In the construction industry, there is a growing demand for the accurate calculation of the quantity take-off and construction budget at the design stage, and it is likewise important to grasp changes in the construction budget and quantity take-off if design alterations are made. In addition, lawsuits related to the quantity take-off and cost of construction are frequent; therefore, the calculation of these factors using building information modeling (BIM) has emerged as an alternative. However, existing 2D-based methods are still used more frequently than BIM-based methods for quantity take-offs and construction budgets. This is because of the lack of BIM experience of estimation workers and the absence of a national standard. However, from a designer's point of view, it is necessary to understand the quantity take-off and construction cost based on BIM and accurately create the design according to the budget. In this study, the quantity take-offs of concrete, rebar, and reinforced concrete structures (apartments) in Seoul and Yeongjong were compared with the quantity take-offs based on 2D and BIM methods. From the viewpoint of the designer, we aim to increase the accuracy of BIM-based quantity take-offs.
Due to the social problems including recent economic crisis and unemployment rate increase, the demand of business foundation market has been increased and, in the meantime, on the basis of the business foundation support policy of the government including youth foundation support policy and Small & Medium Business Administration foundation planning, business foundation market has been showing steady growth trend. With this enlargement of foundation market, as the accompanied increase of franchise market is expected, it is considered that the importance of more realistic and concrete research about franchise market be larger than before. This study considered brand image, main office support, foundation cost, information search activity as the advanced variable of effect on brand selection and established the cause of effect on brand selection by improving the existing advanced research, and its result is as follows. First, according to foundation business kind, age, sex, yes or no of marriage, there is some difference III the thought about brand image and foundation possibility. Second, Second, the most important factor of franchise contract intention is economical specificity. It is difficult to consider brand image, franchise support and information search activity as the property having a big effect on preliminary founder, and it was shown that the cost for franchise management(Consistency with initial foundation cost and self-capital, promotion cost, management fund, facility/equipment reinvestment, etc.) is an important property. Specially, it was shown that consistency with initial foundation cost and self-capital is the most important factor for preliminary founder.
Recent centrally the downtown area, the transaction between the row housing and multiplex housing is activated and platform services such as Zigbang and Dabang are growing. The row housing and multiplex housing is a blind spot for real estate information. Because there is a social problem, due to the change in market size and information asymmetry due to changes in demand. Also, the 5 or 25 districts used by the Seoul Metropolitan Government or the Korean Appraisal Board(hereafter, KAB) were established within the administrative boundaries and used in existing real estate studies. This is not a district classification for real estate researches because it is zoned urban planning. Based on the existing study, this study found that the city needs to reset the Seoul Metropolitan Government's spatial structure in estimating future housing prices. So, This study attempted to classify the area without spatial heterogeneity by the reflected the property price characteristics of row housing and Multiplex housing. In other words, There has been a problem that an inefficient side has arisen due to the simple division by the existing administrative district. Therefore, this study aims to cluster Seoul as a new area for more efficient real estate analysis. This study was applied to the hedonic model based on the real transactions price data of row housing and multiplex housing. And the K-Means Clustering algorithm was used to cluster the spatial structure of Seoul. In this study, data onto real transactions price of the Seoul Row housing and Multiplex Housing from January 2014 to December 2016, and the official land value of 2016 was used and it provided by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport(hereafter, MOLIT). Data preprocessing was followed by the following processing procedures: Removal of underground transaction, Price standardization per area, Removal of Real transaction case(above 5 and below -5). In this study, we analyzed data from 132,707 cases to 126,759 data through data preprocessing. The data analysis tool used the R program. After data preprocessing, data model was constructed. Priority, the K-means Clustering was performed. In addition, a regression analysis was conducted using Hedonic model and it was conducted a cosine similarity analysis. Based on the constructed data model, we clustered on the basis of the longitude and latitude of Seoul and conducted comparative analysis of existing area. The results of this study indicated that the goodness of fit of the model was above 75 % and the variables used for the Hedonic model were significant. In other words, 5 or 25 districts that is the area of the existing administrative area are divided into 16 districts. So, this study derived a clustering method of row housing and multiplex housing in Seoul using K-Means Clustering algorithm and hedonic model by the reflected the property price characteristics. Moreover, they presented academic and practical implications and presented the limitations of this study and the direction of future research. Academic implication has clustered by reflecting the property price characteristics in order to improve the problems of the areas used in the Seoul Metropolitan Government, KAB, and Existing Real Estate Research. Another academic implications are that apartments were the main study of existing real estate research, and has proposed a method of classifying area in Seoul using public information(i.e., real-data of MOLIT) of government 3.0. Practical implication is that it can be used as a basic data for real estate related research on row housing and multiplex housing. Another practical implications are that is expected the activation of row housing and multiplex housing research and, that is expected to increase the accuracy of the model of the actual transaction. The future research direction of this study involves conducting various analyses to overcome the limitations of the threshold and indicates the need for deeper research.

There had been substantial demand for record management system with which to efficiently control the information circulation processes, involving accumulation of recorded materials, classification of information resources, and users access to them. It converged to a collaboration of Australian federation, and Sydney Records Centre and finally induced Australian Standard Records Management, commonly known as AS 4390. AS 4390 served later as a model for International Standard of Record Management. This paper introduces the current undertaking of Recordkeeping system development in Australia, which stems from the line of AS 4390 by analysing exhibited research approaches. The analysis includes the definition, regime of Recordkeeping system, design and implementing of guidelines of Recordkeeping System and information on metadata projects. It also highlights the necessity for standardization, as is the prime factor in promoting inter-linking of Tabularium on New Southwales State, CRS(Commonwealth Record Series), database system of Canberra National Archives and Australian Government Locator Service. From year 2005, as dictates, any record management system, serving public agency will be required to adapt Professional Archives Management System, which, by far, will enhance the inter-compatibility. In its application, the government need Thesaurus to eliminate possible redundancy in use of terminology and to promote correct usage of words.

With the spread of untact culture resulting from the Covid-19 pandemic, the size of the car camping market has expanded to minimize contact with others. As a result, SUVs have exceeded sales of sedans, and sales of recreational vehicles (RVs) have increased by 101% compared to the same period last year. Despite the explosive increase in demand for car camping, research on car camping has not matched this increase. Therefore, in this study, we intended to conduct a study focused on car camping users. According to a survey of Naver's famous car camping cafe, it was difficult to find articles, maps, and websites with car camping places. Analysis of car camping websites showed that most only post information about the camping itself, so details of car camping places were not available. Furthermore, according to a survey derived from related prior studies and literature surveys, most users urged solutions to the problem of unauthorized garbage dumping in the car camping locations. In addition, car camping users wanted to receive information on amenities near the car camping places. Therefore, we aimed to establish a car camping website that provides basic information on car camping places and nearby convenience facilities. Moreover, to solve the problem of garbage dumping, we provided a category wherein users can post pictures of clean camping campaigns. We also developed a business model utilizing the certification process of clean camping. The business model is designed with a structure wherein car camping users are rewarded through the clean camping certification process. Compensation for clean camping certification was proposed to be provided through partnerships with domestic automakers, Korea Tourism Organization, and Small Business Market Promotion Agency.
Due to the great advances in e-Marketplace and changes in type of items purchased from the online market, it has been dramatically increased the demand of the storage and transportation under the special conditions such as restricted temperature. Especially, the cold chain needs the way to transparently measure and monitor the entire network in realtime because it has a very complicated structure and requires totally different criteria at the every different steps and items. In this research, it has been presented the performance evaluation metrics to make contract using service level agreement (SLA), the way to apply the smart contract based on blockchain, the structure of blocks, service platform and application in order to build cold chain which can prevent the risk factors by measuring and sharing information in realtime using block chain technology. In addition, we have proposed the way to store the measured performance and reputation of each player in the block using smart contract based on SLA. With the presented framework, all players including service providers as well as users can secure the information for making the rational decisions. When the service platform is actually built and operated, it seems possible to secure the information in transparently and realtime. Also, it is possible to prevent the risk factors or prepare the preemptive plans to react on them.
According to the Fourth Industrial Revolution, demand for and interest in jobs in the field of AI and data science - such as artificial intelligence/data analysts - are increasing. In order to keep pace with this trend, and to supply human resources that can effectively perform such jobs in the relevant fields in a timely manner, job seekers must develop the competencies required by the companies, and universities must be in charge of training. However, it is difficult to devise appropriate response strategies at the level of job seekers, companies and universities, which are stakeholders in terms of supplying suitably competent personnel. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine which competencies are required in practice in order to cultivate and supply human talents equipped with the necessary job competencies, and to propose plans for the development of the required competencies at the university level. In order to identify the required competencies in the field of AI and data science, data on job postings on the LinkedIn site, the recruitment platform, were analyzed using text mining techniques. Then, research was conducted with the aim of devising and proposing concrete plans for competency development at the university level by comparing and verifying the results of the international graduate school curriculum in the field of AI and data science, and the interview results with the hiring managers, respectively, with the results of the topic model.
Since the discussion of Korean writing education began in earnest, the biggest topic of conversation has been genre writing education. And academic writing has become one of the most important research topics in Korean writing education in the past and present days as demand for academic-purpose Korean language education has increased. Academic writing is an area of writing, which is distinct from literary writing as well as practical writing. It takes place with a set of information provided on a particular academic topic or research problem, which generally includes arguments and views on the subject, analyses and criticisms of the issue in question, and alternatives for new perspectives and problem solving. Academic Purpose Korean learners learn Korean for the purpose of academic training. Academic-purpose Korean learners will use the Korean language to write academic articles, and inevitably carry out analytical writing tasks in the process. This paper aims to explore what is the task of analytical writing given to foreign students and to grasp the research problems necessary to educate them. When foreign students encountered analytical writing as an academic writing task, they wanted to clarify what areas of education should be conducted with attention.
Water resources which is formed of surface and groundwater, are considered as one of the pivotal natural resources worldwide. Since last century, the rapid population growth as well as accelerated industrialization and explosive urbanization lead to boost demand for groundwater for domestic, industrial and agricultural use. In fact, better management of groundwater can play crucial role in sustainable development; therefore, determining accurate location of groundwater based groundwater potential mapping is indispensable. In recent years, integration of machine learning techniques, Geographical Information System (GIS) and Remote Sensing (RS) are popular and effective methods employed for groundwater potential mapping. For determining the status of the integrated approach, a systematic review of 94 directly relevant papers were carried out over the six previous years (2015-2020). According to the literature review, the number of studies published annually increased rapidly over time. The total study area spanned 15 countries, and 85.1% of studies focused on Iran, India, China, South Korea, and Iraq. 20 variables were found to be frequently involved in groundwater potential investigations, of which 9 factors are almost always present namely slope, lithology (geology), land use/land cover (LU/LC), drainage/river density, altitude (elevation), topographic wetness index (TWI), distance from river, rainfall, and aspect. The data integration was carried random forest, support vector machine and boost regression tree among the machine learning techniques. Our study shows that for optimal results, groundwater mapping must be used as a tool to complement field work, rather than a low-cost substitute. Consequently, more study should be conducted to enhance the generalization and precision of groundwater potential map.

GNSS(Global Navigation Satellite System) is positioning and navigation system using satellites. Accurate positioning is possible in all regions of the world using satellite signals. In Korea, GPS was introduced in the late 1980s. GPS is used in research and work in various fields such as navigation, surveying, and GIS. Since 1995, NGII(National Geographic Information Institute) has installed and operated CORS(Continuously Operating Reference Station) for the practical use of GNSS surveying, RINEX download and VRS(Virtual Reference Station) service was provided for precise positioning. Demand for these services is explosively increasing in the field of surveying. Therefore, there is a need for research to provide good service. In this study, status of national surveying infra structure was researched focused on CORS and its services. As a results, current status of CORS and service were presented. Users of VRS service has increased greatly. In order to provide stable service and advanced surveying, it is necessary to continuously upgrade services such as providing services for various GNSS satellites and securing stability through server redundancy in the data center.
