The community mixed-support facility in Japan is making efforts to try various approaches according to the changes made to allow the privatization of public facilities on the basis of Act on Special Measures for Urban Regeneration since 2004. Due to this change in policy, the community mixed-support facility is now taking further steps in trying to implement variety of approaches in the perspective of urban regeneration and urban maintenance and at the same time the trend of installation of community facility has gone through vivid changes for the last 20 years. The causes of this are from the social demand that claims for of new facilities and the change in the subsidy system in relation to equality in facility installation. Examples of the first cause can be the building of perpetuating educational society, an execution or a movement towards the society of gender equality, a countermovement for an aging society as well as a welfare society, and recently social phenomenon related to consumption is becoming an issue. And for the last, the number of construction of facilities is increasing that grow out of the traditional facility system. The complex of community mixed-support facility will provide public administrative and community mixed-support services to local people as well as to form a notion of community and a feeling of solidarity. Ultimately, this will develop local areas by regional interchanging of information. In this very research, we will analyze the community mixed-support facility and its characteristics as well as its implications and consider the types of complex through many preceding instances in Japanese community mixed-support facility.

Recently, the viability of the Northern Sea Route has been receiving a remarkable amount of attention. Owing to global warming, glaciers in the Arctic Ocean have been melting rapidly, which has opened up navigation routes for ships with commercial as well as research purposes. At present, vessels can be economically operated along the Northern Sea Route four months of the year. However, studies have shown that the economical operating time may increase to six months by 2020 and year-round by 2030. Even though the conditions of the Northern Sea Route are extreme, the main reason for its use is that the route is shorter than the existing route using the Suez Canal, which provides an economic benefit. In addition, 25% of the world's oil reserves and 30% of its natural gas are stored in the coastal areas of the East Siberian Arctic region. Many factors are leading to the expectation of commercial navigation using the Northern Sea Route in the near future. To satisfy future demand, the International Maritime Organization established the Polar Code in order to ensure navigation safety in polar waters; this is expected to enter into force on January 1, 2017. According to the code, a ship needs to reduce its speed and analyze the ice for safe operation before entering into it. It is necessary to enter an ice field at a right angle to break the ice safely and efficiently. This study examined the operation along the course for safe navigation of the passage under several conditions. The results will provide guidelines for traffic officers who will operate ships in the Arctic Ocean.

As the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence and big data have received a lot of attention as key growth engines in the era of the fourth industrial revolution, data acquisition and utilization in mobile, automotive, robotics, manufacturing, agriculture, health care and national defense are becoming more important. Due to numerous data-based industrial changes, demand for sensor technologies is exploding, especially for intelligent sensor technologies that combine control, judgement, storage and communication functions with the sensors's own functions. Intelligent sensor technology can be defined as a convergence component technology that combines intelligent sensor units, intelligent algorithms, modules with signal processing circuits, and integrated plaform technologies. Intelligent sensor technology, which can be applied to variety of smart IT convergence services such as smart devices, smart homes, smart cars, smart factory, smart cities, and others, is evolving towards intelligent and convergence technologies that produce new high-value information through recognition, reasoning, and judgement based on artificial intelligence. As a result, development of intelligent sensor units is accelerating with strategies for miniaturization, low-power consumption and convergence, new form factor such as flexible and stretchable form, and integration of high-resolution sensor arrays. In the future, these intelligent sensor technologies will lead explosive sensor industries in the era of data-based artificial intelligence and will greatly contribute to enhancing nation's competitiveness in the global sensor market. In this report, we analyze and summarize the recent trends in intelligent sensor technologies, especially those for four core technologies.
Concerning post-verification which is after the application of FTA preferential tariffs, in cases such as Korea-EFTA and Korea-ASEAN, the growing trend of post-verifications was restricted and there was no active research concerning this; whereas with Korea-EU FTA which adopted indirect verification for post-verification, the demand for post-verification has been rising constantly each year; and for Korea-US FTA which has adopted direct verification, a new approach to post-verification research is needed as it began genuine post-verification regarding many national enterprises only after a year and a half since the agreement. This study will consider the counter measures that can be taken for post-verification, through case of studies on the factors influencing violation of determining the country of origin for export company regarding verification of FTA. Result of this case study regarding the determining a violation of origin, The main cause of the violation factors on the essential & general principles(goods wholly obtained, value added criteria) are lack of understanding agreement & manpower. but Violation of the parties to a transaction & the origin certification are lack of advanced preparation and effected violation of principle of good faith. Finally, In this study help countermeasures of export company through the Detailed analysis of the type & implications deriving from verification of origin.
A pre-feasibility test is done for renewable energy hybrid power systems at off~grid islands in which the current power supply is provided only by diesel generation. We apply Homer (Hybrid Optimization Model for Electric Renewables) which was developed by the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) for the analysis to identify the cost-minimizing combination of power generating facilities for the given load profiles. Chuja-Do, Geomun-Do and Youngsan-Do have been selected for our analysis considering the wind resources data of the Korea Institute of Energy Research (KIER). Information on wind speed, solar radiation and temperature is also used for the analysis. System component cost information from overseas market has been used due to the lack of domestic information. Site specific Load profile for electricity demand for those islands are reconstructed based on the partial survey results obtained form other sources. The LCOE of the least cost hybrid power systems for Chuja-Do, Geomun-Do and Youngsan-Do are $0.278/kWh, $0.234/kWh and $0.353/kWh, respectively Considering the fact that diesel generation is being subsidized at the price of $0.300/kWh by the government, first 2 cases are economically feasible for the introduction of renewable energy hybrid systems to those islands. But the third case of Youngsan-Do does not meet the criteria. The basic differences of these pre-feasibility test results are from the differences of the site specific renewable energy conditions, especially wind resources. In summary, promoting hybrid systems in the off-grid remote island should be based on the economic feasibility test results. Not all the off-grid islands are feasible for introducing this renewable energy hybrid system.

As remote sensing technologies are evolving, and more satellites are orbited, the demand for using satellite data for disaster monitoring is rapidly increasing. Although natural and social disasters have been monitored using satellite data, constraints on establishing an integrated satellite-based near real-time disaster monitoring system have not been identified yet, and thus a novel framework for establishing such system remains to be presented. This research identifies constraints on establishing satellite data-based near real-time disaster monitoring systems by devising and testing a new conceptual framework of disaster monitoring, and then presents a feasible disaster monitoring system that relies mainly on acquirable satellite data. Implementing near real-time disaster monitoring by satellite remote sensing is constrained by technological and economic factors, and more significantly, it is also limited by interactions between organisations and policy that hamper timely acquiring appropriate satellite data for the purpose, and institutional factors that are related to satellite data analyses. Such constraints could be eased by employing an integrated computing platform, such as Amazon Web Services(AWS), which enables obtaining, storing and analysing satellite data, and by developing a toolkit by which appropriate satellites'sensors that are required for monitoring specific types of disaster, and their orbits, can be analysed. It is anticipated that the findings of this research could be used as meaningful reference when trying to establishing a satellite-based near real-time disaster monitoring system in any country.

The objective of this research is to assess the level of urban park service provision in comparison to demand population size by region (e.g., dong) in Busan metropolitan areas. To this end, a park service provision assessment index is utilized. The index is built upon the difference between planned and actual levels of park service provision. For each region, planned level is obtained by multiplying the per capita service amount by the number of residents in that region. Actual level is estimated based on Huff model, where distance between parks and residential locations are explicitly accounted for in model building. Empirical analysis was carried out for Busan Metropolitan Area. The result shows that Gumsung-dong, Chunga-dong and Dongdaesin3-dong are well supplied with park service, while Hadan1-dong, Goejung2-dong and Joorae3-dong are under-provided when per capita service provision amount and the extent of service area are set to $6m^2$ and 1km, respectively. It is argued that those regions that suffer from under-provision need to be highlighted such that a priority is given to those areas for establishing new urban parks when renewing urban management plan.
Since the reform and opening up in 1978, Chinese economy has been increasing rapidly with a high growth rate, but after 2012 the growth rate decreased as the reform of economic system. While economy in Africa began booming since 2000. Influenced by Global Financial Crisis and European Debt Crisis, economy in Africa slightly slowed down, but it was rebounding apparently from 2010. The urgent demand for energy and the sharp increasing in foreign exchange reserve pushes China to seek overseas markets. As Africa keeps a well relationship with China and the complementarity between China and Africa economy, Africa becomes one of the target markets for China's foreign development. Recently more and more enterprises begin to invest in Africa market. But till now the study on Africa mainly focuses on theoretical research based on real cases, and empirical research are very few and need to be increased. This thesis studies the influence of enterprise feature; local market feature and investment in foreign market on the result satisfaction of Chinese enterprises that invest in Africa markets. At the same time this thesis also studies and analyzes the market access strategy and marketing strategy for Chinese enterprises after entering overseas markets and put forward effective recommendation and suggestion for these enterprises. In order to proceed this study, 317 Chinese enterprises which invest in Africa have been investigated by me. And frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, and simple regression analysis have also been conducted by SPSS18.0 APP to verify the hypothesis. The study result suggests that onlu investment in foreign market affects the Performance satisfaction of Chinese enterprises. And the market access strategy and marketing strategy play a role of the mediational effects when Chinese enterprises are investing in Africa.
Aids to Navigation (AtoN) contribute to preventing marine accidents and protecting marine environment by providing various information such as location information etc. to ships. Recognizing the importance of the AtoN, a 24 won of the AtoN service fee is charged for ships entering and leaving international trade ports. However, while the 24 won of the AtoN service fee has been maintained since its establishment in 1999, the demand for new roles of the AtoN service for autonomous shipping and smart port operations, etc. has gradually increasing with the change of shipping and port 4.0. Thus the purpose of this study was to estimate the appropriate level of the AtoN service fee in accordance with such changes in the shipping and port industries. To accomplish this, a method of recovering the total cost was introduced to the PROOF (Pyeongtaek Regional Office of Ocean and Fisheries). It is estimated that there are four cases in which estimation of the AtoN service fee is estimated in two cases year by year and conversion year, the AtoNs of PROOF are classified into the all and part of a ship using the trade port. As a result of the estimation, the AtoN service fee of PROOF is estimated at 53.78-71.62 won (as of 2019), and 29.78-47.62 won is higher than the today at 24 won. The results of this study can be used as useful basic data for the operation of budgets and policy management considering the role of the AtoN.

This study increases awareness of the survey and demand for libraries in correctional facilities, which have not received much attention so far, and is necessary for improving the operation of existing research and libraries in Korea, which is conducting a current status survey of most correctional facility libraries. The contents of the service operation of the external correctional facility library were explored and analyzed. As a result of the analysis, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Germany, where correctional facility libraries are relatively well operated, are practically operating social rehabilitation programs while reducing recidivism of inmates, and library associations or local governments in each country are promoting the vitalization of correctional facility libraries. It helps and organizes committees or organizations involving related experts to discuss policy support, issue checks, research, report publication, drafting and revising guide guidelines, cooperation between libraries, and reflect them in actual operation. In addition, it maintains steady support and interest through public-private cooperation, and makes good use of the linkage system with local public libraries. As a result, it contributes to reducing the recidivism of prisoners. Through this study, the following three areas were suggested for the administrative improvement direction for correctional facility library services. First, the production and distribution of guidelines or guidebooks for correctional facility libraries, second, the establishment of a specialized correctional facility library organization within the correctional headquarters or library association, and third, the strengthening of activities and the operation of law libraries in correctional facilities.
