  • 극초음속으로 비행하는 추진기관이 직면하는 고속 유동 등 제반 현상을 모사하기 위한 지상시험 설비로 충격파 풍동을 설계, 구축한 후 성능 시험을 수행하였다. 개발된 준 일차원 작동 해석를 이용하여 설계점을 파악한 후, 극초음속 시험설비 구축을 위한 개념 설계를 완료하였다. 이어 단위 해석 코드를 이용하여 구체적인 성능 설계 및 각 구성품에 대한 설계를 완료, 구축한 후, 다양한 운용조건에서 성능시험을 수행하였다. 본 논문에서는 이론해석 결과를 바탕으로 이루어진 개념 설계와 준 1차원 다화학종 해석 코드를 이용한 개념설계 검증 및 성능설계 결과 등 극초음속 충격파 풍동 설계방법을 제시하였다.

LCT에서 선박용 상호반전 프로펠러 상호작용 특성의 시험적 연구 (Experimental Study of the Interaction Characteristics for a Marine CRP in LCT)

  • In order to develop test and performance analysis techniques for a CRP propulsion, a CRP dynamometer which can be installed inside the model ship was designed and manufactured. The object ship was the 16000TEU container carrier, which has test results for the single propeller. The design concept of the present CRP is that forward & after propellers have the same power ratio and their RPM ratio is 0.75:1. To begin with, we checked the performance of the CRP dynamometer through the calibration and then installed it inside the model ship. After the model ship setup including the design CRP and the rudder in the Large Cavitation Tunnel(LCT), a series of model tests composed of power ratio check, propeller behind wake(PBW) test, cavitation observation and pressure fluctuation tests was conducted. Through the model test and data analysis for CRP, the experimental technique was established and the improved method for CRP design was suggested.

말뚝기초의 경제적인 설계절차에 의한 건설비용 절감 사례 연구 (Case Study for Construction Cost Saving by means of Economic Pile Design Procedure)

  • 본 연구에서는 검증시험결과를 활용한 말뚝기초의 경제적인 설계절차를 제안하였다. 그리고 비경제적인 말뚝기초의 설계관행을 해소하기 위하여 6개 사례를 선정하여 설계를 목적으로 한 말뚝 정재하시험 (즉, 검증시험)을 수행하고, 검증시험 결과를 활용하여 건설비용 절감효과를 분석하였다. 말뚝기초 건설비용 절감효과는, 말뚝의 하중지지능력을 확인할 수 있는 소구경 말뚝에서는 34 - 47 %로 나타났으며, 말뚝의 최대하중지지능력 확인이 곤란한 대구경 말뚝에서는 0 - 55 %로 나타났다.

  • This study propose CAE analysis of fire damper and design of the damper control system. Through the design of the damper system for ANSYS-CFX heat transfer. As a result of the analysis, continuance equation of the damper control. Climate system. Finaily, We have obtained a fire damper solution by using orthogonal array. The fire damper of the set of fixture and alveolus are made by using a CAE software. Also, the optimum design offshore structures. The new H-120 class fire damper was designed. In the near future, fire resistance test was carried out to obtain class H-120 thermal insulation of fire dampers according to a hydrocarbon fire conditions. The test results showed that the insulation of the damper blade was an important factor in the fireproof performance of fire dampers concerning the coaming length minimum 500mm on the unexposed side as specified test standard.

  • 본 연구에서는 자연섬유 복합재료를 적용하여 1kW급 수평축 소형 풍력 발전 시스템 블레이드의 제작과 구조 시험 연구를 수행하였다. 블레이드의 설계 요구 조건을 분석하여 공력 설계를 수행하였다. 공력 설계 이후 구조 설계 하중을 도출하고 블레이드의 구조 설계를 수행하였다. 블레이드의 구조 설계기법은 복합재료를 적용한 단순 설계 기법과 혼합 설계 기법을 적용하였다. 설계된 블레이드의 구조 안전성은 다양한 하중조건, 변위, 좌굴 등의 해석을 위해 유한요소기법으로 분석하였다. 최종 자연 섬유를 적용한 블레이들 제작하였으며, 구조 시험을 수행하였다.

  • A HVAC(Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning) is adapted to increase the comfort of the cabin environment for train. The train HVAC duct system has very long duct and many outlets due to the shape of a train set. the duct cross section shape is limited by a roof structure and equipments. Therefore, the pressure distribution and flow uniformity is an important performance indicator for the duct system. In this study, the existing blow down type HVAC duct system for a train was supplemented to improve the flow uniformity by applying a design method combining design of experiment (DOE) with numerical analysis. The design variables and the test sets were selected and the performance for each test set was evaluated using CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics). The influence of each design variable on the system performance was analysed based on the results of the performance evaluation on the test sets. Furthermore, the optimized model, whose the flow uniformity was improved was produced using the direct optimization(gradient-based method). Finally, the performance of the optimized model was evaluated using numerical analysis, and it was confirmed that its flow uniformity has indeed improved.

초·중등학생을 위한 디자인적 사고기반의 STEAM교육 프로그램의 효과 (Effect of Design Thinking-based STEAM Program for Primary and Secondary Students)

  • This study aims to investigate the effect of design thinking-based STEAM program for primary and secondary students. The design thinking-based STEAM program dealt with advanced scientific technology issues and it consisted of 8 topics. A questionnaire was developed to explore the change of Science concept awareness, Interest, Self-efficacy, Career consciousness of students through the program. The questionnaire consisted of following 4 areas, such as 'Science concept awareness', 'Interest', 'Career consciousness' and 'Self efficacy'. Pre-post test was conducted to 75 primary and secondary students. As a result of analyzing post-test compared to pre-test, 'Science concept awareness', 'Career consciousness' and 'Self efficacy' of students were improved. And the 'Interest' wasn't changed significantly. Through this research, it can be suggested that the design thinking-based STEAM program can be useful at school education to improve the Science concept awareness, Career consciousness and Self-efficacy of primary and secondary students. It is also proposed that further research of the various areas of interest and other affective variables will be needed.

생물학적동등성시험을 위한 통계처리 프로그램(BioEquiv)의 개발 (Development of BioEquiv, a Computer Program for the Analysis of Bioequivalence)

  • K-$BEtest^{(R)}$ is a well known program for bioequivalence test using a $2{\times}2$ design. Lee et al.(1998) and Park et al.(1999) suggested a $3{\times}3$ and $3{\times}2$ design, and also discussed their benefits. We developed a computer program, called BioEquiv, which can analyze some complex experimental designs such as, $3{\times}3$ design and $3{\times}2$ design including a standard $2{\times}2$ design. This program is a user-friendly one and overcomes the disadvantages of K-$BEtest^{(R)}$. The detailed statistical formula and structure of BioEquiv are presented with some examples. The comparison between K-$BEtest^{(R)}$ and BioEquiv are given with actual data analysis. BioEquiv is able to present a table of ANOVA test over some complex experimental designs. Moreover K-$BEtest^{(R)}$ and BioEquiv draw the same result when data consists of $2{\times}2$ design.

진동대 실험을 통한 외부보강형 판넬조립식 물탱크의 내진성능평가 (Seismic Performance Evaluation of Externally Reinforced Panel Water Tank Using Shaking Table Tests)

  • In this study, an externally reinforced structural system for SMC(Sheet Molding Compound) panel water tank, designed according to the Japanese design code, is experimented to evaluate its seismic performance. The test tank is 3m long, 2m wide and 3m high, considering the capacity and size of the shaking table. The measured hydrodynamic pressures are found to be approximately 70% of the Japanese design code values. It may be partially due to the convex shape effect of the unit panels. The analytical results of externally reinforced system based on the measured dynamic water pressures are found in good agreement with the test results. If the design hydrodynamic pressures are estimated properly, the proposed analytical model for the externally reinforced water tank becomes a useful design tool and the Japanese design code is found to provide a safe design for the external frames of SMC panel water tank.

럭셔리 패션 브랜드의 디자인 특성에 따른 브랜드 태도와 구매의도에 관한 연구 (The Impact of Design Characteristics on Brand Attitude and Purchase Intention - Focus on Luxury Fashion Brands -)

  • Most luxury fashion brands have a strong brand identity and the product design characteristics of a brand are critical factors that influence brand identity. The design of products influence brand identity and play an important role in the choice by consumers in which brand to purchase. This study investigates the impact design characteristics of luxury brands on brand attitudes as well as purchase intentions in the examination of the differences in the impact influence by product category and consumer characteristics. The product design of brands was evaluated and measured by innovative and traditional characteristics. The product categories were divided into apparel, bags, shoes, and accessories. The consumer characteristics used in this study are fashion involvement, age, income, and the amount of money used for purchasing fashion products. Sample brands, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Hermes, Burberry, and Gucci, were extracted from the Intel-brand's Luxury Brand Ranking 2008 and pilot tested for appropriateness. The data collected from 120 luxury consumers and 92 samples were statistically analyzed with SPSS 15.0, reliability test, factor analysis, ANOVA, frequency test, regression, and t-test. The findings are as follow. First, luxury brands were divided into two groups by innovative design characteristics and traditional design characteristics; innovative design characteristics show a significant influence on brand attitude and purchase intention. Second, only fashion related behavior factors among consumer characteristics became moderators when design characteristics influenced brand attitude and purchase intention. Third, the differences in purchase intention affected by design characteristics were found in bags, shoes, and accessories category. It is necessary for luxury brands to focus on innovative design characteristics and to specify the different needs of consumers through fashion related behavioral factors. This research will be useful to luxury brands in designing products and planning marketing strategies by offering specific information for luxury brand consumers.
