Objective: The purpose of this study was to analyze the operation and personal information management of public and private kindergarten homepages. Methods: A total of 2,846 kindergartens were selected from the I-Sarang portal service for analyzing operation, and 217 self-operating homepages were selected for evaluating management. Seven evaluation items from three domains (information gathering procedures and scope, information security, and management of file exposure protection) were used. Wireshark and Google were used for analyzing some evaluation items. Results: The operating ratio of kindergarten homepages was low and most of the kindergartens self-operated their homepages. The evaluation of the information gathering procedures and scope showed that the rule of consent process was not rigidly followed but that the rule of legality for information gathering was followed. Items related to information security were followed at very low levels. As for the management of file exposure protection, the evaluation of items related to the prevention of attachment disclosure showed that the rule of protecting personal information included in an attached file was followed but that the notice regarding information protection was not. Across all evaluation items, the level of personal information management was higher in public (vs. private) kindergartens. Conclusion: These results indicate methods to more securely and effectively manage personal information on kindergarten homepages.

본 연구는 관리적 목적에서 대학의 학과 홈페이지 평가를 위한 TOPSIS 기반의 응용을 제시한다. 학령인구 감소시대를 맞아 대학의 학과 홈페이지는 입시 전략의 관점에서는 중요한 홍보 수단의 의미를 갖는다. 하지만 대부분 리뉴얼과 같은 전면적 개편 전에는 관리가 잘되지 않는다. 비록 입시전략 차원에서 홈페이지 관리는 중요한 일이지만 단순한 관리 목적의 평가에 많은 노력이나 비용을 투자하기는 어렵기 때문이다. 그래서 본 논문은 현실성을 고려하여 관리 목적에서 대학의 학과 홈페이지 평가에 부분적으로 수정된 TOPSIS를 적용하여 그 유용성을 보이고자 한다. TOPSIS는 각 기준에 대한 이상적인 목푯값으로 부터 편차 거리를 기반으로 하여 우선순위를 결정해 주는 개념적 이유로 목표 관리를 위한 평가도구로 사용하기에 합당하다고 본다. 그리고 사용되는 평가 기준들의 방향성이 같은 단조증가 함수 같은 경우 본 연구에서 제시된 바와 같이 부분적으로 수정된 절차를 통하여 계산량을 줄여도 동일한 결과를 얻을 수 있다.

There are rapidly increasing in the number of SNS users according to quick supply of smart phones and expansion of wireless internet services, but there is no much researches on hospital promotion using SNS. In this paper, we proposed methods for development of effective hospital promotion by investigating current status of homepages, mobile web contents and SNS operated in 21 dermatology hospitals located at Seoul city and by analyzing contents according to functions as hospital promotion media. In the investigation results, all of three contents such as homepage, mobile web content and SNS are opened in 76.1% of hospitals and external companies occupied the main management body of the three contents at the largest portion(56.2%). There are hospital information, clinic, reservation in all hospitals' homepages and followed by broadcasting(90.5%), medical treatment(85.7%), consultation information(80.9%), member information in 'mypage'(42.9%), staff information(14.3%). In the analysis results, there is need to enlarge departments or staffs taking full charge of in order to manage the three contents professionally and also there is need to prepare and conduct hospital promotion methods using prevalent SNS.

This study aimed to identify the effects of contents, to find out the development approaches of promotion and contribute to increase the expectation on medical institutions and wills to use and improve the customer satisfaction on homepages of such medical institutions by analysis on the contents of hospital homepage. This research performed the frequency analysis, cross analysis, t-test correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis and came to the conclusion. In accordance with the research results, since the university hospital homepages had more contents than the homepage of general hospitals and national and public hospitals, the university hospital homepage provided sufficient information to visitors and tried to satisfy the customers and activate the hospital promotion using the homepage contents. On the contrary, the homepage of general hospitals and national and public hospitals had insufficient contents and unique and differentiated contents were not sufficiently provided. On the basis of the results of this study, further study on the approaches to improve the contents of homepage of general hospitals and national and public hospitals will be of great help to activate the hospital promotion by increasing the average number of visitors and page views. Furthermore, it is required to make every endeavor for systematic management and operation and research on promotion using the homepage contents.

인터넷을 이용한 GIS 기술은 급속히 발전하고 있으며, 이에 따라 일반인의 GIS 사용도 보편화되고 있다. 한편 지방자치단체의 정보화는 전자정부의 구현이라는 목표아래 공공정보에 대한 대시민 정보서비스의 필요성이 강조되면서 각 업무부서별로 각종 정보를 제공하는 홈페이지의 구축이 급격히 증가하고 있는 실정이다. 그러나 공공정보를 공간과 연계하여 제공하는 사례는 매우 제한적이다. 본 연구는 서울시를 사례로 공공 및 민간부분에서의 인터넷 GIS를 이용한 지역정보 제공 사례분석, 해외도시의 지역정보 제공 사례분석 및 지역정보로 제공될 필요가 있는 업무분석을 통하여 인터넷 GIS를 이용한 지역정보 제공전략을 제시하였다.

'학과 홈페이지는 학과의 얼굴이다'고 할 수 있을 정도로 학과 홈페이지는 학과에 대한 많은 정보들을 포함하고 있다. 그렇기 때문에 학과 홈페이지의 역할은 재학생들에게 뿐만 아니라 신입생에게도 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 이러한 이유로 D대학교에서는 대학 신입생 유치 방안의 일환으로 모든 학과의 홈페이지를 평가함으로써 학과로 하여금 홈페이지의 구성, 디자인, 그리고 콘텐츠에 신경을 쓰도록 독려하고 있다. 그런데 D대학교에서 실시하고 있는 학과 홈페이지의 평가는 객관적이지 못하다는 단점이 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 D대학교의 학과 평가에 대한 단점을 보완하여 학과 홈페이지를 보다 객관적으로 평가할 수 있는 평가지표를 제안한다. 본 연구의 목적은 D대학교의 학과 평가에 대한 객관적인 평가가 이루어 질 수 있도록 하는 것뿐만 아니라 다른 대학교에서도 본 연구에서 제안하는 방법을 수용하는 경우 대학입시의 신입생 유치에 대한 참고자료로 활용할 수 있도록 하는데 있다.

본 연구는 대학 홈페이지의 성공적 관리 및 운영이 대학의 브랜딩 효과를 초래한다는 점에 착목하여 기존의 대학 홈페이지 평가요소들의 문제점을 인식하고 새로운 평가모형을 도출한 후 각 단계별 평가요소에 대한 중요도 및 우선순위를 파악하고자 하였다. 특히 본 연구는 의사결정 방법론 중 계층분석과정(AHP)을 활용함으로써 학과 홈페이지 평가요소에 대한 중요도의 객관성을 높이고자 하였다. 분석결과, 29개의 학과 홈페이지 평가요소 중 모바일 서비스, 교과과정의 구성현황 및 교과목의 설명, 학과특성을 나타내는 전문적인 교육내용, 홈페이지 이용안내 및 사이트맵 접근의 용이성, 학과의 차별화된 교육방식 등의 요소는 비교적 중요도가 높게 나타난 반면, 학과특성에 적합한 슬로건, 학과의 차별화된 이미지 및 아이덴티티, 학과 SNS와의 연동, Q&A게시판 제공, 커뮤니티 활발한 운영, FAQ기능의 제공 등의 항목은 상대적 중요도가 낮게 나타났다. 본 연구는 이상의 연구결과를 바탕으로 대학 학과홈페이지의 성공적 관리 및 운영을 위한 기본적 토대를 제시했을 뿐 아니라, 학과홈페이지의 활성화를 위한 몇 가지 시사점을 제시하였다.

Objective: This study aims to investigate relationship between representative anthropometric dimensions and income levels for Korean from 1958 to 1989. The anthropometric dimensions include stature and body weight, and GNP per head was used as an index of income level. Background: Although anthropometric dimensions were affected by varying factors such as genetic, environmental and socioeconomic factors, most studies on anthropometry have focused on measurement methods, providing data and their characteristics. Method: Anthropometric data were retrieved from homepages of Korean Agency for Technology and Standards, and Ministry of Culture, Sports & Tourism, and GNPs per head by year from Korean Statistical Information Service. Results: During analysis period, statures and body weights for males and females increased by 6.4cm and 6.1cm, 10.7kg and 4.0kg, respectively. Infants' stature and body weight nearly linearly increased with GNPs per head. Anthropometric dimensions of stature and body weight were very positively correlated with GNPs per head. Conclusion: This study revealed that income levels significantly affect stature and body weight. Application: The results would be used as a valuable basic data when establishing government policies related to anthropometry.

Purpose: The existing web sites for premature babies are operated by non professionals and thus do not provide any medical or professional information necessary for rearing premature babies. The purpose is to construct a new website with lots of medical and professional tips for premature babies. Methods: First, topics of discussions are collected from the bulletin boards of three websites, operated by non professionals, for premature babies. And new website for premature babies is constructed based on the identified topics and also based on professional consultation with six professors. Results: The newly constructed website provides professional tips for the above topics as well as introduction of it's object, general medical information and baby rearing information and the bulletin board for parents of premature babies. Conclusion: By providing professional tips for mothers of premature babies, the new website is expected to provide detailed, accurate and professional information on issues most parents of premature babies concern.

This study is investigation into the number of major subjects and computer-using subjects in department of interior architecture-related in 2008 & 2010 year. We arranged and analyzed collected data by searching homepages of subjects to survey and was able to reach conclusions as follows : Firstly, the number of department of interior architecture-related has decreased in colleges and universities at the same time in 2010 than 2008. Secondary, computer-using subjects tended to open lower grades than higher grades, so students used to control computer softwares easily. Thirdly, the purposes of computer-related subjects divide to four parts, 2dimensional-drafting, 2dimensional presentation, 3dimensional design, 3dimensional presentation(modeling and rendering included). Fourthly, from average 4.7 to 4.3 subjects have opened each the two year(2008, 2010) in college and from average 4.7 to 2.5 subjects in universities. and each 4(or5) subjects in college and 2(or 3) subjects in universities are opened mostly. Fifthly, Computer-related subjects tend to decrease the number of opening those subjects in universities, however it is necessary to be opened four computer-related subjects at least in order to design by using computer softwares.
