in the hormone revealed that mating time of finless porpoises is January, Jun and July. To become the initial institution which rescues, treatment, husbandry and releases finless porpoise in Korea.

This study was conducted to provide sustainable measures for conservation and management to protect valuable natural/ecological resources, offer differentiated quality assurance services for eco-tourism products, and explore measures for eco-tourism certification/designation systems. To achieve its goals, the study discussed domestic and overseas trends and literatures that concern eco-tourism certification/designation system and investigated case studies that were presently operational. A group of experts and a group of non-experts were surveyed separatedly to investigate the awareness of the national eco-tourism certification/designation system. The results from the investigation indicate that Europe, since the late 1990s to early 2000, has actively introduced a system that establishes and operates a dedicated institution, and European members have created a cooperation framework to formulate international partnerships and develop standardized assessment benchmarks to adhere to the goals of the system, the period for certification was designated from one year to five years, and renewals were granted based on periodic monitoring and reassessment. In Korea, from early 2000, the Ministry of Culture, Sorts and Tourism and other organizations have certified product quality and assessed travel products and national park tour programs. The certification period was established to be set between one and three years, and the vast majority were not reassessed. Upon investigating the results for awareness of national eco-tourism certification/designation system, a high number of respondents agreed with the need to establish a eco-tourism certification/designation system (90% of respondents), and the respondents cited eco-tourism quality assurance, conservation of value, means to maintain established institutions, and environmental education and information as reasons for needing a certification/designation system. In Korea, a certification/designation system for the eco-tourism industry is presently in operation, but the system regulates target institutions based on their characteristics. Therefore, this study proposes its suggestions via various categories, including designated institutions, designated purpose, designated subjects, designated organization, laws, regulations, and incentives.

To decide on the designation of a tidal-flat Provincial Park, a study area was defined in line with domestic and international case studies of Provincial Parks. A survey on landscape, geology, biota, and cultural resources was conducted in four tidal-flat areas including Bigeum-myeon and Docho-myeon, which are part of the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve in Shinan, Jeollanam-do. To identify areas most suitable to be designated as Provincial Park, a PSR evaluation process was adopted. This has resulted in the selection of the 'Palgupo' area surrounding Bigeum, Docho, Haui, Shinui, Jaeun, Amtae, Palgeum, Anjwa and Jangsan. Also the tidal-flat areas at Aphae-myeon, which are ecologically linked with the Jeungdo Tidal-flat Provincial Park, were included. The selected areas resulting from this study will meet various characteristics of tidal-flat ecosystems including naturalness, ecological network, rarity and eco-cultural diversity. After the tidal-flat Provincial Park has been specified, there is a need to perform a long-term sustainable management plan.

자동충돌예방 교육과 레이더시뮬레이션 교육은 STCW 협약 상 지정된 교육으로 항해사들이 항해사로 승선 시 필수적으로 수료해야 하는 교육이다. 최근에는 지정교육기관기준에 의거 교육과정 및 필요시설의 요건을 권고규정으로 두고 있어 각 교육기관은 그에 맞추어 시뮬레이션 수업을 위한 장비, FMSS(Full Mission Simulator System)을 도입하였다. 본 연구는 도입 후부터 현재까지 FMSS를 이용해서 이루어지고 있는 알파/레이더/시뮬레이션 교육이 어느 정도 효과가 있는지를 정량적으로 분석하기 위해 재학생을 대상으로 1년에 걸쳐 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그리고 분석 결과 응답자들은 수업 전과 비교하여 2.13배 능력이 향상 되었다고 답변하였다. 또한 분석 결과를 바탕으로 시뮬레이션 수업 시 발생하는 문제점을 도출하고 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Among the building types in which behavioral issues play, the largest role are institutional environments. Such setting share a number of important characteristics ; they serve specific population (e.g. the ill, the elderly , '||'&'||' inmates) : they are directed toward specific social behavioral objectives(e.g medical care, education , '||'&'||' rehabilitation); and they are "Total institution" in which residents spend all of there time. The basic concepts and theories of environment-behavior studies are of direct relevance in understanding such social institutions. In this study, I have examined the relationships between waiting and the specific conditions of the hospital experience. More specifically, this is a study of visitors (outpatient) within the context of the hospital , and the physical setting designated for their use in the outpatient waiting room. Environment behavior studies, with its commitment to individual behavior and the physical environment might well be a particularly way by which a study of waiting rooms can demonstrate the power of this approach and its integrative among disciplines.
