고온 수명평가를 위한 수정 크립-피로 손상모델의 걔발 (Development of Modified Creep-Fatigue Damage Model for High Temperature Life Prediction)

  • For mechanical system operating at high temperature, damage due to the interaction effect of creep and fatigue plays an important role. The objective of this paper is to develop a modified creep-fatigue damage model which separately analyzes the pure creep damage for hold time and the creep-fatigue interaction damage during startup and shutdown period. The creep damage was calculated by the general creep damage equation and the creep-fatigue interaction damage was calculated by the modified equation which is based on the frequency modified strain range method with strain rate term. In order to verify the proposed model, a service of high temperature low cycle fatigue tests were performed. The test specimens were made from inconel-718 superalloy and the test parameters were wave shape and hold time. A good agreement between the predicted lives based on the proposed model and experimentally obtained ones was observed.

푸리에 변환을 이용한 전기화학적 임피던스 측정 시스템 제작 (Construction of the Electrochemical Impedance Measurement System Using Fourier Transform)

  • 푸리에 변환을 이용하여 100kHz의 주파수 범위까지 사용할 수 있는 전기화학적 임피던스 측정시스템을 제작하였다. 이 시스템은 신호 발생기, 특수하게 고안된 정전위기, 고속 자료수집 장치, 시스템 제어기 및 컴퓨터 인터페이스로 구성되었다. 우리가 제작한 시스템은 lock-in amplifier를 사용하는 상품과 성능이 비슷하였다. 측정에 소요되는 최소 시간은 사용된 최적 주파수의 한 주기에 해당하므로 상당히 짧아졌다. 이 시스템을 사용하면 부식 초기와 같이 시간에 따라 변하는 전기화학적 계면현상을 임피던스 측정법으로 연구할 수 있으리라 전망된다.

  • NAND flash memory has widely been used because of non-volatility, low power consumption and fast access time. However, it suffers from inability to provide update-in-place and the erase cycle is limited. The unit of read/write operation is a page and the unit of erase operation is a block. Moreover erase operation is slower than other operations. We proposed the Adaptive Garbage Collection (called "AGC") policy which focuses on not only reducing garbage collection process time for real-time guarantee but also wear-leveling for a flash memory lifetime. The AGC performs better than Cost-benefit policy and Greedy policy. But the AGC does not consider the operation characteristics. So we proposed the Advanced Adaptive Garbage Collection (called "A-AGC") policy which considers the page write operation count and block erase operation count. The A-AGC reduces the write operations by considering the data update frequency and update data size. Also, it reduces the erase operations by considering the file fragmentation. We implemented the A-AGC policy and measured the performance compared with the AGC policy. Simulation results show that the A-AGC policy performs better than AGC, specially for append operation.

  • We developed a program, "CogenSim-$\mu$," to simulate the operation of micro-combined heat and power (${\mu}CHP$) system. The CogenSim-$\mu$ can reflect the variation of energy efficiency by handling the real-time loads (heat and power) fluctuation. The result obtained using this program was compared with the real operation of 30 kWe gas engine driven ${\mu}CHP$. It was found that the CogenSim-$\mu$ could predict the amount of generated-power, recovered-heat and consumed-fuel with the error less than 3%, and heat and power efficiency with the error less than 4%. The CogenSim-$\mu$ reconstructed the profile of on-off cycle, which represented the operation of a facility, with more than 93% accuracy. The CogenSim-$\mu$ can reflect the effects of various factors such as size of thermal storage tank, desired temperature of reservoir water, natural frequency of generator, etc. As a result, the CogenSim-$\mu$ can be used to optimize the ${\mu}CHP$ operation.

간섭무늬의 변화갯수 측정을 이용한 광섬유 교류전압센서 (Fiber Optic AC Voltage Sensor Using Fringe Counting)

  • 감지부의 PZT tube를 이용한 위상변조기를 연결한 광섬유 Mach-Zehnder 간섭계를 구성하고, 새로운 신호처리 장치를 도입하여 인가교류전압의 주파수에 상관없이 전압의 크기 및 인가전압의 파형을 측정할 수 있는 광섬유 전압센서를 구성하였다. 이 센서에서 전압변화에 따른 간섭무늬 변화갯수의 관계는 선형적 비례관계를 가짐을 관측하였으며, 온도변화에 따른 간섭무늬의 변화갯수를 측정했다. 또한, 간섭계 출력에서 편광변조에 의해 생길 수 있는 간섭무늬의 visibility의 변화를 없애기 위해 편광유지 광섬유를 이용한 간섭계 또는 광섬유 반파장판을 이용할 수 있음을 보였다.

  • 인가 전압에 의해 수축 팽창하는 원통형 PZT tube와 단일모드 광섬유를 이용하여 마이켈슨 간섭계형 교류 전류센서를 제작하였다. 본 연구에 사용된 신호처리장치는 측정전류의 주파수에 무관하게 전류의 크기를 측정할 수 있었다. 전류의 크기는 교류 전류의 반주기 내에 생기는 간섭무늬의 개수로 측정하였다. 간섭무늬의 개수는 전류의 크기에 따라 선형적으로 변화하였으며, 온도변화($-20^{\circ}C{\sim}\;80^{\circ}C$)에 따른 오차는 5% 이내였다.

화자 종속 한국어 숫자음 음성 인식 다이얼링 시스템 (Voice Dialing System using Speaker Dependent Recognition for Korean Digit Speech)

  • 본 논문은 음성으로 다이얼링하는 시스템으로써, 화자종속 한국어 숫자음을 인식을 하기 위한 하드웨어를 구성한 논문이다. 음성 다이얼링 시스템은 충격계수를 이용하여 한국어 숫자음을 인식하도록 하였다. 여기서 제안한 음성 다이얼링 시스템은 적분기, 레벨분별회로 그리고 인식프로그램으로 구성하였다. 아날로그 음성 신호는 차단 주파수 4.5(kHz)를 지닌 저주파 필터를 통해 음성 다이얼링 시스템에 입력하였다. 화자 종속 한국어 숫자음 인식은 하드웨어 시스템에 의해 확실하게 인식 되었음을 확인하였다. 실험결과는 한국어 숫자음 음성인식에 대해 평균 64(%)의 인식율이 나왔고, 숫자음 /사/, /오/, /육/, /칠/, /구/, /영/에 대해서는 100(%)의 인식율을 나타내었다.

  • The objectives of this study are : to measure the level of rent burden. to examine the independent influences of the variables related to rent burden. to measure the level of family economic problem perception. to examine the differences in the level of family economic problem perception due to rent burden, household characteristics, housing characteristics and rent incresing. For these purpose, a survey is conducted using questionaires. The data used in this study included 369 renters living in Seoul. Statistics uses for data analysis were Frequency Distribution. Percentile, men, Pearson's Correlation, Partial Correlation, One-way ANOVA, Breakdown and Multiple Regression Analysis. Major findings are as follows : The average score of rent burden was 35.87, Therefore rent burden of large cities, rental households is very heavy. Family income, housing facility quality, rent type, and rent incresing have independent influences on rent burden. The average of family economic problem perception is above the mid-point of the scale. The level of family economic problem perception differs due to rent burden, family income, family life cycle, family size, occupation of household head, education leval of household head and homemaker, rent type, housing type, housing size, housing facility quality and rent increases. If the level of rent burden is below 25, family economic problem perception is adequate.

단상 계통 연계형 인버터의 빠른 동특성을 갖는 계통 전압 센싱 DC 오프셋 보상 알고리즘 (DC offset Compensation Algorithm with Fast Response to the Grid Voltage in Single-phase Grid-connected Inverter)

  • This paper proposes the DC offset compensation algorithm with fast response to the sensed grid voltage in the single-phase grid connected inverter. If the sensor of the grid voltage has problems, the DC offset of the grid voltage can be generated. This error must be resolved because the DC offset can generate the estimated grid frequency error of the phase-locked loop (PLL). In conventional algorithm to compensate the DC offset, the DC offset is estimated by integrating the synchronous reference frame d-axis voltage during one period of the grid voltage. The conventional algorithm has a drawback that is a slow dynamic response because monitoring the one period of the grid voltage is required. the proposed algorithm has fast dynamic response because the DC offset is consecutively estimated by transforming the d-axis voltage to synchronous reference frame without monitoring one cycle time of the grid voltage. The proposed algorithm is verified from PSIM simulation and the experiment.

Diagnostic Utility of p63 (Ab-1) and (Ab-4) Tumor Markers in the Squamous Cell Carcinomas of Head and Neck

  • P63 is a gene product required in cell cycle regulation which plays vital roles in tumor differentiation. Aims of the present study were to assess the frequency, pattern, sensitivity and specificity of two p63 protein clones P63 4A4 and P63 4A4+Y4A3 in squamous cell carcinomas (SCCs). Thirty cases of head and neck region SCC diagnosed on the basis of H&E staining were examined along with 60 cases of head and neck region biopsies other than squamous cell carcinoma, negative on H&E staining, were taken as control. Immunostaining was performed on slides according to the Thermo Scientific UltraVision LP detection System. P63 4A4+Y4A3 clone is more sensitive 96.6% in comparison to 86% in P63 4A4 with having greater NPV of 98.3%. The results signify the importance of P63 4A4+Y4A3 marker over the old markers and may be used as a confirmatory marker of squamous cell carcinoma.
