Today there are increasing number of internet users. Internet is wide use of banking, shopping, school and studding. Also, internet is used in everyday living and its use is getting larger. Korea has the one of the most use of internet in the world. Most of houses have computer with internet, and there are alot of PC rooms in the streets. anyone can enjoy the internet anytime anywhere. Now, in internet there are group formed by community purpose. The 'dot com' companies was not making much of profit from their goods. However, they came out with an idea "avata" Soon, the avata became a hit and its known for its success. Avata is used for E-mail, name card, post stamp, and chatting. Also, Avata is very popular among chatting service, icon chatting, and 3D graphic chatting. Avata represent the user himself in internet and computer created imaginary space, and it connects between imaginary space and reality, also it exist between real name and nick name. Past years, the internet users were satisfied with their nick name, however resent year users wants to express them more. For the result the "Avata" is created to fulfill the need to express user themselves. There are three different ways to see how Korean react to fashion industry. first, Korea's land structure makes the density of population high, the transmission of information is very fast. Next, collectively is high among Koreans. Finally wide use to internet made the transmission of the fashion information much faster. The User wants to keep up with the fashion at the sametime they want to express themselves, and "avata" is the one that fulfill their needs. New technology and the desire to express themselves made the new term "avata industry". which was never existed before. In addition, the internet markets have potential power. Although, it is in start stage of avata industry. However, the experts say that its possibility of its development is not predictable. In conclusion, watch the development of a situation to analyze the avata industry and develop new avata fashion market.

Recently, The government of Korea declared to develop RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) as one of key strategic technology to perform U-Government using Ubiquitous technology. But, most of the related technologies for RFID are mainly focused on the inlaned application excepting marine applications. The last target of this study is to implement new Marine RFID(M-RFID) that can cover all of EEZ areas as large five times as inland volume. In this paper, as a basic study for the M-RFID, we carried out an establishing the concept design of M-RFID, developing the construction method of M-RFID and, extending the idea of M-RFID. As studying results, it is known that the M-RFID can be use in many practical areas such as the protection of EEZ area and aqua culture, the safety of fisher man, the disaster control for inlander and, fisheries ligistics with real-time.

In this study, the damage to the bridge structure such as the crack and water leakage was assessed due to the increase of the vehicle load and traffic on the roads. In order to make this into the database, as a part of the automation system development for the bridge maintenance, the students themselves designed and developed their own inspection robotic system based on the idea of robots currently being developed overseas. Its field testing was conducted and its applicability assessed. During the design and fabrication, its connection to the details of the unit course taken in the undergraduate level was focused. In terms of new product development, the field application was possible due to the support of the academic-industrial cooperation firms. Furthermore, through the survey of the students, the improvements in the practical skills of the students who participated in this development process was affirmed.

This study attempts to understand women's underwear culture in the Later Chosun Dynasty, by investigating the kinds and constructions of them, which formed bulky and puffed silhouette of the lower half of the body. In the middle 17th century in Chosun, Confucianism settled down as fundamental idea of society, while whole country achieved considerable economic growth. As a result for upperclass women, female virtues was demanded more than any other period in Chosun. On the other hand, lower-class women including Kisaengs, had more freedom on their clothing behaviors. According to the literature on women's dress institutions and restrictions of the extravagance, the use of kinds of high-quality silk and false hair was criticized, compared to women's clothes in China. From this, one can see the luxury and affluence of women's clothes at that time, which also reflected in luxurious underclothes. Also, the movement of class, by economic development, led to changes in the costumes of middle-to-lower class women, relaxing restrictions on clothes. Underclothes included Bosomband(가슴띠; long sashes for bosom to wrap), Sokjucksam(속적삼), and Sokchogori(속저고리; Korean blouse, worn under the chogori) for upper garment, and Darisokkok(다리속곳; basic underwear like the panty), Soksokkot(속속곳; underwear paji to be wide of hem), Sokpaji(속바지;trouser front and back opening), Tansokkok(단속곳; large size underwear like Soksokkot), Noronpaji(너른바지; paji like the skirt or paji bulky than tansokkot,), Mujigi무지기; tiered skirt for underwear), and Daeshumchi'ma(대슘치마; Korean underskirt, shape hem as a pad into form) for lower clothes.

In clothing, a tendency of Bisexuality is in case of wearing clothing of the opposite sex, the mixing of modeling principle and characteristic of man and woman, the exclusion characteristic of sexuality that present sexlessness-the third sex. They-Designer Gabrielle Chanel, YSL, Giorgio Armani-give characteristic of man's fashion to women's fashion. However, the consciousness in design is different. Chanel apply principle of man's suit to woman's wear to express authority and power about gender image, hereby she express women liberation and equality of man and woman based on social ideology through fashion especially, she express women's sexual independency and self assurance to her clothing. YSL express liberal and bold women that pursuit reasonal and liberal life in 1970. As he apply tailoed suit's rigidity to women's wear, he made 'pants look' universal in women's wear through“Dress for success”in modern life. Armani apply successful modern image to women's wear, so he express women's image of confident intellegent as well as feminine image. He focus women's new image as man living liberal and indivisual life excluding social category rather than will of equality of man and women. Gernreich break sexual prejudice and release women freely, furthermore, as he express concern of sexuality pursuit liberty of mankind surpassing sex distinction with women liberty. Gianni Versace pursuit mix and extinguishment of sexual image many-sided, and break fixed idea of sex, and reprovide feminine and masculine image. So his design tend homosexuality because he regard women's glamor and ostensible sexuality as standard of beauty, he apply this to man's wear as well as women's wear. With this, he expresses sensitive and liberal man's that break characteristic of Gender that symbolize power and authority in man's wear through 'Without ties'.

It is well practised in the field of concrete engineering that the effort of improving the low slumped concrete and uplifting the quality of the soft concrete by adopting the superplasticizer. In this paper, an attempt is made to find out the optimum mix design of the superplasticized concrete with an unit weight of cement 400 kg and the range of $19{\pm}1cm$ of slump by variatlng the sand percentage, unit water content and the dosage of superplasticizer. As a result, the author obtained the basic idea on the optimum mix design and strength of superplasticized concrete. On the other hand, it is also considered during the research the method of preventing the slump loss of the superplasticized concrete due to the delayed time after concrete mixing.

King and Crown Prince's Gwanbok (冠服) written in "Goryeosa" Yeobokji was the bestowment of robes and crowns by the Son of Heaven who yielded hegemony over East Asia. It designated the King and Crown Prince of Goryeo as real and authentic as well as confirmed the political status of Goryeo in East Asia. In "Goryeosa" Yeobokji, the King's Gwanbok is of higher stature than the adornments of the King's ritual robes (祭服) and court robes (朝服) which held a domestic political significance. In East Asia, bestowment of voiture (車) and robe (服) usually appeared in the multistate system. In the $10^{th}$ century, the Later Jin (後晋) spread the idea of investiture and bestowment to Khitan (契丹). The Liao (遼) or Khitan and the Jin (金), the Conquest Dynasties, endeavored to establish the legitimacy of the Son of Heaven by imitating Sinocentrism by means of investiture and bestowment. In the reign of XingZong (興宗) and DaoZong (道宗) of Liao, the ritual of investiture and bestowment for Goryeo was in the making, adding titles and bestowments in the occasion of the elevation of Emperor Liao's honorific title. King Munjong (文宗) of Goryeo reached 9-bestowment which symbolized the first of the feudal lords in East Asia. This exceptional respect for Goryeo went on to Jin's investiture and bestowment. From then, 9-bestowment was defined as an international decorum (禮) toward Goryeo. This historical study of Gwanbok (冠服) of "Goryeosa", indicates: First, the King's Ceremonial Robe with Nine-symbol Design were designated from the early to middle of the Goryeo Dynasty by investiture and bestowment from the Conquest Dynasties. Second, the bestowed King's Robe and Crown had simultaneous functions for domestic order and international order. Goryeo did not follow ideological Sinocentrism but followed practical interest by accepting Confucian Li (禮) philosophy passed on through the Conquest Dynasties.

For the study of oceanic surface current, this work presents a system design which is composed of three parts, a Global Positiong System(GPS) unit, a transmitter with radio frequency (RF) modem and an antenna which are housed in a plastic spherical buoy, and computerised of VHF receiving system. The key idea for this study is to employ a commercially available GPS on a drifting buoy and to utilize the receiver position information from the buoy in determining the Lagrangian motion of surface ocean waters. Great efforts has been paid to the system design which would demand several points in harsh conditions common in the sea surface, that is power supply problems housed inside of a plastic buoy, optimizing transmitting radio frequency which limits transmitting distance to a receiving station. for all these difficulties, the system appears to be promising in future oceanic applications and is considered to economical compared to ARGOS drift buoy which is being used by commercial base. We believe that the system needs to be improved in terms of several aspects such as a longer transmitting distance, a power supply and software. for the test experiments in situ, the system has employed off the coast of Ku Ryong Po int the southeast part of Korea and successfully collected the surface current data. The results are presented for two cases from 21 to 31, March 1994 and 21 to 25, June 1994 in terms of current statistics and trajectories of drifting buoys.

Performance art is an integrated genre of different art areas, and make-up is a visual art area to give lively effects to the performance art, which makes actors and actresses changed into the characters of plays. It can be said to be a kind of deliverer of idea to help effectively understand the contents of the performance. When we are in the world abundant in various cultures and innumerable styles of expression of different countries, we should rediscover the value of the beauty of our traditional masks that have represented the emotion and thought of Han nation, which we can find in play culture of our ancestors that has kept our ancestors' value system. That's the way we can get continuous life force and competitive power of our traditional culture. The Korean traditional masks haven't only been for the prevention of bad luck and the prayer of fortune, but also well expressed Korean people's looks, features and personalities according to the roles. They are excellent artistic works in themselves, and many studies have been performed on the analyses and uses of the features of the masks in various fields due to their good expression of different cultural aspects, while the studies in the light of make-up are rarely performed. Therefore, this article aims to analyze the features of the Korean traditional masks and, by using this analysis, to present effective make-up designs in outdoor performances through a stage performance. In addition, this article also tries to present the orientation of make-up as an expression of artistic image, and to expand the expression area of make-up by using the Korean traditional masks in the light of make-up. For this purpose, I examined the related literature and the precedent study materials to find the origin and kinds of the Korean traditional masks, and analyzed the features of the masks. Furthermore, I established the make-up design plan using the material features of the Korean traditional masks by analyzing the characters in actual performance works, and presented the photos of works actually performed.

The Hilbert transform, which has been hitherto discussed in coherent imaging, is for the first time investigated in the context of incoherent imaging. Because the Hilbert transform of the information is superposed coherently with the original light field. We present a two-pupil optical heterodyne scanning system and analyze mathematically the design of its two pupils such that the optical system can perform the Hilbert transform on incoherent objects. In this paper, we review and formulate the definition of an analytic signal of a function and from which we can obtain the Hilbert transform of the function. and we analyze the design of pupils so as to obtain the Hilbert transform and show some 2-D simulations. Computer simulation results of the idea clarify the theoretical results.
