  • Amid global pandemic of covid-19, Korean government's response has drawn wide attention among social scientists as well as medical studies. The role of Korean state and civil society has attracted particular attention among others. Yet, this paper criticizes extant studies on Korean case which focus on the extensive intervention of the strong state and subjective attitude of Korean citizens in coping with covid-19. The concept of the strong state lacks social scientific specification and subjective citizens do not match with Korean realities. This article argues that Korean state's capacity in collecting and mobilizing digital data may offer better understanding for the successful responses to the pandemic. First, Korean state is the ultimate coordinator in collecting, analyzing and applying big data about the expansion of covid-19 with its huge network of dataveillance. Also, such role has been largely based upon relevant legal framework and well prepared manuals and cooperation with civic actors and companies. In other words, Korean digital dataveillance had demonstrated its transparency and cooperative governance. Second, such dataveillance capacity has deep roots in the long-term development of Korean state's big data management. Korean state has evolved about thirty years while enhancing digital data network within governments, companies and private sectors. Third, the relationship between Korean state's dataveillance and civil society can be characterized as a state centered push model. This model demonstrates highly effective governmental responses to covid-19 crisis but fall short of building social consensus in balancing individual freedom, human rights and effective containment policies. It means communitarian solidarity among citizens has not been a major factor in Korea's successful response yet.

  • In this study, we tried to explore the actual direction for the play culture by looking at the social perception of the change of play culture due to the Corona 19 using big data analysis. For this research, we used Textom, a website specializing in collecting big data, and collected 10,216 data using keywords of "Corona + Play," "Play Culture" and "Leisure" from January 19, 2020 to September 30, 2020, when the first confirmed case of Corona 19 occurred in Korea on various portal sites at home and abroad. The results of this paper showed that the social perception of the play culture in Corona 19 was 51.61%, not much different from the negative image of 48.15%. It is necessary to develop a play culture program that can identify people's various desires and emotions under the premise that situations similar to the current With Corona period and Corona19 can occur at any time, and find mental and physical stability and vitality in unstable situations. In addition, the results of this study can be used as basic data for the development of play culture policies or programs, with the significance that this study helped vitalize big data utilization research in the fields of play, leisure, and culture.

  • Estimating the productivity of labor has relied on the experience and intuition of an estimator, or productivity data, such as standard in practical estimation. However, when new technologies and new construction methods employed in the construction industry, Dependence of a quantity surveyor's intuition is increased. This is because of the lack of a systematic methodology which models, estimates, and measures the labor productivity, Due to the historical productivity data is unavailable. Even thought project history data contains information that is important to predict the performance of a project, It can not provide valuable information to model, estimate, and measure the labor productivity. This is because 1) the absence of the productivity measurement system with consistency, 2) the difficulty of reusability of historical data collected. Therefor, this study suggests a methodology which build a productivity model by measuring the productivity of labor and collecting the historical data systematically. In addition, this methology is applied to develop a productivity model of shop-drawing and manufacturing process using descrete event simulation.

  • Knowledge of the solar radiation components and classified wavelength data are essential for modeling many solar photovoltaic systems. This is particularly the case for applications that concentrate the incident energy to attain high photo-dynamic efficiency achievable only at the higher intensities. In order to estimate the performance of concentrating PV systems, it is necessary to know the intensity of the beam radiation, as only this components can be concentrated, and The new PV cell can generate electricity from ultraviolet and infrared light as well as visible light. The Korea Institute of Energy Research(KIER) has began collecting solar radiation components data since January, 1988, and solar radiation classified wavelength data since November, 2008. KIER's solar radiation components and classified wavelength data will be extensively used by concentrating PV system users or designers as well as by research institutes. It is essential to utilize the solar radiation data as application and development of solar energy system increase. Consider able efforts have been made constructing a standard data base system from measure data.

  • This paper describes the main characteristics of Grid Services based on OGSA and a Grid service for aggregating service data element(SDE)s. In order to build a Grid Service, it needs to consider a systematic building approach from the high-level software architecture that represents the main system components and their interactions. The purpose of this paper is to design and implement an extended service data aggregator service in which SDE is a basic unit for collecting resource information. A GT3 based service data aggregator service is extended to apply the multiple collections based storage scheme for maintaining persistently SDEs with a XML DBMS Xindice. To provide efficient aggregating service for service data elements, which is running under wide area environment like Internet, the aggregator service is asynchronously operated by notification mechanism.

  • The Cadastre assumed as one of the most important Part of GIS has the highest priority in GIS model and Organization of the Cadasual embraces the modern methods of gaining and collecting geometric type cadastral data concerning on the land and it's ownership. Geneally, the measurement of the topologigraphic map offers great convenience for the architects to device. But the graphic precision of the value from the map is too low for many users, the large scale digital map as well as cadastral map can solve these problems. So it is necessary to get the coordinates of the characteristic points and the graphic information. In this paper, for calculating the point of measured element such as distance, and it's adjustment. This paper dicusses the methodes also, the combination of GIS data and Cadastral data and the geo-reference system, topology, data system, data modeling and so on.

  • Internet of Things (IoT) is commonly referred to as a future internet technology to provide advanced services by interconnecting physical and virtual things, collecting and using many data from them. The IoT platform is a server platform with a common architecture to collect and share the data independent of the IoT devices and services. Recently, oneM2M, the global standards initiative for Machine-to-Machine (M2M) communications and the IoT announced the availability of oneM2M Release 2 specifications. Accordingly, this paper presents a new oneM2M-compliant IoT platform called Mobius 2.0 and proposes its application to collect the biosignal data from wearable IoT devices for emotion recognition. Experimental results show that we can collect various biosignal data seamlessly and extract meaningful features from the biosignal data to recognize two emotions of joy and sadness.

  • As IoT technology becomes popular, more and more data is being generated, and the diversity of data is also increasing. In particular, in smart factory or Home IoT systems, data processing is very important because various data is collected and processed in real time through sensors. In this paper, we present a method for collecting, analyzing, and monitoring various data generated by sensors in IoT environment through Raspberry Pi. We also validate its usefulness by demonstrating that the above processed data can be operated in conjunction with smart mirror and mobile application.

  • Due to the recent development of educational robot hardwares, processing speed and scalability have been greatly improved. Thus, the robot hardwares that are compatible with temperature sensor for MBL and gyro sensor made a data logging possible. Students can conduct an experiment on scientific research and prediction, collecting and data analysis with robots that can process data logging. Therefore this research constructed and adopted science project class that introduced a Smart r-Learning that utilizes Class SNS and smartphone. As a result of applying a data logging smart r-Learning to elementary school 5th graders, it has shown that the students' logical thinking ability four of the six areas have been improved in t-test.

  • In general, a measuring instrument of sound noise use only one wired channel by one sensor. Therefor the measuring instrument use wired cables as the number of channels are provided by instrument. In a point of observed target it needs data from multiple sensors and In case of measured point is a large numbers the environment of constitution would be complicated because that is in need of channel and cable. So we need the method that can improve the existing transmission channel and cable environment even the measured point is increased. If we use the Code Division Multiple Access(CDMA) we transmit a large numbers of sensor data by using a common transmission channel. We present the method that transmits data of multiple sensor to wireless by using CDMA. This method can simplify the measurement environment dramatically when collecting data by using multiple sensor. We expect this study to contribute the part of multiple access technology and relation technologies on the measuring environment.
